Si alguien quiere llevarse las tablas pues lo har pero este producto es para prevenir y creo que cumple perfectamente su funcin: da para atar las tablas a algn sitio e incluso para un par de tablas y estar tranquilo. No pesa nada. He comprado varios para los que hemos ido a esquiar y todos contentos.

If a thief wants your motorcycle, scooter, moped, or bicycle, no lock is going to stop them. I bought it just to stop somebody riding off with my electric scooter, if I pop into a shop for 2 minutes. It doesn’t weigh much, no key is required, the cable fits through the rear wheel of my e-scooter AND the slots in my helmet, plus it’s light enough to throw in my backpack when I’m out for a ride.

Light and compact to fit into a pocke
After having the experience of having my rental skis go missing I wanted to buy a lock for security. I don’t think this would prevent a really determined thief, but certainly would prevent the skis being picked up accidentally which does sometimes happen. The four digit combination is easy to set, and the bright orange colour makes it easy to see.

Lite bike security - prevention against chancers
Reassuring (and for the price of a few coffees!) to lock your bike at coffee stops – vs others that dont. Where I often ride and stop after is a busy London park cafe; quite a few nice bikes have vanished from here over the years just being picked up and ridden away while owners chatter.
Lite to carry, I dont even notice it.
The lock itself is easy enough to use – just DONT FORGET the combination number you set! There are few buttons – to recoil the cable, to unlock, and another…just press away until your thing happens!
Once unlocked and cable undone/retracted, you can turn the combo dials back to random numbers, and still lock again by pushing the shackle end in when you next stop (so your combo number can remain out of sight, until the next unlocking).
The cable on this is long enough, a shorter on would provide a similar function for the purpose (not trying to capture wheels etc) but good to have the option in case locking around larger objects or a few bikes together.
Yes pliers would chop the cable, but this is only designed to prevent opportunistic chancers walking off with stuff – I find highly reassuring, rather than constantly glancing up/over shoulder etc.

Ich habe mir dieses Kabelschloss bestellt, um meinen E-Scooter kurzzeitig gegen “unbefugten Besitzerwechsel” zu schtzen. Parallel dazu habe ich eine Alarmsirene installiert, die das ganze untersttzen soll.
Der Leitgedanke ist, dass ich den Scooter fr wenige Minuten vor einem Geschft abstellen kann, ohne beim Verlassen des Geschftes “ins Leere zu greifen”, war das Ziel…
Die Alarmsirene macht ihren Job schon erstaunlich gut…fr ca. 16 EUR (!)
Jetzt zum eigentlichen Artikel:
Der Artikel kam im genannten Zeitfenster und ordentlich verpackt an.
Vom Erscheinungsbild entspricht er exakt den bereits gesehenen Abbildungen. Die Funktionen entsprechen genau meinen Vorstellungen/Erwartungen. Es ist absolut einfach, einen eigenen (persnlichen) Zahlencode zu “programmieren”. Die Materialien machen einen guten Eindruck. Ob die mechanischen Funktionen dauerhaft den Anforderungen standhalten muss sich erst noch zeigen. Gegebenenfalls werde ich meine Rezension berarbeiten.
Das Stahlseil ist relativ dnn und kann wahrscheinlich sogar mit einer stabilen Schere oder auf jeden Fall mit einem guten Seitenschneider gekappt werden. Aber das war mir bereits vorher bewusst – und daher sehe ich dies nicht als Mangel an. Das Schloss soll nach meiner Intention nur dazu dienen, dass nicht jeder “Hanswurst” den abgestellten Scooter einfach so unter den Arm klemmen und mitnehmen kann.
Zur Funktion: Das Schloss besteht aus einem Schlosskrper und einem Kunststoffummantelten Stahlseil von ca. 2 mm Dicke (incl. Ummantellung).
Wenn der (selbst gewhlte) Zahlencode eingestellt ist, kann das Stahlseil aus dem Schlosskrper herausgezogen werden. Hierzu muss der “Entriegelungsknopf” gedrckt gehalten werden.
Wenn das Stahlseil dann in den Schlosskrper eingesteckt/eingerastet und der Zahlencode verriegelt wurde, ist die eingestellte Seillnge nicht mehr vernderbar (was ja durchaus sinnvoll ist!)
Fr mich macht das Schloss genau das, was es soll – es ermglicht mit den E-Scooter an einen Laternenmast oder hnliches “Anzuschlieen” und somit zu verhindern, dass er “einfach so im Vorbeigehen” mitgenommen wird.
Es dient keinesfalls dazu, eine Diebstahlsicherheit ber einen lngeren Zeitraum als mehr als ca. 10 Minuten sicherzustellen. Es bietet also keinen wirklichen Schutz vor Zeitgenossen, die gezielt -einfach mal so- einen E-Scooter “klauen” wollen. Die Kombination mit einer Alarmanlage (wie ich es realisiert habe) ist (hoffentlich!) eine gute Kombination, um den E-Scooter fr ganz kurze Zeit mal aus den Augen zu lassen.
Gegen rohe Gewalt wird das Schloss ebenfalls nicht schtzen. Wenn man dieses mit stabilem Werkzeug “behandelt” wird es schnell an seine Leistungsgrenzen kommen.
Ich persnlich sehe das so: Das Schloss erfllt fr mich die Funktion, wie wenn man ein Pferd an einen wackeligen Pfosten anbindet. Das Pferd wird dies akzeptieren und brav stehenbleiben.
Wenn aber ein Bsewicht darauf abzielt, die “Leine” zu zerstren, wird dies ohne groen Aufwand machbar sein…

