Item not as shown in picture! Description stated there was no battery or charger included but the picture shows the Multi-tool with a handle but this is not included either! Bit of a con really!!

Have used a similar corded Bosch multi tool and it lasted a fair time until the tool change lever gave up. This battery version is so much easier to use and very versatile whatever the situation. Just hope the lever lasts longer this time

Felt compelled to write a review of this awesome Multitool. I’ve owned a Bosch 240v multitool for a number of years and it’s been a good tool to have around, but the old way of swapping blades and sanding discs etc with an Allan key really slows thing down.
Thought I’d treat myself to this 18v cordless multitool and it’s a game changer.
The Starlock system is superb, so quick to change blades between wood, metal or sanding. It also lockes thd blades tight, no vibrating loose like the old system. Incredibly versatile without a mains cable and the battery lasts longer than I expected. Quick to charge also.
The payments scheme through Amazon over interest free 5 months means you don’t even know your paying for it as it’s so little every month.
All in all, I recommend this tool to everyone in the market for one. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it. 5 stars all around.

Super vielseitig, praktisch. Sind am Haus renovieren und mit dem richtigen Aufsatz kann man das Teil fr unterschiedlichste Aufgaben verwenden.

The Bosch tool is v handy and I am v happy so far after 2 months of use.
Easy to use, esp with the 18V battery system, even if power is limited at this voltage maybe for larger jobs.

Das Multitool ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Leider muss man einiges an Zubehr dazu kaufen. Fr meinen ersten Einsatz (Schleifen) hat alles prima funktioniert und im praktischen koffer kann man alles gut und sicher verstauen. Durch den Akkubetrieb ist es berall einsatzfhig. Meine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Alles ok soweit. Werkzeuge sind schnell und einfach zu wechseln. Fr lngere Nutzung sind Ohrstpsel hilfreich.
Easy to use with some great features including light, battery indicator and quick release blade. The new starlock makes a huge difference with quick connect / release and removes the slip factor you get with other types of connectors. Only drawback is lack of 3rd party blades, but quality wins out.
Have used this for 3 months and it is very useful .

I notice that the battery that came with it has changed from the old battery shape and the charger is different. Old batteries seem to fit OK into the new unit and charger but the new battery does not fit into the old charger, so I have have lost some versatility. A little annoying that this doesn’t seem to be pointed out and slightly defeats the purpose of the all4one approach. Pointing out the change would explain the limitation and would confirm whether or not it is OK to use new batteries with old equipment and vice versa. I have not yet tested to see if the new battery works with all my existing equipment (that have used the old battery shape).
So I have knocked a star off for this reason.
I have not used the tool properly yet but it seems up to the usual high standard.
I purchased this for re-tiling in bathroom. All of the youtube videos say you need a removing tool. Got one of those – just in case.
This tool made short work of removing grout. Couple of minutes and I was being careful.
Decided to try the manual tool. What a load of tosh!! If you’re happy to spend hours on the job then get the manual tool and be prepared for scratches on the tiles. Otherwise cough up the extra and get this tool.
I’m a beginner diyer and was able to use tool easy, efficiently and got loads of grout removed.
Just spend the extra money for this and other uses for the tool.
Ich hab mir das Multitool von Bosch zu Weihnachten gegnnt und bereue den Kauf in feinster Weise. Ich hab in der Zwischenzeit schon einiges damit erledigen knnen. Z.b. habe ich einige Dachlatten, Schrauben und Metallstangen gesgt.
Alles ohne Probleme.
Ich habe sogar den mitgelieferten Diamantaufsatz genutzt um Schlitze in Putz und Mauersteine zu sgen um so Stromkabel zu verlegen. Mit einer Flex wre das bestimmt schneller gegangen Aber ich wollte es einfach mal probieren. Positiv zu bewerten ist hier die geringe Staubentwicklung. Der Staub fllt nur an der Wand hinab. Das Diamantblatt hlt allerdings nicht sehr lange und wird stumpf.
Das Handling der Maschine empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Man kann ohne Probleme lngere Zeit damit Arbeiten ohne dass einem die Hand weh tut. Die Aufsatz lassen sich sehr schnell und einfach wechseln. Man muss das Gert aber direkt ber einen Tisch oder Boden halten bevor man den Aufsatz wechselt. Die Aufstze werden beim entriegeln gerne rausgeschleudert.
Was mich etwas strt ist die extreme Geruschentwicklung. Auf kleinster Stufe ist es gerade noch ertrglich. Auf halber Stufe wird es allmhlich etwas zu laut. Ich musste mir dann einen Gehrschutz aufsetzen.
Der Akku der leider nicht mitgeliefert wird ( ich hatte schon einen) lsst sich etwas schwergngig wechseln und einschieben. Es ist auch schon passiert dass whrend dem Betrieb der Akku seinen Kontakt verliert weil er durch die Vibration etwas raus gerutscht ist.
Bei den Preisen fr die Aufstze darf auf jeden Fall auch nachgebessert werden. Fr einen so kleinen Aufsatz Teilweise 40 Euro zu verlangen finde ich eine Frechheit.
Dennoch bin ich mit dem Gert sehr zufriedne und bereue den Kauf keineswegs. Ein super Helfer mit sehr vielen Anwendungsgebieten.
Used 2-3 times already for 2cm thick wood, straight cuts and also plung cutting for sockets. Very versatile and already bought extra blades (consider these a consumable unless you plan to resharpen them yourself). Battery life surprisingly long. I’ve been used to the battery life of the Bosch Pro 18v tools and would say this was comparible.

