Is the TS 850 suitable for outdoor use?
The puncture-proof profile wheels, measuring 18 cm in diameter, are perfect for both indoors and out. If the TS is to be used mainly on soft ground (such as meadows and lawns), we recommend the TS 850 Offroad (art. no. 5503000).
Can I get up and down steps with the TS 850?
Yes, the TS 850 can even handle steps. However, keep in mind that the max. load capacity of the TS 850 is 50 kg when used on steps.
Can I also transport round objects safely?
Yes, the TS 850 has two arched back struts. They secure the material being transported and are perfect for round objects such as flower pots or gas bottles.

Cheaper folding trolleys are available, and I have to be honest, I didn’t buy them you don’t want to wonder if the trolley is going to break!!
This one has proper steel frame, and a connecting “axle” support which is why I bought it.
It’s properly tough: worth the premium.

Strong little workhorse
First proper outing was using it to carry camping kit for 4 from car the festival campsite, 2 heavy loads later job done. Maybe not the very lightest but makes up for that through the sturdy design, also with mechanism to lock the fold out wheels in place. Have used it to move some heavy pots around, as well as to pull out a full height fridge.
Easy to open, difficult to close
Easy enough to open the platform and secure but difficult to then lift the bar to close the platform. The video makes it look easy. It isn’t. It’s awkward and needs brute strength. Otherwise it does the job.
Robust!
For a while now I’ve been using a much cheaper truck which gave up on me when I was removing an oven from our Kitchen. I bought this as a replacement and you can just tell that it’s more hardwearing. It folds up and so storage is easy.
Lightweight, folds flat, manoeuvrable, strong
This review is for the Wolfcraft TS 850 trolley.
I bought it because I’m getting older, I’m not as strong as I used to be and my back definitely doesn’t like doing too much these days so have to be careful.
This trolley is very light and folds really flat, down to about 820mm x 500mm x 60mm, so it’s easy to tuck out the way in a little corner somewhere or pop into a car boot.
The trolley folds open for use with one hand on the handle and a foot to press down the locking bar which also folds out the wheels; so it’s easy to open out fully and lock into place in literally 2 seconds. I find closing the trolley flat again to be not quite so easy, it takes two hands and some pressure to get it to collapse in an orderly fashion…but it’s no great hassle, I expect practise will make perfect.
I’ve used the trolley to move bulky items around the house and it manoeuvres through doorways with no trouble, so long as the item being transported will go through. I’ve also bumped around 20kg loads down a stairway several times, including a small turn on the stairs and then out to a garage some distance away up/down single steps or kerbs with no problems.
All in all I’m very pleased with this product and would buy it again if I needed another one. It’s lightweight, collapses small, seemingly strong, easy to use and manoeuvrable.
I’ve not had it long but it’s already paid its worth to my mind in the short time I’ve had it.

Superior quality
This truck much more than most of the others on offer, but on delivery the superior quality is immediately evident. It is so superior in every respect. I can claim this as I have previously purchase 3 of the cheaper versions in the past as gifts for others. Well worth the extra cost for a well engineered German product.
Good, but a little on the heavy side
I bought these despite reading some poor reviews. The better reviews gave a good description with a good explanation on how to overcome some drawbacks. I found the cart to be easy to assemble. When you unfold the aluminium load plate the wheels turn out into position and a stabiliser lock bar unfolds towards the wheels. You have to fit the ends of the lock bar into the inside of the wheel axle then press it very firmly until it clicks into position to fully lock the wheels and load plate. I turn the truck so it is resting on the load plate and the handle, then firmly push each side of the lock bar into its locked position. It requires a fairly hard push, but as it is new I expect this to become easier the more I use it. Similarly, for dismantling back to fold the truck away, I again place the unit on its front and prise up each side of the lock bar which does require some effort. The truck is well made and looks as if it can take a bit of punishment – I’m using it for mainly loads around the 25kg mark, which it handle perfectly. I didn’t check the advertised weight of the truck, which is 5.6kg (12lbs), but it feels heavier than that to me. Not surprising really as it is sturdily made. Recommended.

