Wow. Take out your old light fitting. As this is IP rating no need for an earth (ground). So so easy to fit. Screw up the ceiling connector plate after connecting the wires. Offer up the lamp. Twist and connected.

Had to get an eletrician to install this good looking light in our bathroom. Getting old is not fun. Not allowed up ladders. First thing to note is it’s bright. Second thing is simple to install. Eletrician 10 mins installation. Third it’s extremely good looking. My wife walked in and said it’s given our bathroom a sense of style.

Cannot recommend this light fitting enough. Lit up our bathroom superbly! Simple to fit as long as you keep the base perpendicular to a wall, as the light requires a quarter turn to fit to the base unit. I installed this in 10 minutes.
I don’t normally leave comments on Amazon. But this light is fabulous! I’ve only had it for one day so I can’t comment on the durability. But it was easy to install and honestly the light is super bright. I would certainly recommend on buying. I’m hoping it’s also energy efficient and will help lower the electric bill even if it’s a slight reduction. I’m a happy buyer.
I’m not handy, so I did get an electrician to install, so I can’t comment on the ease of installation. However, the brilliant white daylight effect, well, it totally gives you a lift when you walk into the room. A very good product, and a good 10 cheaper than B & Q equivalents.
Excellent light for small bathroom
This light is excellent in our small bathroom (2.7 x 1.7m), it was easy it install using the included hardware and the light it emits lights the room perfectly.
The unit is very lightweight so no concerns of it falling down from it’s own weight. It produces a very uniform light with not dim spots in the fixture anywhere.
Am considering purchasing another of these for another room.

Great ceiling light. Very bright and a good colour. It’s quite a high wattage for an LED so will have to wait to see if it lasts. Fixing is a bit fiddly as you mount a bracket to the ceiling and the square part turns 45 degrees to lock into place, this means that if you want the square to be parallel to the walls a lot of measuring has to be done to get the bracket oriented correctly. Very slim and good looking.

Blindingly bright ligh
Fantastic product that gives superbly bright light.
Fitted in our bathroom. Relatively easy to replace existing fitting. Just had to reroute the wiring in the base unit to accommodate wires coming in through the ceiling. The led light then simply twists onto the base. Note this is a ‘throw away’ fitting. IE when the LEDs have run their course the whole fitting will need replacing.

Easy to install, with clip on wire connector provided. Svrew the base on ceiling first then twist lock the light onto the base. Make sure to measure the position of the base whilst the light is attached to get the square aligned with room, else when you go to lock after it may not be straight. Definitely good for a steamy shower as well sealed unit and no problems yet. Very good light for center fix in a shower room size of 4m x 1.5m. If you like it really bright then get 2 and evenly space and fit.

Bought for my kitchen and I’m so pleased it’s a very bright light.
The instructions aren’t very good. It was difficult to untwist the ceiling mount from the light, but a bit easier to twist it back on. But obviously I did it (with a few swear words). It’s lightweight, easy to wire up with the snap connectors, and I am very pleased with the light.

Perfect bathroom ligh
This light is perfect for the bathroom. It is sealed which means it can protect itself against splashes and dust. This also seems to work well in shower steam, as it hasn’t died on me yet. It’s super bright which is good and the CRI is good so the colours in the room don’t look washed out or wrong. It’s actually super lightweight maybe a bit too light for my liking as it does feel a bit cheap, but that makes it easy to install by yourself. Works right for the get go, after being installed and wired. Nothing else to fault about it!

We put this in our upstairs bathroom which is not very big and is maybe too bright for it as you can see it on the path outside. However, it is very good to ensure cleanliness as nothing is hidden.
The Zemty 36 W ceiling light is quick and easy to install. The base of the light unscrews from the slimline LED panel, so that you can connect the live and neutral cables with ease. The live and neutral cable can be re-routed from its original outside positioning to the inside Centre of the base by unscrewing the 2 screws and repositioning the cable, which I personally have done so that the base will sit directly under the ceiling wires. Once you have connected the live and neutral wires you can then fix the base of the light to the ceiling with the provided ceiling fixings, they also do provide you with cable connectors in the box. You then offer up the LED panel to the base and turn the panel clockwise so that it screws back onto the base until it stops turning, which means that the base and light panel are locked into the correct position to power the LED panel. I am using the light in our larder cupboard for our microwave and air fryer. I personally have run a cable to the light and connected a plug to the other end of the cable, so that I can use my voice with Amazon Alexa to turn on and off with a smart plug. The description says the light has 3240 lm and is equivalent to 2x 150 W incandescent bulbs. I cannot authenticate this, but the light is extremely bright and easily lit up my bedroom which is approximately 12 x 13′ when testing the light. I personally think that the light is good value for money at 22.89, As it is very bright and very easy to install. I hope you have found my video and review helpful.
Photos misleading
This is a fairly sturdy and substantial feeling light-fitting, and with its simple design, it looks smart without drawing attention to itself. It is easy to fit, simply attach the baseplate to the ceiling, connect the two wires to your existing wiring, and then attach the light, it just requires a half turn to lock in place. What might be a slight niggle is that it is set up so that the access for your existing cable is off centre, but you can work around that with a bit of fiddling one way or another if that’s a problem.
The light provides very good illumination, daylight in tint, ideal for a working situation.
However, I do feel the photographs shown here are misleading, and while the listing does state the size at 30cm square, the photos make it seem enormous, ion some shots you would be forgiven for thinking it was a metre or more square!

