I don't really know what people are whining about when it comes to supporting weight. I bought this shelving system to house my tanked pets vertically instead of taking up so much horizontal space. At the time there was a 40 gallon aquarium among them (which weighed around/over 350lbs with water and substrate), and it handled it just fine. If you assemble it properly, it handles weight properly - simple as that.

This is fantastic for the price, easy to assemble and really sturdy, not flimsy like the last 1 I bought, its high too, when you click the side bits on too hold the shelfs they do have a slight gap which is pushed together once the shelfs are placed on them so don’t worry about that, will definitely be buying another 1 of these if they do them smalle

Good value, sturdy item with plenty of adjustment. Took longer to get unpacked than to put together so can’t believe people have struggled with it. I wouldn’t say the instructions are comprehensive but if followed they lead you through step by step in a straightforward and logical manner. I plan to buy some more and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect size for inside my shed for extra storage solutions. This was so quick and very easy to set up. The shelves can be placed in different positions to accommodate smaller/bigger boxes so you’ll have very limited wasted space. This has been brilliant for storing my “Very useful boxes” of various sizes.

Brilliant uni
This is an amazing shelving unit. Just what we needed. I read the reviews and was a little worried about the connectors for the shelves but they were simple to put on. As someone mentioned they have an arrow on which could be overlooked. Overall great. You could probably put together as one person laying the unit on its side but two of us put this together in no time. Ain’t no one got time for screws etc so this is why I also bought this. Added photos but more things to add to my shelves… highly recommended.

Alla fine il risultato quello che volevo, ci va una moltitudine di accessori e regge perfettamente il peso, pir muovendolo non si sposta di un millimetro, rendendo il tutto sicuro e protetto, infatti non ho utilizzato viti etc per fermarlo alla parete perch non ce n’ alcun bisogno, soddisfattissimo! e come da video Auguri per un sereno 2020 …
Good but damaged
I got it today took it out of the box, straight away the trays (as seen in pictures) were bent, primarily in the middle as if something heavy has been put on it. I’m not sure if it was a manufacturing thing or damaged in delivery, but I’ve built it now and cant be asked to send it back. But over for the price very good quality, and is surprisingly sturdy.

This is well designed, and easy to install. Not super stable on carpet without bolting it to a wall or something, but it’s not weak or wobbly. Strapping a couple together with cable ties and adjusting the feet well gets you something pretty stable.
It looks good enough for a home office or laundry room. In your kitchen or bathroom, it will look very industrial. Think commercial kitchen, not home. Though, that may be what you’re going for in your home, I suppose.
As far as size and weight capacity go: it’s not as big as most garage shelving units, so check carefully that the size will work for you before purchasing. Neither is it on a par with the toughest steel garage shelving units that can hold a 250kg per shelf or something like that. BUT, for home office or laundry use, it should take whatever you reasonably decide to throw on there (up to 150kg per shelf is the claim), with a bit of care as to how you spread the weight out.
Bear in mind that the weight needs to be spread FLATLY across the wire shelving, so something that is round or sits on feet or ridges, even if those line up with wires, will need a flat board of some kind underneath to spread the weight. Which then makes you wonder if you should just buy a non-wire shelf unit.
In short: not everything to everyone. But, for what it is, it’s good.

Con anelli conici ferma ripiani di riserva. I robusti cartoni dell’imballo sono stati tagliati a misura e posti sui ripiani. Scaffali adiacenti sono stati legati con fascette in plastica, e non al muro.

When I recieved it there was a connector missing (See the picture) however I was able to put it together without this and it is still sturdy enough for what I need. The assembly is easy, the plastic clips for the shelves are a little small for the poles but when you put the shelf on it will hold them together so this is not a problem.

