Looks fantastic when set up ,which does not take long
The led lights are very bright and makes our home very cozy at night ,we love the fact that the flames change clour as well

Easy to fix but no real instructions on how to use it
There’s a timer and a thermostat but how you set them haven’t a clue I’m pretty good at finding how to use items but this is ridiculous it kept switching itself on because of either the timer or the thermostat eventually managed to stop tha

It’s great to look at, easy to use remote control and the heat is adequate.
Hate to admit it but the wife is right(this time!) And glad I bought it.
Nice looking fire compliments my living room well, Only problem the remote does not work ,replaced the batteries but still not working. Also quiet noisy when fire is turned on .
My granddaughter moved to another house so she wanted a wall fire so bought this for her she likes it, the only thing tht is wrong is I don’t like the timer on the front to see but thts just me someone else might not bothe

Instructions for fitting are very poor.
Fire can be noisy when on for a while but we had it for the feature on one wall really and looks great.
