It was much noisier than expected, so not good for washing horses
A shame it was so noisy. It will still be useful, but was scary for the horses

    Take Anywhere Powerwashe
This unit was a little more expensive than a mains unit, however the portability of it is priceless, it can go in the back of your car to wash your mountain bike off after a trail ride, or simply wash your car or motorbike easily.
There is a lance extension and variable spray setting too, to shift hard to shift dirt or use it short for watering your plants with the soaker setting, very versatile and highly recommended, one thing I found very useful was the length of the water supply hose enough to clean one side of the longest car from your water supply, I use a ten litre drum.
Or you can simply through the hose into a lake or pond, it has a filter built onto the end.

Don't think about it. Get it. Its good
I had been looking at getting this for a long time. It was alway the price that put me off. So when I saw it at this lower price. I bit the bullet and got it. I am so pleased with it, and has made life a lot easier. Its not as powerful as a plug in bulky power washer. But it is powerful enough for doing everything I want it to do. I like the freedom this gives. Normally I would have to wait for my other half to set up the big power washer, and do the jobs for me. Now I can use it, and do the jobs myself. Now I wish I had bought this sooner, and I now think the original price is a good price.

Wow so exited for this I was waiting outside for i
Now if you think this is going to be as powerful as a mains jet wash it’s not and never could be. But if you want a little amazing jet wash and you keep your car pretty clean anyway this is for u. Added with snow foam from amazon fill the container uo mix with water.. Charge battery and away I went. People were amazed while I coverered by car in foam then jet washed it off no wire s no hose pipe. I then started on my house windows the water is drawn from a bucket supplied. When it ran out I charged in tho the house pushing the kids over for a refill. Since then I’ve been on a jet wash mission. Cleaning outside garden things. Washing the dog on low setting. I love it. Going to buy a spare battery so I can non stop. Quality is good and get the kit as everything is there. Good for caravans where no electric or hose connection. The pressude is not fantastic but it’s good enough.for most jobs. Best thing I’ve bought since my 70 inch TV which I’m not watching as I’m always cleaning. Don’t think about it buy one a must for any man on lockdow

    Nice bit of kit.
This portable pressure washer is superb for the jobs I need it for. Great for washing windows, patio and car. Don’t expect super high pressure though. You won’t get that with this cordless kit. But set on max power, there is more than enough pressure to wash your car, which was the main reason for my purchase. Comes with all attachments supplied, and a very small collapsible bucket, which is a little too small to be of any use. You will probably need two regular sized buckets, to clean a medium sized car. Battery life is excellent too, although I did purchase a spare, just in case. Can’t recommend this piece of kit highly enough.

Brilliant product and worth the money
Really happy with this product. After reading some reviews I was slightly concerned that it would not have the power to remove the stains from my garden tiles. However after putting it to the test It done the job and done it well. Like others have said it is not as powerful as a traditioning pressure washer but it certainly delivers much more power than a hose and provides enough power the get most muck off of surface areas

Amazing portability - just make sure the seller includes the battery and charge
Amazing product for those who don’t have/want the hassle of wrestling with a hose and power leads.
Had a bit of an issue with buying it via amazon, which I’ll get into later but this has been a godsend for cleaning my car, bike, decking, BBQ and even the family gravestone.
Let’s get the negative part out of the way first. Ordered via amazon and the listing stated it came with a battery and charger. When it arrived, no battery or charger, so I started the return process and order another one in the meantime.
The second unit came and low and behold no battery or charger yet again. Thankfully, after complaining, Amazon issued a full refund for the unit, but asked that I had to pay for the battery and charger myself. That was fine with me, as it was less than what I paid.
Righto, the negative side over and done with, let’s get into the positives. Amazingly portable. I bought this as a way of cleaning my estate car and bicycle. All I do is fill up a bucket with soapy water and another with cold. The battery actually lasts far longer than I need it too and the pressure is great. There’s a high and low pressure button on the top. My top is to use the low pressure setting if you’re filling up from a bucket. Just wait until the water starts to comes through, then switch to high pressure. Simple.
Does the job brilliantly. Like I said, I bought this mainly to clean a dirty bicycle when I arrive back home from long rides. It gets rid of all the dirty, dust and mud with ease.
For cleaning the car, it does a fab job of cleaning alloy wheels – although you still have to get right in there to get rid of the stubborn road grime.
Where this jetwash comes into its own is portability. My family gravestone is in the far corner of our local cemetery. It’s a fair distance from the water pipe, so all I do is fill up a large water container and spray a bit of soap on the stone, then switch the jetwash on. Bingo. All nice and clean. Looking forward to using this in the winter when the stone gets much more dirty and it’s impossible to scrub it by hand it due to the cold.
Great buy if you can get it for the right price. Just make sure they include the battery and charger, as they’re expensive to buy separately.