This is my first Amazon Basics shelf. It’s quite decent for the price. It’s cheaper than buying retail, that’s for sure.
The plastic bushings may be a hit or miss for some people. Depends on the batch of the plastic bushings you get. Some of them will wear down quickly as some peopl ehave complained about that issue.
My 3rd shelf had the issue where the bushings wore down so it was impossible to level the shelf beucase the rib that bites into the groove was gone.
If a shelf is not level the whole thing will wobble INSANELY.

Strong, sturdy and easy to assemble
Few minutes to assemble, very strong and sturdy. It’s in the garage with heavy tools on it but I think it would look good inside if it went with the decor. Really doesn’t feel like it could topple over but as it has heavy things on it screw it to the wall just in case.
This is a must have if you want to organize your storage anywhere in the house. We've bought a few of these over the years for the closets and garage. Easy to assemble and they are very sturdy and strong. Remember to screw them to the stud in the wall behind just in case.

Un poco liosa de monta
Para el precio que tiene, est bien. Por 30 o 40 (segn ofertas del momento) la esttica nos encaja, tiene tamao para buena capacidad y aguante bastante peso.
La mayor queja que tenemos es la dificultad de montaje. La idea es simple:
-Se colocan unos crculos de plstico a cierta altura en las cuatro barras verticales.
-Estos plsticos hacen de tope para los estantes, que se van colocando desde arriba.
El problema es que al ser un producto low cost, la fabricacin es normaleja y pasan dos cosas:
-Las barras verticales no tienen todas las muescas a la misma altura.
-Los agujeros pasantes de los estantes no estn todos perfectamente colocados en vertical.
Es por eso que el proceso de montaje tiene bastante de ensayo y error, dado que si juntas varios elementos desviados la estantera cada vez se retuerce ms y llegas a un punto que no eres capaz de acabar de montarla. Hay que ir probando para compensar unas desviaciones con otras para anularlas.
Bought this because we live in rented accommodation, it was very easy to assemble, I needed to adjust one of the shelves and that was the simplest thing to do if we need another shelf unit I would buy one these.

Ich habe zweimal die Chrom-Version fr meine Speisekammer bestellt. Lieferung kam recht fix. Als ich auf dem Karton die Aufschrift “Made in China” las, dachte ich mir – aufgrund der Erfahrung mit bisherigen Regalen aus Dr. Fu Man Chu’s teuflischen Laboratorien – “Neeeeein, schon wieder so eine wackelige, kaum vernnftig aufzubauende Ausgeburt chinesischer Grausamkeit…..” Aber weit gefehlt!!! Ich entschuldige mich hiermit bei den Millionen hart arbeitenden chinesischen Arbeitern. Es gibt auch gute Qualitt aus China! Die Verpackung war sehr gut, Aufbauanleitung ist selbst fr einen absoluten Nicht-Heimwerker verstndlich, der Zusammenbau ging ruckzuck und das Teil steht sehr gut und macht einen sehr somiden Eindruck. Gut, die Wandhalterung mit Kabelbindern ist wohl gut gemeint. Ich habe sie durch anstndige Winkel ersetzt. Aber ansonsten bin ich hoch zufrieden!

They do the job perfectly
Easy to put together. We used them in our basement to store things off the floor. They can handle a fair bit of weight as well and the shelves are adjustable to what ever you need them to be.

Great stylish shelves
I ordered these for my son’s room. He thinks they are terrific and wants more!! The only problem with them is the instructions. Very small print and not very clear. We actually put the shelves on the wrong way round on the first build and the shelves were wobbling all over the place. But once we thought about it they shelves were built in no time.
They are really sturdy and I am going to buy more.
I bought 1 first to make sure it would be good for the space.
It was perfect and once it was in place we measured and knew the second would fit so ordered it same day as first was assembled.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It is also attractive and a great solution for inexpensive storage.
The best shelving I have found of its style
Although the shelving is high enough and long enough it is lacking in width which is only 35.5cm. The width needs to be 45.5 wide in order to accommodate medium sized storage boxes. Other than that it is excellent, light, sturdy, easy to assemble, (can be easily erected by 1 person), speedy delivery and excellent service. Will purchase again but wider shelving next time. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this product to my friends and family.
surprising in a good way
as i assembled it, i began to worry if it was going to be sturdy enough. but after i had ‘tapped’ all the shelves in place using a piece of wood and hammer, it became quite rigid. we’re very pleased with it. we use it in small kitchen store room to hold pots and pans and several other items—perfect for our use.
La estantera es sper fcil de armar, una sola persona lo puede hacer, me gusta mucho que tu lo puedes modular segn tus necesidades, el material es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!! sin duda lo volvera a comprar en caso de necesitar otro.

