If the closing environment of the object to be secured too little leeway to use the curved shackle of a standard padlock, the ABUS monoblock lock 82TI/70 comes into play. The horizontal locking technology allows for convenient side entry of the key. Even a possible cumbersome installation of the lock can be quickly and easily made thanks to the straight locking bolt. There is hardly any space for bolt cutters and saw – especially in combination with a hasp or lock chain, the attack surface is minimal. The 82TI/70 is the attractive alternative to the tried and tested traditional brass monoblock lock: A clear advantage is the greatly reduced weight, which makes handling even easier.

Para una puerta exterior al aire libre, lluvia , sol, viento, etc.
Esta muy bien el candado. Calidad precio inigualable. Yo lo compre en oferta no llego a 14,00 euros y no pesa mucho al ser de titanio titaliun, lo que pone el candado, el pasador que tiene es bueno. Calidad, precio inigualable.

Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Das Material ist sehr leicht (wahrscheinlich eine Alu-Legierung) und lsst sich sehr schn anfassen. Das Schloss ist schn leichtgngig und schnappt mit einem satten “Klick” auf. Wirklich gut. Es wirkt optisch auch massiv. Ich hoffe es wird somit potenzielle Diebe abschrecken.
Ich denke mit schwerem Gert kann man es ziemlich schnell knacken. Aber in der Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung! Einen Tresor wrde ich damit nicht sichern, aber mal einen Kinderwagen im Hausflur oder Kellertren abschlieen reicht vllig aus.

Spot on shutter lock. No way to shim or bypass. Very difficult to pick with the correct tools. Highly recommend.
Great looking lightweight (175g) lock in the Titalium line from Abus.
The lock operates easily with a satisfying click and can be locked without key.
Security: physically the lock is on the more secure side with a 12mm hardened shackle and thick lock body. Key parts of the body are either very thick or are reinforced with a hardened steel bolt. The core is a 5 pin core with tight tolerances, giving it some resistance against lock picking attacks.
However, the lock is shim-able (see attached photograph), but the tight tolerances on the shackle bolt mean that a shimming attack takes a minute or more to execute.
Overall a good lock at a good price.

Garage guard lock. Easy to locate owing to curves sides of lock. Direct replacement for brass version that has lasted 30 years. Fingers xd it lasts as long although 20 years will probably do….
Been using this for several weeks now. Very happy with it. It does feel exceptionally lightweight but works well.
Was a bit sceptical at first as the lock seems a bit light but it looks sturdy and easy to lock and unlock.
Much smaller than it looks. Suggest you read the dimensions more carefully, like I didn’t…

A bit pricey but its better buying 1 good lock than 5 rubbish locks that get stuck (so I have found) so take the hit and buy this lock as you will not regret it 🙂
Seems fine but no indication on description what this can lock. This is more a shed bolt lock, NOT a chain lock. The bolt gap isn’t big enough to take a decent (motorbike) chain.
Es un candado slido. Lo utilizo como elemento de seguridad interior, para exterior no s hasta que punto la cerradura no pueda ser fcil de falsear. Para interior lo veo perfecto.

Wie von Abus zu erwarten ein super schloss Verarbeitung ist sehr professionell keine scharfen kanten. Mechanismus geht wie Butter. Bgel springt gut auf wie es soll sehr massive Ausfhrung

Feels and looks strong. Grade 6 lock a bit over the top for my inexpensive push bike. I also bought an ABUS chain but the padlock bar was to wide for the links…going to have to get 2 of the loops ground down inside to fit or send one of them back.

Leichtgewichtiges Schloss mit einwandfreier Mechanik. Die kleine ffnung macht es allerdings nicht fr alle Anwendungsbereiche geeignet. Als Vorhngeschloss ist eines mit abklappbarem Bgel besser zu handhaben, wenngleich natrlich gerade dieses Phnomen Ansatzpunkte fr Bolzenbrecher bietet. Obwohl der Verriegelungsmechanismus fr den Allwetterbetrieb ausgelegt sein soll, fetten wir es regelmig.

