Had two of these cameras for a year and cannot fault them, recently changed internet provider but threw away instructions and boxes and QR code won’t scan on phone to try and change to new Wi-Fi password. Unable to locate a number or email address to contact supplier for more info if anyone can help, thanks in advance
very easy to set up and install, works great, tracks people only and ignores traffic or my dog in the garden. will probably buy another for the back of my property i’m that impressed with this.
What a great buy this is, the picture quality is perfect and it picks up movement well, the only problem is the cable which isn’t very long so l need to buy an extension for it.
i now have 3 of these cameras all I can say is for the price these are an excellent camera night vision is very clear alerts are very quick this comment is based on the settings I’ve done on my cameras and would definitely recommend
I have amended my initial review following direct contact from Dekco. The company could not do enough to rectify my problem. (Amazon simply stated that I could return it for a refund – not much of a solution when it’s already installed). Problem fixed and the cameras work perfectly. Unbeatable value given the features these cameras have as standard. Highly recommended.
They are amazing I cannot fault them so far. Easily installed by myself to a plug inside and easily set up as well. Our Wi-Fi is great with sky due to having boosters to help for the brick walls. If you find the location you want to use is struggling with Wi-Fi see if your provider will supply Wi-Fi boosters or you could get a mesh system on Amazo

I like it as it is really clear even at night. It keeps not just my house safe but also my neighbours. Ive had the police take copies of recordings as you can to back and take videos and photos.

I swear these are either improving or coming from different company’s. I’ve purchased in my time. It’s still the same somewhat software. The first 3 I purchase a long while back, didn’t give me and still won’t give me the option to have ONVIF Settings allowing me to set it up for remote pc access or motion tracking or QHD, just FHD. Probably down to the type of camera.
The second two, I got has those settings, i’m assuming it’s the 2k version and the installation fitting is the same previous 3 i purchased, drill the holes and screw in the whole camera and it’s in place. HOWEVER.
The last 2 which is this lot, software was exactly as the 2k, all the same settings. But the installation fitting is different. it’s got 2 pieces. This time, you don’t have to screw on the whole camera, you screw in a single small piece onto the wall and you clip on the camera, it’s that easy and simple. If anything I think customers would prefer this option. I felt this was much easier and quicker. Especially if you don’t want others to notice you putting it up. You could fit this plastic piece up and fit the wires up before others relies you putting camera.
Anyhow, I recommend DEKCO, it’s the most simple CCTV Security, just wish they had more cheaper alternatives for other things. Especially on the energy efficient and solar charging battery.

There’s loads of alternatives online, but the main reason I chose this was due to the app. The app is well established with 1000s of reviews and upon playing with it myself, I can see why.

Bought the camera to overlook the patio fitted above the back door. Picks up anyone coming around the back or exiting the door. Tracks movement with spot lights at night. Very happy with the camera and would use again. Easy to install and set up. Get alerts on my phone when motion detected.

This is a great security camera especially for the price. Camera images and video images are crystal clear. It was so simple to set up. Only negative feedback is that there was no sticker to display in our window which alerts people to cctv in operation. Saying that it did not say whether one would be supplied or not. I bought another similar camera which was a couple of pound less and that contained the sticker which you have to display if camera points outside of your boundary. Still a great camera though and would definitely recommend.
I have too already because the first one was very good quality video only the sound is a little poor but yes o cares for the sound if the video is amazing
I bought the security camera 3 months ago. Connect to wifi but after two months it disconnected itself and it is not connecting back. The red light is blinking but the camera does not read the barcode. After my first review The company offered an upgraded replacement which was extremely easy to install and is giving excellent viewing. I am very pleased with the service and product.

