Cosa non mi piaciuto: un foro sullo schienale non era allineato con la barra stabilizzatrice per cui ho montato solo 3 viti anzich 4 (tiene bene ma non soddisfacente come consumatore vedere un errore di produzione cos grossolano).
Quando si ripiega non stato pensato alcun punto di presa per trasportare il prodotto (bastava una fessura sotto al sedile oppure una scanalatura nella barra ) e non si blocca in alcun modo (rimane sostanzialmente piegata e basta, bastava mettere un punto di blocco e la spostavi in casa senza paura che si aprisse nel tragitto)

This bench is great! It’s comfy, it was easy to build and is a great addition to a workout! The bench even folds in half (well almost in half) which is great for storage! I would recommend this bench

Bought a cheap version for about 75 and had to return.This one is worth every penny,wide seat,so u can do ab crunches easily.Its very sturdy,quality build,a very happy customer.
It does the job but is not the best quality and a pain to assemble. I bought it for just under 110 as the price was inflated due to the pandemic. At a fair price it would be good value for money, however, it does the job and I’m able to work out during the gym closures.

Reasonable bench
I have to admit it took my son a long time to assemble , material reasonable but not as expected , not sure whether it’ll last long – time will tell – overall reasonable but not a great product .

I weigh around 120 kgs and have used 55kg dumbells with it, so around 230 kilos on this thing and had ZERO issues. Now that is well over the recommended weight but still holds up. The assembly was a little wonky but after some fiddling got it sorted, but is more my fault. I bought in JAN 21 and it came next day delivery which is HUGE for fitness equipment right now. Very good bench, especially for the money. 5 Stars
This is a good piece of kit at a reasonably low price. It was relatively easy to put together and generally comfortable to use with nice padding. However it is quite light weight so not very stable for moves such as supported rows (front) or hip thrusts.
I brought it out of necessity when the gyms shut last time around as it was one of only a few available and it was quite cheap. If the gyms stay shut for much longer I would be looking to upgrade to a more expensive and sturdier model.

Not to bad for a weight bench, stitching on the seat has come away already and only used once but doesn’t effect use. Certainly not worth the money i paid for it but it does the job for now.

Great customer service: delivery was very quick and had a problems with one of the parts, was offered a brand new product even that only a part was damaged.
This is not a gym bench which are usually heavier and very sturdy. And not super steady, but
stable enough to work out at home as long as you adapt how you use it – we use its own packaging box as a support in between the bench and the wall so that it does not move during the exercises.

Good home workout bench
Bench easily takes my weight plus bar weights – 170kgs approx. Lighter than gym benches so treat it with care but it can be stored moved easily. Leather is thin but has held up perfectly with two people using 3 times a week for nearly 8 months. It is stable if slightly narrow. at the shoulders. My wife thinks it’s perfect.
Really happy to recommend this for the home/ garage for the majority of users. Possibly go for a more sturdy bench if you use a lot of 100kg plus weights.

Das reicht Haus hoch. Die Beinhalterung vorne ist leider nicht stabil, bitte nicht versehentlich drauf treten, sonst ist sie ab. Sie Dient nur fr Hyperextension . Wer mehr will muss eben basteln . Die Bank ist fr Menschen bis ca. 185cm bis 95kg . Das ist meine persnliche Einschtzung. Viel Spa damit.

Brilliant bench 👏 a brand that works with customers
Alot of reviews put me of and Q&As but I thought i would take the risk. Bench is very sturdy. It feels safe even with the card slot adjustable design. The back padding does not touch the floor when in full decline. There is points to attach resistance bands and it is a great design for a workout bench. Great value for money. The weld work is great and not at all weak. Would 100% recommend this product to anyone that is building up a home gym. Folds easily does not fold flat tho. Im sure with all the reviews that have been negative I feel that the company that makes this product has taken on board the problems and solved them.

Good home use bench. Incline bar end and socket are a bit small for heavy weight use. But padding and overall design is good for the price.

Respecto al producto bastante contento, no le doy cinco estrellas porque lo cierto es que las inclinaciones no estan demasiado conseguidas, se reclina demasiado con cada punto.

Una panca con un ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo. Non un oggetto che pu sostituire una panca da palestra ma per l’utilizzo domestico perfetto. Stabile e imbottita, alto lo schienale per tutta quella serie di esercizi che prevedono una posizione prona, la consiglio.

