This item is compatible with all older style Official Xbox Controllers launched prior to the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles in 2020. Older style controllers do NOT feature a central share button and have a non-rounded d-pad. These were controllers originally supplied with and for the Xbox One. Should you have a “new†style controller then you will need to purchase our latest model of this item. Please refer to the images in the listing which will help identify your controller. These battery packs are NOT compatible with new Xbox Series X and S controllers.

Good batteries, once fully charged which takes about 6h can last up to 12-18h before they die, would recommend
Now my batteries can be put in.. other things..
Last about as long as Duracel Batteries but since you can charge one whilst you use one it’s so much cheaper and easier! Blinking green light is annoying and if you forget about it and walk at a certain angle it will peer directly into your soul via your eyes but other than that they’re great! They don’t always slide onto the controller very smoothly but as Spongebob once said “Firmly grasp it” and you should be fine.
Great value for money and will last for years if looked afte
So far so good. Extensively tested and while charging is slightly slowed when both are plugged in still very good. After several months of usage I can confirm still holds charge and last pretty much a full day with about a 70/30 play down time but still idle. Can’t complain for the price at all. I will say I do optimise charging and look after them as well. Always advise not playing whilst charging as helps for longevity.

Loves these. 4th time I’ve bought these now. Get a good 4 hours of play from 1 battery. Takes about a year for the battery life to reduce. Never let me down.
Lasts quite a long time for now
I’ve only been using one of the batteries and it’s had no issues so far. I use the Xbox One controller with a Windows PC and there were connection drop outs but that was solved by getting a proper Xbox Controller adapter, rather than using the Bluetooth from the motherboard. Right at the start, there were issues with the controller registering random commands but that was due to it having low battery and I hadn’t charged them before first use.
Overall, these have been great and I’ve been using them for a few hours a week. Not sure how these will be in the long term but these were just 10, so a lot better than buying batteries and throwing them out.

i bought these before, lasted about a year because the charging cables broke, and one time they just stopped working so i had to buy a new one. really practical and a good substitute for normal batteries. probably the best rechargeables out there despite the average durability

These are pretty good battery packs for the price and even last a little longer than the advertised 18 hours of play! They charge pretty quick too and the dual charging cable is a definite bonus. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. It will eventually save you a lot of money on batteries. A full charge is quick and lasts as long as basic batteries. Can also be used to charge phones and tablets.

Not for lengthy runs without hotswapping
These are OK, not high powered for long lasting gaming though; they do the job for short games where you don’t mind hotswapping halfway through.
You get two batteries and a Y lead USB charge cable for charging both batteries at the same time, which isn’t so bad, but still hotswapping without dying.
Not data batteries, and not 4 pin native batteries.
*as an indication, a fully charged module needed replacing [XBone] Division2 District Union Legendary w/ all directives, thenjust before final boss Roosevelt Island Legendary., not through choice – because controller powered down.
Cheap quality, but it works.
Cheap quality in the sense that it doesn’t smoothly clip to controller, uneven fitment and a green light that is so bright it creates a circle on the ceiling. Not the best battery life either. But for 10, can’t go wrong. Works as described. Very long charging cable. No issues with connection or charging.

Have had no problems.
I’ve had mine for about 3 month’s and I’ve not had any problems. I plug them in and the green light flashes usually takes overnight to charge it fully and when it’s fully charged the light stops flashing and just stays green so I know when it’s charged.
A battery pack can usually last me a week maybe over but it does all depend on how long/often you play. I only play my xbox in the evening for about 3 maybe 4hrs.
I haven’t had any trouble with them.
Oh the only minor thing I found was if you have a cover on your controller as I do (silicone one) you will need to stretch this a bit to get the battery in as it covers some of the battery compartment , it isn’t major for myself I’m not really bothered but just letting you guy’s know.

Brilliant battery savers
I tend to always look for officially licenced products, but spotted some Venom kit advertised on the Microsoft site, so I got these and they’re perfect.
They look and sit perfectly on the controllers, it’s great having 2, and as they’re USB chargeable I can run that from a USB port on a console. Very tidy.

So I just brought my first gaming console and my friend recommended I get some rechargeable battery’s for the controllers as battery’s are expensive and don’t last to long. So I brought these. Firstly they come with a dual 2 metre long usb-C cable witch is great to run behind your moniter if you want to charge it on a high place so a baby/dog does not get to it. The second thing is the battery life is excellent the battery’s lasted a whole week without charge and I play my Xbox about 5hrs a day so really good

I really like them, but they seem to die kinda quickly after having them for awhile, although i have had them for nearly 2 years. I usually keep one plugged into my controller at all times so it never dies and then take it out if i want some more freedom without the cable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an xbox one!

Perfect kit for the xbox controllers I had one now for a couple of years and so ordered another for sons xbox he got this Christmas. No more hunting for batteries or waiting for it to charge before playing simply plug in when batteries low and keep going.

Got about a year out of them, if you leave then to charge for long periods of time, expect them to loose charge a lot quicker (just like your phone etc.)

Work very well with Xbox
These are a lot cheaper than the Microsoft ones but work very well. Previous Xbox battery failed after 1 year so this will keep my son going for a while longer and as there is two of them he can rotate them to make them last longer. They fit perfectly as if original and I got the white ones as they match the controller. The charging cable comes in handy and the batteries flash green LEDs as they charge.

Good alternative to batteries which are so expensive. Good that there are two as you can charge one whilst playing with the other. They do lose their charge slighly over time though, but easilly good enough to still last half a day.

Great set of 2 rechargeable batteries for Xbox one, comes with a usb splitter cable to charge both at same time. The battery pack fits perfectly in the Xbox one controller pad, whilst it’s charging you have a green led light flashing whilst it’s charging, once charged the led light shines a static green. It’s hard to say how long each battery lasts as depends how many hours you play per day, overall they keep their charge and saves you having to buy regular batteries that go to landfill so helping the environment is a bonus.

Acceptable battery life and easily charged using a standard micro USB cable.
These batteries replace the battery compartment cover and sit flush with the controller.
They recharge simply by connecting a micro USB cable. This can be done with the battery in-situ or removed from the controller. In my opinion, this is more convenient than having to attach the controllers to a dock since they can still be used whilst charging.

Great rechargeable Xbox One controller batteries
The controllers for the Xbox One S seem to eat batteries. I found these rechargeable batteries to be a great solution. They fit the controller quite tightly and have their own micro USB port for charging. The cable come with splits in two connectors so both batteries can be charged at the same time. On plugging the battery light flashes green which charging and then solid green when done. It only takes a few hours to get a full charge from empty. Very easy.

Useful, simple and practical. My only complaint is that the sockets / cables aren’t well-made at all and slip out constantly. I ended up having to use a different cable. The battery also doesn’t hold its charge very long, but this is a minor complaint as I probably play too much anyway.

Great substitute for batteries!
Battery life lasts quite long and you can have these plugged in whilst playing which is great. The cable that is supplied is really long too. They are easy to plug into your controller, a bit tricky to take out but fine once you’ve got the hang of it.
