This really does what is says on the tin.
I don’t write reviews but I just have to write one about this amazing product. I have old shed with a pent roof. The felt roof has seen better days and had been ravaged but the neighbours oak tree. It had several leaks and despite several patches it needed a new roof. I saw a review for this roof covering and decided that it was worth a try. Having prepped the roof, swept off the moss and bits of tree, I set to work. The roof is 4 meters by 3 metres and I hoped that 5 kg would be enough. Previous reviews were more than helpful, the one thing I would add is don’t try and spread the coating to far, be generous, it goes on easier and less arm ache. The one tin covered the whole roof. Brush discarded and decorating overalls put away.

Brilliant product did exactly what it said on the tin, easy to apply and sealed the roof immediately far cheaper than having to re-felt the whole roof and much easier.

I was worried that was intended for patching repair but found it great for sealing my parapet and the rendered brick work and the rendered stack on my roof. It did get a bit sticky in the tin as I used you need to keep stirring it from the beginning. Thinned a bit at end with white spirit helped. Also the greylooks nicer than bitume

An excellent product that does the job perfectly. If applied correctly you will get more coverage than it says on the tin. it’s not easy and it takes a lot of working in but the end result is a dry roof.
.The bonding fiibres enabled this product to bridge fairly big cracks – something that bitumen paints will not do. Common sense dictates wearing gloves.
