Bought this for use in our caravan awning (two additional guests), not used yet but promises to be very comfortable. My only concern is the weight of the mattress, if you are close to your max weight, it could be an issue. Might have to find room for it in the car.

At first I thought it had an air leak as it didn’t appear to hold its inflation, but it would appear that there are internal panels that inflate as well, it’s now fine. The quality is excellent, we’ve yet to use it fully but it’s very comfortable, it will be used for visiting friends.

We had bad wind and rain on holiday but the saving grace was a good night comfortable sleep. We had to pump it up very small amount as o like it quite hard. It’s new so the plastic is hard. It wasn’t hard to get back In the bag but a little struggle but can see that it will get easier. I’ve had a knee replacement so was great to be able to sit on the side without crawling on the floo

I suffer with very bad sciatica and struggled with sleeping, everything I slept on made my back pain worse until I brought this Air Bed, now I sleep like a happy baby. I wish I new about this Air Bed years ago I can’t see me buying anything else. I love the fact there is a built-in pump to inflate and deflate with a turn off a button. It’s so comfortable and easy to store away.
    Best buy for the year.

Very good product slept on it for a week while 7 and a half months pregnant due to moving house and the bed being removed from the property a bit early and no complaints, slightly more comfortable to sleep on then a normal mattress as it shaped and supported my bump a bit more. Only problem I had was that I find the bed is heavy when not inflated and couldn’t properly fold it or move it. I doubt this would be an issue for camping trips in the future after my baby is born.

This bed is absolutely fantastic. We bought it as we had a 6 week wait for our new bed. I sold our bed frame and we slept on the mattress on the floor in our lounge (we had new carpet so did not want to flatten it). It inflates in about 2/3 mins with the inbuilt fan.
We have been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks so far and it really is comfortable. We give it a gentle top up about every 3/4 days.
This will also enable us to have an extra bed space for when friends or family come to visit.
I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone who is camping or using it as an extra bed for guests.

Bed arrived quickly. Bought for use whilst bathroom being done and I needed to be downstairs. Mattress really comfy and easy to inflate, deflate.
Unfortunately used about 6 times and has developed an air leak. I can’t find it, but bed goes down over night. Shame, as otherwise a great product.

Our old inflatable started going down over night so decided get a new one .
I saw the cheaper version of this but decided to go with this .On arrival it looked no different ide read the flock ect was thicker its defo not the beds no taller than my last I was seriously disappointed. 30 quid extra where why I thought then I lay on it and there’s the answer it really is far more comfortable than my old one .And defo worth the 30 quid .Highly recommend this bed .

Great airbed, used it’s for weeks now as I’ve found it the most comfortable to sleep these days.
Much better than the cheaper ones so pay the extra 20 it’s worth it that’s for sure!
Inflates & deflates easily, manual pump can be used if required.
Don’t need to inflate it everyday which is perfect in all settings.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDue to the dreaded Covid and needing to separate myself from my husband I needed a bed rapidly! I ordered this as it was next day delivery on Prime and I’m glad I did. Easy to inflate, didn’t smell weird or anything and wow REALLY comfy, didn’t lose any firmness in the night and aside from feeling cold as the night went on it was fantastic. Only downside is as it is obviously full of air your body doesn’t warm it up like you would a mattress so would recommend a blanket under the sheet to keep some warmth
That said, fabulous bed and would highly recommend it.

Amazing! We used for the time in which we were waiting for our new bed! It was really comfortable and easy to inflate. However, not that easy to fold. It looks messy but it comes with a nice bag. I truly recommend! We are now considering buying the single version to use in a small room when having family with us. Really grea

This bed is lovely and comfortable, and to had an inside pump is a blessing. this pumps up very quickly, and is very very comfortable. we bought it for christmas, so we can stay at our daughters to be one household. but after that we shall probably use it for our camping trips. well worth the extra money

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI suffer with chronic pain. Every morning I wake up I struggle to get out of my bed due to the pain. I have had several orthopedic mattresses but it has never helped. I bought this in hope it would help and I am glad I did. I also fitted it with a memory foam topper and it is so comfortable. It supports the whole body, it gives me a great night’s sleep. Recommend to anyone with similar problems.

    Brilliant and comfortable.

