Well worth the money
Arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. Yodel had exercised their usual care (!) but the one damaged corner of the packaging had been protected by the foam inside. All parts present and took about an hour to assemble single-handed using the tools supplied. Tested by three adult family members of different builds and found very comfortable in both positions. Now will come the serious testing through use but looks very promising.
Good for the price
I put this bike together in about an hour (it’s easier if someone can help you). The instructions were pretty clear and easy to understand. The monitor arrived with scratches and slightly cracked casing on the back, and the packaging was damaged, but it still works OK and because it is not an integral part of the bike and bolts on separately I’m sure if problems appeared the seller would be happy to swap over the monitor for another one.
The bike is quite heavy and is not easy to fold/unfold (a scissor action) as a knob has to be turned to loosen it and then removed. Getting it back in again is like trying to undo a childproof lid on a bottle of tablets in that you have to push and turn at the same time. That, plus the weight meant I decided against folding it away as I’d originally intended, and I now have it set up in one place permanently.
The height of the seat can be adjusted by loosening a similar knob and then removing it, sliding the bar up or down and then replacing the knob.
Surprisingly, there isn’t a photo of the bike on the cover of the handbook, or any mention of the features as they are advertised on the Amazon product page. It would be useful if these were included in the handbook, together with some basic recumbent bike exercises (or even a link to a video) as well as the general warming up and cooling down exercises that are already included at the back of the handbook.
Because the ‘resistance’ knob is positioned just under the resistance bands, and says ‘Tension’ on it (not as the photo on the product page), it could lead you to think that the ‘Tension’ relates to the resistance bands, but it does not, it relates to the tension of the front wheel when pedalling.
Once put together, the bike was sturdy, not wobbly, and very quiet in use, and the seat and back rest were quite comfortable for the half hour exercise session I did on it (I found a couple of free ‘recumbent bike with resistance bands workout’ videos online). The back of the seat height is adjustable (2 positions, higher or lower) but it does involve 4 screws and an allen key to move the height so it’s not really something to be adjusted each time someone else uses it.
I could watch a workout video by propping my laptop on the handy shelf on the bottom of the monitor. However, it did cover up the monitor and some of the handlebars and sensors. A tablet would be better if you have one.
All in all though I’m quite pleased with it and am looking forward to using it regularly.

Really Good and sturdy. Looks good too, and has different speeds to pedal with.
It a bit expensive but worth it for people who want to exercise and loose weight.

I thought it was really easy to assemble. I did it by myself in about an hour. There’s a knack to folding it, you do have to get the hang of it. Easy to adjust the seat height and bike position. Definitely sturdy and gives me a good HIIT workout. Love my new bike!

Very Impressive piece of Exercise Equipme
My wife and I are very impressed with the standard of build of this exercise bike. Neither of us is an “exercise nut” (sorry, unsure how to express the fact that we would both prefer to be out walking in the fresh air than sitting on a bike in our small study – hence the lack of a picture!)
It came well packed and was relatively easy to assemble by myself with out any other aid; the spanner provided was not the most comfortable with which to work, but the instructions were easy to follow.
The seat and backrest are reasonably comfortable, but the height adjuster takes quite a lot of screwing in/out, as does the folding mechanism.
As a non-afionado, I would recommend this exercise bike.
Easy to assemble
Nice product ,functional with enough fitness levels to test the average person.I personally found it straight forward to assemble as the instructions are clear and straightforward my only criticism is the spanner provided to tighten the bolts slipped a lot so I resorted to my own spanner.After a few uses a found it quite straight forward to fold away and it fits nicely in the corner of the pantry.

Easy enough for one person to assemble but does take a while to put it all together. I find it quite heavy but not unmanageable but this does mean it’s very sturdy. I was impressed by how quiet it is! I usually start on resistance level and vary between 10-13 once I’ve warmed up.

