Does the job. Staple which holds the fabric came off in one place but can easily be stapled again.
The bench is very good. If assembled correctly, I don’t see why this should not last a very long time. I’m mechanically minded, and don’t see any major design flaws apart from the foot rest/holder. This is quite fragile, but it is a redundant feature. I actually took it off as it is not needed for anything. The cover is of course artificial, and this is my main concern. The threads were appearing on one side, which I had to cut. But, I think it will be ok. Overall, very good and I would definitely recommend it. You can do all the basic exercises with dumbbells which is perfect for me. Good adjustment. Safe. No issues. Didn’t notice the bench moving or anything when exercising. I’m 6 ft tall, and the bench is fine for my hight.

It’s a mid range so not crap but not high quality however fit for purpose, easy to use, strong and stable
Investment which was required to save some money on gym! Bench is perfect for incline and decline and very sturdy and soft so it will not hurt your body. I have now used it for few months and i must say it was a good buy.
This bench is absolutely fantastic if you are looking for an entry level cheap one.
I have had this for a while now and I can only give it the credit it deserves.
The initial setup was easy and was done withon roughly less than an hour by myself and my brother to help. Instructions were easy to follow and was not too tough.
From there, I have actively used this bench for a long long time now lifting on it most days and I haven’t had a single issue with it.
It has a few adjustments you can make which is what you can expect and does the job especially for the price.
In terms of durability, I have pushed this bench to the limits lifting some heavy weights on top of it and it did not budge once.
I would recommend for anyone to get this for around the 70.00 mark if you are looking for an entry level bench for home.
I spent some time looking at all the benches available in the 60 – 75 range & eventually went for the Winnow. My main concern with all of them was how stable they would be as none were particularly wide & for that price I wasn’t expecting a professional gym standard bench.
Now I’ve been using the bench for a couple of months I am v pleased with it. It is very stable & at no point have I felt unsafe on it. Should say that I am 10st & use weights up to 15k so I am probably not pushing the bench to its limits.
Build quality seems good & so far the pads (which are only guaranteed fro 3 months) are showing no signs of wear or damage.
Overall really like the bench with how cheap it is in mind!
Very sturdy (115kg user) and easy to build.
Cheap materials and not much confidence that the plastic covering will last too long but for the 68 on deal price I paid I really can’t complain!
If I get a year out of it I’ll be happy enough.

Bought this because I live in a studio flat so am limited for space. So pleased I did. It folds easily and to a good size. It’s sturdy and does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend
The bench is easy enough to setup and build quality for this one is good as well. There is plenty of adjustability on it as well and I mainly been using it for my home workouts in our home. It feels stable when you are on it and there are lots of uses for it, for bicep workouts, chest, shoulders and even back. Just make sure everything is bolted on tight and also, when you got your position set, thats its locked in so you dont face any issues.

I got this to replace my husband’s old bench as the material had begun to tear. He is pleased with it, it seems sturdy and easy to use. It’s good and long, it supports his head even though he’s 6ft 2. And I’m happy he can fold it away into the garage when he’s done.
Very strong weight bench I absolutely love it !! . The Seat and back is movable up or down which is perfect for me !! It is so comfortable to do exercises on, and it’s the right size for home use, it’s so easy to pack it away. Overall I would recommend this bench to anyone I love it !!

The bench requires very little assembly and folds down to a handy size for when you want to save some space.

Some of the trim fitting with staples have gone through the material at manufacturers and a couple of staples were loose. I repositioned them with the help of a small light hammer. Some of the stitching does look substandard but time will tell. It does come with a 1 year warranty so hopefully I won’t need it.
As a workout bench tho, yeah can’t complain. It’s comfortable when pressing your back into it and has most of the positions I require.
Folds down enough although not flat like with some others but good enough for me.
I think I might have got lucky with my order compared with some of the reviews so hopefully they’re trying to improve the build quality.
Fr den Hausgebrauch absolut in ordnung. Alles kam gut Verpackt und schnell an. Die Bank war in 20 min aufgebaut. Alle Schrauben sind stabil und fest. Naturlich ist der Bezug nicht so hochwertig, aber es ist ja eh noch ein handtuch drauf. Wer 120kg Bankdrcken machen mchte, der kann sich dann auch eine Profi Bank fur 500 zulegen. Hier geht es den meisten Interessenten aber darum eine gute Bank fur normales Training zu Hause zu bekommen und genau dafr ist sie sehr gut geeignet und vielseitig einsetzbar. Niemand wird gezwungen sich dieses Bank zu kaufen, aber wer sie fr normale sportliche bungen bestellt wird nicht enttuscht.
I find this training bench very optimal as it does not consume space and also it is very strong for daily home training. I really like the fact that it is comfortable and I can conveniently do my training easily. Lastly, the product is worth the money and I highly recommend it.
Very difficult to fold down but other than that very sturdy and stable. I’m 14.5st and even when using 30kg of weights it feels solid and reliable.