I was suprised at how heavy this bed was in the box and was concerned that it would be hard to inflate but it was up in minutes no problem. I let it stretch out and topped it up a few times before lying down on it and its super comfy. I got it for my new Coleman Octegon tent that is now set up out in the back garden as an extra room to chill out it. I have spend hours out there just listening to music curled up in a sleeping bag and duvet and was really comfy.
This bed is very much worth the money I would highly recommend.

I was very sceptical about this inflatable bed due to poor past experiences at friends’ place. But I was wrong! It’s a proper bed and I loved it more than our regular bed and mattress. We set it up in front garden inside a tent and it was very comfortable. Had 7 hours of amazing sleep and the bed was still as comfy like it was when inflated. Highly recommended!

Took it camping hard work inflating via a hand pump will invest in a battery operated pump or get a ac power bank to use the onboard electric inflate, deflation was a lot easier, really comfortable when inflated impressed with the quality

  21. Anonymous says:

Really impressed!! I was specifically looking for an air bed to take camping which would be ok for me with a very bad back!
I was sceptical and cautious but glad we went for this one.
We tried it out for 3 nights at home before we went camping and had read about the first few times of use needing pumping up to top up as it stretches which was correct. We’ve used it 6 nights in total so far and each time we’ve needed to top it up a little, but less each time. We can live with that.
Inflation and deflation is extremely fast and folds easily.
    We would definitely recommend this.
I don’t feel any worse than in a normal bed and I’d have usually expected to feel ten times worse camping on an air bed! We were amazed!
The bag is a good size but a little too weak and stitching ripped unfortunately, but the overall still impressed!

Perfect size for a couple with room to turn over. It’s as simple as plugging it in to a socket, turn the dial to inflate and stand back. Same as deflating.

We went camping for 5 nights, it stayed fully inflated for 2 nights. For the third night we topped up the air and that lasted us for the duration.

The build quality is very good, soft material on the top, plug cable length is around 1m, nice storage bag included, inflates fully around 4-5 minutes.

Fully recommended, it’s more expensive than some others on the market but you do get your moneys worth in build quality, easy to inflate and most importantly a comfortable nights sleep.

The mattress was really easy to both inflate and deflate, both of which took very little time to achieve. Once deflated, refolding and putting it in its bag took two of us, but again, was a straight forward process. It is very transportable, so can be used for camping and having a storage bag means it can be kept in a cupboard or wardrobe, out of the way, until needed next. We will be using it for visitors who wish to stay with us for a night (or several). It is so comfortable that I wouldn’t hesitate to give up my own bed and sleep on it for those nights.

Overall, this is a great inflatable bed. Easy to set up and very comfy to use. Although the bed did deflate quite a bit through the night on the first couple of uses, despite setting up 2 hours before and topping up just before use. My only criticism is folding it away again. Unless you remember how you unfolded it in the first place, it can be a bit challenging. I managed to find a video of someone unboxing theirs and reversed the steps, maybe a little leaflet showing folding and storage instructions would be beneficial? But once you get the hang of how to do that, putting it away is as easy as setting it up! Great purchase

well, my wife and i had the best nights sleep ever (and ime not kidding) i refuse to believe anyone could have a bad word to say about this and believe me she does moan some (most) of the time.
this bed is ingenious its easy to inflate, easy to pack away, spacious when inflated and really just a perfect bed.

After sleeping in uncomfortable camp beds and on the ground on our first weekend trial camping excursion I decided to get this mattress. We tried it for one night at home and were not sure about the height and firmness of the built in pillow and it also seemed to have gone down slightly overnight. We decided to take it away and try it while away at my in-laws for a week in their garden. the first couple of nights seemed Ok but we were rolling to the same side and it still seemed to go down a little. We found we were on a slope and so we fixed that and it is very easy to top up with air from the built in pump. These problems fixed we slept very well. It still seems to go down a little but it only makes it more comfortable and it seems to be less and less the more we use it. The final night we had to sleep in doors on the spare bed and we both wished we had slept in the tent on this mattress. No looking back now its great. I did by a small portable power supply to blow it up and down with as we were to far away from any power supply (don’t forget). I think its a good buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought 2no of these for the Kids rooms when they visit, both firstly took a double take on the air beds, but having spent the 1st night, they were delighted with the comfort and sturdy construction, no roll, soft fleece top, and built in pillow ( Eldest ( Girl17) needed another pillow, but Youngest (Boy13) was happy without. Tried it myself since, and very pleased to find its as comfy as traditional mattresses for Adult use. Motor is very quick to inflate from first opening, and quicker once inflated and only top ups required. nice and thoughtful built in box to store plug after use and avoid inevitable punctures/standing on plug issues. would recommend this product to all users, very good investment.