We were very impressed with the build quality of the bike for the price. Straightforward to assemble. A minor part was damaged in transit…the replacement process was fast and efficient, the assistant even emailing back to say there may be a delay for Chinese New Year! Replacement arrived,fitted…can’t speak highly enough of the bike or the service.

This product is shown as being made in the USA in the Q&As but mine has ‘made in China’ stickers on the feet. This is misleading.
Quick and easy to assemble , it took about 30 minutes and it was ready to use.s
Although the delivery was late when it did arrive it was easy to assemble.
It is sturdy and perfect for my husband to excercise to regain his fitness after his 2 operations.
Good way to get fitte
Despite the item arriving late, with no apologies or communication from the seller, I did manage to put it together from the very easy instruction booklet that came with it. Getting on and off is not so easy, but when on the seat is very comfortable and the pedals are sturdy and easy to grip. The read out on the screen is useful to see how far you have pedalled, speed, pulse rate and calories burned!

Excellent sturdy exercise bike at a great value price. The 16 resistance levels make for varied pedalling and the resistance bands provide further exercise. Looks good in situ and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.However if your self assembling it may be an advantage to have your own spanner’s to hand.

Bought the bike as a late Christmas gift for my father as I felt he needed the exercise. The bike arrived and the display didn’t work, so I contacted the seller and had a very quick reply from Ben. He replaced the unit, but that didn’t fix it. It appeared to be a damaged cable within the bike itself. He was very quick replying and generously offered a replacement bike immediately. Can’t praise his service enough. 10/10 Service!

Sturdy
Easy to assemble but takes some time if doing alone. Easy to fold away and open up again. Feels very sturdy and takes my partners weight which is just over 100kg.
Sturdy good value bike
I have arthritis and suffer from a lot of back pain, I found the larger saddle and back support comfortable. Useful display panel, seems sturdy. Have not folded it up so not sure how easy it would be. Good value and happy with my bike!
Very good budget machine.
Found it easy to assemble. Quite sturdy and very quiet in use. Easy to move around with wheels at rear. My wife and I are both of average height and weight and we are fine on it. I am six foot tall and the saddle is just high enough for me, might not be suitable for anybody taller and heavier.

I purchased this bike to keep fit, it’s a great bike easy assemble and storage. I did have a issue with the packing when it arrived and contacted customer services who immediately resolved the small issue.
I would recommend this bike as its handy to unfold to use and fold away for storage.

I decided that I needed an exercise bike after a significant leg injury left me with muscle wastage plus a back problem possibly linked to the leg issue. The bike took a while to arrive but I was advised as to when it would be in stock. Obviously with my back problem I was careful in unpacking it but decided that I would press on and build it on my own. I read the clear instructions first then carefully followed them and had no problems at all. There was a minor problem with the back rest which had a damaged cover but an email to customer support solved it and a replacement arrived very quickly. I have to say that Ben was very helpful.
The bike is comfortable and easy to use – I don’t fold it at present so can’t really comment on that aspect/feature. Even after a few days use I have found some easing of my back and have found the resistance bands very useful too.
For my needs it is a great product and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
Reasonably priced and versatile.
It goes together fairly easily and the tools that come with it are just about adequate. You’ll need both spanners supplied to put the pedals on, don’t forget one pedal has a reverse thread! A small adjustable spanner would be better to use for most of the nuts some of which are nylock type and take some effort to screw into place. The build quality is good in some places and mediocre in others. On ours the backrest facing had a small hole caused by something it was packed with and I contacted the agent who sent a replacement next day. Great service.
The back floor bar has small wheels inset to roll it when moving it but are really only useful on a hard floor, on carpet the bar drags.
We put some Vaseline on the saddle down tube to help it slide in and out when adjusting the height or when folding the bike.
It has elastic arm exercise cords which are useful ( I hope spare cords are available for when they fail) otherwise it’s similar to many exercise bikes with adjustable magnetic braking.
Perfect alternative to maintain fitness in these restricted times!
Arrived earlier than expected. Packed very well all parts present. Used QR Code to download video to complete step by step assembly. Ideally takes 2 persons to complete. Once finished, very sturdy and meets all expectations.

