Flicking ligh
For the price and style it’s great value for money only problem I’m having is the LED lights keep flashing off and on which is very distracting and you can’t turn that off. Spent 100 on installing because of chimney breast. Can’t get in touch with the supplier. Any help?
Beautiful fire
This fire is just great. Totally exceeded our expectations. Easy to fit and we wanted it mainly as a focal point to replace a Gas fire. The flame effect is mesmerising and the pebbles glow like hot coals. Amazing effect and so realistic. You can also adjust the flame effect with a dimmer button on the remote. The flame effect can be used without heat which is what we do as the central heating is usually enough but will definitely use more as we use the heating less towards spring time. It will be great to have the option to warm the room in the evenings. So impressed with what you get for the money and absolutely recommend. Delighted with our choice.
Needed a new fire
I needed to replace the old fire quickly as with the cold weather and the price of gas I don’t want to turn up the thermostat so I thought I would use the electric heating, unfortunately it decided to give up the ghost so that I have had to replace it.
So far it’s been very easy to use and I am warm which will be a blessing at 4am when I get up and it’s freezing plus a lot cheaper than turning up the gas central heating which usually means upstairs is a sauna while I am cold downstairs. The only downside is that I have to make the hole it fits in a little bit bigger than the old fire but not a problem to do and some instructions wouldn’t have gone amis but I worked it out so not the end of the world
Excellent heate
Warms my room up pretty good, the heat flow seems like it goes straight ahead rather than angled down like some heaters do. It’s got a nice metal brushed effect with pebbles, and lights are pretty decent too, you can have the light effect on without having the heater blowing out heat. Overall for the price it’s a pretty good buy

Very easy to install. Great value for money and complete with a remote control. Very effective ‘flame’ which looks good. Clear instructions on how to use including setting automatic on/off periods. Would highly recommend.
Excellent for the money
Great replacement for a Gas Fire.
A really good value replacement for our old gas fire, fitted in the same slot. Often we just have the glow on because it’s made the room warmer by blocking the drafts the gas fire let through.
Had our gas disconnected in the summer to save money so this made prefect sense. Having the remote control and environmental benefits was a added bonus too.

Outcstanding value for money
For 123.00 this fie is miraculous! We had a gas fire inset into our fireplace with a real chimney. Unfortunately when not on the cold draft down the chimney was intense. This new Zanussi fire has completely filled the gap (draft free) and is so very effective both visually and for heat, given todays astronomical rise in gas prices, it is a far more beneficial and cost effective way of both adding heat to our centrally heated room and preventing drafts down the chimney. Bearing in mind the cost of electricity has not increased to the extent of that with gas I would recommend this to all.
Please don’t be confused by my video and thinking this Zanussi fire is not the one displayed…it is! Firstly, I ordered 2 different Electric Fires previously and had to return as they both did not inset fully into the fireplace recess, contrary to the specifications given. I was losing hope, then saw this Zanussi fire which when reading the dimensions, I thought it would better suit the space. I took a chance and ordered it from the Amazon Warehouse which was described as “Used:Like New” with the details that the fire was unused but the box would be damaged. Given the condition of the boxes the 2 previous fires arrived in, and it was 30 cheaper than “Brand New”, I ordered it, and so glad I did! The Warehouse had a promotion of a further 10% discount, and so I purchased this fire for 82…a bargain! The fire itself was in perfect condition but it did not fit fully in the fireplace recess. I posted a Customer Question and was delighted to receive a reply from another buyer of this same fire, and was told you can buy a spacer to cover the small gap between the fire itself and the recess space. Now knowing what a spacer was, I decided to take the spacer off my old fire and try it on this new Zanussi fire, and it fitted perfectly! In time, I may buy the spacer made for this fire, but in the meantime I’m happy to use this old one. The fire itself is brilliant! The 2 fan settings are great and heat the room sufficiently and in no time at all, even on the lower setting. All fans create noise when switched on, but even at the higher setting, this fire in no way interferes with watching the TV or having a conversation. The flame effect is far superior than my old Dimplex Fire and is great as it now gives my room a softer warm ambiance. I now regret not changing it much sooner. Given my old Dimplex Fire was 350 29yrs ago, I can’t complain and I definitely got a lot of use from it. I 100% recommend this fire, providing it suits your space and pocket. Though at 82, you can’t really go wrong. This is one of my best purchases and I absolutely love it!

Great electric fire, bought to replace old gas fire. Easy to fit and looks lovely with flame effect on, fan very quiet but probably won’t use that bit much. Very pleased

Nice looking electric fire and good value. Unfortunately mine came with a mark across the top of it, which ruined the look of it slightly. Had people coming and wanted to leave it in place, so didn’t have a dirty hole ti look ate instead of the electric fire, thus I didn’t want to return it for a replacement, so instead I put some metal cleaner on it, which made the mark less noticeable. Bit disappointing to have received a marked one but otherwise it’s a nice electric fire and works well. So beware that this could happen to you also – looked like it may have been a factory second unit I received. Metal cleaner made it barely noticeable though, so overall for the price still not a bad unit.

Superb, value for money, looks good
Fitted the pre-existing fireplace we have perfectly. Looks great, and whilst the fake flame effect isnt going to fool anyone that it’s a real fire, it creates a lovely glow and warms the room quickly without being overbearing (unlike our previous log burner). Its by no means noisy, but you do hear when the fan comes on – its quiet enough to not disturb you at all but just be aware it’s not silent. The best feature is the thermostat control, so that you can set it and forget it. Brilliant value, really chuffed with it.

This is a decent quality heater that looks god and performs well. Fan noise is minimal and isn’t a problem. Heat output and thermostatic control is excellent. Excellent value for money and easy to install.

I did buy the same one from currys but it stopped working a day later as in the heat wouldn’t turn on so sent it back…. . I did spot this on here and thought I would give it another try as looks very clean and modern.
I have now had it 5 days and it’s been brilliant works perfect my dad also has the silver version and his is on all day he replaced a gas fire and he loves his!!

So far so good the heat is very good and warms my room very quickly. It’s looks great and sits perfectly in my fire surround.
I didn’t use the pebbles that came with it as I have some natural driftwood and cones so thought they would look better but can change to pebbles when it suits.
All in all good clean modern fire no distracting noise and heats the room perfectly.

Love this fire, it’s very powerful yet quiet at the same time. Love the pre set functions and the 3D flames look great. Looks very modern and a lot more expensive than what it costs.

This is a great product! It was easy to install (just slotted in), is easy to use and comes with a remote. The fact that it looks good and the flames look realistic when in use is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Looks great, and after returning a faulty device (which the seller made super easy!) produces a very good amount of heat 🙂
Test the product as soon as you’re able to though as this model seems to be prone to quality problems (mine didn’t produce heat) which is unusual for Zanussi as they normally make good kit. The seller is top notch though so will sort any problems should you have any 🙂

Very fit for purpose
Does what it was designed to do perfectly and looks great doing it. Only slight downside is it could be quieter. But only really notice the noise if sat doing work with no TV/music etc on in background

There Initial Modes which are Display Only, Low Heat, High Heat. These can be used of course in combination.
I measured up before buying so wasn’t an issue when it arrived, you must note it is an Inset, not Freestanding so ensure your fireplace has an opening.
Really pleased with it.

I love this fire the flame effect is very realistic and the remote control makes it easy to use …the heat is very good have only used 1kw and that it adequate and it is not too noisy at all xx