I have bought this bench couple of weeks ago for exercise at home. Delivery came before time they said. Is good quality bench and very sturdy. Was easy to assemble and i am happy with product.

Second one of these I’ve purchased for my small commercial personal training studio. As good as the ones that cost four times as much, to the extent the first one I bought three years ago is still in really good condition. Lots of these benches don’t decline, and only come up to about 60 Degrees. This one virtually comes up to 90 And declines.

Took a little while to put together, nothing to complicated. Nice and sturdy once it’s together and relatively lughtwieght to come other benches. Note it doesn’t have wheens to move it around like some other benches.

The backing cover looks like an afterthought, showing the underneath, so it doesn’t get a perfect score.
I bought this as we are going into lockdown for an extra 6 weeks and I don’t want to loose my strength. Anyone who actually trains in a gym will or should tell you that the build quality is pretty bad (bad stitching, cheap fabric and low quality cheap metal). This is fact. If you have used a proper bench before, it’s easy to see that this is cheap and not well made, in terms of the material anyway.
However, I only bought it as it is cheap and I’ll be back at the actual gym in 6 weeks, so all I care about is if it will hold me and my weights and after seeing some of the reviews here, it seems it will hold up (I’m 80kgs and will train with max 40kg dumbbells and max 100kg bar, so 180kgs max). However, the user rating is 110kgs and that’s all they provide, so based on the build quality I wouldn’t be surprised if that meant max weight (person + weights), but like I said, the reviews say it holds up for max weights heavier than mine, so be cautious and be incremental with your weights.
This is NOT a professional nor even near standard bench, so big and strong dudes, please be careful.

Bought this for my sons. They had a bit of a problem with some of the screws not fitting properly and it took the three of us to wrestle them in, thus the four stars. Otherwise the bench is fine and is being used nearly daily for workouts.

Excellent bench for the value. Solid build and sturdy when performing exercises. Only one very slight complaint is that I am 6’3 and the back support could be slightly longer. Other than that, great product.

Aguanta mi peso de 85kg ms mancuernas de 30kg en plano sin problemas.
El inclinado y recto tambin es cmodo.
El nico q no recomiendo con cierto peso es el declinado ya q yo lo utilizo sin la sujecin de los pies y en declinado se hace casi obligatorio para estar seguro, lo veo demasiado declinado para usar con cierto peso.
El pegado se hace en 5 segundos, tirar de los pasadores y doblar.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy
Given that the COVID situation in the UK is still pretty bad, I don’t think the gyms are going to open any sooner. So I got the bench so that I can work out at home. This bench is easy to assemble and the drawing in the manual is really good. Basically, I can just follow the drawings and get everything assembled. There are also numbers in the screws pack for easier identification. The bench itself is also very strong and comfortable, and I have been exercising for a few days which feels great. The height adjustment mechanism is also really easy to deal with. Overall I really like this bench, and it will be nicer if I can fold it even smaller. After I fold it is still a bit tall so it is hard for me to put it under the bed.

This bench is well worth the price for any home I have taken pictures off all the different angles you have the bench happy that it gose from 90 to decline and a adjustable seat it took about 30 mins to put together I would recommend two to put it together it comes with two spaners and all the parts came with it. The padding is very thick compared to my old bench it’s very very sturdy for doing all types of exsrsize I would be careful with stitching as it only stapeled on but I can’t see it being a problem I would recommend anyone yo invested in this bench

Sobre el Banco es estable no se mueve, mido 1,93 cm se sale cabeza un poco cuando lo pongo recto pero pera lo dems perfecto, declinado casi roza mi cabeza el suelo pero se puede entrenar perfectamente, los materiales son de buena calidad, menos la madera del acolchado ke la veo algo endeble, peso 95 kg ms mancuerna de unos 15 kg esperemos ke dure pero pero en general muy contento.

This is a good, solid bench with several convenient settings for incline workouts. However, there is only one setting for decline workouts. The backrest angles down to touch the floor. Whilst this may be suitable for sit-ups, for me it is too low for most decline dumbbell exercises. I solved the problem by placing some weight-plates on the floor and positioning the backrest on top of them. This gives a much better angle for decline workouts. Although it is not ideal to need a workaround, it has solved the problem. In conclusion, I think the bench good value for money (89 September 2020).
Looked at lots of reviews before buying this , do not expect the same quality as you find in a commercial Gym.
For the price it is very good i have seen others benches of a similar cost & flimsy in comparison.