Lockdown Exercise
Bought this for mum to keep her active during lockdown… she loves it.
The resistance bands and the low level seat with back rest are a great extra.
Easy to assemble
Clear instructions and although the outer box was not very strong every piece was well packaged and even the batteries were included. The best part for assembly is the QR code on the instruction book which leads to a very comprehensive video link which gives step by step instructions. I am not a very strong women but I managed to put it together no problems and can now exercise from home – good resistance for training and the added back support is a benefit as I have recently undergone surgery.

Its a good sturdy exersise bike,I particularly like the attached pull bunji cables you can exersise your arms and shoulders as well .
The seat is a little hard tho and an alternative gel replacement seat or gel cover would make this exersise bike a 10 out of 10 item

I am 68 yrs old . I bought this bike as recommended by my physio guy as I have had knee replacement 3 years ago and hip 4 months ago. I have not been able to excersise as much as I should re covid and weather. So pleased with this bike as it has a sturdy back rest which is good for me as osteoarthritis in lower back, so enables me to support back by holding the side bars . I only use on number4 for now and started at 5 mins two weeks ago which physio recommended. I am now up to 20 mins and knees and hip have lot more movement . I tend not to look at the clock and I read my kindle as fits in the screen space provided. Also I couldn’t understand the settings so contacted the seller who responded quickly and helped me out . My husband also decided to start using it as well .

Initially the bike came without the hardware pack. We assembled it without the instruction manual. Once the hardware pack came ( very quickly) including the manual, we were able to complete assembly. Very pleased with the quality, and in the end, the seller’s expediency.
Good quality bike
Chose this bike for mother as the back rest is a good size and supports her spine really well, plus the seat not so skinny either. Assembled in approx 1hr, one of the peddles nuts seemed to not be threaded properly and took patience and tweaking to eventually get it screwed on, other than that, all parts fitted well. Bike is sturdy, looks good for the cost, digital screen very clear. Plus, have arm stretchers to exercise. Tablet holder great feature, as you can watch TV helping you to not focus on how long you’ve been peddling.
I’m a heavy 50 year old woman and my partner put this together “quite easily” on his own. I’ve not wanted to fold it up yet so cannot comment on that, but I imagine I’ll leave it out as it fits easily in the corner of my living room, and having it out I’m more likely to use it regularly. I find it comfortable (for a bike) and good range of resistance, and the arm pull things are good too, and convenient. Really glad I bought this! It’s about time I did some exercise and this is a convenient way.

GREAT STURDY HOME EXERCISE BIKE
Ordered on 8th Jan, told it would be delivered by 7-9th Feb. Was delighted when it turned up early on Thursday 28th Jan. It was straightforward to put together, easy to follow instructions/Video as not that many pieces. It did take two of us to assemble it because of holding and securing the nuts and bolts, it is made of solid materials. I will agree that we needed to use our spanner for a couple of parts as the one provided did not grip all the nuts properly but that was no problem. Now it is done I have a strong and sturdy bike, much better than friends ‘flimsy’ ones and the seat is very comfortable. I really like the decent sized seat and the back support, which I do need. A good monitor which I just need to work out how to use as there are no instructions for that and this is my first home bike as the spin cycle bikes in our gym are too much for my joints. Have just done first session, was very quiet, very comfortable, very sturdy and felt safe on it. I can now say that I am extremely happy with this purchase, a very good quality bike for a very reasonable price. Recommended.

A sturdy piece of equipme
Assembling it was fairly straightforward as both tools required (as well as the batteries for the screen) are supplied. I’m hoping to get myself fit through regular use of the exercise bike.

