Did not fit. Don't think it had remote control.
Since this fire did not fit in with the surroundings as anticipated, the heater was returned. I did not try the controls to any depth. Therefore I cannot make any further comment about this heater.
This fire is amazing looks stunning in our newly painted fireplace we used a drainage pipe to recreate the decorative flue pipe which only cost 8. The fire is very very quite and not sure if you can see in the video but the flames look so realistic with a slight smoke effect .only used the heat once to take off the chill in the room. We like just having the flame on which gives off such a beautiful warm glow very soothing to watch and very romantic would definitely recommend this fire
As we can’t have a real log fire we wanted something similar with a nice look to it. This fire is a good price whilst still not looking cheap.
The flames are amongst the best we’ve seen on electric fires and we have them on every night. We’ve not seen any increase on our energy bill for this. I love that you can adjust the brightness of the flames too.
The heat setting we have only used once but it heats up quickly and is perfect if you want to get warm speedy.
The top doesn’t get hot so we use the top as a fireplace to pop things on. Been using the fire for 2 months now and really happy with the product.

Not found a remote so not sure it takes one! Hopefully i didn’t throw away! It looks lovely and has several heat settings. It is on my shed which I made into a littke room!

Fire making noises
We have a problem with spindle with sliver vanes to make flame effect , Makes a knocking noise. And on occasions clicking noise. Electrician says spindle is not true and rubber

Great value , Quality Produc
looks good, visitors to our home have commented on the look of the fire, how realistic it looks. We use it to quickly warm the room before our boiler system starts up.
It would be an expensive form of heating to run all day but for short periods to quickly warm a room until the main heating system starts working its ideal.
The log effect on this fire is extremely good, and it has promptly become a centrepiece of our sitting area.
We feel that it really has been a snip at the price quoted!
I love this fire, I bought it for christmas, it looks fab in my sitting room and is so cozy and warm, I didnt get a remote, but the buttons are to the front so easy to use
Looks great when on. I have this on in the evenings and just the fire effect. I have tried the heater and it does give out some great heat. Only use it to take the chill out of the room.
This is ideal for heating one room. The glow is brilliant and makes you feel warm even though the heat is not on. We only need the heat on for 10 minutes for our lounge and heat stays in if you close doors. Really love this purchase.

Heat output is great and adjusment is good. However, the fan is a little loud, but bearable.
The fire effect is quite realistic, though it doesn’t go as bright as I would have liked and the adjustment control has little effect, seems to go from dim to brighter with little in between.
Very cosy looking fire, Quiet when on with just flame effect , acceptable noise when the blow heater is switched on , sounds like any blow heater .
Personally I purchased mainly for the visual effect , I think with costs of electricity at this time I wouldn’t like to run the fan heater for more than a few minutes at a time .

I love it, light weight and easy to turn upside down to screw legs on. Fits perfect the in corner. Relaxing just like a real fire. Another decently priced quality product that does the job. Thinking about ordering one for the bedroom. Cant fault it. This stove is the only stove with all positive reviews.

Only down point is no remote control
This was delivered quickly . I purchased this to replace a fake fire pit . It is well made and looks great . With the change of brightness it looks like a small evening fire towards the end of day and when you lurn it up it looks like a full on fire with flames . The heat out put from the heater is what you would expect from am electrical fan heater of this size .

Looks nice, but does not throw out as much heat as another different make fire that I have although they both have the same wattage rating.

I was a bit disappointed in the materials that the fire is made with – the legs are plastic and the top some sort of composite material. I thought there would be more metal. However it looks good and the flame effect is good. There was no remote control with this fire.
When the heater is on it is a bit noisy but most of the time we just have the flame effect on by itself and there is no noise associated with that.

Realistic free standing electric stove.
We wanted an electric fire for our rustic garden cabin and this is just right. Looks very realistic as we stood it on a stone base hearth. Even with just the flame effect light on it creates a lovely focal point and with the heat on it is lovely and warm.

Lovely electric stove
This is much nicer than I was expecting. The flame effect is very realistic. The fan heater does of course make a noise but it’s much quieter than our previous electric fire.

Good delivery, nice looking fire, noisier than expected, good looking flame effect, lots of heat close up but don’t expect it to heat up big rooms quick
Great for the price but noisy as hell
There were several issues with this product but i still give it 4 stars for value. Fix the below negatives and youd have a five star product.
*Far too noisy in heat mode detracts entirely from the effect so i only use it for effect and not for heat
*the door hinge was wonkey and the door doesnt sit right. I can see a way to tighten or align it properly
*no sound effects. That small addition would make it stand out from its competitors
*instruction advise against plugging into an extension cord so wht make the power cord so short? It limits the number of places yoi can use it.
All of that said, i still love it and would recommend it based on price and visual effect.

Excellent heater – lovely looking and good heat output. No remote control but that takes nothing away from the quality – very pleased indeed.

Distributes heat extremely fast and efficiently. I am a little disappointed with its noise level but it is very pleasing on the eye and economic in use.
