Bought this when my steam mop packed up. Very pleased with it and mops the floor better than the steam mop.
I am delighted with my bissell spinwave. All my downstairs floors are either laminate or tiles. The spinwave was easy to use and scrubbed my floors perfectly clean. The one downfall was I did not get the soft pads in the box I did get the scrub pads. There are lots of pads on Amazon at good prices so I will send for some. This is definitely a machine worth having and I am so glad I sent for it after reading loads of reviews. It arrived quickly and in perfect working condition. Being able to control the liquid used on your floor is fantastic and the floor was dry in minutes. A necessary machine I love.

Love it, makes light work of mopping and cleans well. Expensive but worth it. I’ve had steam mops which have always stopped working with a year, and had manual spray mops. I much prefer this!
I was a bit worried reading the reviews but should not have been worrried. It was easy to put together easier to use and it makes a superb job of my tiled floors. A deffinate APLUS.
Cleans the floor without leaving it soaking wet, polishes and leaves a shine. Wish I’d heard of these a long time ago.
This was an expensive purchase but well worth it. We use it on all hard floors – tile, wood and laminate. Effortless and powerful cleaning.
Good machine but doesn’t do the deep clean on things like grey grouting between limestone like I hoped (I got the heavy duty pads too). Very much an upgrade for a manual mop, but doesn’t clean any better.
I have an amtico floor 3 cats and a dog so you can imagine the footprints this little machine works a treat. Really easy to use just wish the cord was a bit longer. Don’t know how good it would be for grout on a tiled floor though

We have 3 golden retrievers and this cleaner is brilliant at keeping the kitchen floor clean after they come in from outside.
It’s easy to use, the mops are washable and the liquid tank is so easy to fill. It really is a great cleane

This so easy to use, with 10 dogs the floor needs cleaning every day beats a mot and bucket.
Great bit of kit Easy to use and store. The detergent works well and smells lovely. Glad I have it, with all this wet weather. Quarry tile floor is cleaned with this machine and dries much quicker than if mopped.

Bought this as I was having problems cleaning my hardwood floors. Received the two sets of pads, both appeared the same. Works well on hardwood floors, laminates, ceramic tiles and clic flooring. After vacuuming, really ease to use . Have not used all cleansing fluid provided, but have tried wooden floor cleaner that I had been using previously, worked well. Previously had real problems with marks from bare feet on my hardwood floor, but this has worked really well in removing these marks.
This is a great product I don’t know why I didn’t get this before, easy to use and really cleans all kind of floor surfaces

Love this, beats cleaning the floors on my knees. I find it easy to pushing around. The button to squirt the cleaner is on a good location and the spray isn’t mad so my floors don’t get soaked which is good because some of my floors are laminate. I use this on laminate, engineered wood and tile and it has been great. My floors have never been grotty with things stuck to them so I can’t say if it would get that sort of muck up…..I doubt it because the weight is quite light and the circular motion and so does a light clean.
I am so happy I bought this, does a great job on my travertine floors. Had to buy the orange scrubby heads though as blue ones were not up to the job.
Used for cleaning oak flooring and all ceramic floors. Due to different cleaning materials would benefit from a secondary fluid tank to save emptying and clean for different applications
very easy to assemble, my floors look brand new everytime I use it.
This is absolutely brilliant. You don’t need to use any pressure it just glides along.
Love it it even cleans the wet room floor, before I had to scrub it on my hands and knees. The only downside for me is the weight of it a bit unweildy but that might be my age. Certainly does the job.
Bissell spinwave mop is worthy of this 5 star review. I have 3 dogs and rough kitchen tiles which are impossible to keep clean from dirty paws. This machine has made my life so easy. It really cleans the tiles well and is so easy to use I pull it out nearly everyday. It’s a fantastic machine and well priced for the way it cleans. Highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant, why didn’t I get one before. Paw marks and muddy shoe marks gone. Cleans so easily without faff on my kitchen tiles and I can use Method wood floor cleaner to squirt and then use the machine to clean my lounge floor.
Only complaint is you can’t leave the water container in position as it will leak a little bit.
Love it! Really easy to use, much better than a steam mop. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing value. I have found it is best to use by using a few cleaning pads worth the built in sprayer then using new pads to dry the floor. It picks up more dirt this way.
(Much better than most mopping robot vacuums)
This is an impressive addition to our domestic toolkit. After years of mopping, this machine has taken most of the effort out of cleaning our hard floors. The results are good and the time taken has been reduced dramatically. Once you get used to how much fluid to spray the floor dries in a very short time. Sounds silly, but I find the machine fun to use as well.
IN THE PAST I HAVE BOUGHT STEAM CLEANERS BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST FOR TILED FLOORS. DEFINITELY A GOOD BUY.

Bought this for cleaning a recently tiled ground floor space of over 90 sqm2. Exceptional product makes the chore of cleaning the floor a more pleasant experience. No need for the mop & bucket, and the result is fantastic.
I like it very much . It cleaned the kitchen, dining room and hallway tiled floors very well . I was very impressed. The floor pads were very dirty but floors looked great .
Love my Bissell and so does the dog! I put my favourite Zaflora scent in mine and it not only kills the germs but makes your house smell wonderful.
Thus was a replacement for a spray mop , it has proved a brilliant buy , is very efficient and bring the floors up lovely , easy to use.