Comfy seat/saddle with back rest, easily adjustable, sturdy and not too heavy so it’s quite easy to move. Stretchy bands are a good touch when cycling.
Excellent value
This is gentle exercise, but you can up the ‘work’ greatly by using the arm puller things as you pedal – surprising the difference that this makes. It may not be challenging enough for really fit people, but for folks like me that just want a bit of excercise without going out in the cold, this is perfect. I have tried it in both of it’s forms, and the more upright configuration is definitely the best – you can still lie back against the backrest enough to get a change of position if you want. I did find the wide saddle a bit uncomfortable at first, but we have adapted to each other and it feels fine now! I do half an hour most days, listening to my audiobook, and do feel that it is doing me some good.
Good value for money
Does what it says on the tin, fairly easy to assemble considering the far eastern source, just make sure that after a week or so initial use you check the tightness of all fastener as they tend to slacken off.
Seat reasonably comfortable, maybe needs extra padding if you are going to do very long times.

I’m 5ft2 (5ft 3 on a good day, ha) and this bike is great when used normally. I’m shielding so I had to shift my exercise to home and I thought I’d try just absentmindedly cycling while watching shows. I watched l both seasons of The Mandalorian on this thing and I focused on the show rather than getting distracted by my phone, and it’s been good making sure my legs don’t go to nothing while I’m stuck indoors.
But as a recumbent, not great. The backrest is a little too far back, and because it’s just the normal bike leaning backwards, the seat tilts upwards a bit, rather than being flat and pointing more towards the pedals like ones I used in the gym. If I sit properly in the seat as a recumbent bike, I can’t cycle properly as the seat gets in the way of my legs, which need to stretch further already as a shorter person. Instead I have to perch, thus if i lean on the backrest my back isn’t supported from the bottom. A cushion helps.
Otherwise great. I like how it keeps track of your session, and you just need to hold the button to refresh it for you next one, so you can leave it if you’re building up to a grand total. It’s not linking up to your apps or anything, but it’s pretty decent for the price! And the resistance bands are great.
The bike’s cycling resistance doesn’t do much until you hit lvl 7, but still goes to a pretty decent level.
Although I did have one missing bolt for 2 months because the box was a little battered – bolts are loosely put on the screws in the box, and can wiggle off. Fortunately for me it fell out in my corridor rather than the delivery fan, and I eventually found it. Just put them together in another little box, please, manufacturers.

The bike was well packed and arrived quicker than expected so it was useful to be able to track the delivery.

Have only used the bike a few times so far and I certainly find the exercise worth while particularly at this time of year when one can’t get out so often. Seat could be more comfortable but I manage by sitting well forward.

Value for money, does exactly what it suppose to do. Had the bike couple of months now and it gets a lot of use. Had a issue with a pedal but a email to the company and no quibble they replaced it got the replacement within a few days and that was over Christmas, so well pleased.
Great bike
This is a great exercise bike for the money. If you’re expecting a gym spec bike, then it’s not for you. It was fairly easy to assemble, it’s reasonably sturdy – my husband and I are both overweight and have no issues with it at all. Some reviews mentioned a knocking noise – hasn’t happened to with our bike, it’s perfect. The backrest is ok for my husband but not so much for me, as I’m considerably shorter than he is. Because of our height difference, my husband needs to raise the saddle when he uses it, and lower it again for me to use. No hardship, that’s easy to do. Neither of us are madly into exercise so the resistance levels work well for us, as do the resistance bands for my husband. I love the rest on the front for my i-Pad which means I can exercise and listen to music. If I do that, I can’t then see how fast I’m pedalling or how long it’s taken me, so I set a timer on the i-Pad. The only negative for me is that I bought this particular bike because the description said it folds away – and that is true, it does, but it’s very heavy to fold so I haven’t bothered. All in all, very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend it for those of you who are exercise beginners or at intermediate level – but not for the gym bunnies!

Easy assembly
I am very pleased with the quality of the bike, my only problem when using the side seat handle bars I cannot read from the stand while exercising, as I am over seventy I use them a lot, I like how the bike is silent when in use. Would definitely recommend this bike.
Easy to assemble and provides an effective workout for my wife (in her 60s) and myself (in my 70s).
Only problem was really that the deliverer, Chaterlink Worldwide Freight, has used the wrong house number and the item was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately that householder took the trouble to find out who the package was intended for, and came to let me know.His house was some 100 yds away, and it was a heavy package!