What an excellent company! We had an issue with the bed deflating for no apparent reason. I contacted One Retail Group.. they responded very promptly and resolved the issue satisfactorily. I have to say I am very impressed by the exemplary customer service … thank you very much. With regard to the actual product …Active Era king size bed the only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort instead of 5 is because my granddaughter says she occasionally wakes with a pain in her side which doesn’t happen in her normal bed.

I need to create an emergency downstairs bedroom for someone temporarily unable to manage the stairs after an accident. This inflatable bed has proved a real find. It inflates within 4 minutes, pressure can be adjusted to personal preference. Once inflated, the internal pillars offer sufficient support for someone to sit comfortably on the edge of the bed without the structure sagging to the floor. Extremely comfortable night’s sleep – inbuilt raised head support can be supplemented with pillows. Absolutely delighted with this purchase including the price!

We have purchased these type of air beds before but this is the best to date it has a great height to it so easy to get on /off it doesn’t go down overnight !!! due to surgery my son can’t use the stairs so we bought this for him to use in the living room And in the 3 weeks he’s been using it we topped the air up twice
He says it’s really comfy and he’s been sleeping well

It is a comfortable bed but it does get cold overnight, I would recommend putting a quilt underneath you when you use it as I think the air inside is what gets cold and therefore makes you cold. It is easy to inflate and to deflate and is a large spacious bed nice and high off the floor. It does deflate a small amount overnight even though I have used it 5 x already and inflated it again after two hours but as far as air beds go, well it is a good one, I gave it 4 stars but only because of the cold otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersCame to visit the UK right before the virus lock down was implemented. Fortunately, found a house to rent during my “extended (stranded) stay,” but it was unfurnished. Purchased two of these beds to start building a home away from home. They’ve been great. Easy “assembly” (nothing to it – open the box, spread the deflated mattress out in the desired spot, and inflate using the built in pump (don’t forget to plug into the power supply first)). The bed inflates quickly, is easy to top up as needed, and there’s been no detected leaking so far. Outfitted the bedw with bright and cheerful king size sheets, duvet, and matching pillow cases – to complete a home-like look. In my opinion, an excellent product & a terrific seller.

This was used for 3 weeks with guests staying and was very easy to put up and was comfortable. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is the fact that the service was very cold. Had to put a mattress protector on to make sure it was warm. Great product though and would recommend.

We were looking for an inflatable bed for our holiday home to be used when we have family visiting. There is vast range of these beds on the market and after careful consideration we opted for this one. What a great choice, it was easy to inflate, just 3 minutes and there you have it – a very comfortable bed which offered a great night’s sleep. Unlike some reviews I have read, it did not need topping up during the night and next morning just turn the switch to deflate and within minutes the bed was packed away. I hardly ever leave reviews despite being a regular internet shopper but this product really does warrant 5 stars for both quality and value.

I’ve been using this as a full time bed, I prefer air beds for there comfort. This is easy to use and comfortable. The only time I had to re inflate, was because I’d accidentally kicked the air plug out. Keeps you nice and cool too. As a home bed I would prefer it didn’t have the built in pillow but I can live with it.

Ok this bed is well worth the money.

I researched and compared reviews and so I bought it.

The bed itself is band new and like everything made out of that material is gonna smell . It’s new smell dies down after a while.
The next thing is the bed inhalation.

    Open it out flat.
    Plug it in.
    Inflate the bed.

The best does loose its inflation because it needs to stretch out.

So for the first 3 days u need to top up.

Only a little though, it does not loose inflation that much at first.
It does not deflate that much.
I mum in law gave it a go and she said she got a great nights sleep.

    100% worth it.

