Love any Bamix products! Great design and quality!

This slicey goes perfectly with my hand blander and is very handy when making ice-cream (from frozen fruits + cream) and chopping fruits for my son. Haven’t used it for anything else yet.

I’ve had my bamix blender for years, didn’t realise how great this addition would be . Great for grating veg and cheese. Not too difficult to clean, although the top part can only be wiped clean. All in all a great piece of kit!

Because of dexterity issues, I now don’t have to chop or grate. Love this and wish I had been able to afford it when I bought my Bamix blender 12 years ago. Glad I have it now.

It slices veggies effortlessly and quickly , the grater attachment is ok but not as good . This one from Uk works on Aussie bamix models . Overall it saves a lot of chopping time

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersBought this after purchasing the Bamix Deluxe, before doing so I read the reviews and was slightly put off with the bad ones. Firstly after opening the box and taking out the Slicesy I was struck with the quality feel of the product, certainly not cheap plastic as one reviewer had said and easy to assemble, the photo that one reviewer had posted with the liquid trapped between the plastic (And they had said it was their second one!) is easily taken care of as this part is removable! anyway, shredded carrots, chopped potato and onion made batter, made tartare sauce, ok cleaning the carrot stains off the plastic took a bit of rubbing with a dish cloth but nothing major. all in all I’m very pleased, it is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHave long thought about getting this and, as this came with all the attachments at a good price, it was a just what I wanted. It is good for smaller amounts and saves getting the big kit out of the cupboard. Not particularly easy to clean but that was not a consideration when I bought it. I use it quite often and am very pleased with its features.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHave wanted this item for years but need to fit its use in with my general cooking. I have used it for slaws and cheese grating so far. It isn’t a substitute for onion slicing but would be for grating.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersAfter just one time in the dishwasher, water was trapped between the double bottom of the bowl. Later use got it even worse. Look at the photo. Not what you would expect from a kitchen tool one has paid almost 80 for. Very disappointed!

Oops, the “double bottom” is actually removeable and no water or any other substans will be trapped.!

Poor quality for the high price

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI just received this afternoon my SliceSy and already used it for preparing a dinner salad. First I need to emphasize that the SliceSy is available either as a separate purchase or as part of a combo packaging. In both options, you either get the full set or some partial set of blades. It is extremely important to get the whole set as for example if you only get the thin slicer it won’t be suitable for most recipes calling for sliced vegetables as they come out too thin. Having the whole set gives you the necessary flexibility to handle any situation.

The SliceSy’s plastics are high grade and easily cleanable. The capacity of the SliceSy isn’t huge but you can easily prepare more than one batch.

The only disadvantage – it’s not cheap.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe only product I have found that slices onions without pulverising them. Easy to clean and a brilliant addition to my Baumix wand. Wish I had purchased one sooner.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAmazing little set. So far I’ve grated various foods (cheese, carrot, vegan cheese (quite soft)), made pastry (rubbed in fat and flour then added water) and made sponge cakes. It appears to do everything a normal food processor does in smaller quantities.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersSuch a great addition to my Bamix Swiss line. This does everything I need it to do. So far I have grated cheese and carrots. Using the largest grater for the cheese and the medium grater for the carrot. I have used the fine slicer to slice onion and white cabbage. Does it in seconds which saves me loads of time hand chopping and grating. I have used the double chopping blade for making home made burgers and I have to say I am very impressed. The chicken chopped very well and wasn’t wet at all. All the food went in whole and came out nicely minced. I have a food processor that does all this but is twice the size. The only issue I have is the staining of the plastic. On my first use it discoloured from the grated carrot. It does advise for getting rid of the stains to use lemon juice. I do highly recommend this for anyone with the Bamix.
