SOLID
Bought for 17 stone son, seems perfect, fed up replacing cheaper items so will see how this lasts although seemed very sturdy when building. Lumbar cushion useless and head cushion too low where it is supposed to go but move up and it’s fine as others have said. Looked at dozens of chairs gaming, bariatric and heavy duty nothing really close to this quality at the price, was discounted 50 as well at time of buying. No regrets with this purchase
Fantastic Chair - worth every penny!
I really like this chair, I use it all day in the office as well as when on the Xbox and can highly recommend! It comes just as described in the pics – lumbar support and head rest match the seat colour and are super comfy (you can remove them if you prefer), fabric feels good quality and it’s easy to move on carpet, with the weight of the chair making it sturdy at the same time. The recline is huge and the mechanics are smooth and feel strong.
Was easy to put together and come with the tools and instructions for the job.
Again very happy with the purchase, decent value and would recommend this to any friends.
It dont come with the lumbar support pillow in the picture
Sturdy chair that doesn’t squeak and seems to be made of good quality materials. it was relatively quick to put together, taking about 20 mins. As a 6’4″, 145kg man i can fit in this care comfortably with room on either side of me. My main issue is that without the back pillow i feel hunched over in the chair and the one provided is far to small for purpose meaning it falls off the chair when i get up (see picture). i assumed that the lumbar support pillow i would be getting was the one shown on the page and was described as very big which this is not.
UPDATE: After contacting them about the pillow they send me out the correct. Great chair. Disappointing that I had to contact them.
Great Produc
Overall a nice chair and easy to assemble and very well made. I only gave 4 stars for 2 gripes, unbelievable slow delivery, and what you see in the picture is not what you get regard the cushions and the ones you see were the selling point to me, instead of the 2 pathetic excuses they send you. I suggest they change the picture to reflect what you are actually getting. But apart from that I’m happy.
Great product for heavier framed people
I love this product. Slight issue with one of the screws coming undone over the last 9 months which has resulted in some shearing of the plastic but that is more cosmetic than anything
So glad I purchased this chai
SOO COMFORTABLE been looking for a decent lumber support (FYI the big back pad does not move when you get up/off as it holds itself in place)Great chair wanted it for Netflix and chill after some stressful gaming, can definitely see myself sleeping in this, very stable even when lent flat/level does not want to tip ove
Great Chai
Super comfortable very sturdy chair!Easy to assemble.Real quality….day and night difference compare to my old chair.Well worth the upgrade….especially discounted to 300 quid delivered.
Wish I got this one first time
Chair is on another level compared to the 100-200 chairs. Solid and good quality materials.
Assembly was easy, but might need two of you to attach it to base as it’s quite heavy to lift.
The only thing I’m not fond of is the adjustable arm rests. It would be good if you could Locke them in position as they pop out quite easily.
Turned up broke
A piece of the plastic was broken but its not in a noticeable place so decided to keep it. Overall it supports my weight (21st) fairly well with no creaking. Not exactly a comfortable chair as its fairly hard but hopefully will give a bit in the coming months. The headrest is useless for anyone 6ft or over as its to low down on the chair, i had to put it over the top of the chair. The arm rests feel cheap compared with the other components.
Best Chair eve
What else can I say, I.ve been through around 5 or 6 chairs and this is BY FAR the best ,, easy to assemble,, comfort and build quality is second to non, if your unsure believe me you wont regret this purchase.
if you are a bigger gamer this is a great chai
ot the easiest to build, but really comfortable right out the box – dont bother with the loose pillow – the head pillow is great – amazing build quality – good support and tall (im 6.2 and my head is on the head pillow
really lovely and great for the value
Firstly, I am upgrading from the typical 120.00 gaming chair we’ve all come to know and hate. You know the sort, very cheap build quality that tends to completely degrade within a year. Well, this previous chair I had was terrible. Awful fake leather, pealing away and sticking to me, squeaking beyond belief, and as for comfort. Well frankly I had forgotten what that word meant.
Finally I made the decision to drop some good money on a decent chair. Now, whilst 350.00 isn’t cheap for a chair, it certainly isn’t expensive either. Believe it or not this chair actually sits below average price for similar products within it’s category. With options such as the Secret Labs Titan being 30.00 more for the base model, and that’s before you choose any additional options. After messing around with their website I was looking at around 120.00 more for a chair of similar design and material. A chair that frankly, still lacked the particular kind of style that the Anda Seat Kaiser II boasts.
Delivery time was fantastic as you’d expect from Amazon Prime, although waking up to a call from my delivery driver at 07:50am informing me he was outside with my package, was somewhat alarming. Certainly having to assemble this chair moments after being so suddenly awoken did not help either. Whilst I could of left the chair assembly until later in the day, I couldn’t help myself as my excitement level was around the same as Augustus Gloop when he spotted the river of chocolate.