    Delivery was on time
    Communication with supplier 100%

The airbed was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. It is well constructed and the material appears strong and robust. It self inflates (and deflates) within a few minutes and is very comfortable. The height is comparable to a standard bed which makes it easy to get in and out of. When not in use it folds up neatly and can be stored in the bag provided. Great buy.

Very easy to use, as in info leaflet first couple times needed a bit of air top up before the next day use, but never was a substantial escape of air .. and later even after being inflated for a few days kept the air well… good pump, though a bit on the noisy side if use late at night …We bought the king size bed about 3 weeks ago for our visitors , but our daughter stayed on it and liked it. so much that she stayed on it for more than week after they have left..Very comfortable bed, easy and quick to operate, great hight to get up easily , very stable. So far very pleased with the purchase, hope it will continue..

We needed a premium inflatable mattress as we often stay away with friends and have friends stay with us.
We bought it for the weekend just gone, as we were staying over friends in Birmingham (the only other option was bunk beds so wanted to invest in something good we could use again).
It took 3 minutes to inflate/deflate and was easy to put away (its bag is a little flimsy so has already ripped however we weren’t as gentle as we could have been, so a sturdier bag would have been better – that is my only complaint).
The sleep itself was fantastic, it was so comfy and felt like a normal bed. I woke up feeling refreshed, and my back didn’t ache (as it normally does with the cheap airbeds).
Highly recommend! Will be fantastic when family stay at Christmas/friends stay over after a night out.

I hadn’t experienced a self inflated air bed before so I was very impressed. Omg it was so easy to put up! I did find it hard but I was thinking that probably has got to be the case with Air beds so I don’t know if I should have knocked off a star for comfort. I did get a good sleep though and the kids didn’t have any issues with the hardness. Anyway we used one of them again recently for visitors and the lack of hassle inflating them impressed me again!

Very comfortable- no roll together or bouncing when other person rolls over. Not a full five foot wide but it doesn’t feel cramped like a standard double. Really easy to inflate. The raised pillow end prevents pillows sliding off. Deflates easily and goes back into the bag with no trouble. It does need a top up of air after a couple of days but that’s easily done. One star deducted because of the valve sticking out at the end of the bed. It doesn’t affect the comfort of the bed but several times it has scraped some legs on the way past. If you have space in the room then I suggest putting something against the plug end of the bed. Otherwise this is an extremely comfortable bed and well worth the price.

Purchased as a replacement for a single, sprung mattress divan which has had a succession of unsatisfactory mattresses.
This product seems to be the solution. When fully inflated it provides even support overall with none of the uncomfortable high pressure areas created by springs. The raised pillow section, with the addition of some pillows, supports an ideal position for viewing TV or reading, which I had previously had to simulate by stuffing cushions between the mattress and the divan base.
Since inflating it three days ago and using it both as a day bed and for sleeping I have noticed no decrease in pressure.
For comparison I weigh approx. fifteen and a half stone.
So far, I have not woken with any back pain, which would occur with the old bed.
Costing less than the last mattress it is definitley value for money.
I am considering buying another one as a spare in case this one should get punctured.

    Nothing to dislike.
Value for money. As suggested in the paperwork it did deflate slightly after the first use but that was my fault, I should have allowed more time.

Much better idea than having an empty bed for occasional guests.

  59. Julia Sagar says:

Quite a firm feel when properly inflated. One downside is the the raised pillow. It is QUITE high and the gradient to the general sleeping surface is a bit long. If let’s say one would want to roll to the side, with one’s head on properly on the raised pillow, the steep gradient pushes the shoulder into the neck quite painfully, not adequately taking into account that kind of 90 degree angle of the head on a fairly level pillow and the shoulder, if there for a half hour or more . So that part is only super comfy if your a back sleeper and likes a considerable evelation. I’m 6 feet so with a slight fetal position on the side under the raised pullow part with a soft normal pillow its a GREAT sleep.

Amazingly easy to inflate /deflate with the inbuilt pump. This is a more of a bed than just an air mattress and is highly recommended. One solvable issue: the very strong smell which will disappear but be sure to inflate and leave it out as soon as you get it whether needed or not.

