Fantastic, have them several months now and they’re still perfect! I’m a bit of an audio snob and these are fantastic imo. The mic is also very clear and better than some so called “highend” mics. Good enough for the average streamer infact.
Happy with the 700 turtles, not as user friendly as my old 600s but are comfier with better sound. Also connects easily to different devices

Great headset, comfortable, easy to pair, easy to adjust volume. Sound quality cant be faulted, microphone extremely sensitive, the people I’m playing with can hear when my child is stiring during the evening.
Only thing that stops it getting 5 stars is when navigating through menus that require a lot of clicking on different tabs there is sometimes an annoying high pitched ping when you select something
Brill bit of kit comfortable and does the job nicely the only reason gets 4 stars is u cant update the app for the headphones with out a pc.
Nice clean uninterrupted sound from these headphones. Connected to xbox easily and had no disconnections since having them for a month. Sound not as directional as the TB Elite 800x but the 880x weas annoyingly having many sound interruptions and screeching noises.
Love it, sound quality is great, connected seamlessly to my series x and mic is great quality too.
If you are looking for a more premium headset then this is the one, I upgraded from the recon to this and its worh every penny, great sound quality, comfortable to wear and no wires or dongle needed, connects straight to the xbox its self. Can connect via Bluetooth to a computer but you need very specific steps that they don’t tell you. They are super comfortable with good-sound. Can be worn for hours.

Had a few issues with connection to PS4 intermittent connecting.
The latest firmware via laptop fixed the connection issues.
You can connect to PS4 and phone simultaneously and when you receive a call the headset will automatically lower the volume of the PlayStation.
When I swapped to a new phone I was unable to pair the headset with my new phone.
There is an app to reset the headset downloadable from the manufacturer website which allow me to reset the headset.
After reset I was able to connect instantly.
I think you may need to do this every time you change phones which to be honest isn’t very often so it’s not really a problem but I’ll encounter again for a few years.
This is the best set headset I’ve ever owns I didn’t get on with the PlayStation ones as they kept breaking for the plastics became brittle over time.

Great headset with good sound.

To update the firmware you are supposed to connect to the turtle beach website and update through a pc or Mac – as I didn’t have either of these I took a chance and I am pleased that the headset is working on my Xbox one without any problems. The headset is light and it’s easy to adjust the sound. I only have two small issues 1: the on / off tone in the headset is very loud and doesn’t appear to be adjustable 2: turtle beach could be more clear about the firmware updates (not everyone has access to a up to date PC) and it would make more sense to update the headset directly via the Xbox.

Good Headset for PS4
This is a good all round headset with different sound options and a lower to talk mic is a option so no more having to mute the mic mid game, just flick the mic up and that cuts it out, this works fine for people like me who wear glasses, the only issues is do not use the super human hearing mode as this is overrated and distorts the sound, otherwise a good headset.
Originally had this with my Series S and loved it but sold when upgrading to the Series X, bought it back recently and found myself using it much more now. The design of the headset is excellent and fits my head perfectly. I’m a gamer who plays for long periods (15-16 hours certain days) and I can say I’ve never felt discomfort or compression like I got with other headsets, fits like a glove (Not OJ’s).
the sound is very good, not perfect but unless you pay 200+ for headset then this is the best sound you can get. The modes offer great variety like bass boost, vocal boost, superhuman sound etc but for normal games I would recommend sticking to the standard setting. Superhuman sound works like a charm in online games like COD, Gears etc and massively identifies footsteps making it very easy to know where your enemy is, this does make the sound quite tinny but it’s a must have in competitive online games, helping you get those extra kills that could make the difference. I heard people complaining about button placement on the back but I have had zero issues with switching volume levels for game or chat and have always hit the correct button for modes/power off. The mic is excellent and I love the fact it can be quickly tucked into the headset which also mutes the mic. Mic quality is superb, no voice loss and it’s very loud and clear, so much so my friend said he was glad I had it as it never made unwanted noises and was crisp. In terms of updating the firmware via PC I wouldn’t worry about it as the last update was mid 2020 which the headset comes with installed, if you have no PC it’s no problem. Overall a wonderful headset that has excellent audio, fits well with no discomfort and the mic stands out as being superb. Plus it’s the easiest headset I’ve ever set up. 9/10