    It does what it does
The brush is a waste of time really. The bucket will often lose the water. To do a 4×4 will take a good 4 buckets. Not the most powerful, but does the job. Not yet used it with snow foam to see how that is. Shame the UK doesn’t have the twin battery powered version at that would be so much better. Amazon…. Get shipping it from USA please

The best gadget I have ever bought.
This little jet wash is simply superb. We have had ours for about a year now, it’s still going strong and brings a smile to my face every time I use it. To get that much power from a bucket of water is amazing. It’s true, it’s not as powerful as a mains powered one but it’s not as much hassle to set up either. I have used it to jet wash mud from the land rover, to clean out gutters, to clean the plastic chicken houses, the jet was the path. It’s just brilliant.
We even use a weak soap solution in ours, they don’t recommend it but we have had no issues at all. In fact it’s so good that I bought one for my elderly parents to use on their campervan when they are away on their long trips. A charged up battery and a bucket is all you need. We have also bought the same make of garden strimmer so we have 2 batteries in case we have a long job to do. I will certainly buy more Worx tools in the future.

    Very happy with this produc
I was a bit concerned by some of the reviews of this pressure cleaner in terms of people citing a lack of power from the unit, but I decided to take the plunge and purchase this item anyway to help clean my balcony decking and I’m really glad that I did. The unit is very easy to put together, including the various attachments and it’s a very clever system where you just put the filter into a bucket of water to get the pressure washer working with no need for a hose. Living in a small flat with no outside tap, this was the perfect solution for me. The pressure washer had more than enough pressure for my needs and has done a great job of cleaning off old dirt and moss from the balcony decking. The only slight drawback is that the battery power does not last that long – maybe 15 minutes so it needs recharging quite quickly but other than that, this is an excellent product.

Much better than some of the reviews indicate
Having read some of the other reviews I was hesitant. I can’t understand what some people are doing THIS ITEM IS BRILLIANT. The power on high setting is equal to my mains operated machine with none of the hassle of mains and hose connections. The portability means I can do things in an instant that I would have put off at the thought of getting the mains machine set up. The accessories in the set are a useful addition to the tool. I have bought the bottle adapter and love the portability that this provides for small jobs. Well done Worx. Highly recommended.

Many of the benefits of a pressure washer with none of the inconvenience.
This washer is not going to replace a mains-power pressure washer as it’s only about ten times the power of a garden hose; enough to clean out moss and grit but it’ll struggle a bit on dirty alloy wheels, for example. However, I’ll forgive it that for the convenience of not having to cable it up, find a hose outlet and drag the washer around. And it won’t strip the paintwork off or destroy wiper blades.
Just fill a bucket, plop the hose in and carry the bucket in one hand and the washer in the other. On a single charge it will empty 2 or 3 buckets of any size you can actually carry. Just as well as a recharge takes several hours. If you need more, consider a second battery.

Best garden buy for a long time. All purpose piece of kit I use all the time
I don’t understand some if these reviews as this is the best bit of kit I’ve bought for a while. I was expecting something that would do a good wash, for things like patio furniture, car etc and keep on top of the patio, thinking I’d have to hire a big power washer for a deep patio clean. I was totally wrong. My patio was in a total state. It hasn’t been cleaned for years and was covered in ground in muck from a landscaping job last year, with some green mould too. I couldn’t look at it anymore and with us being stuck in lockdown I hoped this would at least get the top layer off before I bought a more expensive piece of kit or hired a power washer further down the line. I was surprised but this has cleaned most of the patio – who knew the slabs were the colour they were ! Out patio is about 4m x 4m and in half an hour I used one charge of the battery and about 4 buckets of water but it came up lovely. The key is to have the extension rod on there, put it on “40” and the high power function. Brilliant! Did a great job. Really handy not having to worry about having an outside tap and a hose either, as ours if quite a distance away around the front of the house. I’ve used it to clean outdoor toys and furniture too with great result. It’s not just for cleaning though, two buckets of water and the low power spray and I water all my garden plants, beds and lawn too. It’s a lot easier than filling multiple watering cans or dragging a hose around. It’s light and easy to use, and although might not be as convenient for big jobs as the battery charge only lasts about half an hour, you can always get a spare battery or swap in one from another Worx device. Really glad I bought this. Gets used every day.