The BEST folding wheel trolley.
Adresses the weakness of folding wheel trolleys by having a pull down spacer bar which keeps the wheels parallel. Without this improvement wheels would eventually collapse in on themselves, which happens to inferior designs. Slightly tight fit though when the bar is pushed into place but that is the only slight negative. Comes with a handy double bungee which clips from the base plate to the top rail. I use mine to carry all of my tools onto building sites and am confident that it is up to the task.

Brilliant have been able to move paving slabs very large pots and bags of heavy grit and compost bags. No strain on my painful hands. I still haven’t got the knack of putting it down yet.

Diese tolle Sackkarre hilft mir dabei Getrnkekisten vom 5 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt zu holen ohne immer das Auto zu bemhen.
Zusammengeklappt passt sie super ins untere Fach des Einkaufswagens. Wenn ich fertig bin klapp ich sie aus und verstau die Kisten darauf. Dann laufe ich damit zufrieden nach Hause. Sie ist auch super wenn ich ein sperriges Paket von der Post abholen muss.

Great for the garde
I use this for moving compost bags and large plants in pots around my garden. I am not very tall or strong, and this trolley has really transformed the way I work – I don’t have to wait for someone else to come and help me now. It copes with the steepest steps in my garden (19cm), either by pushing down or pulling up, dependent on circumstances. Very sturdy and strong – I can see it lasting a long time.

Functionally robus
My Son has used this to move items around in my garden. He found it a delight to use. Rugged but not too heavy and the bungee straps keep the items secure over uneven ground.

Strong, well built and worth the cost of it.
First impression was that this trolley is strong and well built. It was bought mostly to enable me to more easily handle the Propane gas cylinders for my caravan from depot to site. Each full cylinder is a little over 43 kg in weight and well within the load bearing for this trolley. Functionality is excellent and the trolley folds up and fits neatly into a partly concealed space in the kitchen. It also comes with expanding retaining straps purpose built for it. My caravan is unique in that it has been converted internally to a typical ‘house’ arrangement of separate rooms with wood laminate floors throughout, and is not open plan as many caravans are. I recently had a new gas supply system installed to accommodate smaller gas cylinders that switch from one to the other automatically as they become empty, and this trolley will be invaluable when they have to be changed. It is certainly up to the task expected of it. The Wolfcraft trolley is well made and designed and I have no reservations in recommending it.
A Real Gem
This is a really corker. I have moved several washing machines, a tumble drier and a refrigerator with it. It is sturdy, yet easily foldable. And, the ultimate benefit, it is light enough for my senior citizen wife to handle. It is her go to device. I cannot speak highly enough about this Wolfcraft Folding Trolley. A real gem.
Strong but lightweigh
Bought this mainly for moving pots in the garden. The cross bars are intended so that round articles like pots (or gas cylinders) do not fall off easily and has a deep platform for larger pots. Will cater for heavy pots as has a load of up to 100 kg. This replaces a previous pot mover that has a prongs with you clip over the rim of pots. Found the pots can be unstable using this system.

Invaluable
Amazingly useful. Moved three children to university/accommodation and it was invaluable. Very sturdy yet lightweight and easy to store as it folds flat. The only downside was the straps which were a little fiddly so didn’t use them. Even tried it going up a couple of steps with a load and it worked really well.

High quality product, well made. However when you have finished using it and want to store it flat, it can be really difficult to pull the product apart to enable it to be stored on a wall (need quite a bit of force). So only 4 stars instead of 5
Sturdy but light and compact home trolley
Just the right size for heavy bags of compost and heavy boxes etc and wheels move easily over small steps and rough ground. It stores neatly when folded and feels secure when opened.

