I am so happy I bought this camera for my trip!!
I am not a camera expert and didn’t buy this TL cam for construction. I bought it for a trip I took to Antarctica and it did not disappoint!!
I bought the construction mount/clamp and fastened it to my balcony railing and mounted it for the entire trip.
Drake Passage was pretty rough going down and back and the camera did great!! It was so secure I didn’t even worry about it when the rough seas were hitting the balcony glass.
I shared pics of how I mounted it as well as one of my Timelapse videos. I’m so glad I bought this camera. The quality was great and it was easy to use.
The temperatures were 15-30 with windchills well below zero. The cam and mount withstood rain, sleet, snow and the southern ocean hitting it.
For 12 days of recording I used 8 AA batteries. I took a lot more thinking the cold and 24/7 recording would run them down but they lasted much longer.
Awesome little TL camera. Highly recommend.

I have had a outdoor building project which I wanted to film over several months – and found the camera to work extremely well. The weather has been abysmal over the winter, but the waterproof case, which I bought with the camera, has kept it bone dry and the lithium battery life has been exceptional. One final point: I lost the rubber lens cap but couldn’t find one online, so got in touch with support who were happy to send me two spares all the way from China at no cost. Good service indeed!

La compre porque tengo un proyecto de construccin, que durar aproximadamente 8 meses, y las reseas dicen que su batera dura hasta 90 das,
Tengo 2 semanas probndola y es verdad la batera no ha bajado del 95% , la calidad del video es buena a 1080, es pequea por lo que se puede acomodar muy bien donde sea, le compre adicionalmente su carcasa, se ve de buena calidad, solo no le doy 5 estrellas porque considero el precio algo elevado.
Battery life better than expected
This has been running at max resolution for 7 weeks set on 1 frame / 5 minutes for 9 hours per day 5 days per week and the LITHIUM batteries are still indicating full. After reading reviews of poor battery life I tested at much higher frame rate and the battery indicator is not perfect, but good enough – my test showed that once it hits 50% it will run at least 2 more weeks in current mode.
Excellent image quality as well.