Very comfortable without causing sweaty ears. Bluetooth works fine with my Samsung tab and LG CX.
Only negative is the app is rubbish. The custom EQ saves on the fourth profile when it should be on the fifth.
Only buy if you live in the sub Arctic or you enjoy having sweaty ears.
Design, build and sound are of a quality you should expect, nothing new for TB there, but with such a reputation I would expect them to know how skin works when someone gets too warm.
It leaks and with the seal on these headsets you may well even suck your eardrums clean out of your head if you remove them in a hurry !! Heh

These are great head phones for 130 pound very comfertable great features great sound
I use these headphones for everything and they are superb. The sound quality is excellent, especially for music which really surprised me. At first they felt a little tight but they’ve loosened up nicely and they’re super comfy, I could (and do) wear them for hours. Previous headphones I’ve used sometimes make my ears really hot, or just get gradually uncomfortable, these do not do that. As I’ve said at first they were a little tight but once worn in they are perfect.
I assume the main thing people are buying these for is the monitoring. Well I can say it is very good, far better than any other I have used. You still have to adjust volumes for different games but that’s an Xbox sound normalisation issue and not a problem with the headphones.
Have recommended these to friends and they love them too.
Not bad, but pricey.
My son likes the fit of these (he’s 12) but says the microphone sensitivity of them is too much. He and his friends can hear other people in their rooms too (in our house) it seems to be a common problem if you Google it, but it is fixable. So far, after a few weeks of use, they’re going well.
Great headphones, much better sound than my old ones. received comments from friends about how much better the mic sounds.

Comfort: A very comfortable headset, easily adjustable and has a lot of flex to it. However, these cups are so isolated that there is no room for your ears to dissipate heat. It gets sweaty fast, especially on hot days, it becomes unbearable. Great for winter I guess. – Material is fabric with a faux leather surrounding, possibly the surrounding is what causes this issue.
Sound: I’m not an audiophile but I can say that these produce very good and accurate sound. The bass is not too heavy, the middle are well but don’t expect these to blow your socks off. Great for gaming, movies and music. Remember these are wireless, so they are not designed to deliver perfect sound. There is no noise cancellation but as mentioned earlier the isolation of the cups help drown out sound. The superhuman hearing is a bit of a gimmick, I didn’t notice much, though I believe it’s supposed to help with ambient sound, such as footsteps of opponents on FPS gaming. Also you may want to reduce the voice prompt sound to 0 and tones to 1 as I have done on the app, as they are loud, annoying and completely unnecessary.
Software/features: You need to update the headset from the go, wired via USB C. The app on Mac OS only updates the headset, nothing more. The PC app allows you more functions which are also available on your mobile app stores. Mobile app does not allow you to update the headset.
Battery: Battery life is claimed to be 20 hours. Some folks on reviews have gone up to 35 hours. I’ve charged it full on purchase and I have yet to recharge. To say, battery life is great against its competitors.
Overall: I love this headset, so much that I wish I can use it for both the XBOXsX and PS5 but unfortunately both consoles have their odd ways of complicating it for their consumers. Apart from the few concerns, largely the heated ears I’ll score these a 7/10.

Let me start by saying I did not pay RRP for this headset. Got it off Amazon warehouse with like new condition and it was literately brand new, less than half the price. So with that in mindwowwhat a great set of headphones for the ps5, dongle and use of app made it very easy to pair with the machine. Very comfy for long sessions, and the adjustability of sound via the app makes this a winner over pulse3D, and on par with the Arctis 7P but seeing as I got it so cheap, this particular purchase wins all day!

