Important: tighten both earth connections whether you use both or not!
Very nice sockets and attractive, they look beautiful against my white walls.(just tighten both earth screws securely whether you use both or not). This will illiminate the risk of the earth bar becoming dislodged in the future when a plug’s earth pin snags when pushing it in the socket.

Lovely plugs
This is a lovely plug, well made and super easy to install.
the only thing i would note, is that ther USB ports means that they dont support fast charge like you get with mobiles and such.

Quick and easy to fi
Quick & easy to fit. I replaced the white plastic unused phone socket with this blank plate and it looks a lot better. Took about 5 minutes to replace, comes with the 2 decorative screw fixings.

used this and a back box to make my own extension sock for my daughters room, it was very easy to wire, all the terminals are clealy labelled and have the wire colour you should use making it very hard to wire it wrong

Great upgrade
Good quality product very easy to install only 3 wires to connect live, neutral and earth. Usb sockets are fab just plug your appliance lead in leaving your 3 pin socket free for other electrical devices. They look great too.
Look ‘High End’ and expensive
These sockets really change a room. I’ve upgraded from the white plastic to the brushed steel effect. For around 5 a socket, it makes the kitchen look and feel modern. Very pleased with the switches and have plans to upgrade other sockets around the house. Build quality is excellent. Definitely recommend.

These are my favourite metallic socket to fit they look amazing and have a plastic spacer between the metal front and the back that touches the wall so if you accidentally scrape it against the wall when trying to get the 3.5mm socket screws in it doesn’t gouge the wall out and cause repairs for the clie

Caution The Locator Holes Are Tigh
This looks great but I have had to mark it down one star for one very annoying aspect, if you have two sets of wires the holes are too small.
One of our plug sockets has two neutral, two earth and two live cables going into the locators on the back. It proved impossible to use this replacement socket as the holes for the cable to go into are too small in diameter.

Really happy with this purchase and once the pandemic stops sapping my funds, I’m hoping to buy Two their BG Electrical NBN81P-01 Single Dimmer Light Switch, Black Nickel, 2-Way, 400 Watts (B00H2EOEBS), one of my bedroom and the other for the Livingroom, as the led lights flicker with the old standard dimmer switches.

These are just as easy to fit as an ordinary socket but thanks to the USB ports practically double the amount of electrical items you can power from it.
These look smarter than the standard white sockets and whilst they are a little more expensive than the white plastic version they do look better, giving our room a more polished, luxury look.
Good but may have difficulty fitting in some socket cases
It’s was difficult to fit as the screws that came with it were too short for the case it was being screwed into. Had to by buy a box. Once managed to fit it it works.

I have a weatherproof external socket
(Not from BG electrical) which had a normal plastic face plate. For some reason this cracked and showed signs of overheating. I contacted BG and asked them which of their products they would recommend to fix the situation and this was it. The face plate is metal and so won’t crack but more importantly will disperse the heat. It was very easy to fit. The service and quality from the manufacturer (BG) is excellent. Worth paying a bit more for a safe well made product, which this is.

This wall socket is exactly what I was looking for. It came much faster than I was initially expecting and is as described. There are two USB ports which are super handy for charging small devices like phones but are not suitable for more energy dependent devices like laptops. Installing the socket was not too difficult and I would recommend using google and YouTube to help if it’s your first time. Remember to turn your power off at the mains for your own safety or if your not confident enough then get a professional Electrican. The socket looks really good with the dark nickel effect and there is a on off power switch on the socket. I’m very pleased with this product and would recommend it especially at this value.
Easy to install
Easy to install, no problems fitting took me 5 minutes only downside when plugs are inserted the on off switches just about clear the plugs bear that in mind if you plan to use power adapters.The usb ports work effectively in charging iphones and tablets.

Good replacement dimmer - works well with LEDs
I replaced our 12V / 50W halogen lights with new 240V / 5W LEDs. The original dimmers caused buzzing and flicker, due to their minimum wattage level being above what is now being consumed. These dimmers have a great adjuster to allow you to optimize the dimming levels for your installation. I need to work through some of the other rooms and will use these dimmers for those too. Very impressed.
It looks great, so it’s a little more expensive than the ordinary ones.I had a little trouble installing it, it had 5 ports, my old one had 4 ports.If you have the same problem, just connect the same color lines to the same type of interface.I’m happy with it. So far, so good.