I was not expecting much from this purchase, but was quietly hoping that it would be as described, especially considering the 70 price tag.
Before I go any further, I already have a steel sack truck which is everything one would ask of a heavy duty product, but, it has its limitations for domestic use, particularly if you need to transport it in a car: simply too heavy, and as it doesn’t fold, it takes up too much room in the car.
In comes the Wolfcraft TS 850. It is quite lightweight, nicely designed, sturdy, stable, easy to manoeuvre thanks to the large rubberised wheels and cushioned hand grip, and, it folds flat for ease of storage and transport. Talking of the folding mechanism, it’s a simple and effective process.

ach einem Jahr im beruflichen Einsatz haben sich die paar Euro mehr gegenber Billigerten gelohnt, selbst ne groe Khlkombi hat das Teil gepackt, im Auto nimmt sie wenig Platz ein, und bei richtigem Gebrauch hlt sie sehr lange, mein Kollege verwendet sie schon ein paar Jahre.

Este es el segundo carro de transporte ya que el primero me ha durado 5 aos y utilizandolo todos los das plegando y desplegando varias veces al dia con una carga de 60 a 80 kg. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas aun sabiendo que es un poco caro, pero vale la pena.
Very robust hand truck. Have used it for moving furniture (including a 7′ pool table!) and various other items. It’s had some abuse but feels rock solid. Wheels are good too. A lot of the ‘folding’ hand trucks have fixed wheels, which make them still quite bulky when folded, but this one folds properly flat so really easy to store on a hook, and throw in the boot of the car etc. I wondered if the folding wheels would make the axle/wheel combo a bit weak, but they lock into place really well and I’ve definitely exceeded the supposed weight limit with no problems at all (don’t get all health and safety on me). Quite expensive but cheaper versions don’t fold properly and this is built really well, so I’d say still value for money.

Superb desig
This works so well. It folds to a flat shape which is easy to transport and takes seconds to unfold to it’s sack truck load carrier. When finished with it takes seconds to fold back to the flat storage mode. We put some pretty heavy gear on it and transported it over pavements, roads, over kerbs and up steps. Doing that sort of thing you expect to feel the truck flexing but not this one. It just exudes quality.
I am becoming more and more a Wolfcraft fan with each purchase I have made of their products.

Für Treppen nicht geeigne
Ich habe mir diese Sackkarre zugelegt da, laut Produktbeschreibung und verschiedenen Rezessionen, es sich hierbei um einen Allrounder handeln soll.
Ein grerer Umzug stand an, der uns aus dem 5. Stock in den 4. Stock fhren sollte, und da hoffte ich einen Helfer in Form dieses Produktes zu erhalten.
Das hat schon mal nicht funktioniert, die Rder sind fr die Treppenabstze zu klein. Nun muss sich das Transportsystem im tglichen ebenerdigen Gebrauch beweisen.

Excellent Trolley
Really pleased with this trolley – very strong, well built and easy to use. The lifting plate folds down and then the rear bar locks into place at the wheels, which wasn’t easily seen in the screen shots. This makes it even sturdier and more robust. I have used it a number of times to move large potted plants around and it performed beautifully.
It also really folds down very neatly for transporting and storage.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good strong trolley.

der erste war fast 3 jahre lang in fast tglichem einsatz!! sehr robust! leider habe ich dann einen plastikstopfen verloren der einfach nur eingesteckt war, wodurch der riegel leider nicht mehr richtig funktionierte bzw. sich stndig verklemmte und die stabilitt nichtmehr gewhrleistet war! aber war fr den preis echt begeistert und habe nochmal den gleichen bestellt und den stopfen dieses mal eingeklebt! eigentlich leichte fehlkonstruktion. haben sie nach fast 3 jahren leider nicht verbessert.
Sturdy but the platform is too small for large items
This is a really good quality trolley in terms of weight and structure, but the platform is quite small in terms of width (the length is fine) and the support cord is strong. It folds away quite well but isn’t as compact as the advertising suggests.
Great load carrie
Well constructed, metal folding mechanism and base plate. Folds flat, easy to set up and fold down although a little stiff as it is new – I expect it to get easy each time it’s used. A little heavy however it is solidly constructed and designed for heavy loads. Ten year warranty speaks volumes. Very pleased with the item.
Light weight and sturdy trolley
I like this trolley as it is light weight and sturdy with a wide platform. The wheels are also wide which makes for stability and able to traverse uneven ground. However, this can make navigating narrow spaces and tight corners a challenge.