I bought as an upgrade for my stealth recon 200, so I could have best sound on my PS5. They’re really good for surround sound & take full advantage of PS5’s 3D sound. I have a Sony surround system with blu ray player & these headphones pick up sounds that my surround doesn’t. Horror games & action titles like Demon’s Souls now sound truly amazing as the headset picks up moans & growls from distance or even nearby & believe me,it’s scary.
Highly recommended headset, the Turtle Beach stealth 600 Gen 2 is a great bit of kit. Buy with confidence!
Great features for the price!
Superb sound quality and features. Great range- I can go to the fridge for a beer without losing connection to my party chat. Flip to mute function is intuitive and seems natural- the only quibble I would make is that it would be nice if the mic boom extended- it’s so compact and discrete that it doesn’t intrude into my peripheral vision, meaning when it is flipped up I sometimes forget and don’t realise I’m still muted!
Added bonus that it charges of USB-C, so you can use the same lead you use for your Elite Controller charge base- cuts down on cabling even further!
Overall the headphones do everything they say and more if you pair it with the app, as you can adjust bass, treble etc.
Great for Gaming, Movies and Music, and any other casual audio listening.
Okay so I have had many turtle beach headsets through the years and this is by far my favourite. Turtle beach seem to always make high quality headsets for the right price.
The ear pads are super comfortable and don’t squish/pinch your ears, the cool pad are okay nothing spectacular.
I suffer with headaches and at the start these did apply alittle to much pressure to the side of my head, but within a week became much easier to deal with, I usually wear blue light glasses but had to take them off due to the pressure so not sure they are totally suitable for glasses wearer’s.
The sound/mic is really fantastic and so is the battery life.
The controls and being able to connect multiple devices is wonderful and so easy.
The app that is meant to install the new firmware and give you more settings doesn’t work which is disappointing for the price tag. I hope they update it.
Overall this is an amazing headset and well worth the money, just make sure you really want to be able to connect to two devices at once, since this is the mega difference between the 600&700. Hope this helped
Very good gaming headphones
Bought for my son who tells me they work great – very easy to set up, no drop connections, clarity is very good, and they remain very comfortable during long sessions even when worn with glasses. He also likes the fact that game and chat audio levels can be adjusted independently.
One point to note, make sure you update to the latest firmware via the TurtleBeach Audio Hub – the last release was May 2021.
When they work there great , bluetooth to another device like pc or phone while on xbox. No sound problems or anyyhing. Just had 2 pair which after 2 weeks they just stopped working and had to get exchanged . This 3rd set as only been a week to now but will see
Fantastic audio. Mic monitoring on point. Everything is adjustable using a simple app on you phone. You’ll find it difficult to find another headset this price range that performs this well. Superhuman hearing mode does what it says on the tin, makes the game sound truly awful but you’ll be able to identify every single footstep to within a foot of its origin. Easy to use innovative on board controls that are fully customisable via the app.
The one single drawback it has it its unbreakable mortal bond to the xbox it is connected to. Switch the headset on….xbox turns on. Just want to listen to music on your phone? Switched the xbox off? Guess what……your headset is off as well.
If the headset is only going to be used with your console. Buy it. If you want it to do other things. Don’t.
Great gift for gamers!
I bought this for my brother and he’s been singing its praises! The build quality, the sound and the mic are crisp and clear, the only drawback would be that there was a break-in period where the headband and ear cups were a bit stiff and took a while to soften these things up. Besides that, these are a great pair of gaming headphones for XBOX.
Fantastic Surround Sound on PS4 but conflicts with other WiFi devices occasionally
I cannot fault the comfort and sound quality on these. I seem to hear things that my friends can’t in the same game. Doesn’t make me any better though!
However, the headset connects to PS4 via a USB dongle that has to be connected directly into the PS4 and not via a USB hub. This can be an issue on the slim as there are only 2 usbs to start with.
I also get occasional pairing issues as the device seems sensitive to other WiFi devices. Official advice from TB was to move all other devices away which is a little difficult with a smart TV, ps3, Alexa, Virgin Media, Logitech Harmony etc. I’ve moved my Harmony Hub away a little and now seems much more stable.
V happy overall though.

These headphones are amazing. Easy to set up and connect to both Xbox and pc (dongle required for pc). The sound quality is really good especially coupled with Dolby Atmos or Windows sonic. Build quality seems good having used them for a while now no signs of weakness in the headband. Quick tip if you want to enable mic monitoring connect to a pc via cable and use the turtle beach program to enable it. And no wires so you don’t have to worry about wires getting caught on things.

My son has gone through so many headsets on his Xbox (broken connector where it plugs into Xbox controller) So went for the Wireless ones this time and these are great quality and faultless, the Xbox (OneX) picks them up no problem. Good sound, great Mic, not cheap though, and hard to get.

2) I’ve been told from the very beginning that I’m “quiet” and I don’t think there’s any way to boost my mic. I’ve not been told it’s a problem; but it’s just annoying.
3) They don’t have a headphone jack. I know they are bluetooth, but there are times I’ve needed to plug them in and I can’t which I can’t use them at all the times I want to.
Otherwise, I love having a bluetooth headset and the sound is quite good. I also tend to wear them all day long (as I work from home) and they are typically comfortable for long hauls.