I wanted a relatively small pan/tilt camera to protect the front of our house without spending a fortune. This camera really fits my needs and more.
It was well packed with everything included from the camera itself, UK plug and even the screws and plugs to fit to the wall. I had it connected to WiFi and setup in a matter of minutes in order to test it before positioning on the wall.
It has excellent picture quality and at its highest resolution of 2560×1440 the image can be enlarged and still keep good clarity. One nice thing is that the power cable from the plug to the camera is approx. 2 metres long so I was able to plug it in to a power socket in a bedroom and run the wire through the window frame to the camera without needing an extension lead. The connection to the camera uses micro USB which connects through a weatherproof seal on the camera. Some cameras only have 10-20cm cable so you then need to buy an extension cable and a junction box to waterproof the join.
The CloudEdge companion app provides loads of features including pan/tilt, infrared night vision (in black and white) or full colour night vision using the white lights both with automatic detection when to switch from day to night vision, motion detection, motion tracking as well as alarm and notification management and device sharing to share it with other users.
There is a (paid for) Cloud Storage Service to provide off-site secure storage of recordings in case the micro SD card storage is not sufficient for your purposes.
Because I wanted to use the camera in a slightly unusual way I had to contact Dekco Customer Support for a little help. Their responses were quick (between a couple of hours and 2 days) by an English speaker and they were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They obviously have a very good team, both technical and customer facing, who care about getting things right.
I know my review sounds over the top and too good to be true but I am a genuine purchaser and bought the camera from Amazon on 30 May 2022. I am delighted with this camera and Dekco as a company.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact, inexpensive, versatile CCTV camera with good picture quality both day and night and excellent features.

This is an amazing camera for the price. After some initial issues with outdated firmware, the camera is excellent. Initial installation and setup was easy, however I encountered an issue with the brightness of the night time camera. The seller was very quick to help me sort out this problem out and everything is now exactly as it should be.
I bought this camera on Friday. After setting it up I found that it was basically out of focus. I contacted the company via Amazon and Anne at the company sent a replacement immediately. The replacement is fine and the picture is in focus. I found the camera very easy to set up using the app. It does everything I want. Thanks to Anne for sorting this out. I was told to keep the original so no hassle returning it either. I will update this review once I install and use it.
Nice unit, good value for money, the only issue is image quality. I just can’t see the 2k quality. Images uploaded to my phone appears slightly distorted, nowhere near the quality of my Samsung mobile phone in movie mode or stills.
The camera is good, it works as you would expect for the price. Picture quality is clear both day and night. Don’t expect the best picture but it is clear enough
The app just works. The Cameras just work. I plugged my first one in not thinking it would be great but I am blown away. The clarity the connection speed the easy to use app. I know I sound like a bot but seriously impressed. The 2 in the image are up on the wall and the third is out front. I have linked through ISPY so they record to a local server 24/7. The night vision is amazing and having the ability to turn on the lights to scare the foxes away is great. They have also survived some seriously heavy wind and rain over the last few days now its just record and forget till I need the footage.Would recommend these to anyone. If your a techno phobe they are perfect. The app set up is just click click set wifi details point qr at screen and done your linked. Again am super happy with such and awesome camera

It’s early days but at the discounted price of 33 this ptz camera was worth a go as a back up to our ring cameras.
Set up is easy and today I fitted one of the 2 Cameras to the facia above the garage.
Initially the camera was very laggy but after rebooting my WiFi router all was good.
Not tried the night vision yet but daytime pics are very impressive and still to fit an SD card.
One thing that’s been entertaining us is the Motion tracking.
The only downside I can see is the limited length of the power cable but extensions are available on Amazon.
If things change I will edit the review but at the moment it’s a 10 from me….