As far as assembly goes I was actually quite surprised. The instructions were incredibly well done and very helpful. But to be honest, this chair was so easy to assemble I don’t think you need them. All in all it took me about 20 minutes to fully assemble, I will say that the base of the chair and the back rest are somewhat heavy, and having a second set of hands certainly wouldn’t hurt. But it’s my no means needed. One thing I noticed whilst I was a busy little worker bee was the very obvious high build quality, the frame and supports of the base are very nicely constructed.
The material they use has a very nice feel to it, it looks like leather, it feels like leather, but it also feels more durable, and I think will have longer longevity to it than genuine leather would.
Finally, it was done, I took a moment to admire it in all it’s glory and then it happened. I sat on it… My god, I have never felt so well suited to a chair. It feels as if a giant maroon hand is holding me aloft, protecting my frail human body.
Now, I should highlight that I am around 5’8” and somewhat… Well let’s not beat around the bush, chunky but funky, not fat… But absolutely not skinny. So thinner individuals may not feel the same regarding the fit of the chair, I would also say that this chair would be suitable for someone with a height of around 6’2” at most. I also agree with other reviews, this chair isn’t designed for skinnier people. My biggest concern there would be the armrests, they’re slightly wider than usual so may not be suitable for someone with a slimmer frame. So all in all If you’re a mid weight chunko-saurous like myself, then this chair is perfect as far as the fit goes.
The armrests are very comfortable and have a great range of motion, I have seen other reviews where they seem unhappy with the quality of the armrests due to them not being full metal. I can’t really understand this as mine are very supportive and feel extremely sturdy. I get the feeling these people didn’t fully tighten the nuts supporting them to the base. But it may just be a faulty chair here and there.
The little head pillow is also very comfortable and just firm enough to make you feel supported. Again however, if you’re on the taller side then you may struggle to position it in a way that’s comfortable.
So overall, this chair is fantastic. My one gripe is they sent me the wrong sized lumbar support, thankfully I wasn’t bothered by this as I don’t like them anyway. But if you do like your lumbar adequately supported then I would be prepared to write a stern email to Anda Seat requesting they send one out to you.
I cant say enough good things about this chair, it is easy to put together, very heavy duty, and super comfortable. I am a taller guy and this thing is soo nice, the lumbar support and head pillow design may look a little weird but I found that they are very ergonomic and comfy and support your back and neck/head perfectly

Incorrect Product Info
First off I like the chair. It’s comfortable and good quality, however Andaseat has apparently stopped shipping these with PU wheels. As of the time of writing this, it still has not been corrected in either this listing’s product images nor even on their own website.
I spoke with their support team via their website expecting that there had been some mix up and I was sent the wrong wheels. They contacted their factory to find out they weren’t making the PU wheels anymore. So they are aware of this but now even months after they are still advertising this seat as coming with PU wheels, which it does not.
I’m not tanking this review as the chair itself is still good, however be aware that if you are expecting PU wheels you’ll be surprised when the chair arrives.
Confortable
I feel like a king on his throne. Arm rests only drawback.
I did quite a bit of research into big and tall gaming chairs. I’m 6’7″ and around 240 lbs so I mostly need it for height but the wide seat is nice too. At the maximum height, my feet are planted comfortably on the floor and knees are at approximately a 90 degree angle. This can apparently accommodate up to 7’1″ but I’m not sure the chair could go heigh enough. For 6’7″ it’s great though.
First of all, this chair is huge and it’s heavy. It weighs close to 70 lbs. It feels quite solid and I expect it to easily support my weight and then some.
I got it set up with my computer desk and the after adjusting the provided lumbar and head pillows to my needs, it was super comfortable.
The only downside is the arm rests – they should be able to go up another 1-2 inches. Maybe I have a long torso or something. I ordered arm rest pads that are 2 inches thick that solve the problem. Anyhow this seems like an oversight for an otherwise great chair.
One other minor issue is the pleather material can stick to bare legs if you’re wearing shorts. I may look into getting a fabric slip cover of some kind if this is uncomfortable in the summer months.
I really want to give this 5 but the arm rest drops a star for me. I would do 4.5 if I could.
Great chai
Good quality-price
Edit: Having a problem with the tilt mechanism cause when you lock it, it’s literally jumping a gear and i tried to contact support of anda seat but they didn’t replied after 2 weeks
Great chair for the money (I got it on sale) the firm cushions don’t turn to mush after sitting in then for a while too, I’m 6ft2 and weigh about 90kg and not a single creak. The cushions I got are different to those shown in the picture but I actually prefer these.
No real drawbacks I can think of, I sit in it all day for work and it’s a game changer, the only improvement I can think of is having the lower lumbar pillow on straps as you’ll tend to keep it higher if your tall like myself although once your in position it doesn’t really matter.