Brilliant Headsets
Excellent product and purchase. Great sound with mode presets and Superhuman Mode for enhanced Gamer awareness while playing FPS Multiplayer Games and other Games too. The weight takes a little getting used to but, before long, these Headsets become one of the most comfortable Gaming Headsets ever. Complete with cleverly built in Microphone that automatically mutes Microphone when mouthpiece is retracted.
Very good for when playing Warzone footsteps are loud and can tell the direction they are coming from, general sound quality is amazing, only slight downside is when in a Xbox part and start shouting it makes a slight buzzing sound for other people in party
Compact design with the mic folding into the left headset housing. Amazing comfort and the cool gel really works for long sessions. Importantly no wire so nothing to get tangled and one less part to damage. Sadly there are some downsides. I had to reset them to start with through the TB website. There is occasional crackling and loss of connectivity. They are expensive and they did not come with anywhere to hang them so an increased risk of scratch damage when changing. Overall far better than my previous headset and worth the money.

Nice set but it doesn’t really FULLY work with PS5. I lose the ability to switch off the headphones to use my speaker’s. I was having to go to settings each time on the PS5.

great headset, my son loves it, it does all the functional stuff he’s interested in and it’s *way* cheaper than a wired headset, for the simple reason that we’ve gone through 5 headsets in the last 3 years, because the lead gest twisted in use and ends up fraying/ pulling out.
1 wireless headset that can’t fail like this is way cheaper than 5 wired headsets.
If you’re thinking about a wired headset, dial in the fact that you’ll buy 3 before you give up and get some of these.
(connecting automagically to the x-box was a bonus – it just works. There’s no USB dongle or anything. It’s been in daily use since I bought it and there’s no sign of wear & tear or imminent failure. Great product)
PS5, Chat party volume
I saw reviews saying they don’t work on PS5… they do. There are 2 control wheels one controls your master volume, the other controls either noise gate or your mic monitor (can be set in the app). You cannot set it to control your party chat volume. This is done in your PS5 settings. I found a nice balance and never had to change it.
Audio in my opinion is great, has a fair bit of bass which suits me. The 3D audio is great for Warzone and games like that. I wasn’t too convinced about the super human hearing mode but it works pretty well for pinpointing footsteps once you get used to it.
I honestly cannot compare these to many other headsets but it feels like an upgrade from the Official Gold Wireless headset. Comfortable and durable. Oh and the people who have snapped theirs have clearly thrown them around because if you look after your stuff this won’t happen.
Excellent experience
Had to order a replacement as the original didn’t properly connect to its Bluetooth dongle.
The replacement arrived within a day of ordering and the return process was smooth.
The sound is really good, has the 3D modeling done and it is useful to be able to play with the mix of voice feedback and in-game audio as well as treble and bass settings right on the headphone itself. It has a decent range, it allows me to go up the stairs and back without disconnecting. The comfort of the headset is good, once you’re able to find the right position. This might prove tricky, due to the square form of the cushions.
Overall, a great quality for a decent price.
PS5, Chat party volume
I saw reviews saying they don’t work on PS5… they do. There are 2 control wheels one controls your master volume, the other controls either noise gate or your mic monitor (can be set in the app). You cannot set it to control your party chat volume. This is done in your PS5 settings. I found a nice balance and never had to change it.
Audio in my opinion is great, has a fair bit of bass which suits me. The 3D audio is great for Warzone and games like that. I wasn’t too convinced about the super human hearing mode but it works pretty well for pinpointing footsteps once you get used to it.
I honestly cannot compare these to many other headsets but it feels like an upgrade from the Official Gold Wireless headset. Comfortable and durable. Oh and the people who have snapped theirs have clearly thrown them around because if you look after your stuff this won’t happen.
Very nice steady and powerful headphones for the xbox…with 20 hours worth of battery or more even…. And four diff amp presets… Flip mic to mute bluetooth…. So u can use it on other products. Highly recommended.
I wanted some headphones for warzone/coldwar. These headphones where not listed as good headphones for that. They are, my kill ratio has sky rocketed on multilayer. You can really tell witch way the enemy is with super human hearing. Turtle beach have really worked on that over the years. When there on you really feal more in the game. They came in a well presented box with neatly packed and clear instructions. I set up the app on my phone and updated the headphones on my laptop via the provided USB cable. Simply connected to xbox and I was away. Love how you can adjust settings on the app during game play. I am comparing these to arctis 9x. I owned for 3 months and they broke, 4 months on and to many emails they are still not repaired or replaced. Save your money and hassle from horrendous customer service. I would highly recommend these headphones
Excellent headse
Brilliant headset. Sound quality is awesome.The super human setting is brilliant for a lot of games,you can hear footsteps behind you. Takes very little time to charge and the charge lasts for ages. Really comfortable and lightweight to wear even with glasses. The flip to mute is a really good feature. Would highly recommend.
Nice headset - beware - correctable known firmware issue
So, a nice headset overall, good 360 sounds for gaming and comfortable, easy to use. One thing to be aware of…. after 3 months the power light stayed on after charging and headset didn’t turn off/work. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND FULLY CORRECTABLE ! …. I contacted turtle beach (Amazon tech didn’t have the solution) who immediately sent me an instruction to A) correct the headset and B) update the firmware to stop it happening again.Overall a simple 2 minute process and all is well again. So don’t worry if you experience this issue, it is well known by turtle beach and fixable 🙂
Highly Reccomend these if you’re able to spend a bit extra for a Headset.
The Audio is superb and the Headphones are rather comfortable to wear for prolongued periods of time.
Very simple and straightforward to use as well with all the different modes.
Another plus is that it can connect to Mobile Devices via Bluetooth.
Awesome headphones quality sound and feel great when they are on. Only downside is they need updating when I don’t have a pc or laptop. But easily sorted. Otherwise I can not fault these at all.
Good quality, great sound and useful features. They are very tight though and as I have glasses they get a bit uncomfortable after a while even using the glasses adjuster. I would not recommend for people with glasses.