Loved it. Had another more expensive on but this surpasses it in every way. Bought 2 as thought I’d take the chance due to the price was extremely satisfied.
This camera is probably the best camera you can get for the money. The picture quality is great the connectivity is good and set up was a doddle. The camera is nearly on par with ring and in some areas better such as remote tracking and camera angle or view adjustment. What let’s it down are two things.
1. The electrical connection into the camera is on the outside body of the camera and not coming out of the rear straight into the wall which is concealed when fitted making it tamper proof. This cameras electrical connection is exposed so it can be easily pulled out if within reach.
2. The software is not brilliant constantly gives false warnings especially if it’s raining or windy even when you set no motion zones and the sensitivity to low it still sets warnings off. However it does of a good selection of options and functionality. If it wasn’t for this I would give it 5 stars
This camera is a very smart and capable unit, and gives excellent features without requiring a subscription (though one is available if required).
To get the most out of this camera, I strongly recommend getting a MicroSD card to pop into the bottom to take advantage of the recording features. This allows things like recording clips when motion is detected so that you can review it later or use it in evidence.
The pan and tilt functions are extremely useful, and there are extra bonuses like a light which can brightly illuminate an area if required, and intercom/siren functions too.
Image quality is excellent and the app works reliably. wifi range has not been an issue. Just make sure you have a way to power it. I have no problem recommending this camera.
PS. After carefully monitoring these two camera over this period, I have been so impressed that on 21 July (2022) I have just purchased my fifth camera so I now have full coverage of my home from side, back and front and can only reiterate, that these cameras are excellent in every function.
Easy to set up and after help from Dekco picture quality improved. Used for rear garden mainly to keep eye on wild life.
Originally purchased the 1080p version and then replaced it with this one. Would DEFINITELY recommend this model over the previous 1080p version. This model has a much wider angle lens, tracks very well and is Alexa enabled via the cloud edge alexa skill (something I missed with original model). I’m yet to see if this one handles rain better than the last (as it would detect motion of rain and then stay lit up), but all in all I am much more impressed with the 2k version. The seller I purchased from (HIGHTECH-EU) was also incredibly helpful and offered some of the best customer service I have ever received! Can’t praise them enough.
Picture quality is ok, customer service was very helpful with suggestions to help set up. Very sensitive movement detection so you won’t mis a thing.
Couldn’t recommend more easy set up great app does exactly everything it says it does. Only issue sometimes it stays in might mode in the day time but easy to change to colour very sensitive and follows people/pets perfectly. There are many others similar price but this is the best I tried . Better than a ring doorbell as it follows rather than fixed camera and sound/mic work as well as ringdoorbell
Overall the cameras are top notch quality of night vision and day vision, one issue I’ve had is the SD cards records a clip but something causes it to become corrupt unfortunately this then causes the SD card to not be recognised until removed and either re formatted or the corrupt file be removed. Customer service are brilliant though and are now working on a fix assuming via software update, and providing cloud storage while the fix is implemented.
But the cameras have worked for there intended purpose, we had a serial dumper by our garage… now when I say dumper you’d be partially correct thinking flytipping but that’s only the tip of the iceberg, he would also dump the contents of his rectum at the same time as fly tipping, unfortunately he didn’t notice the camera until it was too late. And now these seem worth there cost knowing he received a 200 fine, loss of job for fly tipping in a company vehicle, and also criminal damage charges from the police
This is a 2k motorised camera which offers a higher resolution than 1080 cameras.
It is well packaged and comes with a mounting plate and a micro usb power adapter. The power cable is apx 2m long which is a good length. It doesn’t come with a Micro SD card but it can use one – up to 128GB.
It is physically quite big but given that it has motorised tracking I’m not that surprised. The housing feels OK but I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to vandalise it so suggest installing it at height.
The camera uses ‘CloudEdge’ app to control it. I installed it using Android on Samsung Galaxy S9 with no issue. The camera allows connection using ONVIF protocol which is a great feature to have and not mentioned in the Amazon information. It allowed me to connect the camera to a SWANN DVR and use a different app to control the camera which was really helpful.
Physical installation was easy. There is a mounting plate and template to help fix up to a wall.
The image quality is good, in varying light conditions. However, I’d suggest 4k cameras for a really good image.
This product is absolutely amazing it’s does so much more than I expected it too all from my mobile phone live view, record, screenshot I can talk to visitors if im out motion sensor is spot on no delay and I can have a good look round if I hear a noise ive never felt so safe in my own home absolutely delight id highly recommend
We received our Dekco security cameras on the day given. Unpacked the cameras to set them up but unfortunately the power did not come on. Sent the company a message and the technical team contacted us very quickly. They gave us suggestions to try and a telephone number in case they were still not working. Anne was great my partner Paul went through everything with her and she said there is obviously an issue with the power not coming on. She advised she would send us 2 more cameras via Amazon. They arrived yesterday and work. They are easy to set up and the picture quality is fantastic. You get alerts which is great but you can also talk to someone through the camera which is something we really wanted. We would like to say a big thank you to Dekco technical team who was fast and efficient at sorting out our issue. I would not hesitate using Dekco again or recommending their products. Was so nice to deal with a company that is not only helpful but also do what they say are going to do.
The built quality is pretty decent for this DEKCO 2K Auto-Track Security Camera; it seems sturdy and durable; I think it will survive in any weather.
The installation was a bit tricky but was not difficult. I have a led floodlight in the back garden connected with the power, so I had to install a waterproof double socket next to the light and install the camera nearby to provide an electric supply to both units.
The cable length is long enough for my need. If it’s not long enough for you, you can get the micro USB male to female cable to extend the line. Ensure the connector is not exposed; you can hide it in a waterproof junction box.
The audio and video quality is good, and the auto-tracking feature is a nice touch and works very well when the camera detects a human or animal.
I like that if you don’t want to subscribe for cloud storage, you can install the memory card to store videos or photos.
Overall, It’s neither cheap nor expensive as a security camera and offers really good value for money for the built quality compared to more expensive brands.