I’ve used many air beds over the years & I found that they have lost a lot of air during the night but I must say I’m very impressed with the active Era bed I’ve used this 4 times already since purchasing it a little over a week ago very easy to pump up just plug in & go 3to 4 minutes later your ready for a very comfortable night’s sleep the built in head or pillow area is great as it meant no looking for pillows I have a disabled wife whom also found this very comfortable I would definitely recommend this to anyone either planning to stay over any where you won’t have a bed it’s perfect after a good night sleep just replevin in the morning turn the dial to deflate & within minutes you can put it away in its own carry bag ready for next use so go on give it ago you’ll be glad you did

Somewhere in the ad copy or product description of this inflatable mattress, I saw something to the effect of, “the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had.” Well, that’s a pretty grand claim, but I have to admit–I’ve slept pretty darn good the past few nights. The cross-supports that are designed to make this mattress respond to body weight like a slat bed are quite brilliant. If this product ends up being as durable as it is comfortable, I won’t bother replacing it with a regular mattress any time soon.

Very quick to inflate and deflate. Nice and comfortable to sleep on (only used it once so far) and it didn’t collapse by the morning, like so many other air beds we have tried. A touch expensive but does exactly what we expected, so worth it.
Edit: have used this three more times since we bought it and haven’t had any issues. It really is quite comfortable.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have moved into a new home and for the first four weeks I was without a bed while mine was being made as well as the spare bed. I was advised to get an airbed and I laughed !! However I took the advice and bought this luxury airbed … I have been sleeping on it now for a few weeks and it is ultra comfortable, it is a good height from the floor and looks like a contemporary bed when made up with duvets and pillows. I will certainly keep it as an alternative bed for extra guests and can highly recommend it. Not only comfortable but it looks really good too. Very easy to inflate, just plug in and in 4 mins its done. So glad I found it.

A visit to family in London looked like it would cost hundreds to stay in a hotel but then we bought your king size air bed and, hey presto, in 3 minutes a full size bed. A 5 night stay in total comfort. Delivery was very rapid with dispatch confirmation received from Karren and a lovely follow up message from the CEO, Joshua.

I expected great things of this bed after reading the reviews.
All of my expectations were exceeded.
It inflates and deflates in the stated three minutes, kept inflated overnight and was so comfortable my wife is thinking of sleeping in the dining room.
Communication was great and the guarantee better than stated on the website.
    I cannot fault at all.

Purchased this for a camping trip. Spent 10 nights on this mattres and only needed to top up air once. I must say that this is extremely comfortable and got fantastic sleep throughout my camping trip. The wife had reservations at first as she hates camping, but she didn’t complain once sleeping on this mattress. It’s very easy to inflate and deflate. I can 100% recommend this air bed.

This is of excellent quality. Very easy to inflate and the comfort is amazing thank you. My daughter and her partner sleep on it when they visit and he is a tall chap of 6′ 4″ and they have a comfortable nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this airbed . I couldnt believe how quickly it inflated and deflated and folded up for neat storage. I bought a few inflatable beds in the past which were not suitable but this one definitely is!

We were looking for a good quality comfortable air bed at a sensible price. We knew the cheap ones were OK for a night or two so I was more than happy to purchase this product because it really is fantastic quality and the rapid inflation is brilliant. The fact that it also deflates via the inbuilt pump is such a great idea because it really does deflate it making the putting away so easy. I have no hesitation in recommending this air bed. You will not be disappointed.

Easy to inflate and deflate it also comes with a storage bag which is more that big enough to store it in so no wrestling with the bed to get it small enough to fit in the bag!
Comfort was pretty good for an air mattress and it retained air pretty well, I only topped up the air a couple of times a week while we were waiting for our beds to be delivered.
Overall pretty happy with this product.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersUnique construction makes this air bed the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It’s height means you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the floor. The bed is super quick to inflate and needs only a second or two’s inflation when actually going to sleep to achieve personal preference for firmness.. Unlike previous experiences with inflatable beds, the Active Era bed is just as firm in the morning as it was when first pumped up – no winding up in a trough in the middle.. It deflates just as easy and folds up to fit in its storage/carrier bag perfectly.

Although more expensive than other air mattresses you certainly get what you pay for – a great nights sleep for years to come. Very satisfied with this product and the company marketing it.