Watch clips on YouTube if your having trouble putting this together recommended
Have been watching clips on the performance of this over some time as have been debating whether to get it or not. Received today and already used it however inky had one green light on the battery but more then impressed on the patio haven’t used this on my car yet but if it can remove algae and dirt that has been there for at least a year if not more then I’m sure it will do the job on a car.

    It washes
This isn’t a power washer. It is a very portable and useful pressure washer though. I bought it specifically to wash motorbikes. Fill two large buckets of water and a fully charged battery and this is perfect for the job. The adjustments are great to get the right power and pressure setting. It’s not too strong to damage your bike or paint, but is really good at getting the muck off and giving your bike a very good wash. A cloth and some elbow grease also help finish the job.

Handy also to set on low pressure for just watering the garden.

It was very useful also for washing my deck.

Pros: portable, easy to use, lots of settings, plenty of accessories, solid.
Cons: well, you need a fully charged battery and to get your buckets of water for it to use.

I like it and would recommend it.

    Perfect for not destroying things!
Don’t expect metal piercing pressure with this cool bit of kit, but do expect the perfect lower pressure washer for cleaning old sheds, motorbikes (without blowing all the grease out of bearings), go karts, cars… things that get dirty but you don’t want to blast the paint off too!!

It’s a pressure washer with a gentle touch, but still cuts through the grime.

An excellent product that is fun and effective to use
I have a new car and want to keep it looking good, free of scratches that are picked up so often from car washes at fuel stations, etc. I was suspicious that the power of this might not be enough but I was wrong. Long and short lances, good choice of spray width, picks up from a bucket so no need for a hose, and it even has a bottle for my snow foam! As if not enough, you even get a collapsible bucket, a net to store it all in and a car wash brush. It works very well and has plenty of pressure for what I want. I am well happy!!!

I bought this so that I could clean my small area of decking and my motorbikes.

I was sceptical to start with – battery powered didn’t think it would cope

A lot better than using just a bucket to wash the ca
I don’t have a hose pipe, so had been using buckets and a watering can to wash the car.
This is lot better. I use it to rinse the car first, then I use a bucket and sponge, and use it again to wash the soap of afterwards.
It is obviously not as powerful as a commercial car jet spray, but I find it good enough.
I haven’t used the shampoo attachment yet, or the brush.
The battery easily last for washing one car like this. I’m not sure it would last if I used the brush?
I would probably prefer a larger bucket, but I just refill it from another bucket.
The worst part is the clip to hold the hose in the bucket. It is completely useless. I was having to carry the bucket and manually hold the hose in place, and then use the Hydroshot one-handed. However if you get these:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07RMYBNJJ
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00X2Y2ZR2
    – plus a small nut & bolt
you can make a clip that is far better. You can leave the bucket on the ground and walk around the whole car.

    Another Excellent Tool from Worx
This is a really amazing tool. The two things I hate about pressure washers is the extension cable and the noise. You don’t have those problems with this and if you already have other Worx tools you just share the battery. It may not be a powerful as a standard pressure washer but I bet you would never bother to get your old pressure washer out again once you have used his.

The item did not let me down, it was great and easy to use, I myself have connected to a garden waterbut to wash all my cars, this way I don’t have to use the water from the house.
The only thing I wish it did, to have the brush connect to the soap dispenser as this would work for me better rather than keep disconnecting and connecting, but just a minor thing.

    WORX really WORKS
Likes- Freedom from need of hosepipe-Lightness & ease of use-Surprising amount of pressure- Getting the decking and green fence clean. Variable settings, hope to use it for watering the garden with the spray setting. Great for cleaning muddy boots-garden pots and containers-Bar-B-Q-Loads of other stuff.
Dislikes – Having to fill bucket (got over by having a very large container) – having to fill the very large container – Life of supplied battery (20mins) Having to buy larger 6.0Ah battery at nearly as much as the machine. (But now so much better lasting) – Hose is a bit stiff (guess that will soften)
Overall would still give 5 stars, just a really impressive bit of kit.

