Much quieter than the last one. Good ECO programmes. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no LED timer to let me know how long each installation will take – I realise that this is because the timing is variable depending on how dirty the dishes are, but took a little getting used to. Does a great job.
Very quiet, but takes a long time.
This replaced a 17yr old model, which had given very good service. This one is larger. On the worktop, it will be close to the edge, built-in, needs more space behind than the older one. The outlet has been designed to be straight out, pure genius, as wherever it is placed, this will have to have a tight bend to miss the wall, creating a stress point, and therefore a leak later, as well as stressing the ‘click fit’ hose connection. Needs a 90 degree bend, like the old one.
Whilst larger than the old model, the basket prongs seem closer together, making stacking stuff trickier. The rear of the basket has large holes, so difficult to use that space.
The programs are all significantly longer in duration, so don’t expect a quick wash, fine if leaving it overnight, which is what we mostly do.
Operation is quiet, and everything is lovely and clean, so all good there.
Price is high, maybe a bit more than necessary. Electronic control is fine now, I doubt it will last as long as the previous one though. It is called progress!
Overall, happy with it, despite a few design flaws. Branding says, “SilencePlus”. There’s a concept to get your head around.
Great dishwashe
Great dishwasher, so quiet! We replaced a broken dishwasher sh I was very similar but older model. Amazon install was quick and easy, took away my old one and was great value. My only issue with this dishwasher is that the bottom tray takes up about 3 inches more height than is necessary so find this doesn’t for as many wine glasses or tall glasses in it as the second tray is too shallow. It’s an annoyance for the price but otherwise great. Amazon install is well worth it.

Got this Bosch after our previous one developed a terminal error message of death and no engineers would fix it. But after a good number of years of service was happy to return to Bosch again.
This is a great model, and I particularly like the cutlery tray which saves plate space and supports my OCD by being able to line things up properly.
Delivery was good and the guys were friendly.
The one thing to be aware of is that the water inlet valve that attaches to your pipe is very large due to a leak sensor that now comes with it. So if your water “in” pipe valve is close to sink or other pipes you may need to adjust.

A gift that keeps giving! Great dishwasher – great quality for this price. The cutlery drawer is a great solution – leaves a lot more space at the bottom drawer. Shelves can be adjusted or removed for tall pots. I’d definitely recommend

I only ever use one programme on my dishwasher so I wasn’t bothered that this one only has five! It’s a lovely dishwasher and I’m so glad I bought it. It cleans the dishes and that’s all I want it to do.
I don’t seem to be able to get as many pots in this one, but I think it’s because I’m not used to the layout yet. Still think it’s great though.

After looking around for a table top dishwasher the others do not even compare to this one. Works just as well as a full integrated one, just with a little less space.