I’m no electrician and I managed to install this with no issues at all! Ensure that the product will fit your existing socket if your replacing it as I find the back to be slightly more deeper.

The good: the socket looks amazing and very expensive. Deliver was quick and on time.
Sadly I couldn’t install it where I wanted to put it because the wiring behind the socket would not reach. The L and N placements on it were the opposite side to my current plug socket. This is obviously my fault and not the products. I ended up putting my old socket back on and gave this away to a friend who says it works perfectly.
Good Looking but watch out for the depth
Matches other BG brushed steel sockets and light switches already fitted. This was to replace the mess the Sky engineer left me. The big problem is that the connector protrudes some 30mm meaning that I had to dig out for a 35mm pattress box. This was a complete pain with solid stone walls. The level of detail that BG provide in the products is not sufficient. They do have what they call a Euro plate product with a LAN socket which is 20mm and this is what I should have purchased.
Brilliant quality switch
Bought to replace a faulty switch that worked but didn’t have the full brightness range it should have had. This was a straight swap and works perfectly. I like the push on/off combined with the ability to dim separately. Some switches don’t have the push on/off so you have to dim all the way down and then it switches off. This style is much more user friendly.
Fitting was very easy, all cables going into it are the same colour, you just need to find the common wire which is usually more than one wire combined and then the other wire is the L1. You can either wire the earth straight to this or on to the back plate if it’s metal which most should be.

Have had no problems with this so far. There is a tiny load adjustment button on the inside connections that you can turn to suit the light levels on your dimmable led bulbs. It cured the flicker we had with our previous switch and we can now dim the lights as low as we like without the sudden drop off. Am going to buy another to see if it cures the led flickering problem we developed in another room after replacing halogen with led bulbs. At this price it’s worth a try.
Very neat network cable socke
This is a very neat socket, and we love the look of the brushed steel – matches with the other sockets and switches we have in the same room too. I would also recommend buying and using a punch down tool for connecting the wires at the back of the socket – if you don’t have one, then buy one – you won’t regret it – so much easier than trying to make do with other tools!

Photo accurate. Screws in cable connectors had problems holding wires securely at first. Did take some extra adjustment for a flush wall fit. So experience and tweaking of socket replacement a benefit. Or just buy a multi-meter (which you should have anyway and be using) and some decorators caulk
I’ve been redoing a whole room in my house, so I bought a matching set of the brushed steel switches and plugs to install. I must say they are great value for money and certainly look more expensive than they are. I installed this switch into a 6ax socket with no problems at all.
In terms of the feel — these switches are far superior than the generic white plastic switches that you probably already have in your home. One upside is that there are no sharp edges around the switch and on the switch itself. It’s a small detail, but makes a pretty big difference to the feel every time you use the switch. In addition, the brushed steel is not sticky, and can be wiped down with ease to keep its sheen. The switch also seems to have a nice reassuring click too. It feels well built, so I hope it lasts for years to come.
Something else worth noticing is that it’s not very loud. Being used to the generic white plastic light switches, it was really nice moving to this style as there is no high-pitched clicking sound which is useful at night when trying to stay quiet.
Cons:
There is only a couple of small cons I can think about, one of them being the screws included. I would recommend using a high-quality screwdriver to install the switched because it seems that they might be easy screws to strip (but once they are in, they look great being the same colour as the switch panel). Another thing that could be considered a con depending on your preference is that the switch has a bit of resistance to it meaning it’s not extremely smooth to switch. Maybe this will get easier as time passes, but it’s no big issue really.
Overall, this is a great looking and feeling switch, especially for the cheap price. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully this review helps.
Quality range of electrical sockets and switches
Easy to fit, high quality switches. The back has a transparent (invisible when fitted) plastic back surround which prevents wall damage while giving a flush fit. The satin steel faceplate is lacquered to resist fingerprints. Very easy to fit with colour-coded terminals. And a reassuring ‘clunk’ when the switch is used.
Brilliant Purchase
I am very happy with my purchase, I have a Bellway house and I have Extractor Fan Isolator switches above each internal door for all bathrooms, downstairs toilet and utility. Bellway installed the cheap plastic ones that look ugly. I bought these to replace and the way they are wired are exactly the same. Very easy to switch and look the part. Two top tips, always use the original screws, they are longer and less likely to cross thread, always have some emulsion to hand and after the white plastic one comes off you can repaint before replacing.
Tools needed.
Camera Phone – always take a photo of the original layout so you can revert if you make a mistake.
Paint – in the original wall colour and brush.
One small flat head screwdriver.
One medium flat head screwdriver.
Always screw each side a bit at a time, when screwing in the new ones.
Don’t forget to turn the lighting circuits off

