Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhltnis. Durch das zusammenklappen ist die Hantelbank gut verstaubar. Ist sehr stabil und durch die Verstellung der Rckenlehne sind viele bungsarten mglich.

Facile da usare, solida e compatta una volta richiusa
Arrivata in anticipo, si presenta molto facile da assemblare, ci sono solo da montare i piedi di supporto. La chiave da 13/17 solida e gi in dotazione. Solida, nessun scricchiolio, la pelle sembra di buona qualit. Ha due rotelline sui piedi anteriori che permettono di spostarla con facilit. Per una panca simile, che una volta richiusa entra nel fondo di un armadio a 2 ante avrei pagato anche il doppio. La uso per bench press con manubri e per rematore con manubri.

Hi 2 things i can see wrong with this bench. its does not incline to 90 degrees(see photo for max incline) and also if you want a quick release incline from one position to the next this isn’t the bench you want. in order to adjust incline you have to unscrew a fairly long screw find the next location (hole ) then put the screw into the hole and screw back into place . not a big deal it takes a min or 2 to do this but if your moving the bench angles a lot you may find it annoying. other than that i got it on amazon deal so it is a good bench for price i paid. i do believe it to hold the advertised load bearing which is good. I do have a commercial type bench at another location i use a lot and its a 2 second task to move incline position so this is what i am comparing it to. bottom line its a pretty good bench for this amazon price but not perfec
For £40 delivered I've got no complaints at all
All I was after was a cheap sturdy bench for various training and this fits the bill. It’s solid, quick to setup and adjust. It came with a spanner which is a nice touch. I doubt the leatherette fabric will take much abuse but should last a long time with a little care. For the price I’ve got no complaints at all, and considering the cheapest benches at Argos/Sports direct start at 70 this is fantastic value.

So is this a Gym quality bench?? No… Will it last decades under heavy use? Hell no! If you’re doing heaving lifting for hours every day… spend more money you cheapskate!!! BUT this is a GREAT bench for the money. Great for light workouts, folds unbeleivably easily to put away. I use this to workout when in my motorhome. Really well designed an plenty stable. The pull pins allow super quick easy adjustments. All those people complaining? I ahve not idea what you’re talking about. I’m very happy with design, fit and finish. Yes the fabric material is kind of hard and cheap but thats the only thing I can find to complain about.

La panca si monta con facilit e solida stabile fa il suo dovere in ogni occasione naturalmente non per un utilizzo professionale perch lo utilizzo per hobby.le regolazioni delle inclinazioni di sedile e spalliera sono sicurissima perch oltre al perno a molla vengono poi assicurate dalla vite di sicurezza

Molto solida ed affidabile, con tubolari in acciaio che danno sicurezza. Comodissimo il fatto che si richiude a libro per riporla dietro una porta.
tolgo una stella per l’unico appunto: la spedizione Amazon… la scatola arrivata completamente sventrata, maltrattata dal trasportatore ma partita gi rattoppata con il nastro Amazon Prime. Questa volta molto male spedizione Prime Amazon.

I have used this a few things since I received it last week. I find the bench very sturdy, much more than I was expecting. The only thing I wish it did was the back go a little more vertical, that is only a minor niggle.

Perfect for home gym
The bench came in time. After one week of exercising, I found this bench is extremely solid and heavy-duty.
The structure of this bench is excellent. However, I’m a little bit worried about is the leather on it. It seems to me not so sturdy as should be.
Rapporto qualità prezzo notevole
Per quello che viene pagata non gli si pu dire nulla, ovvio che risultino confrontabile con le panche professionali ma: risulta stabile con i pesi sopra, confortevole e richiusa occupa veramente pochissimo.

This is a great bench. The seat and back parts adjust separately to lots of different positions. The bench is really comfortable to use and the footrest feels sturdy and secure. Great value bench!

Per allenamenti a casa un prodotto di qualit; robusta e resistente anche con carichi importanti, non dondola ed facile da richiudere e riporre sotto un letto o in un angolo della stanza. Trovo che siano ottimi i pomelli per la regolazione dell’inclinazione, a parit di prezzo non ho trovato di meglio su Amazon! Consigliatissima

Ottimo Prodotto per chi si allena a casa
Ho preso questa panca perch il prezzo era davvero competitivo, in ogni caso l’ho comprata perch non ho molto spazio a casa e necessitavo di un prodotto che fosse richiudibile come in questo caso. Infatti la panca si richiude molto facilmente e diventa abbastanza piccola per essere messa sotto ad un letto e di lato una scrivania.
Per quanto riguarda la robustezza io peso 80KG per 180cm e la panca immobile e stabile quindi non ho avuto problemi di mobilit. Per il resto la trovo fin troppo professionale per quello che un amatore pu fare, direi che se la trovate ad un prezzo ottimo prendetela senza farvi troppi problemi
At first I was skeptical getting this bench after reading the few 1 star ratings, however, after getting it I’m glad I did. There are only two concerns 1) One of the 1 star ratings mentions something about breaking your back and from one of my pictures you can see if you lay the entire bench down for an ab workout the longer part is elevated, making it uncomfortable for your spine and 2) everytime you adjust the bench you need to unscrew and screw back in for the position you want which takes time and inconvenient. Those two things said you get what you pay for and for this bench I still say it’s worth it. Great Value.

Comfortable, sturdy and easy to fold away!
The bench arrived nearly completely assembled which was great, you only have to screw in the bolts of the supporting foot which is really simple.
The instruction booklet that comes with it is easy to follow and it shows you how to collapse the foldable bench to put it away after use!
The cushions on the bench are wide and comfortable which is perfect when exercising. It also folds really neatly in half so that you can put it into a cupboard when you’re done working out.
The bench feels sturdy and safe! For the price it is, you’re getting a great product. It’s going to be perfect for the summer in the garden!!!

Good size easily adjustable not as heavy as I thought it would be but it suits me fine.

Good, but it’s not great, you need to constantly tighten all the bolts but other than that I’m relatively happy. It could with lightning bolts or flames so you feel fast.

Just got this together. Not too bad to put together and very comfy. Like that it’s adjustable and a good size. Very sturdy.
I only tend to write reviews when something is exceptional or horrendous, in this instance, exceptional, very good quality, the spring loaded adjustable leavers feel as if they are built to last, the bench is real sturdy. Very pleased. The bench folds up very compactly also. Photo to show included.

Very high build quality. Nice spring loaded pull pins for adjustments. Lots of angels and variety of positions. The surface is soft and comfortable and the width is just right. Built with thick heavy metal frame which makes it very sturdy. Completes my home gym. Not the cheapest on the market but very good value. It proves you get what you pay for 5/5

This bench is a really nice spacing piece of workout equipment that doesn’t take up a lot of space.The back rest has lots of different position options and even goes to a decline position. It is a really smooth transition from the different positions.So easy to fold and saves you the floorspace if you have space issues. All you have to do is full the safety pin from the frame of it and it folds really easily so you can store it against the wall or flat somewhere. I’m really happy with the purchase. The set up was pretty easy and quick. I recommend this bench because it is so versatile and not just a flat bench. You can even do step ups on it although you will want to make sure it is on solid ground and you don’t have anything sharp on the bottom of your shoes so that you don’t ruin the material.

Great exercise bench for an affordable price. Easy to assemble and fold with minimal effort, especially using the included instruction manual and wrench. Very sturdy build with excellent strength and stiffness to withstand rough use. The seats are also cushioned enough for extended use. I’m impressed. Must buy for fitness aficionados!
