Nothing wrong with machine, didn’t suit me, I have arthritis and not enough strength to use it. I think you have to be fairly fit before you use it as it is dependant on body strength, I gave it to a friend who loves it.

Very easy to assemble and even though other reviews said it squeaks when using I’ve not had this problem it’s a sturdy piece of equipment. Definitely tones you up.

Great machine to use. The only problem was putting it together. There isn’t many parts to put together however the instructions were not that good. the pictures was too small and they tried to fit a lot in the picture

The instructions are small to read and not the easiest to decipher but anyone with common sense can do it. Very pleased with the product though, easy to use and folds up quite well.

It's as advertised
It needed a bit of thinking about to put it together. It is sturdy but you need to make sure its opened out properly. Once opened it is easy to use.

Got this a couple of days ago, and it really works, assembly only took 10 mins. You feel it working all your muscles, back, chest, upper arms, lower arms and legs, all exercises work your abs.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering. Easy to assemble and sturdy. I have had this for approx 1 month and i definitely feel it in my arms the most. I use it for 6 mins a day as that’s all I can manage.

Transforming my shape
Hell to put together however I love the machine. Post hip replacement it is a solid way of keeping fit without too much stain. Portable so I can use indoors or out in the garden, I wouldn’t be with out it. Great for arms, buttocks, thighs & flat/muscle tummies.

I have used lots of different types of gym equipment over the years. Unfortunately since I hit 60+ everything stopped. Hence I put the weight on. I’ve been looking at the ab booster for a while now and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to buy one. I am totally amazed by it. So easy to use and actually, very enjoyable. I literally started to feel the effects after a few days. My son and daughter have also been using it and are in agreement with me. I love it, it doesn’t take up much space and it’s very easy to fold away. I started on the 10 reps as suggested, but quickly increased to 15, without any straining. It arrived very quickly. It’s definitely well worth the money.

Gosh I’m astounded by this thing ! Its not the best looking but by golly it gets the heart rate up without feeling too knackering . It’s totally silent despite former reviews ( I get the feeling they’ve altered the design). I live in apartment and was worried as any squeak or squeal would mean it would have to be sent straight back. But no. It’s a ( silent) keeper. The seat is low so easy to mount even people with limited mobility could use this & the intensity of movement is up to you . It’s v low impact too. Go slow ,go fast , thrash it and go full throttle or go gentle- it’s all possible without having to get off and change resistance ( there isn’t a knob for this , it’s all in the movement) . I love it and I’m no ninny. There’s a YouTube video to help you to build it as the instructions are a bit tiny/ sparse but it only took 15 mins to construct. It feels sturdier than it looks and I’m delighted with my decision to purchase it !

I am 63, fit and healthy, have worked out my entire life. I have a total gym 1000, but contracted cv19, so did not workout for several months. When I started I found my energy levels very low. Then I saw this machine on Amazon, first very sceptical and many bad reviews. But I ordered the machine….easy to assemble, basic excercises, i would say I’m experienced at excercises and Hard to impress. I was impressed, easy to work, not strenuous on the limbs, just enough to get your heart rate up and a good workout for your body. I’ve now started useing it twice a day….and love it. I understand the negative comments, there is alway a few bad batches…just return and get a replacement….start excercising….you won’t be sorry. Im going to buy a spare and keep it.

Its become known as the Do Yourself In machine as its hard work if you don’t have much upper body strength. It takes some practice to get the balance right, even on both legs and arms as we all tend to be stronger on one side. Posture is key to working the abs, keeping the torso straight rather than hunching over the hand bars as you pull towards you.
As you are working with your own weight I can imagine its very hard work if you are heavy.

When I use it I can feel every muscle being worked it shows you on the advert. The counter isn’t very accurate, but really not bothered. I do a timed workout and when I really go for it I am like jelly when I get off, so I know it’s working me!! One item to exercise everywhere, I love it. No squeaks yet, but I’ll fix them or turn the music up.

Reu hier aprs midi. Montage en 20 minutes et niveau solidit rien dire. Avec mes plus de 64kg l’appareil est solide, ne grince pas comme dcrivent certaines personnes. Ce matin j’ai commenc faire des sries de 100 mouvements avec des pauses car le travail se fait sentir. C’est un produit excellent pour moi qui n’ai pas droit courir ou faire des mouvements trop brusque par rapport mes cervicales (plaque pour la vie). Vivement les rsultats dans quelques semaines car je vais l’utiliser tous les jours

C’est un produit excellent pour moi qui n’ai pas droit courir ou faire des mouvements trop brusque par rapport mes cervicales (plaque pour la vie). Vivement les rsultats dans quelques semaines car je vais l’utiliser tous les jours

Ca fait une semaine que je m’en serve et je me sens satisfaite de mes exercices 10 mnts tous les jours satisfait mes attentes; j’ai constat que mes muscles commencent travailler. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Ab Booster Plus. Fr das tgliche Kurztraining sehr gut geeignet – hlt uns fit. Wir knnen viele Rezensionen aber nicht nachvollziehen: Qualitt ist fr das Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis gut. Kam unbeschadet und vollstndig an. Wer noch mehr Qualitt mchte sollte, bzw. muss tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Zunchst hat unser Trainingsgert auch gequietscht. Hier sollte man aber den Fehler bei sich selber suchen und die Schraubverbindungen mit Bedacht anziehen – dann verschwindet auch das Quietschen. 🙂

Like anything, you have to apply yourself in order to get the results. This machine is fantastic as it doesn’t take a lot of energy & physical demand to use. It is safe for all ages & is making a huge difference for me & my family.

Appareil simple, lger et rpond mes attentes car permet effectivement de faire travailler l’ensemble du corps du corps donc, pour moi, trs bon achat. Travail musculaire complet.

My 12 year put it together for me, so pretty simple. I just tightened the bolts. I’ve been using it for 10 mins a day for about 10 days now and I notice an increase in core strength. Let’s see, I’ll update in a few weeks.
It may not be great for anyone too big or heavy but it works for me, easy to move around and fold. It’s squeaking so I’ll have to buy some WD40.