The dishwasher arrived promptly. We had it fitted by a plumber who recycled the old one.
I believe it was easy to fit. We have had no problem using it.
Good dishwasher. Cleans well and good capacity.
Good all round dishwasher, with a decent head height on the bottom shelf for bigger plates and trays. Enough capacity for a family of 4 (we normally manage with 1 daily cycle, maybe 2 on a weekend if cooking at home) unless you are using loads of pans for cooking individual sides or courses. Overall performance is good, dishes are well cleaned and it operates quietly.
Minor niggles: Doesn’t dry properly, even with the Extra Dry setting. This seems to be an issue with all dishwashers to be fair, but plastic and glass in particular usually still need manual drying when removed. Letting it cool or sit over night doesn’t help. The gaps in the plastic grill for the cutlery basket are also too small. The grill constantly gets pulled up and pops off the basket when I remove my knives and forks (which are not abnormally oversized by any means) which is really annoying, so I plan to cut out some of the plastic bits to make the holes bigger. It would also be nice to be able to relocate the cutlery basket to accomodate other big item in the bottom shelf, rather than it being fixed in one position.
Comes with 2 year warranty, which is reasonable and better than some cheaper makes, although registration is required, if I interpret the small print correctly. There is an extended warranty available but it is pricey (89 quid to extend to 5 years). whereas my two applicances from Samsung (fridge and washing machine) have 5 year warranties available for free (registration also required).
Very quiet operation.
This machine was to replace another Bosch that lasted 9 years. Mind you the Colston before that lasted 35 years. This Bosch is much quiet in operation but doesn’t dry the dishes as effectively as the previous one.
Best thing I’ve ever bought for kitchen !
Cleans so well everything is sparkling. I do one wash a day in the evening after all the meals. I use half a dishwasher tablet as otherwise everything tastes a bit dishwasher tabletty. Wish I had bought one years ago!! I’m only one person but this would certainly serve two or three people. It fits on the countertop right next to the sink. Bosch quality -I saw one at my friends house and it looked as good two years after fitting it I thought I must get one. The machine is very quiet which is a good thing at night . I can fit four plates in there a full size wok a frying pan a saucepan and loads of glasses and cutlery. Brilliant easy to use design with stainless steel interior. I would recommend this machine even though it costs as much as a full size dishwasher.
VERY QUIET but not clear about its energy level
I didn’t expect it so quiet, even our kitchen is separated. But the washing time is not express I think, so not sure about its energy saving, as my smart meter doesn’t work now.

Great dishwashe
We bought one of these over ten years ago and it has given Sterling service. It eventually gave up the ghost on Sunday. We were amazed to find that Bosch still does the same model at a reasonable price, do we bought it. It arrived ob Wednesday and we installed it this morning. Heres to another 10+ trouble free years.

After much deliberation purchased item. Due to other circumstances had to cancel order, by refusing the delivery. With a very heavy heart my spanking new machine, was wheeled onto the lorry and away. A very sad day as it went down the drive.

After a bit of a nightmare with British Gas and Currys, decided to purchase a new dishwasher from Amazon.
Glad I did becasue the new machine arrived quickly and was installed with little fuss.
Despite this being a fairly basic machine, it’s a pretty spacious and allows for large dinner plates on the bottom rack (our previous Neff struggled with anything bigger than 25cm).

Bought to replace a Miele, so expectations were high. However, it didn’t disappoint. Even being much cheaper than the Miele. It has been a long time, but we are very happy with results, quietness and quality.

It looks the same as my old crap dishwasher. Inside-outside the same. When this dishwasher arrived, I thought it will do the same job. But somehow it does his job, clean the dishes even the quite dirty ones.

