Geat Value Strong Tape
Great value strong brown tape, but I wouldn’t buy a dispenser again, as I don’t find it very easy to cut the tape, although this is probably me not being experienced at it.
So, I just use the tape and scissors like I used to! The tape is great value and strong enough for packing.
does the job brilliantly
If you’re moving house then don’t think twice about getting this – it’ll make your life much easier!! Just mind your fingers when you replace rolls but this works really well and made sealing boxes dead easy.
Not bad for the price
The tape was ok and was sticky enough. I had some problems with the dispenser but once I got the hang of it it made relatively light work of packing a lot of boxes in preparation of a house move.

Don’t use it, if you want to closed a special item which you will use after that, because it’s leaving marks.

So good that I bought it again 2 years later after the wife chucked it a box that went in the bin. More sturdy than other more expensive tape despensors I’ve used.

Only 4 stars because of how loud using it is, peeling tape is normally loud in itself but this just makes it so much more louder it gets irritating after a certain amount of time.
Tape not the bes
The roller applicator for the tape is quite good..the tape itself does not always stay stuck to cardboard boxes..we are packing and a lot of the time we have to restick as the tape comes unstuck..need a bit more adhesive
Life saver!
Great product, easy to install the tape (as long as you read instructions and put it in the right way around ). Really easy to use and is a life saver in time, no more having cut tape with teeth! It has a protector to put over the cutting edge when not in use but can’t say I would use it, you do have to be careful where you leave the dispenser when it has tape in it as the floating end sticks to anything it ca

I wasn’t sure whether getting one of these would be worthwhile so I put it off and packed up a few boxes (for moving). I then thought “what the hell” and got this. It’s been a game changer! It saves time and is tighter to the box meaning it’s sealed better. Took a few goes to get used to it but now no one can stop me! Recommend to anyone moving!!!
Solid tape dispense
Works well, solid metal design with sharp cutting edge. Tape seems to hold. Makes packing up to move house so much easier, even my seven year old can use it.

This replaces a fun I have had years and as I’m packing things for various reasons the design of this seems the same as my old one however it does not suffer from snagging or issues loading the rolls on .

Perfect for home movers
We ate moving home so currently packing lots of boxes, the dispenser is brilliant as you don’t have to keep looking for the end of the tape. The tape itself is strong enough to hold most items with 1 layer, however if its an extra heavy box would recommend a few layers of tape, but this is to be expected.
It took a few attempts to be able to move the dispenser from one side of the box to the other without inadvertently cutting the tape but once you get the technique it’s very easy to use

Why didn’t I get this years ago. I truly hated trying to start the next parcel when I coudn’t even find the start of the roll and the time was overwhelming to do this. Now I got the dispenser gun it’s so much easier to use.

excellent tape, don’t bother with the dispense
The tape is very sturdy and perfect for taping our moving boxes recently. The dispenser however is faffy and you end up wasting more take than you use.

This dispenser works very smoothly. The teeth are sharp and cut the tape straight away. Very good addition to the office.
Great little tape cutte
Doesn’t look that sturdy but I’ve used it for sealing all my moving boxes (40+)ands it’s worked great. One of the plastic end caps popped out but it’s just push fitted in a slotted back in no issues.
You have to be careful with the angle you hold it as it can rip the tape as you slide it along the box.
The included tape was also pretty good too.

What I liked was the tape gun, that allows you to apply the tape with out having to use your teeth to cut off what you need “no more taste of tape glue ” .what I also liked the little instructions pamphlet, that gave you basic information and instructions on how to use the item. They other like, the feel of the tape gun itself, every thing placed on too a metal plate “chassis ” and the working parts are plastic ” not flimsy poor plastic parts” , witch saves on the wait of the tape gun itself, it feels sturdy and strong. I also like the colour, it looks like blancmange orange ” one of my school meals when I attended school ” . Overall a good product if you have a lot of boxes to seal up or occasional use and you don’t want the taste of tape in your mouth .

This product is great for sealing boxes; but it’s awesome at taping the kids to the wall, when they have to much energy. Super fast and can be used with one hand, freeing up the other to hold a box lid or a child in place.

This brackit brown packaging tape with dispenser comes with six rolls of tape. It is very easy to use you have to just fit one of the tape on this gun and you can start using. I moved to another house last time and I had a lot of boxes which had to be closed, and this set was very helpful for me. Very good quality tape and gun.

No picture I am afraid, we used it all on the many, many boxes we packed in the house move.
The tape, is strong, sticky and did just what it was supposed to… it kept the boxes packed and made life easier for me, she who must be obeyed and the most excellent moving people.
On a side note, if you ever need packers and movers, take a look at Bradbeers, they were just awesome and made the whole move, for want of a better word, a doddle.

Just received today and did a test run. Wonderful.
First of all, you need to remove the plastic guard that is guarsing the blade that lets you cut the tape (this wasnt mentioned in my instructions). Its clear some people havent realised this and have resulted in giving a poor and inaccurate review!
Overall really pleased. My only criticism is that the instructions overall need to be made more clear, yes they’re already clear but could be much better.
Id highly recommend and i can tell already it will save me time packaging up. The tape is great quality, especially when you stick the tape to tape.

Better than using ya teeth
Bit fiddly at first the tape kept snapping but once got hang of it works fine and so much quicker than using ya teeth .. Moving house so this has been a blessing time save

The lovely people at Brackitt are now changing this, but if you have an early model, the instructions may omit to say there is a safety guard to be removed. I guess if you are more techy than me you would figure this out, but…
Anyway, the tape gun works perfectly, and, as anyone who is moving house knows, it is a real game changer.

Weak Tape But Does The Job
Decent value for money but probably the flimsiest tape I’ve ever used. When you cut it with the tape gun it pulls all the way back through the gun and you’ve to thread it again.

The item arrived in good time and was in excellent condition. However the instructions for loading were a little vague and it took some time to work out how to do this. Once all set up we still had the problem of the tape shearing across the tape making it difficult to operate.

House Move
Brought for house move. Tape is of decent quality. The dispenser does a fair job and no real complaints.
The tape is not the strongest I’ve known but does the job when used in multiple layers (as one should do anyway). The dispenser is quick to jam up if not held in perfect alignment during use, but it’s not too much hassle to re-align when needed. I bought this pack to assist with a move of house, and in that respect it’s doing its job fairly well.