Build quality on the cushioning is not the greatest and I don’t think it’ll last too long so prob better for occasional use rather than heavy use. Works perfectly well though.
It’s a good bench and sturdy enough, but not as solid as I was hoping.
There’s a bit of movement when flat at the hinge where you have the pin. Noticeable when you move it around.
I’d probably buy another one as it’s good value for money still.

I’ll start with the assembly, amazingly smooth! All parts and tools provided! He said the instructions were clear and concise. It took less than ten minutes to assemble and do ten situps he then folded it with beautiful ease and moves it from my living room in to my garage where it now lives.
We’ve both had a go at doing weights on it and it’s lush, the whole thing is adjustable so where he is 6’4 and I’m 4’9..ish initially accommodates the both of us.

Fr Sportler grer als 1.85m wird die Rckenlehne dann aber schon recht kurz, wenn der Kopf noch aufliegen soll. Die Sitzflche ist ebenso gut verstellbar, was ich wichtig finde beim Schrgbankdrcken u.a. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden damit.
Very well engineered, precision and alignment of screw holes mostly very good, though there were a couple of points where the assembly instructions could have been clearer to help me avoid the re-work I had to do! Solid, looks and feels great, does the job.

Cosa non mi piaciuto: un foro sullo schienale non era allineato con la barra stabilizzatrice per cui ho montato solo 3 viti anzich 4 (tiene bene ma non soddisfacente come consumatore vedere un errore di produzione cos grossolano).
Quando si ripiega non stato pensato alcun punto di presa per trasportare il prodotto (bastava una fessura sotto al sedile oppure una scanalatura nella barra ) e non si blocca in alcun modo (rimane sostanzialmente piegata e basta, bastava mettere un punto di blocco e la spostavi in casa senza paura che si aprisse nel tragitto)
Klar, es ist nicht der Qualitt vom Fitnesstudio gleichzusetzen, aber fr daheim vllig ausreichend. Die Bnke im Studio haben letztendlich einen ganz anderen Preis.
Nun macht es deutlich mehr Spa als frher – wo ich irgendwelche Sthle, das Sofa u. den Boden nutzte, um bungen auszufhren.
Der Aufbau dauerte ca 30 Min, das Zusammenklappen der Bank nach Training geht blitzschnell. Meinetwegen sollte die Bank im gefalteten Zustand noch platzsparender sein, aber ist okay.

I have to admit it took my son a long time to assemble , material reasonable but not as expected , not sure whether it’ll last long – time will tell – overall reasonable but not a great product .

I brought it out of necessity when the gyms shut last time around as it was one of only a few available and it was quite cheap. If the gyms stay shut for much longer I would be looking to upgrade to a more expensive and sturdier model.

Also als das Paket ankam und erstmal die Bau Anleitung gesehen habe dachte ich erst, das kann ja was werden.
berraschend war aber das Teil in 15 min zusammen gebaut und es stabil. Nach ber 1 Monat regelmigem benutzen bin ich sehr berrascht wie stabil es ist und es sich platzsparend mit 2 Handgriffen verstauen lsst.

Leider musste man die Info suchen was das Gert an KG aushalten kann. Laut Kunden ist hier die rede von 110KG.
Wer also wie ich 100KG auf die Waage bringt, und noch mehr wie 10kg gewichte damit drcken will. Tut dies auf eigenes Risiko. Daher der eine Stern Abzug.
Bench easily takes my weight plus bar weights – 170kgs approx. Lighter than gym benches so treat it with care but it can be stored moved easily. Leather is thin but has held up perfectly with two people using 3 times a week for nearly 8 months. It is stable if slightly narrow. at the shoulders. My wife thinks it’s perfect.
Really happy to recommend this for the home/ garage for the majority of users. Possibly go for a more sturdy bench if you use a lot of 100kg plus weights.

