Game change
I have really weak wrists which in turn made lifting heavy weights harder than it should have been.
Since using these I can comfortably lift heavier weights as my wrists are supported! Win win!

Do there job- look good
I brought this product to help correct my bench form. Although if used for long time they decrease forearm strength I would still recommend this product.

Awesome product! Wrist feels nice and secure with my heavy lifts.. only part I’d want changed is once I wrapped it around my wrist, the part where the elastic thumb strap is become rigid and pushes against the side of my wrist so that makes it a little uncomfortable at times.

Great velcro strap
The wrist straps are quite comfortable and having a big velcro strap really is a great thing, ive had other brands with a thinner strap and they dont hold as good as these, not used them loads yet so will see how they hold up
Do what they are supposed to do
Brought to help my wife train at the gym with personal trainer as she suffers from weak wrists. Gave the additional support that was needed. Son has taken the spare pair we had to use at the gym as he is lifting heavier weights and he was impressed.

Best purchase
I have previously fractured both wrist growing up doing martial arts and rugby. Started training and realised i was spraining my wrost due to them being slightly weak. So i have brought these wrist straps and have been training for the last week and must say that i havent had any aches or pains in my wrist since and have felt much better. They have given me the support to push more weights within the gym.

Great sturdy wraps
Swift delivery (ahead of expected time).
Wraps are strong in terms of the velcro (which is good as my previous ones gradually got weaker hence why I purchased these).
They are about 3/4 inches in width and about 12-16 inch in length. A good solid pair of wraps for someone who lifts heavy!

Needed for stability during bicep curls, due to a slight issue caused years ago lifting too heavy without correct technique. They are comfortable, and are perfect for my wrist issue.

The title says it all. I’ve been using this product at the gym (and now home gym…) for over 5 years and they’re still in great condition. They’ve helped my wrists so much over the years and I can’t imagine benching without them. They’re strong and the wrist support is great. Hurt my wrists in an aerobics accident (don’t ask!!) and this was a god send when doing body pump and push ups

Does the job
It’s decent for its price. It’s obviously not the best but for anyone who isn’t a bodybuilder or lifts really heavy, it should be good. It can be uncomfortable so make sure you take it off inbetween every set.

Just a small, simple, useful bit of kit that does exactly what you’d want it to do. I’ve got particularly skinny wrists, which often have fatigued before my muscles while working out.
Not only do these straps relieve the strain on them, which I think will make injuries less likely (with caution), but it does genuinely feel like the muscles are being worked harder since the wrist is not flexing to remove some of the force enacted on them. For a 5 quid purchase, you really can’t go wrong here if you have skinny wrists like I do.
Wish I bought these years ago
These are an absolute lifesaver. Been training for many years but I have to say that ignorance is a fault of mine for not using these earlier in the years when I started. Had the odd joint pain over the years where you factor in rest weeks within your program. But now I decided in the end to give these a go and was i surprised.
They are a great support for heavy lifting especially for benching where most of the pressure is out on the wrist joint.
Now I pretty much have these on for all sorts of weight training just for that extra piece of mind.
Great product, fit and price and overall very good quality and comfortable which doesn’t impair your exercises.
Can't go wrong
My wrists are pretty weak, due to repetitive strain from my job, and these wraps definitely helped stabilize my wrists and improved my bench and OHP. They fit perfectly and look pretty good too. You really can’t go wrong with these especially for the price.

Strong and comfortable with a good velcro fastening that’s easy to fit. Really helps protect your wrists. Have used them for about 6 months now and they’ve really helped. Wouldn’t be without them.

This product is overall great.
I suffer with Rheumatoid arthritis so I have to be careful when doing weights. I suffer badly in the wrists & these really have supported me to get to bigger weight lifting & security that my wrist will not flare or cause injury.
Comfort overall is good once you get use to Tying them around your wrists!
Overall I am pleased & have used these daily. No sign of breaking, tear or weakness!

These wraps are great, they give you perfect support but are still flexible enough. For under a fiver I think you’d be pushed to find anything better, I will definitely order another pair when I need to!

I see everyone wear these at the gym and now I know why! These are no nonsense wrist support that do exactly what you need them to do. I have petite frame and they suit me perfectly, my brother has much larger hands and again fit him well. The look great on as well. Would definitely purchase again!

Good, solid wraps
I got these after a minor wrist injury to ensure I could carry on weight training as usual. Have provided great support during lifts and I feel confident in avoiding further injuries knowing I’ve got them on. Product seems sturdy and delivery was really quick, the camo design is pretty cool too. Would recommend.

Best wraps I’ve had so far! I had a pair of my protein wraps that the Velcro shredded and wouldn’t hold within a week of use. These AQF wraps are the total opposite! Durable and all round perfect! Worth every penny.

Had this for a few weeks now, bought it as was getting wrist pain when going heavy with shoulders and chest.
This has resolved that issue. Easy to put on very comfortable and so far no issues with them. Still look as good as new. Would definitely recommend.

Saved my wrists
My wrist strength isn’t good, most pressing exercises give me some sort of wrist issue. These wraps have assisted greatly with that problem.
The durability isn’t great, the bottom velcro is lifting as the stitching has come loose. They are still functional but you have to be certain you have hold of the top bore you pull otherwise you might rip the velcro off entirely.
At 5 a pair, you aren’t going to find fantastic quality but I’ve been using these for over 6 months and they are absolutely fine.

I bought these as I started experiencing wrist pain when I dug in my garden for a few weeks completing a larger gardening project. Wearing those almost completely got rid of my pain as it kept my wrists straight and supported at all times. I could see myself using these at the gym in the future as they fit me really well, were easy to put on, didn’t really need readjusting once on and could be washed.

Great product and they are made as comfortable as you could possibly make a wrist strap tbh no matter how you make these they’re always going to add pressure on your wrist circulation so aslong as you understand that it’s all good they are very comfortable I use mine for the heavy lifts only.

Perfect for gym
I’m a junior bodybuilder, bought these straps and do everything you need! They’re nice and thick and support your entire wrist in everything you need, bench press, arms etc. The thumb strap is also nice and thick so it doesn’t cut into your thumb. Won’t break in a couple of weeks either, these will last as long as you need

I only live on the second floor so there wasn’t many stairs to walk up, But to leave my parcel in a open public area where anyone could take it. Is unacceptable.
Luckily my neighbour saw the parcel on the way out of the building and decided to knock on my door and hand deliver my parcel.

Decent enough for money
Arrived quickly. Before date given. Appear to be well made for the money. Only issue is the seam that lies against your wrist is a little scratchy/sharp. So I’ve had to cover them with tape. Apart from that provide really decent support.

Where has this been all my life? I kept getting strained wrists from doing press-ups and weight lifting. I wasn’t sure how it’d work but it really does support and strengthen your wrists to avoid putting too much weight on them. It’s comfortable too and seems pretty sturdy. Great value for money anyway.
Relieves strai
For me this strap has instantly improved the strain through my wrist when working out. I have had a problem now for a year with my wrist, this has really stabilised the joint and allowed me to effectively do weight lifting and press-ups relatively pain free. Overall a good quality product.