2k security camera seemed weaker than other brands but I assure you, it has its own advantages. The security camera has a 360-degree viewing plan, waterproof and two-way audio. It it very easily to install it on a flat surface with a wide field of view. Color and infrared night vision are also built-in and can be an added security to take care of your property. Whatever happens, you can view it directly from your phone. Unfortunately I’m receiving a lot of notifications – motion detections from the moving trees or flowers in the garden They must to think about that and to do a motion detector just for human, because after few weeks you get struggling with this amount of notifications and you can skip the real notification when someone is in front of the camera

I had reviewed this camera once before, but as there appeared to be a problem it was returned. A replacement came from the company which appeared to have the same fault. There was however no fault at all. After distinguishing an instruction to ‘remove the CAP fitted over the power imput slot’ from the correct instruction ‘remove the SEAL around the power unit slot’, this camera kicked into gear. Very easy to set up. Performance is very good. The support received from this company and in particular Anne, was first class. Many thanks folks

The camera comes with everything needed to mount it to pretty much any vertical surface. It was very simple to set up the app and connect the camera to my WiFi network. Picture quality is very good both during the day and at night. Features such as auto tracking and motion detection work well. For recording you will need to provide your own SD card and it will support one up to 128 Gb.
It does need a permanent power connection, and I would have liked the option to mount it to an overhanging surface such as under the eaves of my house but overall I am giving this camera 5 stars. It is easy to set up and use and provides a really clear picture.
I bought this camera to replace my old camera on my backyard.
Image quality is far superior compared to my old camera and the night vision is very good.
This one comes with pan-tilt functunality which is very responsive.
With the instructions, the device is simple to set up and connect to my WiFi. Through the app, you can easily change the direction and zoom in to a larger size. The image quality is excellent. You can also use the app to communicate with people nearby of the camera.
However, it does not completely fit the existing wiring hole in my backyard. We chose to keep a side for now.
I think it would be great as an outdoor camera if you are just setting up the wiring when furnishing, or the size fit for you.

Camera keeps defaulting to horizontal position even when motion detection zone is set to a specific area ( back garden ) so unless your happy to see if anyone is on the roof opposite , then this is probably not the ideal camera for you. Tried resetting numerous times but to no avail, also the privacy setting function is a waste of time as camera never wakes up when this option is selected

I ordered this for the front entrance of my house. Having had a nightmare of connecting the last outdoor camera, I was not confident if this one would give me the same pain. Thanks god, this was super easy to get connected. The set up only took me 10 mins. The video quality is clear. It senses movement accurately and I get notifications on my phone. Thinking of ordering another one for my back door.
This is a really excellent security camera, picture quality is excellent and is super clear even at night. Audio functions well and comes through nice and clear. The installation and set up was easy.

They are quite sensitive, even after I found the option to reduce it. The online help page doesn’t align with this model but the information from customer service arrived it made more sense.
Mine are positioned overlooking a garden so I can’t speak about a high traffic area but they do the job.