    Fits my needs perfectly.
I have no outside hose – would need to run water through the entire house to get to the rear garden and no drive but a 40 metre distance from the house to the road at the front. Perfect tool to clean the patio, patio furniture, even the windows at the rear of the house. Works exactly the same to clean the car. Exactly what I needed. Battery life is not exceptional – removing some nasty green algae off my paving slabs has just taken 25 minutes and the battery was starting to flag. Perfectly long enough though to give a normal clean – I was shifting some pretty deep rooted green muck today! Perfect for the car too & used remarkably little water. Very pleased with the product & the usual excellent within 24 hrs delivery by Amazon.

Safe to use on a motorcycle
Purchased this on a friends recommendation at an offer price of 99 (five monthly interest free payments) primarily to clean my two motorcycles. Turned out to be just the job. Rinsed the bikes, sprayed with muc-off, agitated and then washed clean. Standard battery allowed me to do both bikes (Triumph Bonneville T100 and Yamaha Tracer 700 GT). Also purchased a Bruhl MD1900 drier, a fantastic way to thoroughly dry a bike. Battery recharging is slow, so plan ahead. Next day moved on to car cleaning. Snow foam bottle and Turtle Wax snow foam gave a reasonable foam cover. Rinsed off, washed by hand, rinsed off with still enough power left to clean buckets, brushes and sponge. Cleaning the bikes have always been a labour of love, not so the cars. Using the Worx pressure washer and Bruhl dryer makes cleaning less of a chore, but leaves a super finish. Made a schoolboy error leaving the unit in a shed overnight. Frozen when needed next day but thawed out successfully using the wife’s hair drier.

Just the tool for smaller pressure washing jobs
My better half bought this for me as a Christmas present to clean my mountain bike with. It is light easy to use and perfect for what she bought it for as it can be used at home or taken with me when getting muddy in the hills to clean up before putting it in the car. It’s not to powerful and will struggle with bigger jobs due to battery capacity but a really good for smaller jobs and is easy to get up and running.

I wanted a portable power washer for washing our bikes and rinsing off the suds after washing the motorhome and this does exactly that. Obviously nowhere near as powerful as a full-size mains-powered power washer but that’s not what I wanted as the seals on motorhomes can be affected if the jet is too powerful. The ability to use the washer without a tap was very useful as well. I bought an additional battery and rapid charger which were on offer but one battery normally lasts 15-20 minutes anyway. Very happy with it so far.

The ability to use the washer without a tap was very useful as well. I bought an additional battery and rapid charger which were on offer but one battery normally lasts 15-20 minutes anyway. Very happy with it so far.

Incredible Gadget For Very Specific Uses
I bought this item yesterday for the specific purpose of washing my car. I live in a mid terrace house which doesn’t have running water out the front. Previously I would rinse my car with a pump sprayer, then with a bucket of car shampoo would apply to the car with a wash mitt. To rinse I would then use a combination of the pump sprayer and several buckets of fresh water to clear off the suds and muck. Dry off with a towel and it’s done. However this is very time consuming and a pain to have to keep going in and getting fresh water whilst leaving suds on the car.

Using the Hydroshot for the first time I made a dilution of the car shampoo which went into the soap bottle, this then attached to the long lance for maximum pressure. With the battery fully charged I went round the car twice with the soap bottle and applied 2 thick layers of shampoo and water.

I left the suds to work in for a few minutes, then with the wash mitt and a clean bucket of water wiped the car over thoroughly. With the washing done, I fired up the Hydroshot with the variable attachment (set to 25) on the end and rinsed off all the suds in less than 2 minutes, easily getting into all the hard to reach areas with enough power to blast away the loosened dirt. For the wheels I truned the nozzle to 15 and ran it round the alloys quite close for maximum pressure and spread.

A quick wipe down with a towel and my car is now sparkling, the whole process took a quarter of the time it would normally take me to do it with buckets alone and uses less water because of the accuracy in spraying.

Usual gripes with battery life as mentioned by other reviewers, but I’m not going to drop stars because of this. For the convenience of the Hydroshot, and with a bit of planning, you can get a lot done with 20 mins of use (on high).

This isn’t a replacement for a plug in pressure washer, but if like me you don’t have access to mains water and want to revolutionise and speed up your old car washing methods then get this, you won’t be disappointed.

