I bought one of these to lock the side gate. It’s a good solid lock, which has stood up to the elements and not shown any obvious rust. This is much better than some other locks I have had. The only problem I have seen is that sometimes it sticks and doesn’t want to open if left for a while. A few repeated attempts seems to loosen it and then it opens. However, because of this I decided to give it 4 stars instead of 5
It works well, and after a month in the heat, cold and wet it hasn’t become harder to lock and unlock like the last one.
This lock has a super solid sturdy feel and a nice smoothie locking/unlocking action. It feels really well made. The plastic slide cover over the key hole is a nice touch too.
Needed a new lock for my gate as the previous weathered badly. So this is a good heavy lock with spare keys. I’m confident that no one can break in with this on. I would recommend
Feels strong and easy to lock and unlock. Only received yesterday so we will see in a couple of months if it’s as good after a few of our wet days.
The padlock on my shed gave up the ghost after several years of service. So it was time to replace it. I have to be honest this is my go to brand for locks and for good reason. This is a a solid well made lock. Being weather proof I am confident that it will last for many years. Worth every penny