These shelves are great – strong, very easy to assemble by myself, fit well inside my cupboard and you can hang S-hooks on them for even more storage. I plan to buy more for my other cupboards. My only slight concern is whether you can adjust the shelves once they are in place. I made a half-hearted attempt to remove one just to see if I could, and I couldn’t. But perhaps a full-hearted attempt with a mallet would have gotten it off.

– Relacionado con lo anterior, se maximiza el espacio que tengamos para colocar lo que queramos.
– Son de acero cromado, su diseo es robusto, elegante y moderno.
– Se puede montar o desmontar toda la estantera fcilmente.
– Las baldas de la estantera de 4 baldas son idnticas a las de la estantera de 5 baldas, as que se pueden combinar. Y los postes verticales son del mismo grosor pero de menor altura. Los postes verticales estan formados por dos piezas, de la misma longitud, que se enroscan.
– Es una buena idea utilizar la balda ms baja para poner los zapatos (ver las fotos o el video).
– En mi caso, he montado las estanteras en el dormitorio, y las utilizo para colocar el equipo de msica, libros, cajas con varios objetos, la cesta de la ropa sucia, etc.
Contras (no son importantes):
– A veces no encajan bien las baldas sobre las piezas negras que hacen de soporte. Consejo: las piezas negras no se pueden fijar en cualquier posicin, si no quedan bien fijadas, hay que moverlas un poco hacia arriba o hacia abajo hasta que haga “click”.
– Lo que coloques en las baldas se va a llenar de polvo, si solo lo usas para almacenar tus cosas, entonces es ms prctico un armario, aunque a veces no se tienen suficientes armarios.

Scaffalatura a 5 piani.
Facile da montare (in due ci si mette 10 – 12 minuti). Su una appoggio delle bibite e quindi ben pesanti e non sembrano esserci problemi. Rapporto prezzo qualit molto buono. C’ anche il sistema di fissaggio al muro. Se la scaffalatura sembra instabile basta regolare l’altezza dei piedini fino a livellarla completamente

This set of shelving is robust and looks good in my garden summerhouse. The reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is my set were damaged and not so easy to put up and now stand slightly skew!

I already own the 4 shelf one of these so knew what to expect. Very easy assembly and you decide where to put the shelves. I have this tucked into a corner of a small shed. If in a larger one I’d recommend fixing it to the wall. It could topple. However very pleased.

Solid and value for money
Really glad I found this – I may be ordering another soon.
I was not pleased with the usual shelves you can buy from Screfix etc which have the metal frame and very thin MDF shelves.
These shelves were he same price, are very sturdy and look good to boot! The construction did take a little time to get used using the plastic cylindrical clips but unless you have to take the shelves down/ put them up often then this isn’t really a problem!

I would buy them again.
I ordered this for my father and was rather worried that the quality might not be too good because they are so much cheaper than the ones I bought for myself some years ago (they were marketed as being for shop/commercial use). The quality is good, very sturdy when assembled, and they look pretty much identical to my much more expensive ones.

Sturdy once put together, but hard to get level
Pros: very few pieces, thick metal, perfect for my kitchen appliances, love that you can adjust the height of the shelves
Cons: the metal shelves came kind of warped so they aren’t fully level; had to work with that so my appliances could be level, hard to make sure the shelves are level because of the black plastic clasps-each one held the shelf differently.
Overall – perfect for what I intended to use it for; if you’re not a perfectionist when it comes to building shelving units like this, it’ll do just fine for you. The metal will definitely last!