Reliable delivery, quality product at a reasonable price, installed it quickly, put it straight to work. Simple to use, no whistles and bells. It replaces a 20 year old AEG which finally died, RIP rust in pieces. Strange item found in drum, which appears to have no place to fit ? Like a round grey plastic spray head, not mentioned in installation or users manual. Notice someone else put a photo of it in these reviews. I am asking the same question, what does it do, and where does it fit ?
Very pleased with the dishwasher. It is basic but as I have only ever used three programmes on previous dishwashers this hasn’t presented any problems. My husband did mention that there wasn’t any LED screen to say what stage the dishwasher was at but this has not created an issue. It is easy to use and washes everything well. Delivery was excellent and cheaper than elsewhere. Also the machine was cheaper too and very helpful taking the old machine away. Two years warranty from Bosch made this a good choice
Brilliant cleaning
I wasn’t sure that the 3rd level cutlery tray would clean properly but am amazed at the results. I can fit everything in, including pots and pans and it all comes out sparkling. Easy to install and very quiet operation. Great for value and performance
So easy to use
We use ours as a secondary machine as we already have a small machine which is sufficient for the two of us alone. However, as we do Air B and B we really need it then for all the extra breakfast dishes and also when family visit. It works so well and I love the cutlery try. For me that was a must in a machine as my machine in our old house had one and we loved it. It helps you keep the cutlery together and no space is taken up by a basket.
Excellent drying performance
Have had this dishwasher for a few months now so decided to write a review based on a longer experience.
This replaced a built in Kenwood that expired around Christmas when the door decided to start coming off, I was aprehensive at first in spending over 500 on a dishwasher as there are so many good deals on machines under 300. But its money well spent with the added peace of mind in a 5 year warranty and Bosch build quality.
I was a bit dubious on the lack of cutlery basket at first with the tray but as soon as I started using it I realised what a genius design it was. Previously with my Kenwoods basket I would have to put cutlery in handle down as sometimes debris would stick in the basket and then the actual knife or fork etc would come out with something stuck on the end. The negative of upside down then means you are handling the working end of your cutlery and that as we know is unhygienic.
I now place my cutlery in the tray in groups of knives, forks etc and once clean I simply pick them up by the handles in groups and drop them back in my drawer.
Middle drawer is adjutable for height with 3 positions. you cant get standard dinner plates in the bottom in the lower setting but I have found the middle setting works fine if you have tumblers or sometime pint glasses in the middle drawer and you get to clean your dinner plates same time. The higher setting you will only be able to place mugs or short glasses as taller items touch the cutlery drawer above.
Drying performance is excellent, as is washing the dishes in the first place. Programs easy to select on the front, most of the time I just use the quick feature with added extra dry which takes around 1.5 hours.
Warnings for low rinse agent and salt on the front which turn off automatically if you set it up in a soft water area and dont need them which is what I have.
Noise wise I find it much quieter than my old built in Kenwood. Shame its not a built in unit but the size of it isnt too intrusive.
Overall a very good machine and well worth the investment that seems to far outperform my previous machine.
It was a straight, easy swop for the 20 year old Bosch dishwashe
The dishwasher cleans very well, although the programme takes rather long. The manual is terrible and mentions/shows things not applicable to this machine but it is not clear which I can and can’t use, so a lot of trial and error was necessary. It also took a visit to a retailer to sort this out, which is mean to the shop from which we didn’t buy it. Having said that, I am very pleased with the appliance.

Fantastic! Worth paying the extra for this.
High quality. Lots of programs, covers all variety of crockery/pans or whatever. Easy to install but quite large so measure area well. The control panel is on the bottom, so lends itself better to being on countertop rather than in a cupboard. Takes a good quantity of items at once, even my biggest dinner plates with no trouble. Really can’t fault it, despite the hefty price tag, I think it’s worth saving up for.

Cleans well, not as versatile for filling.
This is a nice dishwasher however I find you can’t fit as much in as some other dishwasher I’ve had, lots of wasted space. The racks at the top don’t fold, space behind the wine glasses which is just too small for a glass to fit. Pint glasses don’t sit well on the wine glass side. I’ve had it 3 days now and that’s my only criticism. Cleans well, not overly noisy. Straightforward to install and good for the price.