Great Quality. We’ve had these now for over a month and haven’t been disappointed. They are strong and durable; and seem to be withstanding the elements without any issue.
OK for gate but could really have done with same padlock with a bigger area to put hasp through. As this doen’t have to come on and off often will be fine, but a bid of a fiddle if you have to do every day or more.

Wertiges Schloss das es den Langfingern etwas schwerer macht. Klar rein kommt man immer irgendwie aber hier ist zumindest mit nem Boltenschneider kein rankommen. Das bedeutet also mehr Krach was die meisten dann doch eher abschrecken sollte.

– Schloss mit 5 Stifte
– der Schlssel ist kein Spielzeug (wie bei Billig-Vorhngeschlsser), sondern wirkt fast wie ein Haustrschlssel
Nachteile:
Nur einen: Wie bei einem normalen Haustrschloss ist es fr einen “Picking-Experten” doch recht leicht zu ffnen.
Das ist der Unterschied zu 50-80 Euro Vorhngeschlsser. Die haben Schliezylinder, die es mit teueren Haustrschliezylinder
aufnehmen knnen bzw. von denen abstammen und auch fr “Picking-Experten” nicht zu ffnen sind.
Aber die meisten “Hhnerdiebe” versuchen es mit rohe Gewalt und da geht bei diesem Schloss gar nichts. Selbst kleine Bolzenschneider werden scheitern. Es ist deutlich stabiler und hat einen deutlich besseren Schlssel als ein Standard 3 Euro Vorhngeschloss aus China ausm Baumarkt.
Wichtig: Es macht keinen Sinn ein solches Schloss zu whlen wenn die Verriegelung nur mit ein paar kleinen Holzschrauben befestigt ist.

Sicherlich gibt es viele teurere und Bessere (grade auch von ABUS) aber fr den Preis bin ich mehr als zufrieden und fr meine Zwecke reicht es vollkommen. Es macht einen sehr wertigen Qualitativen Eindruck.
Der Bolzen ist auch ziemlich Dick. Es macht alle mal ein besseren eindruck als ein normales Vorhngeschloss

Stabile Ausfhrung, sieht gut aus, durch den engen Abstand kommt man nicht gut mit Bolzenschneider und den Bolzen, also gute Diebstahlschutz.

Sehr gutes Schloss. Massiv und leicht dazu. Leichte Handhabung, wir sind begeistert davon. Denke es schreckt schon ab. Mit einem kleinen Bolzenschneider ist dem jedenfalls nicht beizukommen.

Ist echt berraschend wie leicht dieses Schloss ist, und trotzdem hat man ein sicheres Gefhl. Ich benutze das fr eine Hngerkupplung!
Once arrived and unpacked we tested the locking mechanism, on inserting and turning the key the shackle springs open, when you push the shackle to close, it locks with a very definite and solid click.
They were fitted to our gate and are perfect, a nice close fit with no room to use of bolt croppers on it and the simple fact that the shackle is designed to constantly spin if an attempt to use a hacksaw or tool on it is made, rendering it virtually impossible to saw/cut through in situ.
These ABUS padlocks are fairly heavy, solid construction and the lock/unlock mechanism is solid & robust.
We are very pleased with them and will be ordering 2 more for our new shed.
While there is no such thing as an unbreakable/unpickable padlock this particular style is by far a superior design in our opinion.
Nice and light lock that goes well with the trailer tow bar clamp that I purchased. With it being aluminum, it should hold up well to the outdoors, but I’ve lubricated it just in case….

Este candado es perfecto para lo que yo lo quiero; pesa poco, buen perno de 12 mm. buenas medidas y es muy solido. Total que cumple con todos mis requisitos. Pues antes compre otro que me duro 1 dia enseguida se abrio. Este es bastante mas fuerte y mas dificil de romperse