Wirklich tolles Gert, welches viele Mglichkeiten erffnet, fgt sich perfekt in mein vorhandenes 18v Bosch set ein, und habe damit schon einiges gemacht.. morsches Fubodenbrett vorm Fenster (leichter Wasserschaden) getauscht, teppichklebereste von Holztreppe abgetragen, Brett am Schuppen getauscht ohne den ganzen Schuppen abbauen zu mssen, wirklich sinnvolles Gert..

It certainly does the job on metal (screws), wood (I cut a channel for a door lock effortlessly) and the sanding attachment is also great.
Also to note is the easy changing lever which allows you to swap the tools easily without any tools.

Hard to know how I managed without this – great tool for many uses. Came in handy when I was laying a wood floor, and I’m sure I will find many more uses. Compared to a similar budget tool, this really feels powerful and great quality.

Wouldn’t be without this tool, multi tool is a must for any diy’er. And this Bosch doesn’t disappoint. Comes with few blades and sanding pads. The quick release lock mechanism is great naked changing blades a doddle.

I am not much of a diy person but as I saw various trades people using multi tools at our house, I decided to look more into it.
I wish I had known about this types of tools earlier!
This is so easy to use and cuts are very easy to do. I have cuts skirting boards, pipes etc, with so much ease. The different angles make it possible to do cuts in hard to reach places.
I can use the batteries from my drill and hedge trimmer on it.
I find that it does vibrate quite a lot sometimes but this might well be normal for multi tools.
The 18v power is more than enough for DIY use. I turn the power down for sanding, but never need it on Max for any job. 2.5ah battery is more than enough, never run out on a job – but it’s so fast at cutting, I’ve only used it for 30mins at a time.

Ich hab das Multitool fr kleinere Holz und Schleifarbeiten gekauft. Da ich schon andere Bosch grn Akku Gerte (Home and Garden) hab, ergnzt das Multitool gut das Sortiment und kann die vorhandenen Akkus nutzen.
Eine Grundausstattung an Aufstzen ist dabei.
Zwar haben bei der Lieferung 2 davon gefehlt (Warehouse Deal), aber Amazon hat schnell und unkompliziert Abhilfe geschaffen.
Das Tool selbst liegt gut in der Hand und ist mit Akku halbwegs ausgewogen. Bei lngeren Arbeiten knnte es aber etwas ermdend werden durch das Gewicht (Vermutung, wird sich noch zeigen)
Die Starlock Montierung ermglicht es, die Werkzeugaufstze einfach mit etwas Druck einzuklipsen und hlt dann wunderbar fest. Ein Tiefenanschlag fr die runden Aufstze ist auch dabei. Einmal am Entriegelungshebel ziehen und das Werkzeug fllt einfach ab. Das ist super einfach. Bei anderen Multitools muss man hier teils arg feste Verschraubungen lsen, was hier deutlich entspannter gelst ist.
An Werkzeugem gibts alles mgliche von Schleifen, Sgen, Schaben was fr alle Materialien. Diese lassen sich in diversen Positionen montieren, um in alle Richtungen arbeiten zu knnen.
Die Verletzungsgefahr ist erfreulich gering, durch die Vibrationstechnik.
Fr dunkle Ecken ist vorne eine Lampe mit montiert, die allerdings nur nach vorne leuchtet. Wenn man die Aufstze zur Seite montiert ist die Ausleuchtung etwas eingeschrnkt.