We had a Bosch dishwasher in our previous place. When we moved the new place had a built in dishwasher already there. A different brand. It lasted 4 years driving me crazy all the time. I had at least one or two items to hand wash from every load. So when it finally broke we did not even try to repair, just got a Bosch. OMG. What a difference! Everything is clean. Everything is dry. And it’s so quiet when we start it we listen hard if something is happening. I know Bosch is more expensive than some other brands. But it’s worth every penny. The whole purpose of having a dishwasher is to have it easier. Bosch makes it happen.
This is our second dishwasher after our first one started to give up the ghost after 17 years of use which was a Miele, so this review will be somewhat based against old dishwasher. Reason we went for a Bosch was the price. Ok, this one isn’t far off from a basic Miele, but I can assure you the parts will be a damn sight cheaper if it came to having to replace anything.
The dry cycle on this one is different from the Miele which had a little extraction fan on the door, so I wasn’t expecting the same good results. How wrong was I,,everything came out bone dry & cleaner too, sparkly clean in fact. Just make sure to read the instruction manual, as it will tell you not to block one port in particular which helps with the drying. Also I’ve read other reviews saying that it didn’t dry mugs properly & left little pools of water on base. All dishwashers suffer from this to some extent, so just place mugs in at a angle to help the drying process. I’ve attached a photo to show what I mean. If I placed it in the normal fashion it wouldn’t be at decent angle, but thinking slightly out the box improves it.
The separate cutlery tray is excellent & I found placing items much easier than the old dishwasher, which tended to allow teaspoons to fall over & collect water, which then would drip on anything underneath when opening tray, this one holds everything secure. Again, I wasn’t sure if this dishwasher would clean cutlery as well as old one, as that had a little wash arm where the Bosch just has a nozzle. Again, I was wrong & everything clean & sparkly.
Still getting used to the controls, but I’m 90% there, but this is only because I was so used to the old one. Topping up the salt is extremely easy & the funnel reduces salt going everywhere, unlike old dishwasher, as the funnel was poorly designed. Filter at bottom is extremely easy to clean, as it can be broken down to three parts. Overall this dishwasher is excellent. It cleans & dries extremely well & all done quietly.
Top tip
So far I’ve done the following. When emptying the dishwasher always pull out the bottom tray & empty first, because when you pull out the middle tray you get a few drips of water come off the wash arm underneath, thus only landing on the door & not on any dry plates etc. First world problem really, but saves you having to give anything a little dry with a tea towel.

I bought it as good review which also Bosch for reliability I hope. There are echo washes at 50 degrees and hotter at 70.
I suspect for dirty porridge stirrers you need 70 or wash in sink but other than one odd bit perfect does what it should do. Very pleased.

Can anyone tell us what this is please? came with dishwasher but no instructions, Dishwasher only arrived today so at early stages just doing a rinse through with do another review later. So far easy to install and working well very quite.
Does exactly what it says it will!
Excellent dishwasher, It took me a while when I first used it to realise it was actually working as it was so quiet, even with my ear to the machine, I actually told my husband I didn’t think it was working. He said it is look its counting down on the clock.
It’s very efficient in cleaning everything I put in it. Even pans I would have washed by hand previously, come out looking great especially stainless steel. I’m very happy!
This is a good dishwasher for the money. It is simple to operate. The reasons that I am giving it a 4-star rating are:
1. it lacks a heating drying element (n.b.: I’m an American ex-pat and I’m used to our machines in the US where a heating element at the bottom of the tub is standard). This machine relies on “rinse aid” to “dry” the dishes, which essentially coats your dishes with a chemical substance that we end up ingesting later on. So, I now use the machine without the rinse aid.
2. It heats up the water to 65 degrees max. Not enough to clean and sanitize heavily soiled pots.
3. European machines use “salt” to soften the water. Again, as an American ex-pat, this was new to me because our machines back home use none of this.
All in all, not a bad machine to have if you are on a budget. It does the job adequately well, especially if you are allergic to doing the dishes by hand like we are! It is quite roomy inside and we can fit our pots and dishes in one load. It’s a European machine built to meet EU standards, and we are accepting of it. Reliability
We had a Bosch dishwasher in our previous house and when we had to replace the one in our new house, we chose Bosch again as we had been consistently impressed with the brand.

Kept promising myself would get a BOSCH dishwasher, so when the old one finally gave up the ghost did a lot of comparisons and checking and plunged for this one.
The racks and trays to load stuff are very flexible and variable, I’ve got larger items in this dishwasher I couldn’t have contemplated fitting to the old one and that wasn’t small and still able to fit tall glasses in the top rack using the tilt adjustment.
But the first thing you notice is it’s quiet, I kept stopping it to begin with and opening it up to see if it was actually doing anything – it was.
Apart from the occasional when some parts of the cycle start up, it virtually silent other than when the beep goes off to tell you its finished (I know I can look at the display).
The auto and Vario settings can make a big difference as the time taken to wash is altered by the water sensors measuring how opaque the water is – so time gets trimmed off the cycle if it doesn’t need to wash up so much.
And yes it does clean well, the Intensive option does a good job on pans and heavily soiled items.
The extra dry really does dry plastics well, although you do need to make sure everything is angled well to drain.
Downsides: it does go through rinse aid quickly no matter what you set it at and unfortunately it doesn’t like the tablet salt I use for the house water softener (it simply doesn’t register it in the salt chamber – so have to resort to the granular salt – which is a bit more expensive – so mix the two).
Other than that well pleased.

