Nice and easy to use and put up. I bought it for my garage and it works well. It is only on the wall with a couple of screws so a determined person could rip it off but hopefully by that time I would be alerted.
Good alarm, easy to set up, very loud, use during rechargeable batteries though, was so good, our neighbour wanted one for herself and she bought one!

I have installed it in my shed and is very simple and easy to use. Has only 4 buttons and there is no need for more.

This alarm is excellent value and works well. Once set, it gives a warning beep when you come into the motion sensor range and gives you time to enter the code to stop it going off. I let it go off once to check it did work and it was very loud and could be heard from inside our house.
I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a reasonably priced alarm for their shed of workshop.
I bought this alarm for use in my garden shed as we have an exit from the shed that backs onto a public pathway. Easy to use and set up and you can attach it to the wall or have it free standing and once it is set and detects motion and activates it is extremely loud and we can hear it from inside the house with all doors and windows closed and it being in a shed. would definitely recommend. I’ve used this Alarm in my shed to replace a previous alarm – It’s really simple to use and an effective deterrent.
Product is great for value but beeps when sensor is tripped giving someone time to find it and break it b4 it alarm sounds. Also alarm does not beep when set so u have know idea if it’s actually set or not. But alarm is fairly loud and works well but could do with some small changes.
What a great product, easy to install no false alarms you just need to add batteries. For the money it’s loud and should help scare a shed thief off

Really good product at a good price.
It’s super loud and easy to set up. Doesn’t seem to go off when it shouldn’t. What I would say is that the method of fixing to the wall isn’t great, one screw through the plastic back, does feel like it could be torn off the wall quite easily and the batteries removed to stop the alarm from sounding. So I boxed mine in with some plywood and screwed that to the wall instead.
Easy to install. I understand with 4 numbers the variety of combinations is fewer, but seriously they have 20 seconds to try them all! Feel a lot more secure now with the things in the toolshed.
Works as advertised, gives a little “piece of mind” for me to know it’s protecting my garage.
Cheap and effective for an outbuilding. A burglar would probably just rip it off the wall and smash it though.
A good budget alarm for a shed. The locking screw to attach the alarm to the wall mount needs to be redesigned though, as it is very small and awkward to insert.
This alarm is very easy to install and set up The audible level is very good
One slight negative is the pick up time of 10 seconds on entry is a bit long 5 seconds would have been better.

Purchased for our shed in the garden. Easy to install and set up. Very loud when the alarm sounds. The keypad only has 4 numbers 1-4 so if you prefer a code with numbers above this it won’t be suitable. We are very happy with our purchase.

Simple to mount, activate and deativate with key code. When the alarm goes off its duration is 30sec. I dont know if comes on again. Not as loud as a smoke alarm. I have it in a work shop 30m from the house. The alarm is barely audible in the house. It was bought with the intention of frightening off an intruder. I think it would do that.

Our shed was broken into a couple of nights ago. It’s not some flimsy rotten old shed you could open by looking at it the wrong way; it’s 4 years old and in perfect condition, not the cheapest one you’d find, and it was secured with multiple bolts, a very heavy duty hasp and staple, a 100+ padlock and a combination keypad lock.
We keep our tools in there amongst all the usual DIY stuff. There was 1000s of portable equipment in there.
The person chewed through the hasp with a bolt cutter (must have taken some real effort!), then ruined the double doors with a pry bar or similar, breaking the bolts on the other side off of the door to gain entry.
Yet nothing was taken. I believe the thief knew what to look for, poked their head in above the door to see the alarm and thought better of setting it off. Definitely worth it as a deterrent even if we do have to pay to fix our poor shed doors now.

This alarm is so simple and so cheap, it would be silly not to get one as an added security measure.
I got this for my lock up as it is the simpleset way to add an alarm deterrant. The alarm systems that use a sensor stuck on the door/window, that once moved from the alarm system acitvate it, just wouldn’t quite work on my garage door. This Yale alarm, lets me put it anywhere I wan’t. The sound level is loud. At 100db it would be enough to wake you up or irritating enough to put someone off.
You of course need to put this somewhere that would activate it early, which then means its position can also make it obvious. So positioning it well is probably the hardest part.
Something I don’t like about this alarm is that when it’s activated it sends off a loud beep and flashes a red light once. This will happen if everytime you go in to your own shed/garage/lock up which is a nice reminder that you have an alarm to disarm but this feature also tells someone who’s property it isn’t, that there’s an alarm and can also locate where it is from the red light beep. I have put tape over the light area.
I also don’t like that when I enter my code each button beeps loudly. I don’t really want to tell everyone I feel the need to put an alarm in my garage.
I still think this alarm is 5 stars, just because for under 20 it could be the deterrant that sends someone on there way. My solution to the alarm being easily found is to buy a second one and have 2 alarms get actived from very separate postiions, that way one is bound to be going off if they bother looking for the other. This still works out as cheap security.
The operation is simple to use, to set a code, to arm it and to disarm it. You have 30 seconds from arming it to lock up and 10 seconds from activating it when entering to disarm it with your pin.

I use this in a 10 x 8 wooden shed. This alarm is nice and loud, easy to use and isn’t prone to false alarms. For the money you really can’t go wrong.