I love the look and it’s versatility. I didn’t like the instructions the pictures were confusing, I couldn’t tell which way the shelves went , but once I got that it was easy to put together.

The overal shelf is twisted, as there are quite a few bent shelves and parts nothing to major as mine will live the garage anyway, but wouldn’t use it in my kitchen due to being bent and a but ghetto

Figure out the level you want the shelf. Take the 2 sides of the plastic clips, place them slightly below the level you want. Push them up at the same time and they will suddenly clip together and stop sliding at the right level. Easy to undo and try again if you want a different level. Once to place the shelves on they are very sturdy. Be sure about your shelving levels, they’re a bit difficult to change after the self is on: you will need a rubber mallet to get them off but it is possible.
The frame does twist slightly, so that there’s a least a 1″ gap on one side (away from the wall). Doesn’t affect function though, it really helped with my storage.

Once you have mastered the art of constructing these shelves they are great and very good value for money. However, they lost a star because the instructions are very poor. Not only is the print very small but they completely ignore the fact that the shelves have to be a certain way up for the whole thing to work! ie. The raised area on the outside edge of the shelves has to be facing down otherwise the whole thing is unstable. Once I had realised that I managed to assemble the unit in 15 minutes (not bad going for an old lady in her 70s!)

Ich muss sagen, dass mich die Hausmarke von amazon bisher wirklich nie enttuscht hat. Egal ob Rollkoffer, Regale oder Kchenutensilien, amazon macht das, was Tchibo in den 90ern so erfolgreich gemacht hat und dominiert den Markt mit pffifigen, gut durchdachten Produkten, die gnstig gepreist und gut verarbeitet sind. Das trifft auch auf dieses Regal zu.
Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ausgebaut und das ganz ohne Schraubenzieher oder Akkuschrauber – genial! Zu zweit sollte man sein, aber alleine wrde es vermutlich auch klappen. Das System ist genial! Da waren ein findiger Ingenieur oder Produktdesigner am Werk. Robust, gut verarbeitet bzw. geschweit, grundsolide und belastbar. Nix zu meckern!

j’ai achet 2 tagres pour le cellier avec une hauteur max. ce qui me permet d’arer les espaces entre les tagres.
mme de laisser un vide au sol pour mettre des grosses choses… (moi j’ai l’eau cet endroit pour fermer et ouvrir les vannes c’est trs accessible.
Le montage est simple il suffit d’tre dans les encoches pour clipser et enfiler les tagres.
j’ai mesur les espaces que je voulais entre chaque et c’est un jeu d’enfant. le produit est bien fini et me semble trs costaud. je ne les ai pas accroches au mur car c’est stable. Pour certaines tagres j’ai mis une plaque de verre afin que a glisse pour prendre les petits bocaux… je recommande ce produit j’avais dj une tagre bouteilles et pices dans ce produit et j’en suis contente.

Great way to store stuff
I’ve bought 4 of these and I must say they are really useful… I also purchased S shaped hooks so now I can hang stuff off the units like cables, bags, tools, Game controllers..etc.. or pots and pans, as I do with the unit in the kitchen. (The hooks I use for the Kitchen unit are able to hold rather heavy 30cm cast Iron skillets… so make sure you choose wisely…)
I’ve also bought some smaller units with wheels that I use in the larder,… which makes for a tidy larder…
Very sturdy shelving system. Slightly tricky to get some of the components to stay in place to hold shelves up but I eventually got this rectified. Very happy with price and product. The packaging protected the product well but I would have found it easier to manoeuvre had there been handles/ slots to grip as I struggled to move them and ended up sliding the boxes along the floor. When I needed to get them downstairs I just emptied the components out and carried one by one.