My main purpose in wanting to switch my current sockets is that the standard white looked awful and boring alongside my current kitchen. The brushed steel looks amazing and even better fitted on the wall. They really stand out and give the kitchen a little wow factor. Great quality and good value for money. Would recommend.
Good quality and arrived quickly
Good quality switches. arrived very quickly. As a couple of the other reviews state the amount of equipment in the back to accommodate the USB ports makes it very tight and quite fiddly to fit. but if you take your time you can get there. Fittings look very solid and it feels substantial. All items are clearly marked. If you really are an amateur then you may want to get a more experienced DIYer to help, but overall a good things and no real problems for the sensibly headed.
Good Value For Money
This double switched power socket is excellent value for money. It is well made, is of standard size and is very easy to fit as a replacement. Ensure the mains power is switched off, undo the 2 screws holding the socket to backplate, ease the socket forward and disconnect the live, neutral and earth wires. Reconnecting the wires to the new socket is straight forward. Replace socket into backplate and lock with the 2 screws. Turn on the power and all done!
Good piece of equipment. Looks good. I always think these things are too expensive but these are comparable with other units in other electrical shops/diy places. They look good but like others have said, they stick out just a little bit more than traditional sockets so near this in mind. Plugs and usb chargers work as expected.
Practical & Stylish
I have only recently started doing electrical DIY and it’s the second time I’ve replaced plug sockets by myself. I bought two of these for a room I’ve just redecorated.
They look really nice. I like how the inserts around the plugs and USB sockets are a brighter matt grey colour. It makes finding the socket much easier in low light conditions. The only problem I found is if you have an ‘inverted’ plug (one where the cable comes out at the top instead of the bottom), it might partially block the on/off switch. I would say this is more a fault with companies that produce ‘inverted’ plugs but it is an oversight on BG’s part too.
Installation was simple enough. The live and neutral are on the left, and earth is on the right – Earth also has two points it can screw into, which is pretty neat as the cables usually have little pull on them.
Unfortuneatly I wasn’t able to install the second socket. The live, neutral and earth cables at this outlet were in groups of three. Everytime I got the cables into their respective slot and tightened the screw, I found at least one of each cable would pop back out. When I re-installed the original plate, the cables went in with no bother, but I’m going to chalk this down to me being an amateur with little experience.
Sleek Modern Design and Finish
I previously bought three of these Double Sockets, five Fused Isolating Switches, one Fused Cooker Switch and one Light Switch. Unfortunately, I missed one double socket so I had no hesitation in buying another to finish the my new kitchen. They look brilliant and compliment my new double oven, gas hob and everything down to the handles on the kitchen units.
We are redoing the kitchen, the new build standard issue white plastic switches are out and brushed steel metal switches are being put in.
I picked this up because i have come across BG products before, in Screwfix and Tool Station, the price is comparable without the hassle of going to click and collect.
* The switch comes in an easy to open plastic package, i did think upon seeing it it was one of those packs that needs two breadknives, some pliers and a lot of expletives to open but its not, it just pops open.
* Instructions are included depending on your current wiring set up, this was useful as i am not an electrician and it wasnt clear upon unscrewing the old switch.
* Super quick to swap out, less than ten minutes. Connectors are all well made and easy to wire into, the unit is well made, the switch action is super smooth and requires a tiny bit of reassuring pressure that is indicative i would think of it being long lasting.
* The finish is top notch, looks good on the wall. We havent repainted yet so there is an edge of old paint on the pictures but that will be sanded off, i was just old to get them on the walls sharpish, no point in decorating in order is there….
Overall highly recommended.

Good price terminals could be in a better position as white one i took off was so easy to install before, first one came faulty as did a electric twin socket as i purchased 4 of these but one faulty, so be aware when buying a few you will get the odd duds , prob down to price & manufacturer other than that nice & sturdy & look the part so happy.

