Had an issue with no cloud at all, not even able to see who was at the door, in video. Their customer service was very helpful and corrected the error with their tech team. Very pleased with their support.

he selling point for me was the free 7 day cloud storage and the 50 selling price. delivery was fast. the quality of the unit is good. easy to install on the door frame. the app is easy to operate….we have it on 2 phones. battery life is about 30 days when set to lowest detection (we don’t want to record everyone passing by the pavement!).
the major drawback is that its not 100% reliable the record people approaching near the bell. I suspect that if the WiFi signal isn’t optimum the camera doesn’t send a signal. I estimate that happens about 20% of approaches….so we can say its 80% reliable. the second issue is that there is a delay between someone approaching the bell and the alert on the phone ….as well as a delay between someone ringing the bell and the chime on the phone….the delay is between 5 and 10 seconds….something I can live with.
this is the first time I’ve installed or used a bell camera so I have nothing to compare its performance with. but I wouldn’t mind feedback from the supplier.

The choice of musical chimes is great and the video coverage is quite good. I like the way the app works with my android tablet and phone. Easy wifi connection and lots of options with set up. I like that it rings on the chime receiver and both my tablet and phone. Live view and 2 way communication is really nice especially when I am not home. The camera is HD with night vision has a pretty wide field, the video is really good and the night vision is also really clear.

Good video doorbell. Detects motion even when bell is not rung. Easy to install and no wiring required. We had a slight issue with night vision caption, that was resolved quickly. Good customer service.

Good value for money when 1/2 price
Bought this as it had good reviews and it was 1/2 price. So far I’ve been impressed, but as I’ve never had a video doorbell before I can’t actually compare it. Night vision and picture quality is really good and clear. Only thing is I can’t seem to get the plug in chime to work, you can hear the doorbell chime but not the inside speaker, maybe I’m doing something wrong. I did actually turn notifications off for motion detection as living where I do I had 175 video clips in 1 day and my phone was beeping all day.. So I just had notifications for when someone actually rang the doorbell. The one thing I’m not impressed with is the length of battery when charged. Fully charged it only lasted 3 days then it takes forever to charge, so I should’ve really looked at that in the reviews. It’s a little inconvenient having to unscrew it and charge it every 2/3 days, because of that I’ll probably end up buying a more expensive one unless they’re all the same? But apart from that for 50 I would recommend

Great quality item and very easy to set up. Seems to be great so far as not had any issues. Night vision is very clear and you can adjust the sensitivity on the motion sensor so that it saves battery life and you don’t get notified too ofte

Love this bell/camera. Great quality picture and sound. Easy to set up and install. One draw back, battery life is approximately 45 days then a recharge is needed.

I bought this door bell few days ago when I am moved to new house. It’s excellent and it’s Best Buy from Amazon. I had cctv camera in the other house but this one is all in one so I didn’t get any need to k install my old cameras. Brilliant buy! Happy custome

Product easy to set up. Good detection and picture quality. Battery needs charging ALOT. I have it on lowest motion settings and charging it every 3 or 4 days

After a shaky start with it finally worked it out. Only problem I have is when there’s no Wi-Fi anywhere I can’t view it on my I phone. But my husband can on his android phone . Checked all settings etc still nothing
This doorbell has great picture quality, it is wonderful to see who comes and goes from my door. The doorbell plug in the house works well and has lots of fun chime options. Another plus is being able to talk to the person at the door from my app.
On the down side the motion detector is not quick enough to grab everyone. Sometimes when my kids all walk in, it won’t turn on until the first person is already in the house.
It is slow to connect when I want to talk to the person at the door from my phone.

Ok, from the box this doorbell camera is easy to set up. You can share the images on more than one account,only one account can alter the settings live.
The image is clear day or night. You will have to play with the adjustments to suit sensitivity required. Battery is charged from a mobile phone type usb cable that plugs into the bell and again is easy and quick enough not to cause any issues.
You can download the video clips to your phone and share them too. There’s no charge for storage to the cloud which rewrites after 3 days.
It also has two-way voice coms which works ok.
Overall, this doorbell is a cracking buy and the communication with the seller and manufacture is also excellent when registering the 2 year warranty.
Terrible supporting app - see update
The hardware is good, but that’s no use if you can’t playback recordings. Worked for a week, then the app, Aiwit, just stopped working without reason: it no longer plays back video. Click on a recording, it’s black. Useless. I did ask the customer support team, they said they don’t know. Though on apple store reviews, seems to be common problem! Don’t waste your money, honestly. Also, motion sensor too slow.
UPDATE: Customer service was very good, and they did an app update so it’s working fine. Now that it is, cannot fault it for the price. Thank you very much!
Value for money
Always a bit apprehensive when something is cheaper than majority of similar products. However I have been pleasantly surprised with the very high quality of this product. I have used it for a week now and been able to keep track whilst I am away. The picture quality is very good, night vision is amazing and it was very easy to set up and install.

After reading many reviews I decided to purchase this product and was very happy with it. Does exactly as it says and definitely great for security at home. Would highly recommend this product as I have had no issues. Motion detection is great and night vision is definitely high quality. Very pleased with my purchase.
VanBar doorbell camera
I am very happy with this camera especially given the price the quality is really good the soubd is really clear you get notifications when some one walks by your door as it has a sensor I love it and it gives me a lot more piece of mid knowing I can check ob home anytime I want when I am not there its the best I recommend this product. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the doorbell ringer is a bit random it plugs in the main socket but doesnt appear to be doing anything other then that fantastic.
Really good value
Good value, good quality images for both day and night, adjustable to what motion settings. Feel much safer knowing I have it too as it links to my phone too. Can’t fault it.