Perfect for us… we just wanted a machine that would keep us active, be sturdy enough to withstand a basic exercise regime, yet be compact enough to fold away into a small space, and this product delivers on all those criteria. No problem with assembly (though it helps if there are two of you) and overall I’m impressed by the build quality. The readouts are good (time, distance, speed, pulse rate and calories burned, as well as an odometer) and the addition of the resistance bands is a great feature. Maybe not challenging enough for a dedicated gym-goer or fitness fanatic, but just right for us!
Good instructions to assemble. Take your time and take care with bolts etc. I am a mature woman who is practical. I do not fold the bike, it is a bit heavy. Lovely smooth quiet ride. Resistance fine for me but probably not suitable for very strong, exerciser.
Pulse doesn’t register very high, starts at 74 and only goes up to 75 or 6. Have queried with supplier. Awaiting response.
Well built solid bike
Very sturdy bike, well built with a great backrest. The battery cover was missing off the monitor and was quickly replaced by Ben in customer services – faultless.

When I opened the box I was a bit daunted by the amount of bits to be assembled.
However the instruction booklet and tools provided were very helpful.
I was using the bike within a couple of hours.
It is obviously to early to make any long term judgements but first impressions are very favourable.
It is made of good, seemingly strong components and has plenty of adjustment to suit your individual requirement.
It is early days yet but I would recommend the bike .
You do need a bit of methodical spanner work but nothing technical or difficult.
It must be OK – my wife is trying to appropriate it.!!!

wo oldies getting fitte
This exercise bike is just what my wife and I needed, it was very easy to construct, and the use my wife and I are getting from it is well worth the money. We have different needs and it is very easy to change the settings between uses. We should have purchased it earlier but are making good use of it now and benefitting from it now.

Putting it in front of TV and cycling away and once done can hide it behind the door. Assembly with provided tools is a bit tricky, but once it’s done it’s quite sturdy.

I wrote a review just after purchasing this bike in which I sang it’s praises. I still feel that way, it’s the best purchase I have made for a long time. Unfortunately just after publishing the review the bike started to make a very loud noise which made it awful to use. I contacted the seller who replied very quickly and a new bike was sent immediately. I am now peddling at full speed again.
Having had the 2 in 1 bike for 3 weeks we are pretty impressed. We both use it for 20 minutes each day and already feel noticeably better for the exercise. The rear handlebars, backrest, resistance bands and phone / tablet holder are all useful features not present on all exercise bikes plus the bike feels strong and stable and the resistance level changes are noticeable and sufficient for our needs although perhaps not for the seriously fit.
Minor niggles are:
1) Assembly (especially the backrest and stabilizers) is definitely easier if there are 2 of you.
2) Once assembled, moving the seat up or down requires a lot of force. Fortunately, we are both happy with the same position but this might be an issue for those who need to move the seat up / down regularly for different users.
3) You do need to be careful when folding / unfolding the bike. Very easy to trap a finger in the frame if you hold the frame in the wrong place. I speak from experience.
4) Need to check the nuts on the pedals and rear handlebars in particular are tight every few days as they both seem to become looser with heavy useage.
But the main issue for us is that we would prefer to keep it folded up in the hall or the cupboard under the stairs when not in use. But getting the bike from the folded up position to the upright position is not easy. The 2 in 1 bike automatically opens out to the semi reclining position. To get it to the upright position you have to push the rear of the bike forwards to the upright position with one hand while simultaneously trying to insert the locking pin into a hole in the frame that you cannot see because the frame gets in the way. We rapidly concluded that life was too short to spend a few minutes twice a day doing this with the permanent risk of damaging a finger if you hold the bike in the wrong place and it suddenly collapses on you. For this reason, with 20:20 hindsight we would definitely have bought the less expensive upright model rather than the 2 in 1 for this reason. I guess the key point is only buy the 2 in 1 if somebody using the bike will want to exercise in the semi reclining position. If this doesn’t apply then buy the cheaper upright model.
Good quality for the price, overall I’m happy and it’s working well, sturdy and easy to build although tools provided aren’t easiest to use.
Handles on side of the seat are a bit too close to the actual seat to be of real use if you are a bit larger, I’m pregnant and size 14 UK so they could do with being a bit wider apart but doesn’t take away from the bike itself.
Relatively easy to assemble. It took me two quiet hours, taking my time at a relaxed pace. I mounted it in my own.
In terms of fit: I’m quite small (1.60m per 53 kg) and it works well for me. Not very comfy as the seat leans slight in a diagonal position (not adjustable a part from height). I have to put a pillow behind me to make it more comfy.
In terms of goodness as a sport equipment, cannot say much as I am not a sporty person. I bought it to stay active for my arthritis. So good for the purpose.