Overall strong and sturdy but imperfections in build quality
We got this item for our kitchen and it stands tall and proud (ish). The item is sturdy enough to withstand quite a bit of weight, but to my surprise shelves are not of equal width, which causes the legs to wobble (they’re not straight after putting shelves on as legs go through the shelves). Luckily whole thing comes with height adjusted rubber stands and you can level it after assembling and make it stable, but aesthetically it’s visible the whole thing is not standing straight up, which is a bit upsetting.
I like those shelves, got 3 of them but cancelled one.
They are good for basic household stuff but would not put a lot of heavy stuff on it. It can’t handle the amount of weight it claims. If I sit on the shelf, it doesn’t like it and weight far less than 150 lbs, so I wouldn’t put really heavy stuff on there. Shelves, once assembled are not straight and that is due to the style of assembly. I will say it’s kinda clever how it’s done but is far from being ideal… so much and go wrong and too many points of contact; which requires lengthy fine tuning; old school collars/screws on the shaft worked best because it didn’t cause bind warp. Again, don’t buy those for heavy or overly expensive stuff and you’ll be fine.
I like the you can set the shelves anywhere. Unlike others, I did not have any installing problems. Once you do one, any other will become easier. All I bought mine for, is to increase the amount of room available in my room… funny how much free room I made with just two those.
I do recommend them but do not expect perfection…. what I am saying is, if you have high expectations, you will be disappointed. The two I bought are used in my office for electronic stuff… computers, routers, switches… things nerds like me use on a regular basis…. and yes, it is great for those simple, lightweight purposes. Could be used in the garage but I wouldn’t recommend it.
I like the materials it’s made of, solid stuff but once assembled, the cavities of the shelves cause twisting, which makes the shelf not true and appear bent… so don’t expect it to fall flush into a corner, or go straight against a wall. You get what you pay for, if you want true shelves, you will need to fork out a lot more money and have them installed professionally.
Side Note: They are 72″ tall, which is much taller than I am. So if like me, are vertically challenged, might need some help getting it assembled but still do-able on your own.
Not sure if I would buy more, I much prefer heavier, sturdier duty equipment.

Style just what I wanted. Only problem are the sleeves for attaching the shelves. Not very efficient. Other similar brands I have bought where somewhat tapered these are thick and tend to slip when attaching the shelf and yes I have the arrows all pointing up! Tapped down hopefully they won’t let go.

I agree with the vast majority of reviewers. This shelving unit is excellent value for the, money. The parts are very well made, it assembles easily, and looks great on display in the kitchen or wherever you choose to place it. I rated it all 5’s, except for assembly which I gave a 4. I’m nitpicking here, but the metal sleeves on the corner of the shelves can take a bit of tapping to get them to slide down evenly over the plastic collars. Also, if you want to readjust a shelf height, it takes some wrangling to tap the shelves loose again. This is also a plus though, as you want these things to lock in place firmly. Anyway, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this shelving unit. Awesome product.
The Unit came with black clips that were too thick so the shelves could not be added. All I needed was thinner clips but Amazon sent a whole new 35 pound box and then refused to pick up the first one. All I needed was the Black clips not the entire unit replaced.

I bought four units. The quality and finish are excellent. I would have given 5 stars except that two of the units were twisted about 1″ after they were together. This is not great if you want them to sit flush against a wall. I took them apart and tried to straighten them out by flexing the shelves. That worked a bit, but the ultimate solution was to clamp them securely to the wall.
Why do they twist? I’m not sure. Maybe the collars that the legs go through are not perfectly aligned on some shelves.

Estantera me ha resuelto varios problemas de ordenacin de cosas en la cocina. Es muy estable y he podido poner bastantes cosas. La balda de arriba ha ocupado mi gato y de all esta observando alrededores estando muy orgulloso de si mismo, por lo tanto por la seguridad de mi amigo peludo he fijado la estantera en la pared con brida por si a caso. Si no tienes un gato en casa no hace falta.