Cutlery tray/layout is not for me... just something to bear in mind. PLUS UPDATE
UPDATE – after 3 months, I am now more used to the cutlery tray – and if you stack it correctly in groups, you can grab a handful of forks/knives/spoons, which makes filing back in the kitchen unit cutlery drawer much quicker.
I still can’t wash tall glasses on the top shelf (becasue our big plates on the bottom shelf mean I can’t lower the top shelf).
And finally… this doesn’t dry as well as the old Bosch. You have to leave it closed for a few hours, or everything will still be wet.
It has an ‘extra dry’ button, but that takes 20 minutes longer, probably in an attempt to be more eco-friendly. (Yes, that sounds contradictory.) So the 30-minute quick wash would need an extra 20 minutes. The half-hour (plus drying time) quick wash is good enough for nearly all eventualities, but maybe not for a full Sunday lunch.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
Maybe it’s just me, but…
We just replaced our previous Bosch with this new, similar one. The cutlery tray at the top seemed ideal: less bending, more room than the usual cutlery holder that goes on the bottom shelf. However, and maybe it’s just me, I found a few quite irritating disadvantages to this:
With the cutlery tray in position (at the top), it took longer to load, as all items have to be placed parallel to each other within the slots.
When unloading cutlery, you have to get cutlery from the tray to your cutlery drawer – in our case, a few metres away. This takes longer.
With the tray in position, the top basket would not take ANY type of stemmed glass.
With the top basket lowered, to take stemmed glasses, the bottom basket would not take our dinner plates! Maybe we have unacceptably giant-sized plates (bog standard, from M&S), but the last Bosch was fine!
So… the solution is to “live with it” or remove the cutlery tray (easy to do) and move your top basket a bit higher. In other words, like our previous Bosch.
It’s early days yet, so I’ll update if we get used to it (we’re going to try putting the tray back, and see if we get on with it) as a top tray is a great idea! But no way am I washing all our glasses by hand – defeats the object, yes?
UPDATE – the two fold-down shelves, top right, are annoying me, too! When they are down OR up, they prevent you from washing mugs… ahey just won’t fit, and we have plenty of mugs to clean. Even worse, I can’t remove them easily, they have a vice-like grip on the top basket.
This reviews seems like splitting hairs, but for some, it can be very annoying. So, just as long as you know…
Performance-wise, everything is OK, and we love the short wash.
FYI – We had 2 call-outs in 6 or 7 years with the previous “Best Buy” Bosch – not an expensive one – and when the heating elements went recently, and faced with a 180 or 260 estimated (by Bosch) bill for a third call-out, we just got a new one.
“Which?” magazine says reliable dishwashers (including Bosch) should last 20 years. But I don’t really believe that! We’ve never had that luck.
Fantastic dishwasher. Very easy to use very quiet. Love the ease of the machine. Can easily understand and navigate around the different settings. Cleans and drys as it says. Top cutlery draw very good and safer.

Love bosch products just wish I had paid for the next one up as this dosnt let you know how long it has to go to end of cycle but I knew this when I purchased my own faul
good value for money but no installation service in my area.
First time I have bought large appliance off Amazon but will do so again. The delivery men were very obliging and brought it inside our house and would have been willing to install it! Shame the service was not available for me.
Dishwasher seems fine so far. I only use the quick wash. I ordered the additional insurance but it got sold and money taken and policy emailed with start date of order placed, when dishwasher was out of stock. Strange, so I cancelled it and might do without the extra as Bosch advertise they guarantee for 2 years.

overall good product . it had a strong plastic/ rubber smell when it got hot for first few weeks i think from the rubber door seal but this now seems to be diminishing.