This is a brilliant piece of exercise equipment for the beginner & great value for money. Does exactly what it says on the description & easily supports the weight range as specified. Fast delivery.
Only down side is the fairly high crossbar so with arthritis of the hips it is quite difficult to mount but with abit of assistance its ok. The upright cycling position is great.
Very easy to put together if you follow the instructions correctly. The tools provided were adequate for the purpose. Took approximately 1 hour to put the bike together. The set up was easy and easy to adjust for height etc. The bike is sturdy and quiet to use. So if you are on shifts and want to exercise during the night or when watching the tv it will not disturb any one else. The range of tension is very good. It covers speed, distance, heart rate, time calories and overall distance the bike has travelled. You just hold the large button to clear the memory and click through each of the options to select where you want to stop or let it pulse and it will go through each option. Very pleased with the delivery, easy of set up and quality. The seat is very comfortable and can be easily adjusted. Thoroughly recommend and you won’t be disappointed. It’s great if you face it so you look out the window so it looks like you are cycling in the outdoors.

Fairly easy to assemble, although a couple of washers were missing. Easy to use. The plastic holder on the display broke as it is quite flimsy, but doesn’t affect it, I have glued it back. The machine is ideal with the back rest & the arm pulley for the upper body exercise. All in all we are pleased with it.

I purchased this exercise bike in order to take part in a charity fund raiser. I was impressed by the speedy delivery and it was easy to assemble. Now every day I pedal 20+ miles on it. No hiccups yet and I started on 1st September.
We finish our ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ challenge on 19th November with the team completing 29,000 miles.

Ben Chen at Pleny supplied new ones at a reasonable cost. They were easily fitted using the original tools supplied. Ten out of ten for service. I continue to enjoy using my cycle and would recommend it to anyone.
Initially the monitor did not work, but Chen Ben at Pleny Customer Support, immediately sent a replacement. The bike is easy to erect and move about and is attractive to look at. It is therefore not out of place in a living room, which is where we keep ours. The bike was bought for my wife who has breathing problems, as a result of asthma. She finds that half an hour cycling each day has been sufficient exercise for her to see a marked improvement.