Dieses Gert ist sehr vielseitig einsetzbar und dazu noch leicht zu verwenden. Vor allem der Schnellverschlussmechanismus machen das Arbeiten sehr praktisch und zeitsparend. Mit der vielfltigen Auswahl an Messern, Schneidblttern und anderen Teilen ist dieses Gert sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Frt lngres arbeiten empfehle ich den Kauf eines Handgriffs. Besonders praktisch ist das helle Licht an der Vorderseite, das einem besonders bei der Verwendung in dunjklen Ecken eine groe HIlfe ist. Das Gert ist sehr robust gebaut, sehr handlich und gehrt zu meinem Lieblingswerkzeugen.

Prima stuk gereedschap, werkt erg mooi en stabiel. Het ronde zaagblad is enkel voor hout, deze n bijbesteld voor ijzer. Het uitwisselen van de diverse verschillende bladen is erg makkelijk en veilig. Aanrader !

Der Bosch Multifunktionswerkzeug AdvancedMulti 18V kam bei mir sofort zu Anwendung. Da ich mehrere Bosch Akku Werkzeuge besitze, habe ich ohne Akku bestellt. Liegt gut in der Hand und erfllt meine Erwartungen. Es bekommt ein Stern weniger aufgrund der geringen Schneid- und andren Werkzeugen wie Absaugadapter fr den Preis .

Seems fine, haven’t used it much yet, only problem is the fact your restricted to manufacturers blades at the moment.

It is very good for home, not basic tool so do not buy it first if you did not have a drill or a circular saw or table saw of you like.
I’ve been after a rechargeable multitool for years, but wasn’t sure I could justify one. But I was wrong, I use it for eveything. Precision cutting of plastic trim and plasterboard, floorboards, ceilings etc. etc.. there’s a blade to cut eveythibng.
Batteries last fine for home use, I’ve got two, to swith over while one is on charge (30 mintes).
It’s half the weight of a professional one, and half as noisey. But you will still need ear defenders.
Was treibt Bosch nur um, wenn sie Gerte ohne Ladegert und Akku auch nur ohne Koffer anbieten? Hier mal ein positives Beispiel, dass es auch anders geht. Habe lange mit mir gerungen das Gert zu erwerben, allerdings nur mit Koffer. Zum Primeday dann die Amazon-Spezial-Ausgabe von Gert ohne Ladegedns im Koffer zum guten Preis. Sehr gut.
Ich habe ein neues Lieblingswerkzeug. Bin eher durch Zufall auf das Gert aufmerksam geworden, weil ich etwas abschleifen wollte. Akkus hatte ich vom Akkuschrauber und der Heckenschere, so dass kein zustzlicher Akku gekauft werden musste. Leichter Werkzeugwechsel von Schleifen zu Sgen. Klappt alles prima, bin sehr zufrieden, auch mit der Aufbewahrungsbox.

Good, solid Bosch product. A bit bigger than expected, but powerful – and cordless. Price kept down by selling without the 18V battery and charger – I have a spare battery for my PSR18, so the saving was real for me. So far only used to perform some small cuts in wood in very awkward places (wooden T+G wall cladding) but so much faster and neater than hacking away with a pad saw or chisel.
A bit like a Dremel, I won’t use it often in household DIY, but it will come to the rescue once in a while, so it’s worth it.
Brilliant! I brought this for my husband who wanted to expand his tool collection and who is a keen DIY-er. He has used this to sand, cut and scrap in a variant of DIY jobs and it hasn’t failed him yet.
This was used but the marks were all over the light which was a shame Amazon should take another 10 off. And it’s so easy to use and change the tools.
Great multi tool – I have other Bosch products that share the same battery, so that makes charging/sharing batteries very easy. The tool itself is easy to use, powerful and the quick release mechanism for the attachment is great. However, having the quick release mechanism means that you are limited in the blades you can use. Not an issue for the sander attachment, as you can use any sander pad brand. But for blades you cannot use some of the cheaper generic brands out there. Not an issue really for occasional use, but big jobs where a lot of cutting is needed, it could get quite expensive.
Much better, than the 12V universal version. On of the rare machineries that are Made in EU (Hungary).
So versatile, this can be used for all sorts of jobs. Today I had a rounded-off torx screw that wouldnt budge. Got my advancedmulti out and cut a slot in the of the screw, so I could drive it in with a slot screwdrive
Fantastic piece of kit with lots of uses. This is a brilliant tool with a host of different blades and uses. Already saved me a fortune because I could do jobs I’d normally have to pay someone to do or spend much more time on. Brilliant Bosch battery tool.