Really happy with this. Just put it together and done my first session with it. Early days but easy to put together with good instructions. Was worried it would tip when I was doing decline presses but it held firm. No problems at all, pleasantly surprised. Arrived slightly late but understandable with covid

Hey This bench press is Good and sturdy made of strong metal only the down side with this is the seat synthetic leather is very poor quality it can ripp after few times Training you might use a Towel top of that to last it for longer Otherwise this is a good bench worth the money. Mine came with no Damage as you can see in the pictures simple assembly and I used it straight away it’s comfortable and sturdy. Easy foldable as well. If the company could put better Quality leather on the both seats that would be perfect then 13 Stars Delivery was Very Quick orderd on the 19th of July and it arrived on the 23rd . Great product! I’m honestly not the best at putting things together.. so I probably took longer getting everything together than the average person. This was even WITH help 😉 But hey! It’s super sturdy and asides from struggling with attaching the seat.. everything fits nicely. There’s two pins included for setting an incline or decline, which is exactly what I needed for a good chest workout. Box weight is around 15KG with everything in there included! Looks great too and I was really impressed with the foam covers for the bottom. Super thick and comfy on your legs 🙂 Glad I went for this! Done a lot of research into it since I have limited money and space. This the best I found and I stick with that opinion, despite my terrible instruction following skills 😉

Purchased this as I can’t get to the gym due to the current lockdown so thought I’d buy my own gym equipment it was super easy to assemble and it’s very sturdy
Great Value for Money
So much better than I expected for the price. Took 20 mins to assemble – instructions very clear. Obviously more lightweight than the commercial quality benches you find at the gym but I’m 5,10″ and 13st and the bench is sturdy when using heavier dumbells. Padding very comfortable and foot hook optional when assembling. Would recommend.

Good value bench for the money
This is a good value bench. It may not stand up to constant use but for my purposes (at home workouts for me and my son) this will work well as I did not want to spend double the amount… I agree that the seat padding looks like it won’t take too much punishment but you get what you pay for. Other than that this was easy to put together and is pretty comfortable – bench presses are a pleasure!

Panca robusta. Tuttavia ho notato Troppo spazio fra lo schienale e la seduta. Con alcuni esercizi,specie se con schienale inclinato, si tocca con il sedere la parte in ferro procurandosi escoriazioni. Se non si hanno tante pretese considerato il costo mi sento di consigliarla.

Product better than expected – sturdy and seat/back padding very substantial and great quality. Easy to install, had all the nuts, bolts and spanners. Put together in about 20 mins. Price was fantastic for such a quality product.

J’ai eu ce banc pour 93. C’est clairement pas un banc de salle de sport avec les goupilles rapides, mais pour moins de 100, c’est trs correct.
Stable, pas mal de crans pour diffrents niveaux d’inclin et mme un niveau de dclin. Coutures et mousse pas terribles, mais on est dans de l’entre de gamme.
Le mcanisme de fixation pour les boudins l’avant n’inspire pas grande confiance, je suis pas sr que ca resiste l’preuve du temps. Tolrances trs hasardeuses pour les fixations du dossier sur l’armature, j’ai du forcer un petit peu parce que la notice de montage aurait clairement du preciser de fixer la double barre au dossier avant de la mettre sur l’armature.
Trs amplement suffisantpour un usage domicile si on a un petit budget.

