Put it in the lounge right fit for my chimney breas
My elderly mum lives in a sheltered flat with central heating but she loves using this fire as a focal point, just using the imitation flame lamp. The heating elements work well on those occasions when she wants a little extra heat or instead of heating the whole flat. It’s an excellent looking item and works well. I was asked to rate the remote control but there isn’t one on the one we bought, you have to reach down and operate the switches at a low level. Might be a problem for people with low mobility

Open the box, put it in place, plug it in, switch it on and try not to imagine your home with out this in its place. I have never turned on the heating part of it as i live in a small apartment. The value for money, the fact that it looks warm and depth of the fire surround all equal to an amazing purchase.
Had to have new heating system installed and required something to occupy the old fireplace. Couldn’t have found anything more ideal than this, as it was not too large, very neatly put together and looks really warm and inviting on these cold nights. Have had no need to use the heating facility as new heating is more than sufficient, but overall am delighted with this item.
Wanted a compact electric fire and this more than fitted the space available
Stunning, gave out so much warmth to keep us warm in the front room as our radiators take a little while to heat up, enough to put flowers and ornaments on top

Having had an old boiler removed from the back of our fireplace we needed a fire just the right size to cover the hole. This was the only one with the exact dimensions to suit, as well as being exactly the sort of thing we were looking for. The fire is nice even without the heat as when switched on it looks good. We are very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone!
The Ivory fit perfectly with our living room decor, it was delivered quickly and it’s convenient since it can be left freestanding. We use it mostly for the led light option at times so can’t comment on the heat functions. A great piece to include in your room, we always receive so many compliments.

Delivery was fast as always and you just have to place the pebbles, plug it in and it’s all done.
It looks stunning and gives enough warmth for a small living room. The noises are fine for me, it’s not louder than any other fan heater.

Arrived early and well packaged, I just took it out of the packing and plugged it in. It can be fixed to the wall if needed and the fittings come with it My cats definitely love it and have taken to permanently sleeping on i
Lovely fireplace, light enough for one person to move. When it is on it makes a slight noise which is not really bad.
The fire was delivered on time, and without any damage.
We haven’t used it for heating , but do put the light on for the fire effect which gives off a cosy glow. There is a slight hum, but if you’re watching tv/listening to music it can’t be heard.
I have this product for almost 2 months, I am using it every day, and it is looks very beautiful in my living room.
I am recommending it because is very useful, you can use it like a hitter too

This is a great free standing fireplace and looks neat…no installation needed whatever just remove the box and plug it in..keeping the lights on that five out the flame effect is gorgeous..definitely recommend this

It stands itself, doesn’t need to be attached to the wall.
It has 3 switches: 1- just for light and it looks very beautiful (my favourite). 2 others for the level of hit and speed (here is the cons- it works as a car fan- quite noisy and smelly, blowing a hot air out.) I don’t really like it and didn’t keep it on for long. Still-stunning look.

Fabulous fire. Was unhappy that I had to get rid of my gas fire and could only have an electric fire. With reluctance finally settled for this one and have now been using it for the past 6 months. Love it everytime I put it on – looks really homely. Have seen other fires similar that are far more expensive so this one is excellent for money.

It has two heat settings, but i only have to use the first setting as it really gives out plenty of heat. I think a lounge lacks that homely feel without a fireplace, these are ideal especially for people who live in flats and have just central heating.