Bought to replace hyperX flight headset which had no base.
Very comfortable to wear and has 4 preset equalizer settings plus super hearing function. Lots of base when you want it.
Buttons are well layed out and mic pause fuction works a treat. 16hr bty life more than enougth for gaming between charges.
Overall, very good headset for wireless xbox gaming.
Great Gaming Headphones for Warzone
These are great headphones for the PlayStation 4/5. I wanted a good pair of over-ear headphones for playing Call of Duty Warzone and I’d tried various other brands, such as the Razr Kraken, which had amazing sound quality but I also couldn’t hear myself as they were so noise cancelling.
Instead I purchased the Turtle Beach battle buds as I assumed that I couldn’t use over-ear as while I wanted good sound quality, I also wanted to be able to hear myself speak.
I then saw these Stealth 600 headphones on offer and saw the reviews being very positive. As they were the same brand as the battlebuds I thought I’d give them a shot and I was not disappointed. These have really good sound quality for Warzone (can easily hear footsteps and which direction they are coming from and the direction of shots in the distance for example) and they allow the ability to hear yourself so you are aware of your volume.
They also have a dual volume control so you can hear yourself through the headphone if you still have trouble hearing yourself speak!
I would absolutely recommend these headphones for anyone in my situation, but also anyone who wants a good set of headphones for gaming.

Good Quality
I don’t usually wear headphone when game playing, but have started to recently. These are a good quality, with dual volume levels, one for game effects and the other for other players speaking. My only gripe is that they squeeze my ears and they start to hurt after a while, that just might be me, maybe my ears are too big to fit fully inside the hearing cup. Overall it makes a big difference to gaming.
A brilliant headset, although I’d recommend tweaking the EQ, turning base slightly down and the others up slightly. Good mic, great sound quality, but God is the software that pairs with it awful, computer software? Awful. The the audio hub app? Don’t even speak of such thing, it is so unmistakeably bad that I almost sent these back. Thought I’d share my fix for the app if your headset doesn’t appear when searching; please ensure you have allowed the app to use your location ALL the time to connect, also ensure you phone and headset is paired before doing this (even that was troublesome). But overall, great headset, clamping force is much higher than usual, but the padding is cool and sir, so it doesn’t hurt (me atleast) and is rather comfortable. Flip to mute mic is always welcome, however a lot of background noise can get through, so take that into consideration.
First thing you need to do is download the Turtle Beach Audio Hub software! You must update the firmware to avoid a disconnect bug.

