Very good car dash cam.
The quality of the video is very good and also the build quality of this camera kit. It’s important to have a clear image and with 4k resolution, this does a very good job.
I purchased this VanTrue N4 dashcam after doing some research on various models. The Vantrue has been perfect for my needs. Easy to install – I did not install the cables under the car material fitting as I did not want to damage the car in the process! Bear in mind, DashCam Fitters sell their own dash cams for fitting so don’t jump ahead and purchase expecting someone else to fit it like I did. The Vantrue N4 dashcam records in excellent quality – front and back facing camera and rear vehicle camera (when connected) to microSD card and once transferred the videos to the computer, the files are file named dated and timestamped, can be viewed as .mp4 files and also loaded into the DashCamPlayer. When loaded in the DashCamPlayer program/app (tested on a mac) it synchronises the separate front and back video files simultaneously with map location (via OpenStreetMap) and audio as you are driving with speed shown on the screen as well. Great! I use the VanTrue N4 plugged into the cigarette lighter of the car, but it can be wired to the battery if you know how with the additional hardwire kit (sold separately).

What a FANTASTIC product and its just what i ned at an amazing price. I would recommend this product 100% and will be purchasing this product again for our second car.
It works fine, easy and clear to install. It should come with the SD Card, note: you need to but it separately. The screen it too small and you cannot watch the recorded videos from the screen as some other products. I did not notice any cut in the recording which is excellent!
I purchased this by mistake thinking it had built in wifi which was my fault for not realising it wasn’t in the description, no issue with the dashcam itself at all. So I decided to return this one and I purchased the E3 instead which has everything plus app control, happy all round
The dash cam randomly turns off and back on when driving. It’s not a power issue. For such an expensive product it shouldn’t be doing this. I risk missing out on critical footage