You get what you pay for – this is top notch.
Cleans my dishes perfectly.
Mine aren’t too soiled (if they are I just wipe them quickly with a paper towel.
The reason being EU products now have to run at a slow speed so the eco takes 3:50 – my plate will be dissolved by then!
You can speed it up only it apparently cost more.
So I use the glass wash 1:20 I’ve found everything sparkling.
Also a point worth noting it uses a tab worthy of a full machine so basically you’re getting a concentrated wash.
Of course there are hot washes.
I’m astounded at how much I can fit in – before it arrived I thought I’d be putting it on twice a day.
More than often it’s every other night unless I’ve had a friend for dinner.
I had to contact Calsway they could not have been more helpful, they got straight back to me and solved my query – excellent customer service!
This is a brilliant dishwashe
I love this dishwasher! I recently bought this dishwasher and am completely delighted with it. It washes and dries beautifully and everything comes out sparkling. I’ve gone through all my cupboards and dragged out everything I could find to wash. It has brightened up roasting dishes that I’d never managed to clean brilliantly by hand.
It’s also incredibly quiet, I live in a small flat and regularly put it on at bedtime without any disturbance. There’s an eco wash that is the recommended setting and it does a splendid job every time.
I bought this brand because it’s Bosch just like my heating system and it works just as well, totally reliable and the quietness is amazing. I often have to go to the kitchen just to be sure it’s working it’s so quiet.
We’ve put up with our last dishwasher for so long, having to dry the dishes at the end of a cycle but this replacement is very good. It takes a bit of getting used to the cutlery rack rather than a basket but it’s so nice to put them straight into the cupboard from the dishwasher.
Having always had full size dishwasher was concerned about the size of the dishwasher. But as we had downscaled we had no choice – small dishwasher or not at all. We are a family of two. What a surprise, gets all I need in each day ,including pots. The cutlery tray is an absolute boon, saves so much space. This dishwasher does what the box says and more. It washes beautifully clean and dry. The rackamatic to adjust the top level loader is very useful when I need to load one or two larger items. This space is too small to list all that I like about this dishwasher – but I highly recommend it .
Since downsizing we thought our tiny kitchen could not accommodate a dishwasher – then we found this amazing machine. The loss of counter space is more than made up for by the sheer time-saving joy of a dishwasher that really works. Great results even on the quickest programme. Highly recommended for small households, we really love it.

This dishwasher is excellent valve for money, it is not too noisy when doing a washing cycle. Our chopping boards look cleaner and whiter than when using our old dishwasher, The quick cycle is better than expected, My sister has a brand which is twice as expensive as this model but takes over two hours to wash dishes, so the fact that this model is not rated as being as energy efficient does not matter i because the shorter wash cycle is just as effective and uses less elecyricity
Pros:
Great clean, quiet, dries everything but plastics (and collected water obvs), lots of collapsible/ adjustable bits.
Cons:
Buttons so sensitive that only have to brush past it to turn it on (we turn it off at the socket), cutlery shelf results in clean cutlery but drastically reduces height on other trays. Can adjust to shelf to accommodate, however this means you can’t have both standard plates on bottom and standard high-ball glasses or small plates on top.
Dump the cutlery tray and replace with basket and it is awesome.
We are staunch Bosch users with washing machines, driers and dishwashers.. Our washing machine is still going strong after 14 years. This dishwasher is typical and has worked flawlessly for the past 2 years however has now started showing the dreaded E19 error message. So far we can eliminate it by switching off then on again – as per the instruction manual. However the Bosch web site states that when error 19 occurs contact Bosch who will come out for 109 + parts if out of warranty. Which of course ours is now 2 years and 3 months. Puzzling as this is our first problem in some 20 years of using Bosch products.