Although continually prompted for a review we’ve waited several months before submitting this one. Being regular Campers a good quality inflatable bed is must have. Having tried & been failed by,other premium manufacturers we decided to try Active Era. Basing our purchase on other reviews we have, similarly, not been disappointed. Easy & quick to inflate with a luxury feel fleece top layer this bed ticks all the boxes. As this is the King Size Double Queen there is plenty of room for two adults to enjoy an interrupted nights sleep. The only negative point would be a slight loss of air pressure over 24 hours, nothing a quick re-inflation cannot rectify & certainly not anything every other inflatable bed suffers from. Note to Active Era: upgrade to a secondary regulating pump & you will have the ultimate inflatable bed.

I purchased this air mattress for my visits back to the UK to see family. I am disabled and I need the extra height for ease of getting out of bed, wow what a difference it made to my nights sleep. Extremely comfortable and supportive, easy to inflate and little need to re- inflate, just a 30sec to make it extra comfy!
I would recommend this excellent air mattress for weekend visitors or a week or two. I think you could even use it on a long term basis.
I wish you and your company great success.

I purchased this mattress to take camping, it replaced two single inflatable mattresses which didn’t deliver on comfort. This kingsize mattress however was perfect. I inflated it with the built in pump initially as we had an electric hookup at our first campsite but at the next site we had no such luxury, so used a little 12v pump with the power coming from our vehicle. I encountered no problems with either method and the mattress stayed firm and comfortable throughout our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this mattress.

We have been unhappy with prior purchases of inflatable beds – separate pumps and deflating during our sleep and wanted to find a much better model. Well we certainly did with the Active Era bed. It was so simple to inflate no manual labour whatsoever and it stayed perfectly inflated throughout the night. I am very happy to recommend this product very highly.

Lovely large high bed for glamping, inflates in about 3 minutes (I purchased the Coleman 4D Quickpump which operates on 4 D size batteries, so doesn’t need a car connector). The best nights sleep we’ve ever had while camping (actually almost as good as our expensive mattress at home)! Do as the instructions say as the mattress accustoms to it’s shape so feels a little bit softer after a few hours of “settling”, but a quick blast of air just before you get in it each night solves the problem and it keeps it’s firmness all night!

By far the best sleep we have ever had in an inflatable bed! Spent 5 nights camping and it never let us down!
Had the usual slight drop in pressure due to temperature change from day to night but if you follow the manufacturers guide lines and inflate/ top up a couple of hours before use, you will have no issues! We used a king size fitted sheet which stated put all night long.
Well manufactured, high quality and simple to inflate/ deflate at the turn of the switch.
    Highly recommend.

Very pleased with purchase, arrived quickly. Only used for 3 nights so far, first night had a great nights sleep as it did go down a bit. It was explained the first time you use it you need to leave it and top it up but we didn’t as it was very late at night. Topped it up following day expecting it to loose more air and it didn’t. Think I prefer it a little softer. Can be used without a pillow but I will use a very flat pillow in future. Loved the extra height on the bed over our previous one which was loads shorter. I would say it’s definitely loads quieter than my hoover which pleased me after reading other reviews, the 3 minutes to inflate I would say was accurate. To deflate we let it deflate itself without the need for the pump and easily fitted into the bag it came with. Delighted with purchase.

I had my friend and his family visiting so we needed an extra bed. I paid for a priority delivery, ordered the bed on Friday and received on Monday. Installation was a no-brainer, the bed was quite comfortable. My friend had to inflate it couple of more times to top up the air over the course of two weeks, which according to the manual is normal. I am very happy, because the purchase just worked.

This is by no means a fault of the bed, it is just that we are used to using two pillows that move with you as you sleep.
The mattress is comfortable, stays inflated and is very easy to pack into the provided carrying bag.
After speaking to the MD, he kindly offered a full refund with no obligation.
A good product and excellent after sales service.

Must be as good as an inflatable bed can get.

We’ve been sleeping on this almost a week now until our bed is delivered. The bed is very easy to inflate and you get a good night’s sleep.

What impressed me most is if the bed is fully inflated and put all you weight in your place when you sit to get up, the bed is still firm.