I connected the Stealth 700 Gen 2 to the Mac and fired up the Turtle Beach Audio Hub software and was immediately asked whether I wanted to update the firmware.
It took a few moments.
NB: To customise settings, you can tweak many features using the Audio Hub app on your iOS or Android device.

Regarding the product itself: Yes, the gel earpads do keep your ears cooler than memory foam. I’ve a big head … and I find these comfortable. Not sure about hours and hours, but for an hour or 2 they are fine.
Headset paired instantly with my Xbox Series X and I had no trouble pairing it with my amplifier via bluetooth for use when listening to music or watching films etc.
One thing to be aware of is that the headset connects to the Xbox using the same principle as a controller. Thus, if you turn the headset on, it will turn your Xbox on — whether you want it to or not! So if you wish to listen to the aforementioned music or watch a film on another device in your entertainment set up, the Xbox will turn on and there’s no way to disable this action.
The sound is perfect for my needs and I find myself hearing things I’ve never noticed via speakers. Highly recommended.
Mic Sensitivity Issue
Headset is really comfortable to wear and the speakers are great. Super easy to adjust the game and chat audio. Only problem with it is the mic picks up way too much background noise and I’ve tried going onto the website and linking my headset to the audio hub to adjust this but you can’t do it with this model. There is no way of changing the mic sensitivity which is a pain.
Out the box I had a problem that they wouldn’t connect to the app, it was saying the firmware was outdated, so took to my laptop to try get it updated, had an issue with that and had to wait until the next day to try update them on my work PC, since then thankfully they’ve been trouble free. Great sound quality and the noise cancelling is great as it means I can’t hear the mrs moaning at me so, they’re great.
Love these best turtle beaches I have bought for a Long time and love the super human mode, they last a very long time aswell only charge them once a week
wireless connectivity via the same system that the controller uses? so basically its better than plugging a headset into your controller.
they don’t get hot as they have cool foam, and its not joke that foam is cool. you feel it when you put the headset on, cold foam is better for keeping its shape for longer than normal memory foam.
my first headset was Turtle beach 8 years ago and its lasted 7 of them, i strayed to Logitech and they were horrible, cable for people what want to plug them into the tv……in a different room this thing must have been 2 metres long no cap.
these seems pricey but they’re worth triple that in convenience, just soo seamless turning them on and not having a wire connected to the controller being able to move freely
AND THE BEST FEATURE, alright boys level with me, you play with 2, maybe 3 monitors and at least 1 of them connected to a computer, or at the very very least you have a tablet, or something in that realm right? well imagine having a wireless headset connected to your Xbox and magically connect to your computer or tablet or phone via Bluetooth, truly magical. having that option alone makes these worth any amount of .

Great sound on Series S using Dts for headphones xbox app or Dolby Atmos. Power headphones up and it powers up xbox.Hard to do power cable on xbox unplug before it would work after pairing as it kept saying connected over and over and interfered with wireless controller bluetooth but works fine now and very imersive when watching films.Took out the 2 year insurance to as I got the headphones for less than current price Nov 6th. Nice to have peace of mind especially when kids are involved. Shame they don’t run for 30 hours but can’t have it all.

I just want to say this though its very important if you have brought these for the Xbox make sure you update the firmware in them as there is a connectivity bug that makes them break up, after the update they are perfect.

I purchased these mid October and was looking for wireless headphone, didn’t know if these were a good brand or not (found out since they are), just wanted something which was going to be comfortable wear without the wires hanging around, read the reviews and decided these would best suit my needs. I can say that they have lived up to my expectations
Sound quality is amazing, crystal clear with variable volume control, hear everything as you should do
Connectivity is simple switch on and Bluetooth automatically find them & pairs, connect to multiple devices at the same time, PS4, Music & calls without any issues
Variable speech volume is great , hear what you are saying so you know that you are not shouting, plus when wanting to mute your speech simply push the mic into the closed position
App control with Audio Hub on your mobile is simple to install & use
So far I have not found anything to complain about, they are comfortable to wear 3-4 hours with the gel & foam filled cushions without making your ear feel sore, the battery life seems good they tells you the level when you switch them on – Overall well pleased with my purchase & would highly recommend
My 18 year old son loves this headset, the best he has had and he’s had a lot of head sets.
Initial observations are positive – adequate build quality and connection to our x box was flawless. Headphones are pretty much middle of the line in price but happy we went with these.

