Purchased to replace may last one that was 4 years old and this one only lasted couple if months.
Returns window was only a months so no refund available I guess
Bought this as a spare. Have had the other fob for a few years and works well. So handy to carry around. Delighted.

The remote fob works as expected and makes using our home alarm system from Yale very easy.
I have the ‘Easy Fit’ (EF) alarm. It didn’t come with fob so I purchased this as an addition. It’s easy to connect by following the instructions. I hardly ever use the keypad now as the fob allows me to ‘arm’ and ‘disarm’ from outside of the house. Not worth loosing a star but it is far too big.
My Yale alarm is slightly different to the two that this is compatible with (Yale-SR and EF)
Good wee addition to our alarm system! Saves a lot of hassle and is super easy to link to your alarm!
Easy to use. A little large. I think the more modern ones are alot smalle
Really simple, add it to your key ring and remember to arm or disarm the system without fumbling for the phone or panicking about cancelling the alarm when the counter is running!

was tricky to pair as already have one and it isn’t that clear how to add a 2nd but I got there in the end and it functions faultlessly now its linked up. these alarms are really good value and I am sure deter the walk by ner-do-well

A great addition for the system, makes turning off / on the alarm system as easy as. However not fully convinced of the wisdom of a fob disarm, but then again, it’s the same idea for your car…
This fob only works on the new Yale alarms. My alarm is two years old and will not work with this fob. The newer alarms work on a different frequency
Probably not so good if you’re the owner as if somebody steals your handbag with keys and address they have easy access to your home.
That said, perfect for giving to family members whole will be taking care of your house when you are on holiday
good item make sure you check the right alarm number first, using set up code from original instructions

Bought YALE alarm kit – needed this key fob. Worked perfectly – was up and running within minutes.
Yale is a quality product and this key fob makes the system much easier to operate, I initially ordered the wrong one but my supplier were only to pleased to exchange for me which I really appreciated, the price is great as are the suppliers 😉
Very easy to pair with the system and work perfectly.
Does what it says, saves messing abround with the little buttons on the main panel; had it about 6 months now and no issues.
Great product works fine, much cheaper than Screwfix and free postage.
Nice and slim so not cumbersome to carry around, easy to set up, and easy to name on the keypad. Nice to be able to shut the door and hear the beeps knowing the alarm is armed.

Simple to program and very easy to use. Simply press the unlocked padlock button to switch off the alarm and the locked padlock button to arm the burglar alarm….simple.
Really eased the pressure of having to tap in the code every time.

Just what I needed as a spare for my alarm system. Am having problems getting it to recognise my system but to be fair I think that could be me not doing something right with it. A quick call to Yale should sort it. Recommended
Excellent easy to pair upto main unit don’t waste money on panaic button that doesn’t always paid up and as this has a panic button it does the lot for you.
Saves me going back inside to set the alarm when I forget, a definite asset to the system, especially if you might want to gain access to your PIR’d garage before going in the house

Bought two of these with the alarm.
If they are installed at the same time as the alarm then there is no special set-up.
House alarm is now just armed and disarmed the same as a car alarm.

Was paired and up and running within 10 minutes of delivery by courier. Only had for a day but can’t see why this product would receive less than 5 stars by any reviewer. Rear battery cover seems a little delicate and it may get a little dirty being white plastic but other than that it’s perfect. Bought two but at least one should come as standard with the kit in my opinion.
Sorry but chain too flimsy and does not always deactivate full alarm but worked fine for home setting only.

Get this if you want to arm/disarm from outside the property, negating the need for the keypad.
Perfect for garage/shed as there’s no entry/exit time when you use this rather than the keypad.

Best thing to save time and hassle free to avoid your alarm going off in case being late to enter or exit.
I would definitely recommend this item as an addition to anybody with a Yale alarm. It makes it so easy to set the alarm and it has survived a lot of bashing and dropping on the floor. It helps avoid that mad dash of pushing the keypad and beating the countdown since it works from outside the house. It’s good for people with a big family too because everyone could have one.

This is our second one. Bought 1 from home base last time, this works with the telecommunications yale alarm, be careful not to buy the wrong one as I did before
Easy to set up seems ok but brought as a preventative measure.
Programmed for outside use saves rushing to enter pin number into the control unit.
A great little fob, I use it in conjunction with the beeps/flashes feature on the siren so I can arm and disarm knowing the alarm is set when I’m outside the house.
For those who don’t want to damage the back when changing the battery, you can hold the fob in one hand and use 2 fingers from other hand to push and twist the battery cover off.
Couldn’t be better, just what I needed to set my alarm, easy to set up easy to operate, one word? GREAT.

Great Device, but make sure you give it a thorough signal strength test first! Key ring attachment is a good idea.
