Very nice 2 look at log effect is lovely the only disappointment was it said it was cast iron when it’s clearly not its plastic others I looked at did say theirs.was.plastic so I ordered this cast iron but not etc I’m keeping it anyway its looks lovely
Good product. Price not so sure.
The assembly of product was ok, legs only needed to be screwed in and was easy, one person can manage no issues.
It’s the perfect size for where I needed to fit, only reason I paid what I did as I feel there are similar products with even better design and better price out there, but this was the only size I could find to fit where I needed.
The heat output is good, smells of burnt first time I put it on, hopefully will get getter.
Different light dimmer, which I also like.
The noise level is none if you only have the light on. However if you add the heat it is quite noisy.
Remote control beep is quite loud, don’t bother me but might bother others. It also appears to be cheap design, so i’d be mindful of this.
Is an ok product, but not certain it’s worth the price I paid.

I think the doors should have been covered up more to stop the damage. I was not happy with the damage but the fire is beautiful really disappointed
Easy to set up just screw on legs and plug in, we have it in our extension 0′ outside this has lifted a 6m x 5m extention to 18′ in about an hour and kept a constant temp thereafter. TBH it is a little noisey not too much and I had my music on so didn’t bother me but it is a little noisey for the money excellent. Would have like flames to have been lighter not dark orange but still quite nice
Beautiful
Beautiful ornamental yet functional fire, it makes you feel warm just having the light on. Heats large room up within 10/15 minutes.
Really pleased and good price
Although I didn’t realise I’d ordered this in grey, still looks good. It’s a big fire, so definitely check dimensions. Remote control makes it easy to use, is a little noisey but you get used to it after a while.

Heater is as detailed in description! Great having flame effect which can be adjusted! Would like to have the heater retain previous settings eg flame control, but this is minor issue.

This is a beautiful fire, brilliant for the money. I didn’t keep mind because it was a bit big for my surround. The company was really understanding,totally my fault. The glow on the fire is so realistic it’s beautiful. I will give this fire a 10 out of 10
Bought as a main heater for my room and its perfect. It was a not a new one but marked as in very good condition and cost less than half the original price, it looks absolutely perfect not a mark on it. Gives out plenty of heat on the lower setting, reallycosy and a very attractive fire. Lovely big size and you can see the flames from the sides as well.Highly recommended.
Looks impressive
Fire looks the part, there’s a knocking sound when lights on but can hardly hear it a can’t hear it when TV is on, and great that you can operate it with remote control. Have never used heater so don’t know how good it works but never used heater on the previous one either, only down side is instructions don’t tell you how to change bulbs when they go

A reasonable heater at a reasonable price.
Capable of heating quite a large room, blower efficient but quite audible although not objectional. Quite cheaply made but passable, Small digital display on the inside is offputting as it is in the projected flame effect. A few moans but generally happy with the product and Amazons quick resolution of a minor problem.

Pleased it's remote control
Pleased it’s remote controlled, the only thing I don’t like about it is you can see the settings on the right side above the logs are, a bit distracting, that’s why I have only given it 4 stars.
Colour and hea
For the money this fire works very good. The only problem for me was they said the colour is cream.It’s not it’s almost lemon ….so I painted it. Happy with it now.

Good value for money and you can spread the payments. Gives off a good glow from the artifical flames makes the room feel cosy without the heater. Guves out good heat from the blower. Overall very happy
Bought this to create a focal point inside a new fireplace rather than spending thousands on having a real wood burning stove fitted. Because it’s concealed on 3 sides inside the fireplace it looks amazing- very convincing.
The flame effect is a nice touch but it’s very obvious that it’s fake. It’s very noisy as a fan heater too so we’re not expecting to actually use it to heat the room up or anything- it’s just a glorified lamp inside the fireplace.
Overall though its a very good looking heater.