I had the Bissell crosswave for a bit and whilst good it serves a different purpose.
So the spinwave is like a domestic version of the old floor buffer you’d see the cleaner pushing round your school back int he day or in the movies now.
Assembly is really quick and easy and is just a case of clicking the handle in.
It comes with a token bottle of cleaning fluid thats good for a couple of refills.
There are 4 pads in the box which is good as I thought there would just be two.
Once filled and setup I was off and quite frankly it works very very well.
You pull the trigger to spray the liquid and the then the pads scrub away. It picks up loads.
A little ‘hack’ I have found is that the coarse green sheets of scrubbing pad can be cut to a circle and used with the machine for an extra scrub
I am really pleased with the cleaning and once cleaned the floor came back to life like new. Happy with the purchase. However, operating the machine for 10 minutes gives a burnt smell and had to stop and wait for 30 mins. But after operating for another 5 mins gives burning smell again.
OMG this is fantastic , you only have to use a small amount of water to get the floors clean . leaves the floors really clean and shiny
Amazed at how it got the dirt out of my floor tiles, which had a grain on them, could never get them cleaned properly.

Great floor cleaner. Add as much or as little water on floor so it can be a really good clean or just a quick once over with less water then its dry very quicly
Cleans up the floors really well. Particularly vinyl (karndean) that is textured/ridged. You have to go over heavy dirt marks a few times but it does shift them.
Not so great in corners due to circular rotating pads.
Pads machine wash fine which is very useful.
Machine is super quiet, I can vouch for the fact you can mop the floors whilst the kids sleep. I live in a bungalow, one floor….
Highly recommended and for the money beats scrubbing on hands and knees.
This is our second machine and on first use is a good buy. It does what it says in the sales info. My only problem was on assembly. It arrives with the handle disconnected and it should easily slot into place but on the first model it would not drop down far enough to lock into place. The problem is the electrical wire not having enough space to fold back into. Easily sorted in manufacture and a shame as I would give it a 5 star rating but for this.
This is my absolute favourite cleaning product ever!! So easy to use! Lightweight and is actually very therapeutic!! I absolutely love it! My floors are shining!!
Just used this for the first time, its good, and embarrassing how much dirt comes off a floor you were sure was clean. Its not lightweight by any means, and can tend to run away, you need to keep a firm hold on it.
The other thing is that its supposed to come with a set of soft pads, and a pair of scrubby pads, it doesn’t, it came with two sets the same of scrubby pads.
However, so far, so,good, and much better than a spray mop for the dirt it shifts.
I have white quartz kitchen tiles that have been a nightmare to clean and I always got smudges this is amazing cleanex I half the time and havent noticed where some have mentioned in previous reviews the circular marks that they said have been left. I’m so glad we spent the money our kitchen tiles now look as good as new and I wont dress cleaning them agai
I hate normal mops as I feel they don’t scrub the floor properly and I have a steam cleaner but with laminate floors always concerned about how often you can use it as lots of water so bought this having watched a number of you tube videos. So glad I bought this firstly get the scrubby pads and then have fun cleaning your floor because it’s light and it’s actually enjoyable using this item
Having sent the first cleaner back, as the handle did not fit the new one arrived 2 days later. I must say that it does the job and well worth the money. Thanks to Bissell for being so efficient on supplying a new unit.
Does a great job. This has reduced the time taken to polish our wooden flooring by around 2 thirds! And sooooooo much easier on the back! 🙂

Love this as it scrubs really clean. Came with both scrubby sets of pads only (not the soft ones). It is not a steam cleaning system though. Very pleased
I love this little spinning mop!! It’s easy to use and does a great job. If you’re considering whether to buy this or not, I’d say go ahead and do it, you won’t regret it.

OK …. So, I have now had the Spinwave for a few months – and have used it every week. I am still absolutely delighted with this machine’s performance. I have used up the small bottle of Bissell floor cleaning liquid that came with the Spinwave – and that was really good too. Thing is – to buy more … it’s exorbitantly EXPENSIVE. So – decided to use “Flash” instead – as we all know that Flash is an excellent floor cleaning solution. We’ll – the Flash cleaned the floor fantastically …. thing is – it cleaned well … but left the floors “sticky”. So – I wondered if the Flash was more powerful and concentrated than the Bissell liquid …. and it CERTAINLY IS. I experimented by using just – HALF – of of the measured Flash to water in the Spinwave bottle. That was the answer – the “sticky” effect was gone. I really don’t think anything beats Flash for floor cleaning … and I use that ( in a weaker solution) in my Spinwave. Flash is more powerful – and a LOT cheaper than the Bissell solution.
Well – just another update …. had this machine for several months now and use it every week. Before I bought this machine – I used to dread getting on my hands and knees with a scrubbing brush – to clean out the dirty grooves in our textured floor tiles. I just used to put it off as long as I could because it was so exhausting. Thing is – I enjoy using the spinwave so much – and like to see the results so much …. I jump at any excuse – to use it !! I’m ashamed to admit to getting so excited about a floor scrubber … but after so many years of aching knees – and exhausting workouts with a scrubbing brush …. this little pal has now become – a close friend.
Love this Shark. Have previously owned dysons but this is great. The motor is quiet compared to others. I love the fact that it can be used seperately for stairs and other awkward areas. Really pleased with my purchase.
Great product, far better than the steam mop we had previously which just fell apart after a few months from the steam making the plastic brittle. More expensive but the quality is worth paying the extra for. Really easy to use.
This is a superb mop. I have a lot of hard flooring in my house and this cleans the lot in no time at all. It’s extremely light when in use, a bit heavy to carry, but not a problem. The cleaning pads wash well in the washing machine. I can’t praise it enough, wish I’d bought one years ago.