Can’t blame the seller, it arrived quick. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing fault I was unable to fit the power lead. I msg seller, they were a great help, a full refund is being issued. I probably will be buying again at nice refund is back in my account. I think I was just unlucky to get a faulty one. The feedback for this is brilliant don’t be put off because I happened to get one with a manufacturer’s fault.
Camera looks really well made. The durable body gives it better value and surely will cope better with changing weather. It’s an outdoor camera which must be waterproof and weatherproof and so it is.
Proper installation is required, drilling in wall, screwing it and securing the USB power wire. That wire is not very long, like 2m only so I ordered usb extension wire to have it comfortably installed on best spot in my back yard. We need to also remember about WiFi signal, will it be strong enough in the instalation place.
Camera needs SD card, up to 256gb, to memorize the footage which we can view on the app called CloudEdge. The SD card is good to have inserted if we don’t want to have cloud subscriptions to store recorded data. The app has many settings to go through and customize this camera to the way we want.
Camera have pretty clear picture on app and is nearly accurate, only 1-2 second behind the real time. Night vision is also not to bad at all. I really like that this camera turns and follows the person when movement is detected. I can turn the camera manually through the app as well, just to have a look on the garden all around. It’s fantastic! At night camera lights up for better picture.
I think it’s good quality outdoor camera with great features and its really good value for money.

Easy to install and user-friendly
I find this camera easy to install as it comes with all bits and pieces to mount on the wall. If you’re attaching it to a brick wall, I suggest getting sturdier hardware.
It works by plugging it into the main, so it is suitable where an outlet is near or using an extension. And then, you’ll either need to register to Cloud or save the photos and videos to an SD card, which is not included in the package. I already have a Cloudedge, so it just paired instantaneously, without any hassle.

This camera has good pan and tilt features, giving a good view of our front yard. I find the video crisp in HD. It automatically turns to night vision when the light is not enough. While the audio is clear, there are many factors to consider, especially if you place it in a busy place. The two-way audio allowed me to speak to my visitors while I was away/ abroad.
Sensitive motion sensor
Using the Cloudedge app, you can set the humanoid tracking sensitivity. It sends a notification to my phone, but with a bit of delay, like 1 to 2 seconds-not that bad, tho. You can turn it off to save your phone battery.
It claims that it is IP 66 Waterproof, which I can’t attest to at this time. It drizzled recently, so I can’t say that it can really withstand bad weather. I will update this review if something comes up, but I can highly recommend this for now.
Bought this camera for outdoor surveillance. App was easy to navigate and the instructions are easy to follow to install and set up the camera. Great picture quality and the camera is very responsive to app commands.
This camera is very good. Does exactly what it says, the viee angle is up to 360 Pan and 140 Tilt, has colour night vision, has a built-in siren automatically when motion is detected, support recording continuously or when movement is detected, you can securely store the videos on micro SD ( you need to have the Micro SD card), has a two way talk that allowes you to talk with visitors – and the soubd ih great – high quality , it is water resistant so you can install it outside not only inside the house, is sending you real time notification when a movement is detected.
It is easy to install and requires an app called The CloudEdge.
The image quality is perfect.
Came very well packaged and fast delivery.

This is a nice security camera which I have used to watch our shed door, it uses the same app (cloudedge) as our other current ones which is great as I can now view all them together.
The quality of the images is great and even at night you can see clearly, with the 360 pan-tilt view this is perfect for being able to also view around the area you place it.
There is a number of other features such as the 2 way audio siren and detection.
Overall I am happy with the quality and feel for the current price of 42.49 this seems reasonable.
This camera is suitable for exteriors and is waterproof, is well-made and solid and the quality looks nice to me, looks resistant and durable.
The installation process is easy but takes time and we decided to drill into the wall to avoid missing it.
The cable is really long and is great to plug inside the house if you need it in another case we have a plug outside on the garden that is where we want to place it.
The vision that the camera provides is really good and the angle is great, the night vision is very clear and is easy to see even in the nighttime.
I like the idea of the microphone and speaker and the sound is fine.
This is a good camera and I can see around my house even when I am out or on holiday.
The camera detects the movement and you get an alert on your phone is really cool actually and is working well.
You can use the camera with your cloud service, but I place a micro SD card ( that was not included, but they are really cheap).
The camera is working well and I like it, sometimes lost the connection and need time to get a clear image again, but I guess is the connection and the wifi, not the camera. It is a great camera and very useful, I recommend it.

