great for lifting moderate weigh
This is super affordable and easy to assemble. If you’re looking to lift super heavy weights, it’s not the right product. If you want to load lighter weights (up to about 100 lbs) this works just fine. My bench pulls right up to the horizontal bar and I can load/unload bench press. It’s somewhat awkward getting the bar off for squats, but I am not lifting a ton of weight at home.
I use the Reebok barbell and weight set with some extra weights and it works just fine on this rack with it set at the narrowest setting.

For squats if u have the stabilizer horizontal bar when picking up the weight you must face the weights or else it can be dangerous to place the weights back. Your legs will you touch the bar. if you do the opposite . In short very happy . No pieces missing a minor scratch even thought it came well packaged. I would give it a 8 out of 10. Love i

Was looking for a bench press rack for my small home gym. This reasonable priced rack was easy to assemble and is pretty stable. I use it for bench press and squat mainly. So far don’t see any problems with it.
I was looking for a basic squat rack/bench press rack that would also store some of my free weights for a reasonable price. Luckily, I found this product. It was very easy to assemble, and the directions easy to follow. It approximately took me an hour to put it together by myself. The rack is sturdy and does not move when I work out. I would definitely recommend.

Very much worth the price.
Nothing fancy. It’s a squat rack that doubles up as a bench press.
Feels sturdy, easy to assemble and serves the purpose.
If I nitpick, I can say the bar that connects both sides could have been adjustable. I have a exercise bench and it cannot decline much as it hits the bar that connects both the legs but that’s to be expected as the bench was from a different brand.
All in all, worth the price and safe and secure for workouts for medium weights under 100 kg
I was looking for a sturdy and good quality squatting rack to put in my at home gym and this was over and beyond what I expected!!! The assembly was very easy to say the least. Def worth every penny!

I'm so glad that I didn't sleep on getting this rack! It was very easy to assemble, all the hardware was included and everything aligned properly. It is very stable, easy to move around and doesn't take up a lot of space. This is set up in my downstairs TV room. I purchased the straight bar and will be adding weights. As you can see in the picture that my bench fits perfectly underneath with plenty of room to bench press. My 13 year old son and I are very happy with it. Yes, I recommend this for your at home gym set-up.

It’s been amazing for my son and daughter who have just started weightlifting. The directions were very clear which made it easy to install and so far it’s held up perfectly. We’re quite happy with how sturdy it is and that it’s wide enough to not feel cramped. It’s not cheaply made and it’s great for the price. I would 100% recommend to any beginner.

It is excellent for what I do at my home gym. Would I trust it to be a squat rack for anything more than 300lbs, absolutely not. I believe it is perfect for beginner to moderate advanced lifters on a budget. I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and that I can store it out of the way if I need the space m.

The BangTong&Li adjustable weight rack is easy to put together. It comes with some tools but I used my own ratchets to make things much quicker and easier. I’m surprised at how light it is considering the weight that it can carry but I think that’s a good thing and it holds up really well. It doesn’t have a very big footprint so it should fit well in any gym. I use mine primarily as a bench press but can easily move it away from the wall to use it as a squat rack. Overall I’m happy that I bought one of these as it does the job!

I bought this rack to replace a larger one. It is the nicest looking, small rack I was able to find. It fits in as well as something like this can. Storage on the back of the rack holds a 35, 25, 10 no problem.

This rack stand is more than I have expected, larger and sturdier, fit for tall people, and easy to assemble. It is used almost daily in my home gym with ~200lb of weights by either my son or me. Provides a solid platform for bench and barbell. Expect to lift heavier with less chance of injury compared to floor lifting or use of flimsier products.

Great, basic bench. Obviously not as heavy or robust as the ones you find in professional gyms, but a great add to our basement gym. Has been used regularly by our hockey guys and has stood up really well. No complaints. Would recommend.

This was easy to put together and didn’t take long. It seems solid and doesn’t flex or wobble when supporting a weighted barbell. My existing bench slid over it easily into benching position. I like how you can adjust the width of the two support posts as well as the height for squatting.

Me gusta la calidad, los detalles. Se ve bien acabado y merece la pena. Lo recomiendo si. La nica pega en mi caso es que lo tengo pegado a la pared y si no le pongo peso en las barras de las patas, al apoyar la barra de press se inclina todo como para caerse pero vaya no es problema tampoco para quien tenga el abdomen duro. ACTUALIZO: no sirve si quieres inclinar el banco porque el soporte de barra est muy bajo y no lo puedes modificar en altura. Solo para press normal.

The assembly instruction was one of the easiest to follow that i have seen to the point, that this is the first time i have not needed to yell or take a break from building it. It is perfect someone just starting out like me.

This rack holds my barbell so well and is super sturdy. I no longer fear that my rack will collapse and the barbell will fall on my face in the middle of a work out.

I ordered this for my home gym, and I haven't really had the chance to use it, because it was missing some screws, but i could tell it was sturdy and it was really easy to assemble. I wouldn't have returned it if all pieces were there. I'll still give it a 4 stars, because it was super easy to assemble and the material was of good quality.