A well made and sturdy weights bench which is adjustable to a number of different positions for a wide range of repetitions and exercises. Made from a waterproof material which can simply be wiped down for easy cleaning and hygiene. I’ve not owned a weight bench before but I’ve used plenty when going to the gym where I made the most of them.
This arrived in a large box and was quite heavy to move.
As someone who likes to assemble things, this weight bench took me about 15 minutes to fully assemble while trying to read the instructions at the same time and getting distracted by friends who thought they didn’t need any instructions!
This feels very sturdy and is capable of withstanding a lot of weight on it – it won’t collapse on itself. When on the weight bench itself, it feels comfortable for the most part and when I lean back onto it, my back feels supported.
However, the quality is noticeably different from the ones at the gym – it’s not as good but still does the job as best it can.
As mine is on carpet, I have little worry about it slipping but there are rubber grips for added security – it can be set up on different types of surfaces such as carpet, vinyl, wooden floorboards etc.
It is adjustable which allows it to be used for a variety of work outs – making it easier to stay fit in your own home. From setting it up at an incline to having it completely flat, this weight bench is definitely suitable for this.
One thing I love about this is that it folds up – as these weight benches take up so much space (which I don’t have much of), it is a huge relief that I can just fold this up and store it away. When it needs to be used, I can unfold it, use it for as long as required, then store it away again – allowing me to make the most of the limited space I have.
Perfect for those wanting to set up a home gym – shake the dust off those dumbbells and barbells and start getting that summer body!

Not inclined to decline...
If you’re a reasonably adept flat-pack assembler then putting this WINNOW Adjustable Weight Incline/Decline Bench together shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. There’s an illustrated step-by-step guide included and it’s reasonably straightforward and takes about 20 minutes. Once together you’ve got a sturdy and quite well finished incline bench that wouldn’t win any design prizes but is stable and functional. The padded seat and back panels are comfortable and have a decent vinyl covering. The back of the panels is less well finished with a non-woven fabric just stapled in place, but you don’t see that in use (or the photo’s) so maybe it’s not a big deal.
You can adjust the back through a wide range of preset angles, including dropping it to get a decline bench for ab’ work. It’s easy to change the angle by just moving the prop from one retainer to the next and there’s no lock or key needed. The seat and padded leg brace are also adjustable but more awkward to set and you have to either use a push-in rod or a screw-knob to lock them into place. The bench folds more flat when not in use so you can slide it under a bed or put it into a cupboard. You’ll need a decent amount of clearance around it when in use, probably about the same area as a king-size bed, but it’s not hard to slide it into a corner when you’re done.
Overall it’s a solidly-made decent piece of kit that’s flexible enough for a good range of exercises. It’s nothing special but seems pretty competitive compared to other incline benches and the decline option gives it an extra bit of functionality that some don’t have.

The back has 6 adjustments and the seat has 4, both are easy to move and firmly stay in place when set in position. The whole thing collapses into a more compact size that should fit under your bed; just fold the back down, pull the seat and frame pin out, unscrew the leg hold down and fold the unit together which takes less than a minute to do altogether.
Overall, I think everything about it is good quality and it was easy to build with a good set of instructions. There loads of exercises you can use it for, and it would make a useful addition to your home workout collection. I feel its competitively priced for what you get and I’m very happy to recommend this item!

Thick and cushioned !
Nice little workout bench, I say little it’s full size haha. Took about 10 minutes to build, has bits on the back to place any weights you buy separately. Fairly thick cushion wrapped in nice and easy to wipe fake leather. Just a simple universal bench which could house many of workouts ! Came in handy as just purchased a treadmill and wobble machine. Just the weight now and I think I’ll have a fairly decent home gym. Roll on the new year weight loss, I hope haha.
For the price, this a great price of equipment for someone staring out on their fitness journey, it’s well made, sturdy and does exactly what it says on the tin!
I love assembling stuff and I enjoy the challenge however this was fairly easy to assemble. Easy to follow instructions, required tools included. The bench itself is very sturdy and comfortable to use, folds away fairly compactly. Got a good price through lighting deal, very pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic exercise bench, just as expected for the price. Very strong metal construction. Seat and back is movable up or down as you want. Gym bench is comfortable to do exercise on, is wide enough. It’s just right size for home use, it’s easy to pack away. Husband is very happy with it, I will use soon for myself too 🙂
This is a great weight bench, lightweight and portable, making it super easy to be moved around and storage in the corner. The metal legs are strongly made, very sturdy and leather made seat feels superb and comfy to seat on. Have been using it for couple of weeks now, no uncomfortable feeling at all. Wish it could have more colour option available for buyers to choose from.
I brought this Winnow Adjustable weight Bench as I wanted to do regular exercise to lose some Body Fat especially around the Stomach. It is a great exercise Tool. I like that it has six different exercises that I can do. I am happy with this product.
