What a brilliant power tool to have! Great price. Reliable brand. So easy to use. I love the quick blade insert/release design – pain free, safe and quick.
This machine is so powerful. I used it to cut up some old outdoor roller blind metal parts (with a demolition blade for metal). It took so little time to cut them into pieces! Great for demolition for sure, especially some things are just too big or too long to put in the car to take to the council’s tip, saves money on hiring skip bins as well as petrol on visiting the tip. Well worth the price paid!
I also tried to cut off a tree branch (approximately 100 mm in diameter) using the wood/metal blade that came with the tool. It was like a breeze. Zoom zoom, mission completed in few seconds! Amazing!
I cannot be happier with this Bosch Sabre saw! Totally satisfied. It makes my life so much easier, saves my time, and significantly increased my productivity working on small DIY tasks at home.
Here is an important recommendation to handyladies (like me): do not hold the machine above your waist height unless you are a super super strong lady and have much more muscle strength in the arms. Otherwise it will be hard to hold and control the machine, would not be very safe. If needed, use a ladder 🙂
Have used multiple blade types and works well even with 12 inch blades. Great for tree trimming when it not worth getting the chainsaw out. Great for cutting light metal and sheet.

Cette scie sabre Bosch est idal pour des coupes occasionnelle.
Elle me sert principalement pour la taille des branches dans le jardin, mais coupe trs bien le mtal et le tasseau de bois.

Handliches Gert das sich mit einer Hand bedienen lsst. Gelegentlich jedoch vibriert es extrem stark.

Die Sge ist der Wahnsinn und ich will sie nicht mehr missen. Hat super viel Kraft und wenn man schon ein paar Produkte aus der Reihe hat und vielleicht 2 Akkus gliedert sie sich perfekt ein.

Wer mit Sägen anfängt, hört nicht so schnell auf!
Diese Sge ist fr die Gartenarbeit perfekt – aber immer schn mit zwei Hnden halten!
Sie ist stark, sie ist scharf und mit ihr schafft man richtig was weg. ste, Wurzeln oder auch nur Bretter, danach sieht der Garten wieder aufgerumt aus.
Durch die ergonomischen Griffe fr rechte und linke Hand liegt sie sehr stabil und ruhig in der Hand, auch wenn man freistehende ste sgt.
Die Sicherheitsschalter sind auch gut durchdacht, v.a. wenn man die Sge mit nur einer Hand trgt, kann sie nicht pltzlich losgehen.
Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Tolle Sbelsge, universell einsetzbar. Auch der Preis ist so schnell nicht zu Toppen.
Kraftvolle Säge
Die Sge wurde fr das Aussgen von Bumen / sten genutzt. Eine kraftvolle Sge. Das Sgeblatt lsst sich kinderleicht ein- und ausspannen. Die Bedienung mit rotem Sicherungsknopf und roter Taste ist selbsterklrend. Mit einem 2,5 Ah-Akku ist reichlich langes Arbeiten mglich. Sehr hilfreich sind die Leuchtdioden, die den Kapazittszustand des Akkus anzeigen.
Nachteil: Das Gert ist etwas schwer – beim Sgen mit 2 Hnden gar kein Problem. Ist aber nur das Sgen mit 1 Hand mglich, erfordert dies etwas Geschick.
Tadelloses Arbeite
Die Sge verwende ich hauptschlich fr den Obstbaumschnitt meist auf der Leiter. Sie erleichtert m. E. vor allem in engen Baumkronen die Arbeit doch erheblich und hlt auch mit nur 2,5 Ah ordentlich durch.

Come tutti i prodotti Bosch, mi sono trovato bene, ben fatto ed il prezzo accessibile, l’unica pecca per me che trasmette un p troppe vibrazioni e l’impugnatura con la seconda mano scomoda, rimane troppo grosso da impugnare e si fa poca forza, sarebbe stato utile poter installare una manopola come sui tassellatori.

Habe die Sbelsge erst 1x benutzt. Ich war von der Kraft und Leistung angenehm berrascht. Damit wurde Hartholz im Durchmesser von etwa 15cm mhelos gesgt.

Die wenigen Anforderungen, wo wegen der hheren Leistung
eine Kettensge erforderlich wre, kann man getrost vernachlssigen,
bzw. manuell erledigen.

au regard du prix l’efficacit est au rendez-vous pour une utilisation de jardinier du dimanche. le couple parat satisfaisant et l’autonomie avec une batterie 2.5ah est plutt bonne.

I used this saw to prune and cut thick branches, which it does in seconds. Blades are not too expensive. Still going strong after 6 months. Mini chainsaw stays in the shed.

Very useful outdoor tool. Have used to lop tree and for building decking and been invaluable. Uses battery much faster than Bosch drill but makes light work of sawing jobs. 10x faster than hand cutting. Very pleased.
Only grumble is natural hand position, its very hard to push “unlock” button and trigger at the same time.

I have used this for ripping down timber, pallets to make raised beds, in the garden on branches and it is just great. As long as you use the right blade it cuts through anything.

Gute Bosch Qualitä
Nach einem No Name – Kauf beim Billig Discounter war ich sehr enttuscht, weil diese Sbelsge bereits nach einem Jahr ihren Geist mit Rauch verabschiedete.
Den Kauf der Bosch Sbelsge habe ich nicht bereut, es ist ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht.

Benutze sie um meine Bume zu entasten.
Diese Arbeiten schafft sie problemlos mit einem 18V 2,0 AH Akku.
Die Arbeitszeit mit diese Akkus betrgt ca. 15 min. Was vollkommen in Ordnung ist.

Perfect for hobby use, around the house and garden. The tool appears to be well made and that it will last a long time. The 1.5 Ah batteries (that I’ve got with another Bosch tool) last enough to cut several thicker branches, but I would recommend getting a higher capacity battery.
There is a lot of vibration despite the description saying that they’ve reduced them… but I don’t think anything can be done about that, at least not without making the tool significantly heavier.
The speed of cutting is good, given the limited amount of energy in the battery.

Elagage de plusieurs arbres, branches de 10 cm, parfois plus, cette scie serpe assure. Elle me parait un peu lourde bout de bras, et la gchette prcde de la scurit , un peu dlicat actionner; remde, il faudrait que le poussoir scurit ressorte d’avantage, quelques millimtres suffiraient
Un vrai bmol, la batterie est dlicate extraire, le dverrouillage est fastidieux, l’ergot de blocage ne rentrant pas assez, il faut appuyer fortement pour cela, alors qu’il faut tirer en mme temps pour sortir la batterie, difficile concilier !
