Great brand, quality item
Used Anker products before so purchased the 10000mA power bank with confidence. Delivery prompt, product well made. Obviously at time of writing review product little used but happy so far. Supplied a device with a 400mA draw for 3.5 hours and device still shows full charge, this is as expected as approximate draw is 1.6 amps so if full capacity is accurate then over 8000mA still remaining, hence 4 LEDs still showing

I keep this bad boy in my man bag all the time and use it to charge my phone, headphones, my Garmin watch, whatever I need. It works well, seems well built and can charge my Pixel 4XL about 3 times over. Very happy.

Ideal for use when out walking
Very pleased with the Anker Powercore slim 10000, used with my iPhone 8. Whilst it adds a little weight to my rucksack it’s well worth it for peace of mind, as using the OS App and taking pictures too uses a lot of power up when out walking. Note that the lead supplied with the device does not fit the iPhone 8 – you will need to buy that as an extra. Apple charges a lot for this – I bought a genuine Apple lead from digitalsave.co.uk at half the price.

I received email from Anker to offer me a replacement, they said that this version will not charge fast my iphone 11 pro, they sent me the improved version which is Anker Powercore Slim 10000 PD.
It works perfect and fast charging, so if you have advanced iphones buy the PD version.

Nice design, feels well built. Gives around 2 full charges on my Huawei P30 Pro.
Only used it a handful of times so far so don’t know if that performance will drop off with use.

Simply a very good power bank for what it is, also works as an extra battery for the oculous 2 (you’ll need to attach somehow) getting a few more hours out of it. I would have got the larger one if I could have afforded it at the time. (I tried a cheep brand for the same thing but had no luck, so I do recommend this)

This is a fabulous charger. I bought it for my iPhone and I can charge the phone fully twice with this charger and still have charging power if needed to top up the iPhone again. Cannot fault it!

I already own a larger Anker Power Bank which serves me well, but I needed something smaller due to the circumstances I was in at the time. I found really useful for when the battery on my phone was beginning to wain as I was using the maps App a lot. The size is comparable to say an iPhone 6 and isn’t too heavy, easy to use and good quality with charging indicators showing how much charge you have left and comes with a charging lead and pouch.
I now keep it in my laptop case as a back up for my phone to power up whilst on the go. But also take it on my long trekking walks as it light enough to go in your bag and not notice it. It has become very handy.

I recently brought the powerbank to charge my phone whilest i was in school. It can easily charge my phone up to 3 times and still have some juice left.
One thing that i find annoying is that the product was advertised as fast charging however that is not the case. It has a output of 5V 2.4A whiles a fast charger is 9V 2A.
Never the less i would recomend this product for anyone who needs to charge there devices at work/school or whenever a mains supply is not easily accessiable.

I bought this to power a heated jacket I bought the wife who currently works in a primary school, due to covid the doors and windows are always open and it currently winter so it is always cold. Anyway this jacket is set on high out of the three setting and this pack keeps it going all day five days a week and it has never used more than half of its charge,

Amazon (or is it Anker?) say this is a newer version of Anker PowerCore 10000mAh Power Bank, Small & Light Portable Charger, Ultra-Compact External Battery with Fast-Charging Technology for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and More and advertise it as being extremely thin and compact: Anker Powercore Slim 10000, Extremely Thin Power Bank, Compact 10000 mAh External Battery, High Speed, PowerIQ And VoltageBoost Charging Technologies, Power Bank For iPhone, Samsung Galaxy And More. However, it is heavier, longer and wider than the original and, although only about two-thirds the depth, not particularly slim either.
The LED indicators on the new version have much more limited visibility than on the original – you almost have to be looking directly down on the newer power bank to see what level of charge it has, although the button to check charge level is better placed on the new one, being combined with the LED indicators.
New version has a USB-C input (only) which might mean a shorter time to charge power bank if you have a suitable cable? The cable supplied is standard USB to micro-USB.
On the plus side, it is currently cheaper as there’s a 5 discount and also a voucher available.
As usual with Anker products, beautifully packaged and the box includes a carrying pouch as well as the supplied cable.
Recharging my phone seems to work as expected (but only a partial recharge so far) so overall I am happy, but I think I would have been at least as happy with the older version (which my son happens to have, so I’ve been able to compare for real) if it had been the same price and it would have got the full 5 stars compared to the 4 I’m giving the newer one as I don’t think its description or the LED indicators are as good.