Definitely worth paying a bit extra for!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOur existing air bed decided go down when we were on holiday in Cornwall. Excellent Amazon prime delivered next day without us having to waist a day looking for a new airbed. I had this bed in my wish list for next year but unfortunately our 8 year old air bed finley had its last outing. As in the the description the bed doesn’t move much when the other person gets out of bed and the built in pillows comfortable. The air bed inflates and deflates quickly and the built in air pump is a lot quieter than my existing bed. I would recommend this air bed and hopefully lasts as long as our old one.

I had two guests for a week, I inflated the newly purchased air bed on day one, topped it up 1 hour before bedtime the first two days, then again after 2 or 3 days. Deflated it only at the end of the week.
My guests found the bed very comfortable. However they told me that it felt a little cold, so I put a blanket between the bed and the fitted sheets (not included) from day 2 which fixed the problem.
The bed comes with a travel bag which is big enough to store the bed even when not amazingly folded back.

I was amazed how small this was when it arrived, but it was easy to inflate; comfortable to sleep on and has stayed inflated. I only gave it 4 stars because I don’t find the integrated pillow comfortable – too low on its own and too high with a standard pillow on top of it. Otherwise a great buy which has opened my eyes to inflatable beds.

I’m a fussy sleeper and bought this for my use during a visit to my son as I couldn’t face a sofa or futon. Have used it for three nights and slept really well. It helps that it’s quite high off the ground. As previous reviews have mentioned it does feel a bit cool underneath but that was easily fixed with an under-blanket. It has stayed fully inflated for 3 days so far. Easy to inflate. Definitely
a good buy and in my opinion good value for money.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI purchased this item from One Retail Group via Amazon and was delighted with the quality of the product. Unfortunately, there was a slight fault in a seam that appeared within a couple of weeks and the bed leaked air quite badly.

I contacted One Retail Group via email at lunchtime on a Friday and by COB they had arranged for a replacement. The replacement arrived on the Sunday.

I strongly recommend the bed, it really is good quality and feel I was just unlucky. I also strongly recommend One Retail Group for their fast, efficient and no quibble service. Thank you!

I have now had chance to spend four night sleeping on this inflatable bed, and must say I am quite impressed. It inflates in just over three minutes, and takes about the same to deflate. It is a bit noisy, much the same volume as a vacuum cleaner. We found it comfortable, and did not have to add any additional air during the night. The bed folds up easily into the carrying bag provided. The extra height makes it easier to get out of bed, providing it is fully inflated. Overall, seems an excellent product.

Have in mind, this being a rubber product, it smells awefull when you deflate it which I guess fades with time. I would recommend deflating it outside if you mind the smell.

Otherwise, my depest bow to the engineers who designed it, and for the sales team that kept this at very resonable price!

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersI am really impressed by how comfortable this mattress is. its a long time since I’ve slept on an inflatable mattress and this one is far superior to anything I’ve seen or tried before. It was extremely easy to inflate and get to the correct level of firmness. And a good height too. The only downside was that the first night it was a little bit chilly, despite the flock covering, but I have now put a think underblanket on it with the bottom sheet on top and this seems to have solved the problem. Apparently this trick is well known to regular campers, of which I am not one as I like my creature comforts! I am using it in a cabin in my garden while I renovate my house so comfort is important as I will be using it for several months. It wasn’t cheap but worth it for a good nights sleep.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWoW, what a great mattress. We bought this for an upcoming camping trip and had a trial run the other night. The height of the mattress once inflated is brilliant as my husband has mobility issues and it is as high as sitting in a kitchen chair. It also doesn’t collapse when you sit on the edge of it. It inflated in about 3 minutes from its inbuilt motor and power lead. Just plug it in to a power socket and up it goes. It also deflates quickly too and is est to pack away in its own bag. I enjoyed our trial run , I can’t wait for our camping trip now! Also very useful as a guest bed for your home if stuck for room. Would highly recommend purchasing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis mattress is outstanding. My wife doesn’t like camping, so I tried to get her the best bed I could. To quote her she said “This bed’s the best thing you’ve ever brought.” We slept on it for a week. It pumped itself up easily and lost very little pressure by day 7. The bed seemed very durable and is vastly more comfortable than the majority of beds we’ve slept on in hotels and holiday park caravans / cottages etc. After use it deflated itself brilliantly and folded to be nearly as compact as it arrived brand new. This is a great product I recommend to anyone looking for a large comfortable, temporary bed. Brilliant!