Heavy duty shifte
I bought this trolley to transport tools & test gear into Xray departments. It feels really solid and is does not stiffen when full to the top of the handle. It folds quite flat so sits in the boot on top of everything else without a problem.

In terms of a rolling folding trolley, it’s really hard to fault. It folds down easily and is sturdy. My only issue is that I have to lift what I’m rolling onto trains etc and to do that I need to lift if by the bar in the middle, this bar is very angular and very uncomfortable to lift from, if this section was curved, then it would be a perfect trolley for me. I know that lifting a trolley is not an issue for 99% of the people that would be buying it.
I needed to carry several bags of gravel and sand in order to carry out a project in the garden. Getting the bags from the van to the garden was so much easier using this trolley. It made light work of carrying up to four bags at a time and yet was easy to guide and manoeuvre into position. Very light to carry and so easy to set up and collapse back to its carry-state. A great piece of equipment that I have now used one a number of occasions. Really glad I bought it.

Enfin un diable dont les roues ne se replient pas sous une charge mme minime, grce la barre transversale qui trs astucieuse empche ce dsagrment. Mon mari en est enchant d’ailleurs, moi aussi quand il faut ramener la maison les cartables d’cole, cartables de musique, instruments et autres choses (sacs de jouets etc etc).Oui je recommande cet article.

Carro robusto, plegable y ocupa muy poco sitio. Fcil de plegar. Poco peso.
En cuanto al transporte, psimo. Resido en una vivienda unifamiliar y lo tiraron por encima de la valla, sin llamar por tfno. como en otras ocasiones para ver que hacer con el paquete. Podan haber roto cualquier cosa que hay en la parcela. Incluso haber roto alguna parte del carro. Defraudado por la compaa de transporte contratada por Amazon.

Macht nicht nur optisch einen stabilen Eindruck, sondern ist wirklich stabil. Deshalb ist sie auch leider etwas schwerer.
Solid and easy to use.
I bought this to carry fishing tackle. The gear isn’t that heavy but some access routes have gates designed to slow cyclists down and it’s hard to get a back pack through them at shoulder height. This gets around that problem and it’s sufficiently tough that carrying all my gear is no challenge for it. The included bungee strap holds my stuff firmly enough. And should I need to shift a fridge, cooker or dishwasher this will easily handle the job.
Brilliant Trolley
Very pleased with this trolley. Purchased mainly to move 25 kilo bags of water softener salt from the car to the garage – perfect. It can handle much heavier loads though. Folds down for storage and is very neat.

Stabile Qualitt, robust, dennoch nicht zu schwer zu tragen ( das war wichtig, als ich dieses Teil von der Post abholte; die Verpackung war allerdings derart bermchtig, dass ich genau dafr schon dieses Gert gut htte brauchen knnen. Das war gut gemeint, aber fr “Fugnger” schlicht zuviel des Guten.

Gut mit einigen Schwachstelle
Da ich bereits andere Hilfmittel dieser Art hatte ,
wrde ich diesmal positiv berrascht.
Stabile Griffe und sehr gute Rollfunktion dank der groen Rder. Sehr stabil.
Allerdings hat man beim Zusammenklappen
mit gequetschten Fingern zu tun. Man wrde sich den Zusammenbau so einfach wie Aufbau wnschen.
Auch hat man sich ber das Befestigen der Haken am Spanngurt wohl nicht in der Praxis angesehen.
Die Durchle sind zu eng und man mu erfinderisch sein beim Befestigen. Da gibt es deutlich clevere Systeme.