I don’t have a clue about electrics, but managed to install these with a little help from the web.
I have found they don’t always fit into the whole in the wall but i think this is more down to the old house having not great bays installed in the wall leaving very little space to play with.
They seem expensive for what they are. This isn’t new tech and should really be cheap as chips to manufacture by now. but at this point in time I’m more concerned about the wife no longer nagging now we have these installed

I would loved to have given these 5 stars however they did not fit my internal box and the part that has the USB fittings is raised and therefore would not slot into place so I had to return them i am gutted as they are a fantastic product look really smart and transform a room and ideal for turning a double socket into having the capacity to use 4 items at once and remove the need for extension leads they are nice and sturdy and have a long guarentee
Great looking accessories at good price
The BG range has been my favourite for a long time. You can spend a lot of money on fancy electrical accessories – similarily you can spend a lot of money on sub-standard fancy electrical accessories. BG however have hit the nail on the head. The products are of a sound quality at a fair price. I was put on to these by a relative who is a Domstic Electricain many years ago and I have used them around my house since with zero failures. here are some similar looking ones made by another brand, but they feel nticebly less robust on the switching etc than these do.
Looks good, not ferromagnetic though
So it does look good. Price wise I’d say it’s surprising that the blank plates are often same price as actual switches which makes absolutely no sense and they therefore represent much worse value for money.
Also it’s not a ferromagnetic which means you can’t just stick magnets to it which was my intention (to stick IKEA tradfri smart switch to it).
Easy to install as long as you know what you are doing – do not attempt to install if you have never installed similar before! That being said – looks fantastic when installed, works great, def a good upgrade on the standard white stuff found in most kitchens. Great price as well, cheaper than the usual DIY places. Very quick delivery as well. Pro tip – buy one, get a card from the supplier with their details, contact supplier directly with any queries on pricing and delivery.
Nice socket.
This one replaced one of the same colour/finish but with added USB ports. Only had it a few days but all good so far. It was a little difficult to fit in place once connected……not sure if it`s a bit deeper than the last one but it needed pushing into place to bend the wires before screwing into place. Nevertheless, it works and the USB ports are very handy. Will buy another in the future.
Really easy to install
Really good quality, with easy to understand instructions that guide you through the very easy installation process. The wiring is so easy as everything on the back of the socket is colour coded.
Look great when installed and provide some welcome extra space for charging our daughters phones, tablets etc.
Easy to fit!
These were easy to fit because they’re only 25mm deep – I tried some others previously that didn’t fit in the shallow sockets, whereas this was a direct replacement. The cable clamps are both labelled with text and colour coded with the modern UK scheme which further eased installation. We’ve tested USB-C phones, iPhone and iPad (Lightning) and Alexa all of which charge or run reliably and don’t seem to generate heat in the socket. I will reuse these again as we refurbish other areas of the house.
Perfect replacement and look classy
These are a perfect replacement. And so easy to fit even though I still have the old wiring in my house. Took less than 15 minutes and I have never done one before. (Yes, youtube came in handy and the instructions include the new and old wiring diagram) We will order some more and upgrade the whole house with these. The house is still standing and we still have power four hours later, so all is good.
Yup, there it is, doing what it should be doing – it’s ‘on’ and everything. Seriously though, an improvement over the last one which was becoming increasingly difficult to turn on. Comprehensive instructions too (for the ‘needy’). Splendid!
Great finish
It’s a typical socket and has the inputs colour coded so fairly easy to install by a non-expert. The finish on this is amazing and it has held up well so far. Brushed nickel is definitely the way to go as it goes really well with all 3 kitchens I have installed these particular sockets in. Only slight issue I had was I thought the screws could have been longer, especially if the socket is going over some tiles rather than being flats against a wall.
Great switches as usual
Excellent looking fan isolator switch, looks really professional like something you see in a fancy hotel room. I am slowly replacing every plug socket and switch in my whole house with these ones and am really happy with everything so far. The quality is great, I’ve had some for 3+ years now and they look as good as they did the day I bought them.
Decent and looks fantastic, doesnt attract fingerprints or get damaged eaasily
great switch. the ‘screw’ to set the minimum dimmage is fragile and once you set it once, if you dont do it extremely carefully, you won’t be able to change the setting again easily since the plastic gets damaged if you turn it with a metal screwdriver. this was a non issue for me though, since I just wanted it to set to maximum output so that I could use it as a circular on/off switch.
RE the other parts though, they all seem high quality. everything that I needed was included.
the switch was also dropped on the floor hard, and didnt even get a scratch on it! which was a really nice surprise.
when in operation the switch makes a very light buzzing sound that you can hear if you get up close to it. the buzzing is much, much quieter than my old dimmer, and is hardly noticable unless you are in a super quiet room with your head next to the switch.
pressing the switch is nice and satisfying, gives a nice click, not too easy to press inwards and not too hard either – just perfect.
my only issue is that there aren’t any screw covers which I think wouldve made the product look even nicer, just in case someone scratches their 2 screws for whatever reaso
I have tried many WiFi repeaters to solve dead spots in my house and none have met expectations.
I just installed this repeater socket from BG Electrical and I have full reception upstairs, even in the extension which has a very thick external wall to get through.
The install was easy, just like any power socket setup. Configuring it to repeat my router WiFi signal had three options, i chose to connect to the sockets own WiFi connection and follow the simple config. Now my signal is repeated perfectly.
I never leave reviews but i am so pleased i just had to. But it now.
Really decent plug sockets. I changed 2 whilst decorating one of the small bedrooms in our house. The connection points on the rear are all uppermost which made it really simple to connect up (no reaching underneath to connect the Neutral at an horrible angle). Literally took me around 10 minutes per socket which meant the kids didn’t complain about the internet being off for too long. And they look classy on the wall. Much nicer than the standard white or polished chrome (very 90s). Definitely recommend!
Installed and working
Got it same day, great service, so installed and working. Only thing I woud say is that the module is actually slightly bigger (depth) than the previous unit so was a bit difficult to adjust into the wall box as the cables were pushing against the back of the module. Otherwise a straight swap. I would have thought that all dimmers have the same profile? Seems to be quiet even on the lowest setting so hopefully will last longer than my last one (which became intermittent to press on/off). Good service by Amazon though, and took advantage of the FOC delivery with Prime trial.
I bought this as I wanted to plug my Macbook Pro into the wall without having to use the bulky power supply all the time. It’s not enough voltage, however. It will charge when switched off, but won’t power it when the computer is on. That’s not a criticism, as I should have checked, but worth pointing out as it’s something I can imagine other people doing. Product itself is fine. Solid, looks good and works well.