Waited until I had used the bed a few times before leaving a review. Well worth the money. So easy to inflate or deflate, and more importantly, it is a very comfortable bed to sleep in. With the built in pillow part, there really isn’t any need for extra pillows. My only improvement would be to make this profile of this built in pillow part slightly lower and more padded. Overall though an excellent bed and well worth buying to have. 14 days of use now with two adults and no problems at all.

Very impressed with this air bed l. Was easy to inflate and followed the guidance provided to inflate a few hours before use and then top up. The bed did deflate a little during these few hours but once topped up it stayed full for the 4 nights we used it.
2 of us slept very comfortably. Only thing I would call out is that air beds do feel cold underneath so I recommend putting a fleece blanket on top and then a sheet. Built in pillow was good but fairly hard for me so I had a softer one on top. Putting the bed away was very easy, deflated quickly, was easy to fold up and pop back in the bag. All in all this is a very good air bed and I would recommended i

Golden Review Award: 126 From Our UsersI’m a little hesitant to write a review for an airbed that I’ve only been using for a week or so, seeing as this is third one I’ve purchased , after two previous air beds from different brands (Trespass & Intex) failed, after 4wks and 15wks, respectively.

All I can tell you so far is that I’ve had no problems. After the initial ‘stretching’ that takes place after first inflation and first nights use, I’ve had to top it up with air twice, for about 30 seconds, to keep it at the firmness I like, which is not too bad and in line with my previous two air beds. Topping it up twice a week is acceptable to me, its just the nature of these products.

I can’t fault the comfort either, apart from one issue, this air bed has a large built in pillow, which sounds great but I’ve found that when I inflate the bed to the firmness I like, the pillow is far too hard, with no give when you rest your head on it to sleep, so much so that I now put my own pillows in front of the built in one and slide down the bed to sleep, not a problem for someone of my height, (5ft 10) but if you’re over 6ft, your feet will then hang over the end of the bed. This of course is a personal thing and you may find the built in pillow to your liking, especially if you like a softer inflation, which will ensure a softer pillow, so don’t let that put you off trying this air bed.

Another positive thing in this air beds favour is the flock covering, it’s thicker than on my previous air beds, 0.6mm compared to 0.2mm, and as a result this air bed doesn’t suffer (as much) from the ‘cold’ spots that can plague air beds, as your body heat is sucked away by the cold air inside the bed. It’s still there, but no where near as bad, but i still recommend putting an insulated layer between you and the surface of the air bed to remove the issue as much as possible. I recommend one of the thin foam silver reflective camping blankets, such as the one i use:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003U9UPRG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have been without doubt, noticeably warmer in this bed, so a big thumbs up for warmth.

    So, overall a 9/10 from me…so far.

If the bed fails, for one reason or the other, in a similar time frame to my previous air beds, I’ll update this review….and it won’t be a kind update, seeing as this bed costs getting on for nearly twice as much as my previous ones, but so far the extra cost has been worth it.

Excellent for visiting relatives with limited bedroom space. Plenty of room for two people. Very easy to inflate and deflate. Stores back in bag easily. Surprisingly comfortable. Had normal night’s sleep on all occasions used. The height off the floor enabled myself to be able to use the bed, despite having arthritis in both knees. Bought Dunelm king sized sheets, which fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have slept in this for almost 4 weeks since getting a puppy (we sleep downstairs with it). Very comfy and only needs a slight top of of air each night! Good support on the back – a bit noisy when getting in and out of bed- but it’s an air bed- so you’d expect that! Also as it’s the height of a normal bed- the puppy can’t jump up onto the bed- which suits me!

Used this as extra bed when family came to stay. Inflated quickly and not as noisy as some we’ve used before. Particularly liked that it also completely deflated quickly and completely and was very easily packed away. Whole process took less than ten minutes. We are a six feet and five feet couple and the mattress didn’t dip or wobble when we got in or out, was very comfortable and easy to get up from due to extra height and not deflating. I might add, for guidance, that we are in out sixties and seventies and didn’t think we would be using an inflatable at our age, but we’re very happy with it. Thank you for an excellent product.