An Essential Item in this Modern Day and Age - Buy I
Still rocking a Samsung Galaxy S6 and even though I personally replaced its battery with a genuine replacement. I seem to find that with its internal 2500mAh battery it struggles to provide power for the phone when i am out and about and away from a charger for the day. With my usual daily routine, I commute by car to work so the phone is always plugged in charged whilst navigating and when I am in the office the phone is occasionally on my wireless pad charging.
On days where I am away from the charger for a day you really have to be careful with how you use the phone.
Some will say, just buy a new phone, however even new phone’s battery capacity average around only 3500 mAh which will struggle to provide a day’s worth of power
The exception maybe perhaps the flagship like the s20 ultra with its mega 4500 mAh battery. However this phone is over 1000 so out of most people’s reach.
I needed a battery bank for those extended periods away from the charger whilst being reasonably priced too.
There are so many offerings out there, however being lithium Ion battery technology there are many safety concerns.
If the internal battery is poorly managed, it can result in overheating and exploding batteries.
This is where Anker springs to mind, after reading many reviews, their battery banks seems well priced and very reliable.
I opted for the 10,000mAh version, which comes similar sized to the actual galaxy S6 phone.
With its capacity, it can charge the phone 3 times, therefore perfect for those extended periods away from a charger.
I managed to wait for one of those offer days and bagged it for 17.
Upon arrival, I was very pleased at the build and quality of the battery bank. It comes very nicely packaged too.
The included cable is of great quality and not a cheap Chinese cable that will last a few weeks.
It also features a small LED indicator showing its current charged capacity which is a nice touch.
The bank also featured power IQ and voltage boost charging. This was very noticeable when charging my galaxy S6, it charged much faster than the original 2 amp output wall charger. This was quite a surprise.
I have now used this on many occasions, and it is a godsend from those extended periods away from the charger.
It can also just about fully charge my Samsung tablet (TAB S – t800 model), this tablet has a 8000 mAh internal battery.
Pretty impressive.
Granted it is alittle bulky to carry around, ideally suited to place in a jacket pocket in winter.
However during the summer periods you literally have to pocket it in your jeans, but being pretty slim its not too bad and worth it considering the benefits it gives.

You can get various versions for your requirements, micro USB, USB C version and lighting connector version for Apple.
They also do smaller versions if you feel this type is abit to big.

This is a great bit of kit as usual with Anker it looks good and works really well, really compact and easy to use, it has good capacity given it’s small form factor, I’d have really liked the ability to wireless charge but for the price it’s one of the best.

I love Anker products. I travel a lot for business, so portability is absolutely key. This product is small, light and well made, and lasts. Don’t be fooled by cheaper brands quoting 3x or 4x capacity – even if true, there are all sorts of airline restrictions and let’s be honest, who needs to be able to charge their phone off a battery five or six times in one go?

Honestly great charger, I bought one for my girlfriend’s brother in law (similar personality) and I’m ashamed to admit, I was jelous so I bought myself one before his had even arrived… Still convinced it was worth the money.
Not tested properly yet but it is very slimline so perfect for travel(it is smaller than my samsung galaxy s9+). It was very disappointing that it doesnt come with a usb type c cable, it is the new norm so i expect it to be with any new power bank

After submitting my review i recieved an email apologising that i wasn’t 100% happy and also offered me a USB C cable free of charge. I was shocked with how great their customer service is, most companies would just settle with the sale and ignore reviews but the thought and response shows that Anker truely care about their customers and i will use them again going forwards.

I’ve had this charger for around 3-months and it’s fantastic. It’s roughly the same size as my iPhone 6S and not particularly heavy, so perfectly portable for travelling.
The most impressive element for me is the speed at which it charges my phone / headphones. I’d say my phone charges quicker using this than it does via the mains charger. A ten minute charge seems to take my phone from 20% battery remaining to 50%.
It has good capacity. I have fully charged my phone twice and given my iPad a hefty boost before it’s run out of juice. The trickle charge is a helpful addition, allowing me to charge bluetooth headphones too.
The only gripe (not significant enough to knock a star off in my book) is the indicator light that show how much power is left in the battery could be better. They take ages to drop from 4-lights remaining to 3-lights. Ages from 3-lights to two, but a lot less to go to 2 and 1 light. I don’t think this is a big deal though.
On the whole, I’d highly recommend. If I lost mine tomorrow, I’d buy exactly the same again.

This is my second 10,000 mA Anker Powercore. Just like the first this is fast charge capable (not Qualcomm Quickcharge) and packs enough juice to charge your average phone twice. It takes four to six hours to fully charge from empty.
The main difference between this and the previous model is this is even slimmer. It fits comfortably into a pocket and to be honest takes up less room than the charging cable.

Just purchased to take on holidays. Excellent product charged my phone quickly and only used 1 bar out of the 4 to fully charge from flat, it will also charge my tablet and soundcore flare which will also be coming on holidays and it is no bigger than my mobile phone. It also has a little fabric bag to keep it in. Very pleased.

Anker slim powercore 10000 is super slick, beautifully built, as you expect from this awsome company. Never had problems with their products. This battery super fast charging ability. My brother was going abroad bought it for him. He is happy