It does what it claims to do
As I put in the headline this is a very good item. The only point that needs to be stressed is that the pump has to be primed before the battery can circulate the water. This is easy to do: just make sure that the water supply is higher than the battery. Once the water begins to flow the water supply can be at any height – until you run out of water, of course. Then you simply repeat the process.

    Can make life easier!
I’ve found this cleaner / water hose very useful. I’ve used it for washing the car, cleaning my bicycle, cleaning dirty boots (having the 15 degree minimum setting is useful for this), and no doubt I will be using it to water the garden in the summer.
The bucket that comes with it holds a fair amount of water and can be squashed down a little to fit under the tap.

    Very handy little device
Only used to wash the car so far. The brush is not the best but the rest of it is great.
Considering it’s not mains pressure whatever mains electricity its just about right for the little jobs it will be used for.

Excellent product despite the battery charge and capacity
Overall it’s quite small, very light in weight and easy to handle. The water pressure is quite good BUT charging the battery is slow (several hours slow) and you may have to consider buying a second battery

I purchased the bottle adaptor so that I carry it on my car and clean my muddy boots after a hike.

I can clean a pair of boots with 2 X 1 litre of bottled water (on high pressure setting).
Cleaning 2 pairs of boots (4 bottles) show the battery at 2/3 of capacity. Battery reading remains the same after jetting 10 litres of water (washing my car) so I am not yet sure if the battery indicator is accurate!

    Great for small jobs
I’ve given this 5 stars based on my requirements. I have an electric pressure washer for cleaning my patio and garden furniture but it’s a pain getting it all set up for ‘little’ jobs. This Worx washer isn’t powerful enough for those tough tasks. I live at the end of a farm track so in winter it’s always muddy and my car gets plastered. A 5 minute blast with the Worx removes the mud. Pop the brush on the end and it’s brilliant for cleaning the conservatory windows and the greenhouse. There are 2 settings for the power, controlled by a button on the handle. The only time I can think I would use the low setting is for washing the dog when we come back from a mucky walk or watering plants. High power with the adjustable nozzle is about half the strength of a mains operated washer. The battery lasts about 15 minutes on full power but as I have a Worx strimmer I swap that battery if the job isn’t finished. I purchased the washer with all the accessories when it was on special offer. The collapsible ‘bucket’ is pretty useless as it’s flimsy and doesn’t hold much water but probably enough for dog washing. The main unit itself feels very solid and well made.

    Really easy to use
Really pleased with this product. It is easy to use and makes light work of cleaning my car. I rinsed first, shampooed and then rinsed off again – great! Took half the time it normally does with a lot less effort. Used just a couple of buckets of water and am really pleased with the results. I would say that this is not so much a power jet washer but a really good substitute for a powerful hose when you don’t have an outside tap at your disposal. I would definitely recommend this product.

Where has this thing been all my life.
I live in an apartment. No electric or water anywhere near where my car is parked. Washing the car has been a chore of bucket runs. Not any more.
I can’t believe how well this works, its powerful, uses a very small amount of water and has made washing my car very easy and I’m not ashamed to say cracking good fun.
The battery lasts long enough to get round the car 3 times and two buckets of water gets the job done.

    Update.
I’ve now been using this for a few months and I’m still really happy with this bit of kit. I bought a 25 litre Jerry can as a water supply which allows me a bit more time than a few buckets. I haven’t ran out of power once; not even close. The neighbours have even been checking it out. I’ve also found a bit of an additional use for this cleaning the boat down at the marina.

3.9 out of 5 for pressure. Will require to buy a expensive spare for battery.
Pressure wise, strong enough to do job. Not to be compared with a professional pressure washer but still cleans well. Battery wise, I recommend to get 4.0 ah battery as it can last long enough to finish a car wash job all through out. The battery included with the pack can not last long enough to clean and rinse my ford focus. I would recommend to search some youtube videos if it suits you.

    Very useful produc
I used this for the first time today to wash my jeep which was covered in thick mud. On the ’40’ setting, washed the mud off very effectively. The run time of the 2.0ah battery is about 20 mins but plenty of time for me. A second battery would be useful. Several comments from others give it a poor review, but from my use it performed superbly. The hose connection mates effectively with my ‘Hozelock’ connector without leaking. Plenty of accessories with it make it useful for other uses besides washing the car. Lightweight. Well recommended.

