A:First check if the ac adapter is plugged into the inlet of your winder tightly. Or you can easy distinguish from the LED display easily. Lastly, check the power switch on the back of your winder.

Excellent value for money
I bought something similar to this years back and it was utter rubbish and broke after a couple of months. I took a risk on this as it was quite cheap but happy to say that the quality appears way better that the price I paid. It also is quiet, smooth and runs on batteries as well as mains.
I can’t comment to it’s durability but build indications bode well but time will tell.

Good watch winde
Good winder I wish I could turn the light off, but working well out of the box.
Product failed after 6 months, but was replaced by the seller after I contacted them.
The product was initially fine, but failed after about 6 months use. Tried to contact the seller regarding the warranty and returns, eventually got a reply and the product was replaced for a new one.
It’s a wind up.
Well this is what it is, in fairness the quality of the wood finish is very good but the blue LED lighting has stopped working and the noise level has increased a little since new and as for the lock that’s hopeless hasn’t worked since new,, but it’s out of return now so just hope it doesn’t get any worse but like everything made in China it’s not good worth half the price.

This is my 2nd auto winder and 500% better than my previous purchase (Amazon is still selling it!)
Well made, elegant and simple, clean design and a WOW!!! totally silent motor, my previous purchase woke me up with its noisy motor.
The pads to hold the watches are a bit small for a regular gent’s wrist so I had to “modify”to prevent the watches wallowing around.
All in all, great value for money and even better when I get my mains outlet which was not embedded in the polystyrene packing!
Great watch winder for enthusiasts
I have a couple watch winders as I have a lot of watches, this one in particular I liked the look of due to its high-gloss ebony grain finish and the excellent features offered.
I’m particularly fond of the ability to switch between battery power and mains, when I’m travelling I often power it via the included 3-Pin adapter as batteries only last a month. I also like that it has a lock on it, for a little extra security. You can’t really put an entire watch winder in your trouser pockets.

I have a couple of automatic/self-winding watches that don’t get worn too often, so having an auto-winder is a boon.
It seems to work well enough, and it looks quite impressive. 1 of the 2 watches is a little bulkier and is a tighter fit.
Otherwise, it is worth a look at for the convenience alone.
Nice display piece for my watches
Having a few watches that need constant rotating but not all of them means that a display box with a mix of both rotating positions are static ones was a nice plus when it came to choosing this watch winder.
It’s a sleek dark wood look to it with a cream interior that feels weighty the way a quality piece of display should feel., the black trims around the watch displays are also a nice add on, although would be just as good with a simpler clean look i feel.
It comes with a mains power supply that stays plugged in then two power buttons on the back that can be separately turned on to operate the winding displays, which, when running, are very quite which i paid a lot of attention to as they sit in a bedroom with me. Having both controls is also nice as i like to have different settings for different watches based on manufacturers recommendations.

It is a very nice box with a solid acrylic see through viewing top so u will be able to admire your most handsome watches lit up under the blue LED light. There are several settings for the watch winding depending on what type of automatic watch u have. It can turn clockwise, anti-clockwise or in both directions. Its easy to select the setting u want by turning the dial at the front of the box. The LED light can be turned on/off at the back of the box. The velvet lining makes it look very plush & will enhance the style of any watches u place inside the box. Being able to lock the box is good in case it gets knocked upside down as it will help to secure your watches safely. I am glad that it runs almost silently so u can leave it going at night & it doesnt disturb your sleep at all. It will make a nice gift for anyone that loves their watches, wants to display them & keep them wound up when they are wearing different ones, so they are always ready to put on with the correct time showing & fully wound. It is quite pricey but it definitely feels like the quality warrants the cost.

When I received it I was so surprised of the size and quality. It’s nice size and the quality is absolutely amazing. But should really say “hand crafted” as it is a work of art.
It is simple to use and I am very pleased with my purchase and would happily purchase again.
A great product for watch lovers
I’ve owned great watches for a long time and have extremely high quality watch boxes. But I’ve wanted something special like this for many years. I own 2 very expensive watches. I just wanted a cool watch box for these. I didn’t buy it because I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. But the moment I saw this wooden patterned, illuminated and electronic watch box, I really liked it. It was mine for just 60.
I immediately touched the outside of the product. It had a really stylish, high quality and luxurious design. Anyone could tell by looking at the box that it would contain expensive watches.

Great for slim watches only
I brought this for my son as a present. I was very pleased when it arrived as it looked good and was well made and for that I’m happy to give it 5 stars. The only thing wrong is that it has to be a slim watch in order for it to turn freely as the chunky watches get caught as it turns.

