BOUGHT THE GYMFORM AB BOOSTER AS I AM PRE DIABETIC AND NEED TO EXERCISE. I CAN DO THIS IN THE COMFORT OF MY OWN HOME. IT IS EASY TO USE AND THE SETTINGS MEAN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR A LONG TIME.
Laid out the parts & bolts on the floor, then starting @ the feet built it up. Instructions are near unreadable so I followed the picture on the box. It wasnt hard. Finished by making sure all bolts were tight. Climbed aboard and away I & my wife went quiet hard @ first but soon settled down. We like it!
Did take two of us to put together, but I love it, looking forward to seeing results

Great piece of kit build instructions are a bit difficult to understand but if you take time to study the parts it becomes easier once built its very easy to use and you can feel the exercise working your abs

Anyone over that and ignore the instructions, have only themselves to blame. You certainly do not need to act bullish in it’s use. If it breaks that easy, then you have done something wrong. Simple, keep to the recommendations and it works perfectly okay. It is easy to use and does the job nicely. After just one week, I am now pushing the reps up higher and still within comfort zones. Recommend this….yes of course!

Pretty easy to assemble and works well with no squeaks or travelling during use which seemed to be the main complaints on previous reviews.

I needed some equipment to assist with regaining fitness following knee replacement. Is so far helping however, I’m concerned about how much tension the equipment can sustain given my recent weight gain.
This came well packed and I had it put together in about 15 minutes. It is modestly sturdy and it will be interesting to see how well it lasts. One thing’s for sure after 3 ten minute sessions on successive days it was clear it was working a lot of muscle groups I had not used for a while. It comes with a timer / rep counter, but throw that away, as it told me I’d done just 2 minutes when the clock said 10 and I was counting myself at 40 reps / minute but instead of 400 over 10 minutes the counter said 72.
I use this after coming home from my morning run/walk. Very easy to use. Wish we had bought it sooner.
This is a good all over body work out.

Everything about the AB Booster is extremely well made top notch for a workout, a good value for money strong and affective.
Had one for 12 months but the bolt on the front foot stripped and it was unstable, so I bought another one for the price I thought it was worth it would recommend.
I bought this machine to tone my body. I am seeing results slowly but I am only using it three times a week. I love how user friendly it is and you can store it away in the cupboard. Great price. I recommend this machine.

Nothing wrong with machine, didn’t suit me, I have arthritis and not enough strength to use it. I think you have to be fairly fit before you use it as it is dependant on body strength, I gave it to a friend who loves it.

Very easy to assemble and even though other reviews said it squeaks when using I’ve not had this problem it’s a sturdy piece of equipment. Definitely tones you up.

Arrived on time, well packaged, and good quality for price. Easy to assemble (took me half hour). Such simple exercise equipment, yet really works everything after just a few repetitive moves. Looking forward to the results when they start showing!
It needed a bit of thinking about to put it together. It is sturdy but you need to make sure its opened out properly. Once opened it is easy to use.
Got this a couple of days ago, and it really works, assembly only took 10 mins. You feel it working all your muscles, back, chest, upper arms, lower arms and legs, all exercises work your abs.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering. Easy to assemble and sturdy. I have had this for approx 1 month and i definitely feel it in my arms the most. I use it for 6 mins a day as that’s all I can manage.

The apparatus was a very good price and easy to assemble. It is easy to use and the benefits to my health is improving by the day and it is easy to store and takes up very little room.
Hell to put together however I love the machine. Post hip replacement it is a solid way of keeping fit without too much stain. Portable so I can use indoors or out in the garden, I wouldn’t be with out it. Great for arms, buttocks, thighs & flat/muscle tummies.
Live it except a bush missing for assembly and trying to obtain is a nightmare

It’s a bit fiddly to assemble as the “instructions” aren’t that clear. But once built, it seems a solid piece of exercise equipment to help loose (or just tone up) those lockdown pounds (just remember to check the bolts for tightness after the initial use). No motors or resistance bands to mess about with,, just change your body / feet positions to increase the intensity of any routine. It comes with a booklet of workout routines and diet ideas, as well as the little battery-powered “computer” thing on the handlebars to measure your work rate / calorie burn / repetitions / etc. When not in use, it folds into the upright position with a locking pin (don’t throw it away when assembling) for storage, and there’s no risk of it falling over as it stands on it’s base legs. Twenty minutes every other day, for about two months, and already noticing (& feeling) improvements in my health. Would recommend, but like all home equipments you need a degree of self motivatio

I was concerned initially as there was a rip in the box, but everything was there, and it was easy to assemble. I am very much looking forward to introducing this to my fitness routine!

Alot of people complaining about it being squeaky and not very sturdy, personally I’ve had no problems like that, think it depends on how well you put it together.
Brilliant both my husband and I use this on a daily basis we are in our 60s and throughly enjoy the exercise. Think we may have to wait awhile to see end results only joking.

Posture is key to working the abs, keeping the torso straight rather than hunching over the hand bars as you pull towards you.
As you are working with your own weight I can imagine its very hard work if you are heavy.

When I use it I can feel every muscle being worked it shows you on the advert. The counter isn’t very accurate, but really not bothered. I do a timed workout and when I really go for it I am like jelly when I get off, so I know it’s working me!! One item to exercise everywhere, I love it. No squeaks yet, but I’ll fix them or turn the music up.

It may not be great for anyone too big or heavy but it works for me, easy to move around and fold. It’s squeaking so I’ll have to buy some WD40.