Very Bright Light!
I am pleased with this ceiling light. I like the square design because most of the ones I was looking at were circle and I was after a square one. It’s waterproof so I feel happy with it being in the porch in case any water manages to get in. I think the light is really bright and with it being LED it will be more cost effective for me, with the added bonus of last a long time. Installation was easy and I managed it in under 30mins which for me is an achievement as I’m not good at these types of things. It’s good value for money if you are just after a cheap bright light that’s waterproof. I didn’t have any issues with it at all.
Simple but effective
I got this light initially for my bathroom as it is very sleek, stylish and suitable for damp environments. However, it can be used for any room as the light is not too bright, it is soft lighting but effevtive and creates a lovely ambience regardless of the room you decide to put it in.
I found this very easy to install and i did it on my own, there was no need for drilling or any intrusive work.

This LED ceiling light comes in a plain cardboard box and inside, you’ll find the light, ceiling fixings, cable connectors and a simple installation manual.
The light itself feels of good quality and is perfectly flat so will give an even installation if your ceiling is also flat. This is important as the light is slimline and is designed to not stick out too much from your ceiling. The light has a diffused covering which allows a more even light to shine down in your room. It gives the equivalent of a 150w bulb, 3240 lumens, and gives out a very bright 6500k cool white light.
Installation is straight forward with a Live and Neutral wiring connection needed. It has a base that screws off and this is what you screw to your ceiling. The wire is sticking out on the outside the base so you have to either screw the base right next to your existing hole and wire it in or pull off the cover on the base, and unscrewing the screws, and reroute the cable to the inside so you can install it over your ceiling hole.
Once the base is attached to your ceiling and wired in, that is the hard work done. To connect up the light, you simply offer it up to the base and twist and it’ll lock into place. As it locks, two connectors touch from the light and the base which creates the circuit needed for the light to work. It’s a pretty simple, but effective way, to power the light so you’re not trying to hold the light while you wire it up.
This light is a really powerful light but only uses 36w. It is easy to install, even more so with the design of the light connecting to the already wired-up base. The only downside is the LEDs are not replaceable so once the light dies, the whole light needs to be replaced
Well built, modern look and easy to fi
This ceiling light kit comes with everything you need to affix a very bright light to your bathroom/kitchen or ceiling. We got this to use in the bathroom as we didn’t want any dangling light and wanted something that looked as flush as possible with the ceiling with some very even lighting. The bright 6500k lighting allows for that daylight feel with a modern look. Trying it’s best to mimic a skylight on a sunny bright day. IT uses. Using only 36W, you get a very good amount of light for a much cheaper price to run. The design is made so it’s really easy to fit and you can easily remove to clean without any finicking about. You probably won’t have to replace this ever with up to 20,000 hours of light usage. Great performance, great fitting and a very good price.
This is a simple ceiling light, formed of a square luminaire which forms a discrete ceiling light. It also has a very slim profile so is unobtrusive on the ceiling. I’m using it in my garage to replace a 65W fluorescent tube. Being slim it also is out of the way of the up and over garage door, Although the lumen output of this is lower it’s a good replacement and there isn’t much noticeable difference in light. The cool daylight white is fine in a garage but I wouldn’t want it in the house, being too cold and clinical.
The lamp itself is made of quite flimsy and lightweight plastic, however since it doesn’t get handled ever once installed this isn’t too much of a problem. There are no replaceable bulbs in this unit, if it fails it all needs to be thrown away which is a shame and something I’m not comfortable with really. Not only is there a lot of waste, it means you also have to change the whole fitting, including the wiring, rather than just changing a bulb.
Fitting is very simple, you simply fix the small square base unit onto the ceiling, then slide on the main lamp. There are contacts within in that line up. It’s a good system and there’s no awkward or heavy unit to support whilst you’re trying to screw it onto the ceiling above your head. The supplied cable is pathetically short however, just a few inches. Since mine is in the garage and looks aren’t so important I could put the junction box right next to it, but you couldn’t do that in the house with a plaster ceiling so would have to use the supplied connector block to extend the cable. There’s also no way to get the cable to run to one side, so you need a hole straight up, again this was easy for me in the garage as it’s fixed to a rafter.
A simple lamp, OK for garages and maybe utility rooms but not decorative enough to use in the house.
Bright and includes easy wire snap connections
I am planning to install this in our utility area. I have tested this and I found it to be bright (cool white) light. The design is simple, it is a flat square light which would leave no space between ceiling and itself, if installed correctly. The pack includes two pairs of wire snaps (spring loaded wire connectors), you would only need one pair for this light, so one is a spare. Also, included are the screws and spacers for installing the light.
The internal design is such that the base which you screw onto the ceiling, gets connected to power supply and you twist and attach the LED panel on to this base. In my opinion, this makes it easier to install as I usually struggle with wires more regular style of fitting.