Die Sttzfunktion ist durch das verstellbare Sitzbrett ausgezeichnet und man kann sehr gut Schulter Training damit machen . Das Preis/Leistungsverhltnis ist ausgezeichnet, mit dem einem Abstrich, da die Beinhalterung eben nur auf Zug beansprucht werden darf.

stabile, la struttura pdovrebbe essere pi spessa e non di appena 2mm e darle maggior robustezza, gli agganci che permettono di cambiare l’inclinazione dello schienale sembrano poco sicuri, anche se poi fanno il loro lavoro. Un appunto su una mia osservazione personale: il sediolino troppo grande…davvero non capisco perch lo abbiamo progettato per essere cos, davvero enorme (e se lo dico io che non sono mingherlino!).
Complessivamente un buon prodotto.
Il rapporto qualit prezzo tende un tantino sul prezzo e non sulla qualit.
Se non ci si fa un uso assiduo, in fin dei conti, pu essere anche consigliabile.
La panca confortevole e facile da spostare e riporre. Manca un po’ d’attenzione alle finiture e non c’ una posizione apposta per esercizi con panca declinata.
Nel complesso il suo dovere lo fa.

Respecto al producto bastante contento, no le doy cinco estrellas porque lo cierto es que las inclinaciones no estan demasiado conseguidas, se reclina demasiado con cada punto.
En cuanto a robustez, la esperada con este precio, bastante aceptable.
Die Bank ist stabil verarbeitet, die Rohre professionell verschweit und Pulverbeschichtet. Die Liegeflche ist frs Trainig angenehm fest gepolstert und nicht zu weich, die Breite ist, zumindest fr mich, optimal. Also deffinitiv fr das Trainig zu Haus zu empfehlen. Der Aufbau ist simpel und gut erklrt, Dauer ca. 50 min. Auch Werkzeug liegt bei, man sollte aber trotzdem 13er und 17er Maulschlssel vorab zu Hause haben.
Una panca con un ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo. Non un oggetto che pu sostituire una panca da palestra ma per l’utilizzo domestico perfetto. Stabile e imbottita, alto lo schienale per tutta quella serie di esercizi che prevedono una posizione prona, la consiglio.
Non una panca di quelle che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare in una vera e propria palestra, ma per uso domestico va bene: stabile e solida (anche se i tessuti e l’imbottitura non credo dureranno a lungo) e consente una certa versatilit di utilizzo. relativamente semplice da montare. Esteticamente piuttosto gradevole.
Second one of these I’ve purchased for my small commercial personal training studio. As good as the ones that cost four times as much, to the extent the first one I bought three years ago is still in really good condition. Lots of these benches don’t decline, and only come up to about 60 Degrees. This one virtually comes up to 90 And declines.
Took a little while to put together, nothing to complicated. Nice and sturdy once it’s together and relatively lughtwieght to come other benches. Note it doesn’t have wheens to move it around like some other benches.
However, I only bought it as it is cheap and I’ll be back at the actual gym in 6 weeks, so all I care about is if it will hold me and my weights and after seeing some of the reviews here, it seems it will hold up (I’m 80kgs and will train with max 40kg dumbbells and max 100kg bar, so 180kgs max). However, the user rating is 110kgs and that’s all they provide, so based on the build quality I wouldn’t be surprised if that meant max weight (person + weights), but like I said, the reviews say it holds up for max weights heavier than mine, so be cautious and be incremental with your weights.
This is NOT a professional nor even near standard bench, so big and strong dudes, please be careful.
Ansonsten doch recht stabil (85kg + 30kg Gewichte, ohne wackeln), htte ich ehrlicherweise nicht mit gerechnet.
Wie Bank und vor allem die Polsterung nach intensiver Nutzung aussieht, wird sich zeigen.

El inclinado y recto tambin es cmodo.
El nico q no recomiendo con cierto peso es el declinado ya q yo lo utilizo sin la sujecin de los pies y en declinado se hace casi obligatorio para estar seguro, lo veo demasiado declinado para usar con cierto peso.
El pegado se hace en 5 segundos, tirar de los pasadores y doblar.