This watch winder box is smart which is good as it does take up quite a bit of room on your dressing table. We did find it quite tricky to use as the instructions are a bit confusing and we had not used an automatic watch winder before. Once we had worked out how to use it we did find that it worked well.

This is a stylish and beautiful looking watch box, that enables you to sit two wind up watches within and will wind them up for you. This is such a great idea and it is quiet so you can do this overnight without losing any sleep! It is nice and sturdy and feels like it is a quality product and even has a lock on it so you can lock your watch’s in to keep them safe. Wow, looks fabulous
If like me you are looking to either treat yourself; or looking for that special birthday gift, then this watch winder cabinet and storage case is maybe that ideal gift. I have bought, and given as a gift the smaller two watch winder case, but knowing my father-in-law was a keen collector of expensive watches, I wanted to get something a little larger. This case can be set up to automatically wind up to four watches at a time, and has room in the case for six other watches to be displayed at the front.
This is not only a very handy way to wind this type of watch, but also a lovely looking display box. I would expect it to be displayed in the bedroom, so we are assured that the operating sound is very quiet. Plugs into the mains at the back, with a tilting switch for each section; the rotating knobs inside the case make the fine adjustments.
However what is so lovely about this useful watch winder, is the look; a redwood, varnished case, with a clear upper window; so just as a display case it looks fabulous.
All my watches are Quartz fashion watches, so the ones in the photos, I have just added to get an idea of how they’ll look.
Arrives well packaged with a cover over the clear top and a dust bag to protect the actual watch box. I am sure this will be a lovely gift for his special birthday; the previous recipient of the other smaller display/winder box I purchased, was delighted. There are lots of different designs to choose from but this redwood finish was what really attracted me; also a good price.

A well-made watch winder for two watches in dark red wood veneer high quality finish with a clear glass window that locks and illuminates blue light.
The winder arrived well packaged in a thick padded box. Included in the package are cleaning cloth, key to lock the box, main adapter and instruction manual.
There are three settings for direction of rotation and five rotation modes. It can be powered by an AC adapter or 2A battery. You’ll find the on/off switch buttons and a switch for the LED light at the back of the box.
My husband’s wrists are quite small, we had no problem fitting watches around the cushions.
This does look impressive and is quiet and smooth in operation to keep two watches wound. Only time will tell how durable and reliable it is but so far we are very pleased with its performance.
All in all, for 54.99 (at the time of writing), the price is quite fair for what is being offered so it makes this an easy five star product.

I have owned the big brother to this unit for over five years now and it is still working perfectly, the problem was that when I went away and wanted to take my watches my old unit although portable with batteries it is just too big to carry around so when I saw this smaller device I ordered it for that purpose.
Both this and my old unit are made to the exact same high standard with a lovely shiny woodgrain finish and silent, reliable motors. This unit will hold two watches for automatic winding which fit onto a soft leather look pad, this fits into the winder that has matching fabric with a very sumptuous look and when the lid is closed it can be locked for safety with the supplied key. The one downside is that the key doesn’t fit all of the way into the lock so it tends to hang if left in, I guess that it is meant to be taken out for a little extra security.
The lid has a clear perspex window so that the watches can be seen and inside is a rotary switch for setting different winding types for the different types of mechanisms on makes of watches. Once set, the winder will automatically run for the preset periods every day so even if I don’t wear a watch for a while I know that it will be wound and keeping time for me inside this unit.
On the back of the unit is a power port for plugging this into a power socket and also a battery case which will allow this to work even when there is no power supply to hand.
The motor built into this is very quiet on any of the modes, I have mine in our bedroom and it doesn’t disturb our sleep at all.
This really is a beautiful addition for any watch lover that owns any autowinding watches and would make a terrific gift.

This watch winder is an excellent product. It has solved my problem as it never forgets to wind them up. It is very quiet and allows us to set the proper wind speed settings for our watches. The quality and finish of the box is excellent and it looks great on my dressing table.
Looks great and it’s completely sile
This is a great looking automatic watch winder, it’s really more of a display cabinet to show off your watches. There are four different winding ‘movements’ – I’ve got mine set to turn one way, then to pause and then to turn the other way. My watch has been on this for over three weeks and it has kept the time correctly and is ‘fully wound’, my wife’s watch will join it once she remembers where she’s put it. I retired in April and wasn’t wearing my watch as much as before, so it was continually winding down, wearing it for general use resulted in the crystal getting scratched – getting this winder has solved my problem, the watch stays wound ready for the times that I do want to wear it without it getting knocked about through general use. This winder is completely silent.not quiet – completely silent, so it won’t disturb you if you keep it in your bedroom. My unit came with some slight damage to the clear part of the case (see pic), this didn’t affect its use and because it was a review item I didn’t request a replacement. My unit also came without any instructions, I contacted the supplier through Amazon Customer Services and a set was emailed to me within 24 hours – great service.
If you have an automatic watch that you don’t always wear, then you should really consider one of these – I’m very impressed with mine and I am very happy to recommend it.