    Best buy of last yea
After much tooting and frowing shall I or shan’t I review reading etc I finally but the bullet and bought this item, especially as it was being offered at discount price with flexi pay.
    Came the next day.

Easy to understand and set up.
Battery needed a good 3 hour charge before using.
Upon using for the first time I found it
    very light to manoeuvre around.
Used up 2 x 5 litre buckets to wash off all the mud etc off my 4×4 which is why I bought this item.
    Made a great job
    Done in 15 mins
More than enough power but not too much as to risk taking the paint off the car or pushing water under window seals etc.
Best of all no hoses, extension leads etc being dragged thru my garage.
    This is no karcher
I have a karcher k2 mini which does the job of patio /driveway cleaning etc to great effect.
This item wouldn’t do the job as well.

But I didn’t buy it for this.
    Hence this positive review.

    It works brilliantly....
The reviews for this were mostly good except for a couple who say it’s underpowered. If you’re expecting a power wash then you’re definitely looking in the wrong area. As a portable car jet spray wash it’s about as good as you get. Spray water on the car on your preferred setting. Mine is 25% on the rotating nozzle. Change the attachment and give the car a good soaping then use either a sponge or soft brush to clean the car. Now give give your car a blast with the original nozzle and finally dry the car down with a leather and you’ve saved yourself the cost of a garage hand wash. There’s a multiple of uses for this but blasting dirt off you’re pavement isn’t one of them. It’s powerful enough to clean cars, caravans and other vehicles and for other cleaning jobs around your home. The portability alone is its big selling point but the fact it’s as good as it is means its money well spent.

So easy to use, great for my bike to keep car clean.
I bought this to clean my mountain bike easily before I put it in my car or home.

Let’s start by saying it’s not a powerful pressure washer like a mains one. That’s why I bought it. You can’t / shouldn’t use a mains pressure washer on a bike due to damaging the seals. That said I find it powerful enough for all my other needs.

First, it’s great for my needs. It’s light to handle, well balanced and packs away in my bucket.

Second, it can use any water source ie a hose pipe, a river, a bucket or even a 2ltr pop bottle (although I think this adaptation should be included). A bucket with 3 litres of water was fine to fully clean a very muddy bike. I take a 2 litre pop bottle to clean my bike straight off the trail to put into my boot and it’s enough. When home a bucket fully cleans it.

Third, you can change pressure from high to low and change the angle of spray.

Included in my box: ( I chose the no battery and charger, just the body version.) There is a short lance and a longer lance, a spray angle head and a netting bag alongside the washer.

I bought without charger and battery because I chose to buy the fast charger and a 3amp battery separately (ie longer battery life and charges in half the time) and it worked out about 10 more than the full package.

I’ve used it numerous times now, cleaning windows, cleaning the car and washing some chairs. It was easier for me than getting the mains power washer out. In fact, I’m thinking of getting rid of the mains one because for me this is all I need.

So in summary I love it, it’s powerful enough for me, and ideal for my bike when I’m putting it in my car, just don’t expect it to blast slime off flags for example.

Cleaning cars at the front of the house was a bit of a chore as we live on a row of cottages but It’s so easy using this. I bought a 20ltr Jerry can to use instead of the collapsible bucket (as this does tend to collapse a lot) … the power is fine on the 15deg spray setting and removes dirt without damaging seals etc. I bought 2 spare batteries so I’ve always got one on charge. We’ve also used it cleaning the decking, patio and disinfecting the fake grass from doggie doo doo etc.