Only used for a week but seems to be a good piece of kit. Smooth and quiet in operation and does everything stated in the description. Assembly is fine following the instructions. Only slight criticism is it’s a slight struggle for shorter riders, my wife is 5′ 3″ and just manages to reach the pedals.
Bike arrived fast and was easy to assemble, the possibility to exercise the arm muscles is a nice bonus to the cycling exercise. Stable frame and might be not enough resistance for a professional cyclist but for normal fitness level is great and very comfortable to train with. We had an issue with the first delivery and contacted seller, got an answer in minutes and an exchange of product within days, very great customer service!
Came promptly my husband had no difficulty in putting it together. A solid product with resistance bands I like to use. Only issue is it reclines so I have put a cushion on back to be more upright. All good otherwise.
The woman who said this is like going down hill on the hardest setting is either a complete liar or she got a fault bike. I’m 39 and have done a lot of cycling but I still find this a hard workout even on mid to high setting. The build quality isn’t amazing, the screen is a bit naf but once I put my tablet on it, it looks great. For the price, I think its a pretty good buy but definitely helps if you have a tablet.
I was very impressed with this exercise bike. No, it won’t suit serious exercisers, but it will keep you fit with regular use. My husband also uses it and he is 17st ish! Easy to store, very sturdy. I recommend it. I only use the control pad for the timer, but that is my choice. Very good value for the not so fit to start with, arrived super quick too
As an elderly couple with arthritic problems, we thought an exercise bike would be beneficial. After reading reviews and specification of many such bikes, we chose the Pleny Fitness Exercise bike, and are very pleased with our choice. It arrived very promptly & my husband had no problem assembling it. It is a pleasure to use, especially as the backrest makes it a comfortable experience.
I use it for 30 minutes a day, in 3 bursts of 10 minutes, whereas my husband uses it for longer sessions. We both feel that this regular exercise is beneficial.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Pleny exercise bike.
The assembly level was about the same as IKEA but the wire from the electrics was stuck in the control panel so I contacted support. Within minutes I received a call from China to explain what to do and I partially dismantled the control panel and got it out.
I have been using the bike regularly for a few weeks now and it is still silent and comfortable. I’m not sure how accurate the electrics are but it is good enough for a beginner like me. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Reasons I didn’t give this a five star is the display panel with distance seems to be completely off and never owned an excerise bike that the foot straps come off so much which is a real pain.

Surprisingly strong frame and easy to assemble with spanners included. Folds away nicely. The seat is a real selling point and my wife has used bike almost every day since we bought it. Arm resistance bands are a nice addition to the workout. Really good value for money. Would recommend!
I am a 5″3 woman weighing 120lbs and with a good to high fitness/activity level (can run 15-20kms, regularly exercise) and can get a good workout out of this bike.
The resistance level is also adequate: I exercise with the resistance at 13, and on this bike it goes up to 16. That may not be challenging enough for very keen cyclists who might regularly be pedalling uphill. I’d estimate the ’13’ resistance at what might be 8-10 at the gym, if that helps anyone.
In conclusion, definitely suitable as a low-cost weight loss solution, although not a substitute for serious cyclists in training. I recommend it and it’s sturdier than I expected; also very quiet – I can use it at night without disturbing housemates, even though my walls are very thin.
Final note – the pictures around the screen (such as time, distance, etc) are NOT buttons. The screen shows you your pace, distance, time etc one after the other but you can’t press the picture (what I thought was a button) to immediately see your time, for example. It cycles through all the features about once every 30 seconds so if you are really counting the seconds alongside your distance, be aware that you won’t be able to do this very accurately.
I am so thrilled I bought this piece. After another seller took my money but didn’t deliver a similar product costing double the price, I saw this and was a bit suspect about buying it but finally gave in and bought the piece, praying not to have a rerun and hopping the product is at least fairly good as the price was so cheap compared to everything else available.
What an absolute surprise!!!!!!!!!! It arrived about 5 days early which was great. The assembly was somewhat challenging as the marking in the Manuel were not in the pieces but once it was done in 20 minutes it had been brilliant. we are 2 of us using it every day for an hour and we aren’t slim. It is silent and looks so professional. Cannot fault this at all.
Love it, easy to use, easy to fold, easy to assemble. I use it for an hour every day obviously together with healthy diet i can already see the changes in my body and feeling fantastic. You can excercise while watching tv or reading your favourite book and don’t need a helmet to do so

I bought this as it had good reviews and the price was right for my level of fitness. I’m very unfit, and I didn’t want to spend a lot on something too sophisticated, or get a really cheap machine that wouldn’t hold my interest. This model is just right for me, with enough info and settings to enable me to track my workouts. I find it sturdy enough for my weight and size. It was easy to put together, and all the bits were in the box. I don’t intend to move it around, but the wheels make it easy to manoeuvre if required. I’m very pleased with it indeed.