Just what I needed for my watches. Works as described and is an attractive case. I definitely like the pads that holds the watches, the watch winder is made of high-quality wood, which is very environmental-friendly, and the pillow is soft, they allow for easy removal and replacement of watches. Definitely recommend this winder for anyone with quality watches you wish to protect watch well. The watches are keeping time.The winder is quiet. With the case cover closed it is almost imperceptable from across our bedroom, less than eight feet from the bed.

It looks beautiful and stylish. It could be used as a gift item. The built quality is excellent. It needs a power source as shown in the attached video. The motor is smooth and not noisy to get disturbed. The blue light makes it look attractive.

First of all you must consider this kind of device as it is not only useful but it is necessary for expensive watches to maintain in good shape their mechanism, second, before to start to use this electronic device, I suggest that you have a good knowledge about the right settings according to your watch/s avoiding to damage them. The interior and the case are simply outstanding. The noise is very quiet and unnoticeable.
Definitely I’ll purchase another in the next future.
Perfect for my two self-winding watches
If like me, you have a couple of self-winding watches than this classy looking display case come winder is ideal. It has a super glossy faux-wood finish, which is set of by chrome hinges, lock, and key. There are large front & top clear glass panels which enable to see inside.
The controls are on the rear and so is the power port for the supplied power adapter. You have a master on/off switch, light on/off switch and then one for the rotating (winding) mechanism. There is a control nob on the inside of the case, which set the rotation direction and length. The motor is not silent but is very quiet, so not much in the way of annoying background noise.
Two soft and padded pillows for the watches to wrap around and they slot firmly into the two openings.
The whole thing looks very classy indeed and useful. Given that I have a few watches, this will now ensure that the two self-winding ones I have will always be ready for me to wear, without having to reset the date and time if I have not worn for a few days.
If I do have a criticism with this watch box, it is that the faces of the watches are not illuminated. So, the effect is lost slightly — unless you have a light on in the room of course.
The case has a nice weighty feel to it, adding to that quality feel.
Overall, I do think this is good value for money and does look extremely stylish. The only thing I am unable to comment on is the long-term reliability of the motor mechanism and lighting.

This is an elegant looking dual automatic watch winder with beautiful polished finish that gives it the look of a more expensive watch winder , it’s a beautiful box to keep your watches ticking and looks a very nice display box for your prized possessions.
I like that it is very quite , and the interior has a luxurious look about it, I like the lovely light that it gives off too and the soft interior keeps your watches perfectly protected and safe , it’s also lockable too.
The glass is acrylic glass but looks crystal clear and the overall finish of the box is really nice , I can’t fault it.
For the price of just under 60 at the time of writing, I think it’s a good budget option and the performance is really good.

The watch winder has 5 different rotation modes and can rotate in one or two directions or both.
I really like the varnished glossy finish , it looks really elegant and it’s a beautiful display for your watches , the watches are secured tightly and safely, it’s good that it’s a double watch winder too it could suit couples to store and wind both their watches at the same time.