ottimo prodotto, piccolo, leggero, utile per lo scopo…………………….., con una tronchesina possono sicuramente tagliare il cavo di 2/3 mm., ma lo scopo per evitare i maleintenzionati davanti le baite, certo andare in montagna con una tronchesina non avrebbe senso ……………………. PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTO!!
Does the job
I wanted this to secure my skis during coffee and lunchbreaks on the mountain. yes the cable could be cut by someone prepared with wire cutters but it would be difficult to prevent that with anything lightweight and not too bulky. This easil fits on a pocket and being orange helps to identify where I left my skis.

Great value an easy to use for cafe stops. Not suitable for leaving a bike unattended for a long time, but that’s not what it was designed for. Nice and light and the orange colour is a nice obvious deterrrent.

As other posters have said, certainly not something that would stop a determined thief but enough of a visual and physical lock to keep the bicycle falling prey to joyriders. (The toilet roll in the picture is only used as a visual guide to show the size of the lock).

Light and usable cable lock
I bought this cable lock for when I ride and stop for a coffee so I don’t leave the bike unatended . It is light enough to carry in my cycling jersey in the back pocket and it is easy to use. The cable locks easyly and the numbers in the combination are easy to operate even with gloves and easy to see as well. The pricing is good and it was delivered on time and safely. I am happy with the purchase but be aware, this is not a long term safery device, it is only good to stop someone getting on the bike and riding away with it. If you leave it unattended for too long it is not going to stop someone from stealing your bike as I guess the cable can be snapped with not much effort if the right tool is used.

Je cherchais quelque chose pour scuriser mon casque sur ma moto, c’est top ! Je pose le casque sur le rservoir, passe le cble dans la mentonnire et autour du guidon et je verrouille le cadenas.

Though, like all cheaper ski locks, there could be some vulnerabilities. That being said, it's more than likely deterring some thieves looking for an easy score.

Funktioniert, wie es soll. Nur etwas globiger als erwartet. Und als ultrasicher wrde ich das Drhtchen nicht bezeichnen, aber das wird wohl allen klar sein, die so ein Ding kaufen. Gelegenheitsdiebe und Spavgel hlt es aber sicher ab, und es ist einfach zu bedienen, auch bei winterlicher Klte.

Nachtrag nach 2 Monaten: funktioniert immer noch tadellos, meine Kinder kommen damit sehr gut klar, zum Scooter abschlieen optimal, hat auch schon den einen oder anderen Regen gut berstanden. Ist immer noch leichtgngig und einfach zu bedienen.

I had an old Dakine cable lock that was the perfect size (lost). The cable on this one is longer, which is nice, and has a 4 number lock as opposed to the 3 I had on the Dakine. A little on the larger size, but I probably could have measured the dimensions a little better before purchasing.

The best retractable lock I have ever purchased. Have bought several in the past but this outshines all of them. A bit bigger but fits in bag and pocket if needed. We use these for securing suitcases and hand luggage when travelling, or when at a restaurant. Also when on the beach and around the pool to stop some one accidentally taking our bag.

Compramos este candado para la silla de paseo y estamos muy contentos con l. Permite enganchar la silla a barandillas, seales… Obviamente sera posible romperlo si se le da un golpe fuerte, pero si que sirve para evitar “despistes” que alguien se lleve tu silla por equivocacin o al menos para que se tengan que tomar la molestia de romperlo para poder robar el carro.

Il ne peut pas tout mais il peut éviter certains types de vol.
Nous avions appuy nos vlos sans antivols contre un arbre pendant qu’10 mtres de l nous consommions en terrasse. Tout coup, un gars qui passait ct (l’occasion fait le larron) a enfourch rapidement un de nos vlos (2000 euros) et s’est enfui dans un ddale de petites rues. On n’a jamais retrouv le vlo. Il est certain que ce vol aurait pu tre vit avec ce petit antivol de 90 grammes. Le mode d’emploi est trs bien fait et on peut sans problme mettre la combinaison de son choix. Le cble a un bon diamtre il rentre bien dans le corps de l’antivol et mme un enfant peut l’utiliser. Bravo pour le concepteur. On peut aussi l’utiliser pour attacher ensemble des bagages dans des endroits peu srs pour viter un vol d’un bagage par surprise