NOT a traditional pressure washer but great if used for the right things
Probably the most important thing which confuses people with this is that it isn’t a traditional pressure washer like a Karcher or something like that which is really high pressure and can cut through very tough dirt and grime – if that’s what you’re looking for, I’d suggest moving on to something different. If you want something that’s handy for cleaning your car, bike windows, watering the garden and shifting light to moderate dirt then take a look at this. This is a great little machine, working at a lower pressure but still surprisingly powerful. I use this to clean my car, motorbike and push bikes. It does a great job with this using both the soap spray bottle and the general nozzle. It picks up and cleans off most of the dirt and grime both my car and bike pick up without the risk of stripping the paint like a much higher pressure washer could quite easily do although as expected it won’t cut through the grease and road much on alloy wheels without a bit of elbow grease. I have in fact used it to clean my garage door and started to strip the paint on there where it had peeled a little so it does have a bit of kick to it.
The bucket this one comes with is ideal for cleaning my bike however you might have to refill to get a full clean over your average family size car. Having the flexibility to use any bucket of water rather than having to hook it up to a tap gives you plenty of flexibility and the hose is plenty long enough to work around your car easily, plus has a filter on the end to remove any big bits of dirt so it doesn’t ruin the washer or whatever you are cleaning. I personally use a big water container on wheels that is filled from an overflow off a water butt collecting water from my garage roof.
Battery life is decent enough too. You won’t get much more than a full car wash (including initial rinse, soap up and rinse off) out of a full charge, but then that’s pretty much perfect unless you want to do loads of jobs at once. There is a handy little battery level display on the battery itself, just with a simple press of a button.
Overall I knew what I was expecting when buying this and I’m really pleased with it. I wasn’t expecting the super-powered (comparatively) washers like some of the other corded ones available and because of this I could treat it and what I’m cleaning accordingly. For me it’s a fantastic bit of kit and I’m really pleased with it and would recommend.

I have a caravan in a seasonal pitch in the woods. Over the course of 8 months ago sorts of dirt has built up as I’ve had no way to clean it – other than with sy bucket of water. I wish I had discovered this pressure washer ages ago. It’s incredibly easy to use, especially if you have a rolling caravan water butt. I’m well impressed with the pressure it achieves. I mean, it’s never going to compete with a pressure washer with a hose attached but that’s not what this product is all about. It’s cordless and doesn’t require need to be attached to a mains water supply. Genius!

ice and easy to use, love the adjustable settings, the ability to draw water from anywhere great – much easier than dragging my mains pressure washer out and connecting power and water. I just used it with a bucket of warm water to clean off something someone had put on my wife’s windscreen again, egg white or watered down pva glue, or something similar. 2nd time it’s happened, no known reason or culprit. Got to be someone local, so seeing me just take a bucket and the hydroshot out and effortlessly clean it off may help.

Great for block paving and think I know why other reviews disagree
Only tested once, will add more after further use but first go was block paving.
Delighted it jetted Moss out of the joints on narrowest setting without making as much mess as a mains washer (but enough mess for my wife to laugh at my mud spattered head). Much easier than a brush for large area though still a chore and think the jointing sand will still need topping up though hopefully not all of it.
I’m sure it won’t clean oil stains etc as some want, but that’s a different job. Moss is definitely my bugbear.
I suspect two issues for those that say it’s feeble. 1) the hose end must dangle in the bucket, if any part touches the floor or sides the pressure drops right down or can stop. 2) in case you missed it, there’s a high/low button on the top.
Having used it some more, it can be a real pain if sucking up water rather than using a tap but from other reviews I discovered that means a poor seal on the inlet. Best use soap or gel to help as the nut will break if you overtighten.

First thing, this comes with all the gadgets that the one with the battery comes with. On the Amazon page this was not clear. So you get a utility bag, an extension lance and water pipe designed to drop into water or attach to a bucket. It works great and I would say I got better pressure from a bucket than attaching to the hose (tap). The pressure is not as great as my Karcher but the increased ease of use and mobility means my Karcher will be redundant. Finally, the thing is tiny compared to my Karcher and garage space is an issue for me so this is a winner for me.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSurprisingly good!
I had been contemplating buying the hydroshot for a while but some of the reviews on here did actually put me off a little. The recent spell of good weather and having 3 dirty cars on my drive encouraged me to take the plunge and buy it. I’m glad I did and i’m not sure where some of the negative reviews i’ve seen are coming from. A bit of common sense suggests that this is not going to be as powerful as some mains connected pressure washers, and it certainly isn’t. That said, it is definitely a LOT more powerful than any hosepipe i have ever used and probably something similar to an entry level mains connected pressure washer.

The reason I required a cordless pressure washer is because I live in a rented house with no outside tap/ hose pipe so the ability to use a bucket of water as the water source is ideal. Also, the fact that it dismantles down to a small compact size means I can store it in a cupboard which is useful as I don’t have any outside storage. For the price, there isn’t anything else that fits my criteria.