Footage can be stored via a cloud subscription, or an SD card that is stored within the camera.
It has two way communication: You are alerted on your phone when someone is at the door, whether deliveryman or ne’erdoewell, and you can communicate with them wherever you are. Very handy to tell the Amazon guy to leave the parcel on the back step, etc.
It mainly does everything itself, but you can control it remotely too via the app.
It is mains charged, so their will be some setting up and drilling, but the cord is very long so there will be a plug in your hall that can be used.

This is a great quality product, arrived well packaged and on time. It was easy to setup and install. The build quality is really good and the sight of the camera is likely to scare people off.
The image quality is ace. Very clear picture and you could not want for better. The camera has lots of additional features and the ones I have tested all work great.
The app is also intuitive to use and works well. Cannot fault so far! 5* from me..
The clarity of the video and speaker is very good. The rotation is 360 angles and can be managed via up or if its detecting motion will follow the person, item or animal and during the night it will open the light for a better view.
Notifications are very prompt, and if the alarm motion is activated will start an alarm sound on the camera outside very loud and follows the person or item every move. The camera will rotate and follow the direction of the item.
The camera doesn’t come with a memory card but can support 128GB or have iCloud storage. At first is free for 7 days and after it will cost will be variable.
At the time of this review, the price is 49.99 and I believe its worth every penny

It was very easy to install, I used an IP67 waterproof junction box to house the main connectors and then ran a 12v DC extension cable up into my loft. The camera did come with its own extension cable but I used a well reviewed cable from Amazon which was 18M in length and flat to allow me to easily mount to the wall. You can use POE to connect the camera, but I found that the WiFi strength was more than sufficient.
I can’t comment on the cloud storage options as I opted for a 64gb SanDisk Max endurance card instead. This allows up to 30,000 hours of recording and is specifically designed for cctv and dash cams due to the amount of overwriting that usually wears out a standard micro SD card.
Once installed the camera was very easy to configure. There are multiple detection options including zone detection, line crossing, AI vehicle and person detection. There is a colour night vision mode that is incredibly clear, but if you prefer you can change to a standard black and white mode using the built in IR’s. I’ve conducted multiple tests and the detection sensitivity is spot on (this can be adjusted in the app). You get all of the features without having to subscribe, so for me this was a great option. Once a detection has been made an alert comes through on my phone with an image, from there you can click on the playback option to review the video footage. It is also possible to zoom in on the footage and the resolution is sufficient to read number plates, although it is a shame it isn’t 4k resolution but still great. You can then save images or the video on your device if needed.
There are additional options to have sound activate and a speaker to allow you to speak to someone such as a delivery driver. There is also a siren and strobe light, which can be triggered during certain events.
Overall I have been really impressed with this camera.

Very impressed with this camera, I currently have a number of makes around my property and this is the favourite. It was easy to install both physically and with the app and then onto Alexa. (although you do not get the full controls if viewing via Alexa). The picture is clear and the scanning control works well. The ability to use the different features makes this camera well above many of its competitors. Great that you can turn the lighting, sound, microphone, alarm on and off. If another camera is needed this is the one which will be purchased.

This is good for your home for example the front door or back garden just generally around your house if you are not in. You can feel safe with this camera as you can check in at any time. Keep an eye on your belongings anywhere anytime, great for monitoring.
It’s a great product and good quality for the price. It’s good how there is a SD card slot so you can have this to record for motion detection for security purposes and there are connections to connect to your alarm system to trigger when motions are detected.
Overall a very good camera compared to other products and works really well and the material is very smooth and strong for long lasting and the quality is very good.
This took a little while to set up, you use the cloud edge app with this and once downloaded you connect the app to the wifi and then select add device and select plug in camera type, it takes a little while to find and add it but once connected it works very well with really good image quality and the ability to pan and tilt means I can pretty much cover my whole garden with this one camera, build quality seems great and so far no issues so gets top marks from me.
It took me 15 minutes to setup, installation was easy for me.
Got connected with my smartphone quickly.
The picture quality for the day and even for the night was very good clear all the time.
The sound quality is good as well.