Really great headset with good sound quality. I use it for call of duty as you can use it to hear enemy footsteps etc… I’ve also tried the 700, but the 600 gen 2 is the best headset I’ve had in years and I’ve used a lot of different types including astros. The only negatives are that it can take a few seconds to connect sometimes, and you need to unplug the dongle when not in use as otherwise you won’t get any sound through when not using the headset. Other than this it’s an awesome headset especially for the price
Superb quality, extremely comfortable. Some great functionality using the mobile app as well so you can set in your settings mid game. I’ve had earlier versions of the the stealth and elite range on Turtle Beach, this one is by far the best. I’ve also recently change from Astro A50’s and while these don’t have the surround sound the superhuman hearing gives a great edge in game and the sound quality is excellent. Also being able to link your other devices like phone or tablet so you can take calls or listen to videos or music while gaming is awesome.
Delivered on time, exactly what I wanted, I bought this item because I was getting fed up with plugging my old headset in to my controller. To date I’ve been a big fan of both Astro and SteelSeries headsets, last time I tried Turtle Beach was the 800x. Early impressions of this new 700 gen 2 are really positive. Comfort level is excellent! I was really worried about the fit as I have slightly “larger” ears and was worried that these would be uncomfortable… glad to say no issues and the ear pads are really nice. Connection to Xbox is super easy and removes the need to have any additional connectors. Sound quality is excellent, tried on both the Xbox and then Bluetooth to my phone for music. Only issue remains the connection to the mobile app. If this was sorted would be a higher level of scoring. Well worth a look if you are in the market for a new Xbox headset.

Set up was effortless for the Xbox
Loaded up Halo MCC and when i put the headset on i got goosebumps listening to the halo theme. Audio quality is amazing. The surround sounds works well. Absolutely love this headset

Finally got this product after my Steelseries Arctis 9X started to fall apart (See my Review on that) first original replacement order was not delivered or stolen from doorstep wherever they left it??
Have to say after setting this up yesterday evening that the build for a Turtle Beach feels great and don’t see the same issues happening that I had with the Steelseries, EarCup hinges look better designed and they feel really comfortable. Sound is also really good too and with the Super Real Sound facility when audio is critical in certain games (WarZone etc) it really is pinpointing.
You also have the Turtle Beach Audio hub that allows you to customise aspects of the headset and change volumes, this is a bit complicated but I am sure I will learn how it works better with more use.
Really happy with the headset on first try and once set up correctly I’m sure it will be great.
I don’t normally leave reviews but ive had these for just over a week and think they are amazing. Sound quality is awesome mic is crystal clear. Is spoke to a friend over the phone and he didn’t realise i was using my headset. The ear cushions and headband are so comfortable and it has a adapter for glasses to take pressure off of arms. Build quality is that of even more expensive headset. Game sound and mic volume adjustable dials on headset. Mic folds away when not using.
I am writing this review before the Xbox Series X is out. I have actually bought two of these, one for myself to use my husband’s old Xbox One and one for him to use with the new Xbox series X.
His head is larger than mine, and when you first see the headset ear cushions they may seem a bit big but actually they are what makes this sooo comfortable. They seem to adapt a bit like memory foam to your shape and body heat. The headset adjusts on both sides for a bigger head and also the ear panels swivel so it can adapt to a wonky head!
Pros:
Mutes the mic when you flip the mic up.
Seperate audio slider for game and chat.
They feel good quality.
When you turn them on, your xbox comes on too (just like controller, you cant turn off console with headset).
When it turns on it tells you how much battery it has left.
They arrived fully charged.
Cons:
For me, my phone put bluetooth (phone) music audio through differently if the bluetooth was also connected for calls. Turn off calls and it comes through crystal clear.
If you are using bluetooth for calls only and connecting to xbox for audio and chat, there are no issues in sound quality.
Overview:
Fantastic quality, enhanced in game experience with surround sound effects. I have yet to try the mobile app.
I bought one, tried it and then bought another one. Fantastic kit.
Yet to try on laptop but thats also bluetooth so I dont see any issues there… possibly an adapter might be needed for mic use, if I remember I will test and update this in the future.