The watch wonder comes in the brown cardboard packaging box, no inner box so if you are considering getting this as a gift. As watch winders go this is more in the budget price range for a dual winder, given they can cost hundreds so I’m reviewing this based on its price not comparing against one several times it’s price. Quality wise it’s not too bad, a couple of very minor blemishes on the wood casing, some of the felt on the base needs pushing back down as unstuck, and the watch cut outs are not rounded and smooth but sharp cut so removing the cushions feels a little rough. This is being over critical, otherwise looks fine once running.
The instructions are poor so I’ve detailed the options below, the rear has an extra switch which does nothing and assume this is the same control panel used in a 4 watch winder allowing you to switch one wheel off, so does nothing on this 2 watch one. An independent switch for the light is a nice touch, not often included in watch winders. It runs on 2 AA batteries ( not sure how long for) or mains power with uk plug and 1.5m cable length. Includes a small cleaning cloth and metal key for the lock which worked fine.
4 options:
1 – Rotates clockwise 2 mins, stops 6 mins and rotates again in cycle
2 – Rotates anti-clockwise 2 mins, 6 mins stop in cycle
3 – 2 mins clockwise, stops 6 mins, 2 mins anti clockwise
4 – clockwise 5 mins, anti-clockwise 5 mins, in cycles no stops
I tested with one and two watches, with one watch (heavy one) it was fine, did drop a little as it turned due to weight balance and stutter slightly going up hill but no motor strain noise (see video) with two watches it was a little more balanced. This is the difference I find with more expensive winders the motors can cop better with heavy watches, I’ve had exactly the same twitch motion on other budget winders. Nonetheless this has been running fine so far and is very quiet, can’t really hear it running so wouldn’t disturb sleep. Time will tell if after a few weeks/months of running if this is still the case, I will update the review should it fail early.
As with any winder the watch needs to be wound first, as this just maintains the charge. Quite a few winders around this price only move in one direction so having the alternative direction options is good for correct charging. The selector switch (metal) gives a reassuring click in each position and feels secure and no quality issues. Overall for the price point the watch winder is good, yes some minor finish quality issues and it doesn’t come in any fancy box but it’s silent running, looks great when in use and the motion options make up for this and so far it’s working well.

Good product, instructions don’t match it however.
The skewed offset printed bit of paper does mention what the three buttons on the back do.
True one is on/off and the other is LEDs. But what does the third do? It doesn’t seem to do anything.
Likewise there is an unmentioned control inside the box, I can figure out all but one, which again seems redundant.
The instructions also fail to mention that you MUST NOT use batteries and the mains power supply at the same time!
Only the Amazon promo listing does.
That is a safety issue, if they recieve a current, they could explode after all. That happens when you charge a no-rechargeable battery. Who knows?

Good finish
Having purchased automatic watches for each other when we married, I had been considering whether it was worthwhile to get a winder to go with them as we wore them every day so they wound themselves and then the pandemic arrived and we mothballed them. I was getting concerned that they would be difficult to start again, but installed both inside this winder and am pleased to say they are working again whilst we avoid the risk of wearing them at this time. The watches did need to be fully wound so I wore them both for the day and have now left the winder to do the necessary maintenance winding for us.
I am pleased with the build quality of the box, which looks well made and is beautifully finished. The watches are easily installed and there are various options to wind the watches by turning a dial inside the box; that dial needs to be treated with care as it feels a little flimsy by comparison to the rest of the build.
At the rear of the box is the power on/off and another switch to power a blue light, which does look good. The winding motion is fairly quiet but it is detectable, so not a box to have on a bedside table; to be honest, it is a large box so I wouldn’t have the space for it there in any event.
This is a good looking box that helps ensure your automatic watch is kept in tip top condition.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.
This is an attractive double watch winder box, in rosewood (effect) and cream “leather”.
The idea is to keep your automatic watches in one of these so they remain wound and ready to wear, rather than having to set the correct time & date each time.
It features a rather nice subdued violet backlight which can be switched on/off as you wish.
There are four programmes of winding movement: forwards, backwards, 2mins one-way/6 mins pause/2 mins reverse, and forwards and backwards continuously.
With the case closed I could not hear any sound when running, you can hear a feint whirr with the case open.
The unit can run on mains electricity via a converter (supplied) or with 2 x AA batteries (not supplied).
This is of course an “economy” model, you can pay astronomical amounts of money for a premium winder box, but it looks good and functions well. It also feels well enough made, quite robust, not fragile in any way.
I like it and for the retail price of 59.99 think it compares well with similar items in the market.
Looks really impressive
Well what a surprise, this is lovely; when it was suggested a watch winder would be an ideal gift, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Yes it is obviously for watches that have a clockwork mechanism, of which I personally have none, but son-in-law, a fan of this type of watch.

Two watches can be placed in the box at once, for the clockwork mechanism to be wound; and I assume this would also be a place to display, and keep the watches safe between uses. It certainly will look stunning on top of a chest of drawers in the bedroom, or even a bedside table, I guess.
I have just popped a couple of my quartz watches into the box, without switching anything on, just to get an idea as to what it would look like.
It arrived well packaged, so in perfect condition; just to get an idea of what to expect, and check everything is working, I plugged the box in, and could just about hear a gentle winding sound; this could be used overnight or in the evening without disturbing sleep.
I can see buttons on the back, near the main point, and one inside the box which will be the settings; the manual and this listing explains clearly what is needed for your particular watch type.