I bought a footrest along with this and they really compliment each other. The chair also tilts back to near enough horizontal but I never really use it.
Firm, but supportive
This is my first “gaming chair”, so I wasn’t sure what to expect other than the features advertised. Being that it was on sale at the time of purchase, I decided to get one that was a bit higher in quality. The kaiser II definitely looks like a chair that is loaded with features; it adjusts in numerous different ways, has removable head and lumbar pillows, is made with decent components and nice leather, etc. I also bought this chair considering it’s meant for taller/bigger people in mind (I’m 6’3″, 250lbs)
After using it for about a week, I definitely like this chair. It’s important to note that these chairs definitely aren’t soft and squishy like a lazyboy or executive office chairs, they’re a lot firmer. With that in mind, it seems to give you the support you would need for gaming/completing tasks whilst sitting at a computer.
Do you need to spend this much money for what is essentially a glorified office chair? No.
Can you justify said purchase? Certainly.
Love this chair and im only 5.6 tall 125 pounds durability was my number one concern and its strong material is industrial like a carnivals ride seat. Just love it, it was expensive but compared to the regular "gaming chairs" it will last a lot longer and much more comfortable

I LOVE MY ANDA SEAT KAISER!
I LOVE my Anda Seat Kaiser! HEAVY Duty! Will carry my 300lbs weight. Thank you.
If you have tested a different gaming chair in a store, you will feel a BIG difference with this chair. It's very comfortable even if you have to use it for several hours.

Great computer chair!
Great computer chair very comfortable.
We had a problem with the back seat zipper letting go. I contacted Anda seat and they sent me a video on how to fix the zipper issue which we tried to fix. But we were unable to resolve the zipper issues since there was too much pressure coming from the foam on the right side. I explain this to Anda seat and the week after we received a new back seat.
Communication was great and fast.
Great customer service I would recommend buying from them.
For reference: I’m male, 6’3″, 290 pounds (mostly fat, but I do have a wide shoulder frame). Had the chair for two months now, use for gaming.
Overall, this is a great chair, I would have rated it 4.5 stars if that was an option. It feels really solid and balanced, even when reclining, and movement when tilting or rotating is smooth and effortless. Cushioning is quite firm, but I like that personally, but that’s a matter of preference I suppose. It feels like sitting in a quality auto driver’s seat (which makes sense, since that’s Anda Seat’s original product line), like in my Honda Ridgeline. It supports the back in a way that stays comfortable while making it almost impossible to accidentally slouch, and the detached lumbar cushion makes this far more precise than the run of the mill chairs. And the leather and plastic combination makes the chair easy to keep clean, and not stick to on gross hot sweaty days.
But it’s not perfect. There are a few design flaws that I do need to point out, primarily around the headrest and the armrests.
For the headrest, I can see major issues for people shorter than me. It works nicely for me, but I can tell that I’m just on the bottom range of the comfortable height. The issue is both the vents and how the detachable head pillow works. See the first picture. For anyone about 6 feet or taller, the hard plastic rim of vent will dig into your shoulders if you try to lean back, or even just sit straight against it. Now for me, this can be solved with the head pillow, as you can see it has cushions that come down and cover JUST enough of the inside of the vents to prevent this. But this only works because I can get the pillow down low enough to do so, and as the second pic shows, it’s about as low as it can go when mounted this way, the elastic will pull the cushion up so that I need to push it down about half an inch every so often. And because this pillow is contoured to cradle the neck and back of the head, it has to be positioned perfectly to be comfortable (but that said, it is VERY comfortable once you find that perfect position). Now I actually have the pillow attached wrong – the manual suggests you should run the elastic through the vents, but then the pillow only works for anyone 5’7″ to 5′ 9″, a narrow range and not exactly the target market for a Big and Tall chair. So while this ends up not being a problem for me, anyone between 5’9″ and 6’3″ won’t be able to use the head pillow, and anyone 6’0″ or taller NEEDS to.
The other issue is with the armrests, which are hard plastic with no cushioning and some sharp angles. If find they are fine when I’m gaming keyboard and mouse (in which case I am not even using them), or resting back and watching video. But when I am gaming with a controller, and therefore have my arms on the rests and angled into my lap, these hard plastic edges dig into my forearms. The rests are adjustable, but not with the range needed – I have them as far in horizontally as they can go, as well as pivoted inwards are far as they go, and it just isn’t enough. I’m going to need to come up with a homemade solution.
So with those two points in mind – make sure you’re not in the wrong height range, and unless you’re really wide the armrests likely won’t come in far enough – I recommend this chair. Never before have I found a gaming chair that I found comfortable for my size, and this actually outperforms the professional “big and tall office chair” an employer once bought for me, at twice the price. I’m sure I’ll be using this chair for a long time.