I purchased three of these sockets, they have not failed as of yet!
They look and feel very solid and the charge output is great.
Some older members of the family are still getting to grips with not needing a plug to charge their phone lol
I did have an electrician to fit these sockets, fighting the urge to follow a youtube tutorial.
please note packaging does not contain the respective back box (metal earthed box), however I purchased some from B&Q relatively cheap (.99pence)!

Double Socket with USB 3.1 x 2
Looks great! Connections are marked/colour-coded, making it a cinch to install. Replaced the old socket in less then 5 minutes. Nice to have built-in USB ports without the need for the plug. An excellent buy, which is nearly 10 less then Homebase. Will be buying a few more to replace our older ones. Definitely recommended!
This switch looks good and works. Already an improvement on the switch it replaced. Now, all my lights work again and my wife is happy. For me, it loses a star because each of the knobs seem to have a ‘play’ around its centre. So, as well as turning to dim, it seems to wobble a little around its axis. All 4 buttons do the same thing so maybe it is a design thing, but a little disconcerting all the same.
Still, it works! My lights work! My wife is happy! She hasn’t mentioned the wobble. And so it’s probably just me…
It was super easy to install in place of the 2 socket plug so I didn’t have to do any electrics other than put the correct wires into the correct holes. The ports all works. How much they charge and how quickly is another story but it charged a Fitbit and headphones at the same time fairly quickly.
18 month update: These have stood the test of time and are still looking like they were put in place yesterday. The USB ports work well and have lasted.
Original: I love the look of these. They are hard wearing and are great quality. I put them into my new kitchen last year and have waited to do the review. After 1 year I can say they look as good as new and have given no problems. They eliminate the need for the separate USB plugs and charge items quickly.
I followed the enclosed instructions and adjusted for LED bulbs of which there is 5 and all 5 dim as they should. these bulbs were 4 watts and dim with no problems at all no flickering or shutting off. Unlike the dimmer switch that was in the house when I moved in. Good build quality and would def recommend to anyone
This is a perfectly good serviceable dimmer and does the job I expected it to. But, if you have LED dimmers you will need to alter the settings before installing it as by default it is is set up for Tungsten bulbs. Making the adjustment is not difficult, it just means turning a screw but you will need a very fine screwdriver to do it (or a nailfile).
The only observation I have is that if you turn the lights down to the lowest value before being entirely off they gradually brighten over time. I dont know if this is typical behaviour or just a problem with this particular product. Its no big deal, just means that an hour after setting the level, you may have to go back and turn it down again.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Very disappointed. Does not work with our energy saving bulbs. The light is dimmed even on max and then starts flickering. Does not work at all.
EDIT: I ordered a dimmable bulb from Philips and the dimmer works perfectly fine now. It dims in a very graduate way and the bulb is also not flickering. The previous bulbs I used must not be dimmable. I can recommend this dimmer but make sure you have dimmable bulbs if you use energy saving bulbs.
Really slick finish and feel to the faceplate. The cooker switch feels of good quality and the addition of led indicator lights for both the cooker switch and the plug socket is a nice touch.
I added a bit of grey caulk around the edge to give a neat finish on slightly bumpy grey tiles. The screws are NOT the ones included as I went for longer ones in a brass finish to create a bit of a contrast.
Easy to install as connections do cater for the thicker supply cable for a cooker connection.
Reading some reviews I wonder if some have made absolutley sure they have every core in the wire connected firmly to each terminal to prevent overheating because of the high current used by a cooker.
I purchased the polished chrome finish, which looks beautiful and much more expensive than it actually was. The finish is excellent. The installation for this socket is very simple and is exactly the same as re-wiring a single plug socket with the benefit of having the two USB sockets. Brilliant! Will probably purchase a couple more for around the house!
Look great, work well, price is right. Electrician says was easy although he did need some longer screws for a couple of the back plates we had in the wall but which he had plenty on him, so what’s not to like. A good strong click too when pressed, While not AS modern as screwless and not as thin as some at more cost, in a traditional house, they are the perfect replacement for the old plastic white ones without trying to standout, to give a cleaner well maintained home look.
Finally, I know what it’s like to feel indecisive when buying or comparing products, so If you found my review helpful please mark it as such, as I really enjoy knowing my reviews helped other people make an informed decision.
Just as advertised – smart and does the job. Unlike some other units, this one doesn’t shutter off the other socket when you plug something in – so my shaver can go through its cleaning cycle on the 115V socket while our electric toothbrush is charging on the 230V socket.
Hums like many other isolating sockets but it’s not intrusive and only noticeable if you specifically listen for it.