Looks great and heats room well, however the sensor for the remote is in a terrible place, you have to be very close and head on for it to work which kind of defeats the object. The fan is noisy too.
Attractive Fire
Warming glow from the log effect with 8 setting from low to bright glow although I think fewer settings would be preferable. Heating capacity of 2Kw is ample for our fairly large room. Timer is useful, it can be set in half hour intervals up to 8 hours to go off at a chosen time. The casing is plastic but looks good.
Negative – The setting are not stored and have to be selected each time.
It's not bad
It does have a funny clicking noise when you have the logs lit up but I don’t think it’s loud enough to disturb you when the TV is on. Looks nice (although I didn’t realise the front doors of it is made of plastic).
Excellent fast service .. arrived way before the est delivery day which suited us perfect as this was one thing that stopped us purchasing .. over all it’s perfect , colour, size perfect.
I’m so pleased with this fire, it looks so lovely 🙂 it is really noisy when the heat is on and it feels cheap because it’s all plastic but it is what I was looking for so I am happy
Nice looking fire
Unfortunately our fire had to go back as didn’t work the second time we turned it on and couldn’t get another for nearly 2 months so had to get a refund but it’s a really nice fire and looked good.
Good for the money
Unlike stated in other reviews this came with a remote that works just fine. Easy to assemble and looks great. It is noisy and I can’t tell the difference between the two heat settings….but is great for the money.

The product does exactly what I wanted it for and is nice to look at too.

Quite nice looking heater which I purchased mainly to place in the fireplace rather than for heat.
The glow provides a cosy feeling but the heater, once switched on , is noisy. Does warm the room quickly though
No remote
I would love to give this fire 5 Star’s as is a nice fire, but came with no remote and both Amazon and manufacturers blame each other, I still have no remote
The fire is fine, works well, looks really good and fits perfectly in the fireplace. I was promised a remote control, however, I am still waiting to receive it. Not good on Customer Service I’m afraid.

All plastic. Except for the net thing between the doors and sides. Comes with remote with 8 brightness settings and 2 heat settings. Great if ur going to leave it in one place.

A lovely little fire, for a replica plastic wood burner, it looks like metal, the flame effect isn’t very realistic, but I like it, it makes you feel warm, just having it on.. the 2 heat settings heat up our small lounge lovely.Very pleased
If your requirement is for the largest of this category in order to look right within the fireplace of an old house, this one certainly fits the bill at over 600mm height, it just looks as though it was meant for the house, all of the others we found in our search would have looked ridiculously small displayed within a Victorian or Georgian original feature. Also big enough to cover the vent hole if changing from a gas fire. The only disappointments were the noise and the uncommunicative manufacturer, the fan is quite loud and doesn’t run at a slower speed when on the cooler setting as expected, though maybe no louder than the hiss from a gas fire. We dutifully went on line to register the sale in order to allegedly qualify for the longer warranty period referred to in the accompanying literature; not a word was received from the manufacturers site, not even an acknowledgement, very rude and unacceptable, especially as the product is of high quality Chinese plastic! But it looks real.
What a fabulous fire, fits superbly in my new Inglenook constructed fireplace. The glow is so lovely through the double doors and looks the real thing. The heat will be appreciated in the cooler months to come. Fitting the four feet was so easy with a screwdriver, screws supplied. Also the remote is so handy to alter the fire effects. Arrived promptly by a friendly helpful courier, I had the fire out of the box and in situ within a short while …. Another great buy from Amazon, thank you x
Lovely fire, makes slight whirring noise when on, but you get used to it. Glad it has remote control, which we have found useful. Also you can just have flame lighting effects on without the heater being on, which is a bonus. All in all a good product.
Looks brilliant in our log cabin in the garden. Can be controlled remotely or via the panel at the front. Provides a nice flickering light which can be turned on or off independent of the heat controls. Bigger in size than most electric stoves I have come across, making it a nice substantial centrepiece within a small room. Easy to attach the legs to the base. Heats up our log cabin (5m x 3m) when on full heat in about 30 minutes.