This is our third and final automated mop.
Forget those clever manual mops . Back breaking and stop spinning properly after a while.
Forget those steam mops with the annoying mop head fixings and spurted steam after much use.
This device is easy to use and also a pleasant chore, yes I said that.
Fill the container and fix the pads , plug in and go.
It actually floats around the floor. And sprays a little wherever you go , which is under your control.
For stubborn marks I have a spray cleaner handy and just pre spray them before cleaning.
The Velcro pads fix well and keep secure while they spin round.
Really happy with this Bissell spinwave and would recommend to anyone. My mum got one and loves it.
Pads are easy to fix and clean. Comes with a handy container for cleaner fluid mixes that fixes to the mop.
Have found this the easiest device to mop hard floors. Does not leave them too wet and no getting down on knees to scrub.
I’ve had this electric mop for a week and it is genuinely the perfect solution: there are two spinning microfibre pads in contact with the floor (so it gets into a century of damage to the tiles) and you can control the amount of water sprayed onto the floor easily. Consequently the floors are dry within minutes, streak free, but you can utilise more water when needed. The device is easily used whilst carrying the 1 year old in my arms and its quiet enough to be used after bedtime or when only one of them is awake.
Both soft and scrubbing pads can be put into the wash at 40 degrees – without fabric conditioner – so can be washed with clothes if needed. They have to be air dried but they are small enough that this is achieved quickly. It comes with a small bottle of cleaning fluid but thus far it seems that its pretty economical. I’ve cleaned kitchen, WC, Utility and hallway twice and have only just used enough quoted for a “small space” and the area is hardly that! I think that I might be able to use another set of soft pads to floor polish down too but will have to see.
Theres nothing hot or that would be dangerous for the gruesome twosome other than the long cable and its nowhere near loud enough for them to go running away with hands over the ears, both of which are an important measure in most of my household appliances!
I bought his on a 99 deal of the day and I feel at that it represents pretty good value. I suspect that at full price and without other mitigating factors (kids, need to walk over a floor quickly after cleaning, something that makes cleaning more challenging) a buyer might feel its less value than I do but certainly for people in my position I can recommend it.

Got this mop to help clean my floors as we have 4 dogs and lots of muddy boots! Its a really good product and is very powerful at lifting the dirt. Gone are the days of bending over scrubbing the floors with a mop and bucket! I will say that it is quite heavy to move about, but not excessively. I’d be lost without this mop, my floors have never looked so good! I would buy more Bissell products now having tried the mop.
This spin mop cleans well without breaking a sweat. I don’t have to rub out the stains on the marble floor left by my dog anymore. The spin mop does the job easily. I have this machine for about a week and have used it 3 times already. You just have to hold on to the machine as the spinning is quite powerful.
This cleaned the floor really well. I personally find it a little heavy to lift but when in use it is fine, I would definitely recommend
You do get what you pay for and the quality it brilliant.
I’ve wasted so much money over years on hand help mops/spray mops which never really cleaned my laminate flooring and they broke so quickly…… This spin op has been the best investment so far, it cleans so much better than I was expecting and leaves my flooring super clean and streak free! It’s lightweight and easy to manouver when on… Price tag was a little expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for. Happy that I bought it and won’t go back to using anything else now

Love it! Just total game changer in cleaning… no more buckets and waters and space occupying stuff. The only caveat is corners are not managed well, because of the circular motion.
Qnice a quite only problem , the ads are not really abrasive enough to lift dirt from a grained floor , apart from that is fine

So, after sales – somewhere between poor and non-existent. Not impressed…
That said, the device is pretty good. Be advised, if you want additional mopping pads, be prepared to buy them yourself. Oh, and cleaning liquid too.

Debated for a while on whether to buy or not but glad I did. Bit heavier than expected but does make nice job of laminate floors without excess water. I currently have 2 broken wrists so bought this to make life easier for my husband – he thinks it’s good and the old mop/bucket and microfibre spray map relegated to the garage.
What I didn’t like was the fact I paid 149.99 and within 2 working days (not incl Xmas day) it was reduced by 20.
4 stars as it’s a bit heavier than expected but would recommend this machine.