I opted for the full kit which includes a detergent bottle and brush attachment amongst other things. The detergent bottle is good and provides a decent covering on the car as shown in my video. The brush, however, does feel a little flimsy when it is attached to the hydroshot so I have found myself just using it as an ordinary brush disconnected from the hydroshot.

My only other gripe with the hydroshot is with the plastic clip that holds the hose to the bucket. It doesn’t seem to have a very good hold on the hose so it just keeps popping out of the clip, which gets a bit tedious after having to re-attach it every 30 seconds. I’m sure i’ll be able to find something to solve this issue though.

Overall I think that the hydroshot is a very capable and useful portable pressure washer. If you don’t have outside access to either power or a water tap like me then I would definitely recommend it. If you are expecting it to be a replacement for your current mains connected pressure washer, then you are probably going to be a bit disappointed.

    Don't expect a miracle
Good as a pre contact wash to loosen dirt and for removing bird poo, but it will not clean your car on its own. Just powerful enough to give a good rinse but will not remove dirt on its own. Use as part of a full wash cycle and it is a good aid.

So easy & quick to use - love i
I love Worx cordless tools! I bought this as ordinary pressure washers drive me crazy – tangling the hosepipe, electric cable & the wand hose altogether all the time. This is so easy to use, very lightweight, and for me the whole point about Worx cordless tools is that you can just pick up and go (as long as your battery is charged – I keep 2 on the go so I can switch if one runs out).
I was worried that it might not be powerful enough to really clean anything, and whilst it’s true that it is not as powerful as a corded machine, it certainly cleans really effectively, even stained block paving. I find that because it’s so easy to use I do the chores more often, thereby not needing such a heavy-duty clean in one go. It seems economical on water, and you can achieve a worthwhile clean with just a watering can full of water. It also works really well when connected to a normal mains hosepipe, and I found the connectors to be totally watertight, unlike my 2 corded pressure washers, which both spout water at the connection point the whole time. I really don’t regret buying this – will probably buy another to use elsewhere.

    battery power washe
his is great for a quick wash of your bike car caravan when its only needs a spruce up. don,t expect full on power like an electric one but it does give more than enough power to get rid of dirt and mud.
great for those days out on the bike in the mud and wash off before you get home.

    WOW
Cleaned all three cars that we have and still charge in battery and yes we have clean cars. I was sceptical at first but not now. Excellent machine for doing cleaning jobs but as its says cannot do very heavy work I still have to use my plugged in jet washer for those jobs i.e cleaning paths, but it does say that in the info anyway. All said well suited for general jobs around the house and also for portability when not close to an electric outlet.

    Good Mini pressure cleane
Overall really impressed with this – very portable and adaptable. A longer battery life would be an improvement – additional more powerful batteries are quite expensive, so it would have been better if a longer life one supplied, but this would increase the cost.

    AMAZING!!
Bought this puppy a week ago and its absolutely great. Powerful enough to clean rust of drain in garden and strong enough to wash dirt off brick walls and concrete floor. really love it and so light to carry. ONLY DOWNSIDE the battery doesnt last long and takes a long time charge, approx 3 hours to fully charge for about 45min use. however just found a fast charger on amazon.

other than that, im super happy and worth every penny.

It's high quality and decent power.
I got this as a replacement for the Mobi v17 I’ve been using for the last 18 months. I’m impressed so far, the pressure is quite a bit higher than the mobi, and the build quality just feels better. Dont go in expecting full on jet wash dirt stripping power and you’ll be pleasantly surprised, it does get close though. I’m happy that the power isn’t too high, it’ll be kinder on mountain bike bearings than a large pressure washer.
This morning I washed 2 cars and the 2.0 Ah battery was just running out of juice as I finished the second. I’d guess that was using around 33l if water. I did use a brush and bucket to clean things, the jet wash was for pre wetting and then rinsing. I did try just using the pressure washer to shift the dirt on the wheels and it was quite good on the 15 setting at stripping the road grime off.
All in all, this is better than the Mobi v17 by some margin.

    Nice surprise
One of the few times I have been more than pleasantly surprised. A fun tool to use which delivers better than expected results. For the size of the pump it delivers a constant useful pressure that will help clean even heavy dirt from most surfaces without risking damage to vehicle paint finishes or softer surfaces. Ideal if you don’t have access to an exterior water supply. Just use a container and insert the pipe. Can be used for many functions including watering the garden. Highly recommended for anyone interested in keeping their cars clean.