Bought this more than a year ago. My first dishwasher ever had. Real-life changer. With three kids at home, it is really busy piece of equipment. I use it at least twice a day. Everything I put inside comes back clean and shining. The only thing worth to remember is to clean it with proper chemicals every few weeks. Also, cleaning the filter every week or two will make it reliable for longer and also keeps away from unwanted smells.
I was happy with this purchase. We spent a lot of time researching dishwashers until we decided to go with this one.
It’s easy to use, and uses a standardised display, so it’s easy to look up error codes if necessary. (So far we’ve only had the ‘add more salt’ and ‘out of finisher’ errors)
Would recommend.
Excellent budget dishwashe
Although presented as a ‘budget’ appliance, this machine has all the features a family needs. It is quiet and cleans efficiently. My only caveat is that the setup of the salination system using ‘coded’ leds on the front panel is confusing and difficult. But you only have to do it once.
Meets expectations
This dishwasher is very quiet, very good at cleaning, and leaves glasses sparkling. Obviously I’m pleased with it.
I find the cutlery draw much better than the basket in my previous dishwasher. The bottom draw works well for plates and bowls of various sizes.
However I find the middle draw a bit limiting. Some cups don’t sit at enough of an angle to drain water off and it can’t accommodate tall glasses.
We’ve had Bosch dishwashers for years. This is a good one. Not sure its any better than the other ones we have had (hence 4 stars). it cleans the pots well – you need to get used to the settings to make sure you chose an appropriate cycle. A couple of times we have used a cycle that hasn’t been medieval enough for the pots we have put in – other than that the stuff comes out lovely and clean with minimum of fuss.
If you have been used to cutlery basket the tray may get some getting used to. its not bad and it does create more space in the machine for pots BUT you have to get your head around loading it and also put in the cutlery away afterwards. We used to take the basket out and put stuff in the drawers – it doesn’t work ike that – obviously….1st world problems 🙂

I use this dishwasher for washing dishes , what else would I use it for , it’s a lot better than our previous one which was a different type , we have come back to good old Bosch.

I have had several Bosch dishwashers in the past and they are always good. This one is no exception. It is very quiet, easy to use and the ‘quick’ programme is a about a 20min cycle so I tend to use this one most of the time.
It also dries the dishes really well which some dishwashers don’t.
I think it is great value for money
Brilliant machine. My last dishwasher was a Indesit and 13 years old when the door springs went for the 2nd time, so time for a new one. I decided on this Bosch as it was a good brand name and value for money. It gets things so much cleaner and is quicker. The only downfalls are that it is a bit noisy. I don’t think it is the fault of the actual machine but rather of the water being sloshed around and I am not sure if there is anything to be done about that. It is not too disturbing though. The only other negative is the instruction book which I don’t find particularly clear and concise. However, I am really pleased with it.
The dishwasher does its cleaning job very well. However, the perfectdry technology seems to be more of an energy saving technique (which is a good thing of course) rather than leaving things perfectly dry which you might expect from the name. Not sure that its worth the extra money.
Bought this to replace our previous Bosch which was still cleaning well but the baskets had rotted. This replacement is quieter than the old one, however, slightly less internal space than the previous one, so seems to get full more quickly, but so far very happy with it and would be great if it keeps running for 20 years like the old one.

I really liked this dishwasher and when the old one died I went straight out and bought another one. Of all the dishwashers I have had !this one lasts the longest and is very effective. I do not believe I could do without it.
Excellent dishwasher, I bought mine 8 years ago, exactly the same model as displayed in the picture, and it’s still working tirelessly without one single repair issue in all that time. It’s a first rate performer requiring nothing more than regular owner service, by that I mean regular salt top-up rinse aid, and a regular degreasing wash using SUNs deep cleaning wash solution on a standard 40 degree wash to keep it in tip top condition. Along with some common sense use, this machine will deliver great service for many a year. Be sure to rinse all plates, cups, and cutlery prior to loading to avoid the regular service call symptom of sandy deposits within the cabinet. This is broken down food which collects on your crockery as a sandy looking deposit and is nothing to do with your machine’s performance. All in all, a fantastic machine.