The brushed steel finish looks good and once fitted they look really nice, the only downside is they are supplied with short screws so you might need to buy some longer ones before fitting.
Also you will need to check the clearance/ depth of your box as these take up more space than the ones without USB

These sockets are finished to a good standard and look great when installed, the switch has a good positive action and all the terminals are securely mounted on the rear. The only slight negative is the fascia is a little thin so you have to be quite careful not to over tighten the screws or it pulls in the surrounding metal.
Nice colour-coding on the terminals
Good socket and very easy to fit – the terminals are colour-coded which is really nice… so you have brown, blue and yellow / green indicators. I mean, it’s not needed for someone who know what colours are what, but it certainly a helpful little touch and would increase safety for the folk fitting this who are inexperienced or lack confidence. The socket itself is nice any shiny and although I would’ve preferred a white switch, just like the inserts, this one is actually the same shiny metal as the body. The picture didn’t show this well, but that’s my fault – not a fault of the product, so it gets 5 stars.
It’s a very useful thing to have in different rooms around the house. At last it means that a socket isn’t taken up by a charger.
Although these are meant to be a straight swap in a 25mm back box, I found it to be quite a squeeze, as there’s more gubbins at the back of these switches than on normal ones. That means that there’s much less space for the wires to go, forcing the box out more than before.
I really had to screw it in tight to make it look ok, and also had to cut the rubber washer in one back box, as that was preventing it going in. I’ve bought three and will buy more, but I wish I’d a bit more space in the box to make it an easier swap.
Elegantly finished, and works perfectly. An added extra is the internal ‘low level adjuster’ which sets the minimum brightness. This means you can set the lowest brightness to just above ‘out’ for any kind of lights.
Love these. Replaced all of the sockets in my kitchen and lounge with them. Nice brushed steel finish on them, which doesn’t show fingerprints like a chrome finish would. Be aware that they need more space behind them than a standard non-usb power socket, so if your back boxes are quire shallow, you may struggle to get them to fit.
Its not masterplug branded but that doesnt matter! This switch is very well made. The finish is nice and shiny with a darkish tint so looks very smart. That coupled with a very sturdy switch mechanism make this product very good indeed. The actual switch works with a satisfying click too. Highly recommended!!
Same as the single switch, very high quality and one other thing is that the connector holes are of a good size and screw materials are good quality.