Sobre el Banco es estable no se mueve, mido 1,93 cm se sale cabeza un poco cuando lo pongo recto pero pera lo dems perfecto, declinado casi roza mi cabeza el suelo pero se puede entrenar perfectamente, los materiales son de buena calidad, menos la madera del acolchado ke la veo algo endeble, peso 95 kg ms mancuerna de unos 15 kg esperemos ke dure pero pero en general muy contento.
Se me olvid cuando lo pones plano queda un hueco grande entre silln y respaldo.

Por este precio no se puede esperar mas. ES un banco basico que sirve perfectamente. La unica pega el sistema de regulacion de altura basico, poca regulacion desde plano a declinado solo Una. y al inclinarlo hacia arriba en seguida se eleva mucho.

Ich bin schlielich bei dieser Bank fndig geworden und bin super happy damit. Das Zusammenbauen war in 20 Minuten erledigt, die Bank macht insgesamt einen stabilen Eindruck. Durch die Verstellmglichkeiten hat sie ein paar Millimeter Spiel, wodurch die Auflageflche ganz leicht wackelt, was bei einigen bungen “klackert”. Fr mich ist das nicht weiter schlimm. Fr diesen Preis ist das Leistungsverhltnis absolut Top!

So much better than I expected for the price. Took 20 mins to assemble – instructions very clear. Obviously more lightweight than the commercial quality benches you find at the gym but I’m 5,10″ and 13st and the bench is sturdy when using heavier dumbells. Padding very comfortable and foot hook optional when assembling. Would recommend.
Panca robusta. Tuttavia ho notato Troppo spazio fra lo schienale e la seduta. Con alcuni esercizi,specie se con schienale inclinato, si tocca con il sedere la parte in ferro procurandosi escoriazioni. Se non si hanno tante pretese considerato il costo mi sento di consigliarla.
Va bene se non pesi tanto, ovviamente un p leggera quindi tende a spostarsi durante gli essercizi. Nel complesso sono abbastanza soddisfatta. Un p cara per la quali
Stable, pas mal de crans pour diffrents niveaux d’inclin et mme un niveau de dclin. Coutures et mousse pas terribles, mais on est dans de l’entre de gamme.
Le mcanisme de fixation pour les boudins l’avant n’inspire pas grande confiance, je suis pas sr que ca resiste l’preuve du temps. Tolrances trs hasardeuses pour les fixations du dossier sur l’armature, j’ai du forcer un petit peu parce que la notice de montage aurait clairement du preciser de fixer la double barre au dossier avant de la mettre sur l’armature.
Trs amplement suffisantpour un usage domicile si on a un petit budget.
Una vez montado es ligero para trasladarlo pero bastante robusto al utilizarlo.

This arrived in a large box and was quite heavy to move.
As someone who likes to assemble things, this weight bench took me about 15 minutes to fully assemble while trying to read the instructions at the same time and getting distracted by friends who thought they didn’t need any instructions!
This feels very sturdy and is capable of withstanding a lot of weight on it – it won’t collapse on itself. When on the weight bench itself, it feels comfortable for the most part and when I lean back onto it, my back feels supported.
However, the quality is noticeably different from the ones at the gym – it’s not as good but still does the job as best it can.
As mine is on carpet, I have little worry about it slipping but there are rubber grips for added security – it can be set up on different types of surfaces such as carpet, vinyl, wooden floorboards etc.
It is adjustable which allows it to be used for a variety of work outs – making it easier to stay fit in your own home. From setting it up at an incline to having it completely flat, this weight bench is definitely suitable for this.
One thing I love about this is that it folds up – as these weight benches take up so much space (which I don’t have much of), it is a huge relief that I can just fold this up and store it away. When it needs to be used, I can unfold it, use it for as long as required, then store it away again – allowing me to make the most of the limited space I have.

Once built, the bench feels very solid and doesn’t rattle or move around. Both the base and back are made from easy to clean PU leather and are surprisingly comfortable with plenty of cushioning. The foam rollers on the leg hold down are thick enough to put pressure on without feeling the bar inside. The back has 6 adjustments and the seat has 4, both are easy to move and firmly stay in place when set in position. The whole thing collapses into a more compact size that should fit under your bed; just fold the back down, pull the seat and frame pin out, unscrew the leg hold down and fold the unit together which takes less than a minute to do altogether.
Overall, I think everything about it is good quality and it was easy to build with a good set of instructions. There loads of exercises you can use it for, and it would make a useful addition to your home workout collection. I feel its competitively priced for what you get and I’m very happy to recommend this item!
