I purchased this tap because we needed to install a new one in our new sink, I liked the shape and design.
I had a plumber fit it and he said these easy install tap system, he has never found easy to install, low and behold it took him a while to fit the base through the sink hole, not using the instructions in box. The taps are smart now fitted and look really good on our new sink. Have noticed a small water droplet at the end of the when turned off, it is not dripping but will keep an eye on it going forward.

I needed a new kitchen tap as my old one was dripping all the time. My plumber recommended this make and I am very happy with the design and it is very sturdy and well made.

The tap looks good and feels sturdy. I replaced my old tap as it kept leaking regularly after every 6 months of cartridge replacement. Waiting to see if this lasts though.

Gravity fed hot water flow is quite slow due to tap tails being small diameter only reason not 5 stars.

Arm slightly loose rest of tap sturdy and strong and well made. Easy to DIY fit with instructions straightforward.

looks quality, but this is a first bristan for us,having other quality and expensive kitchen taps(3rd in 10 yrs) l am falling out with ceramic cartridges! they are a pain to remove, impossible,at least with this the tap should be eary to replace!

This has been in place for 3 or 4 months now and looks and works really well. No issues at all – very happy to recommend.

Good for me, but water pressure did drop significantly, so you need a good pressure supply which you might not get with gravity heating systems

Instructions are clear and overall an easy quick install. I had to buy longer flexible hoses given the distance from the inlet pipes to the taps. Tap looks great and functions very well. Build quality is similar to my old Franke taps which were considerably more expensive. I can now also attach my pressure washer hose which I could not do with the old taps.

A nice looking tap. Although the instructions looked easy enough to follow we were having a plumber in for another reason so he fitted it for us. However, even he called my husband to help because as he said it can be virtually impossible to have one hand below the sink and still be able to see what is happening with the other hand above the sink. Easy enough for two people to fit and looks good once installed.

This was reasonably easy to fit compared to some taps, but you need to read the instructions very carefully, and put some time aside. Once fitted, it looks amazing and works perfectly. It may help to have a second person hold parts and pass tools etc, otherwise it’s a tough job. All taps are the same in that regard though, so as a product this is top notch.

Budget price with the Bristan quality. Indeed our plumber thought that this one was the top of the range!

I decided to replace my original Bristan Easyfit kitchen tap, it was so easy to do. Literally all I had to do was undo 2 grub screws, pull the old tap away from the fitting, then add the provided grease to the tap connectors, push the new tap on and finally put the two new grub screws into the new tap to secure it amazing, YouTube gives excellent guidance and confidence to do it. I Highly recommend these taps, I even fitted the original Bristan tap with guidance on YouTube I’m very pleased with my self because a plumber would of wanted 60 but just in case be careful check for leaks I had no problems at all, hey guys pretty good for a woman!

Very easy to replace Bristan Easyfit tap

Fitted this over a month ago as of this review. Works as expected and easier to install that expected, it’s a real game changer for installing taps. I used a medium thread lock on the grub screws securing the tap to the base just in-case they could come loose and the pressure would force the tap off — flood — so maybe some improvement in the design required.

It’s an easier fit if the tap orifice in the sink is the wider size to pass the bottom through already assembled but mine was not, which made it a little more difficult.
The tap is sturdy and the fittings look robust.
I used the provided flexible hoses with isolaters, which will make replacing it with another much quicker.
I’d buy another of their taps.

bought to replace an existing leaking Bristan top – wanted the swivel section which is very useful and something easy to fit. This ticked all the boxes and looks the part. Would highly recommend

A really well made tap which performs brilliantly when fitted. However although it says easy to fit yourself I would recommend you get a plumber as I didn’t find it easy at all and asked a plumber friend to finish it for me.
On the whole though, it’s a great tap and I’m well pleased with my purchase.

We’ve had two of the cheap taps from Amazon over the last ten years and although they have been ok they have both started leaking slightly after a while and the spout has become loose.
We’re giving the house a makeover so wife wanted a better tap and read that we should go for a British unit. It is way heavier than the cheap ones and feels nice and sturdy. We’ll find out how good it is over the next ten years I guess but so far it’s looking good..

Replacement for a not very old dripping & corroded kitchen mixer.
Instructions not very clear but once you worked it out was a pretty straightforward fit. If you like working blind in an awkward place! Why do sink manufacturers make it hard work.
Once fitted very pleased with my purchase. Looks good, seems solid & works well.

Delivered via Prime the day after it was ordered. Although a DIYer I found the tap easy to all and it looks good, does the job as expected and I would recommend to friends and family. Pleased with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersRead that some people had problems with the tap popping off. I put mine on and have had no issues at all, the screws haven’t worked their way out at all.
Best tap I have had and easy to install.

Lovely tap, looks quality and lovely smooth water flow only issue was the flexi pipes to connect were way to short and nobody near me sold them but luckily our local plumbing centre managed to patch me up some extension pipes.

Lovely looking tap, feels well made. Different league to the horrible one I took off from a much bigger brand. Fitting was super easy and fittings felt really well made. Instructions and online ones are easy to follow. Just remember to switch off your hot water if you have a storage tank as well as the cold water! Doh….. Much mopping!

If you rarely attempt a bit of DIY, or hesitate reaching the parts behind the sink that have not seen a duster for decades, this is for you. The mounting is a lot simpler than conventional tap, and all the tightening can be performed above the sink. Having said that, if this is a case of replacement you may still need to remove the old tap which could be a bit trickier.

Please note that you still need to connect flexes to pipes with compression fittings, prepare a wrench and pipe grips and maybe a pipe cutter just in case. The manual is clear and easy to follow.

I’ll be honest I was a little worried about buying kitchen taps from amazon but all other reviews were good so I went for it. I love them! Very sturdy and well made. Love the simple design, they look really stylish at a great price. Fitting was difficult so called in a plumber! Recommend

Somewhat gimmicky, but also clever design. Being able to tighten the tap from the top, would have actually been helpful, unfortunately I had to strip down the sink to get the old one off, so it didnt help me.
What I can say is the quality is outstanding. Comparing this to a 30 tap, you get way more value for money here. Instructions didnt quite match the parts, but it’s a tap not a rocket.
    Overall: Very impressive.

The name speaks for itself – great quality taps and very easy to fit when you know what you are doing (I have used them before but first time was a head scratcher). The grub screws were missing from my package but I was able to get it sorted. You must have the grub screws to finish the job so please check box before you start!!

I’ve tried several kitchen taps over the last few years (cheaper ones around 50 – 60) and they’ve failed with breaking tap levers and leaky washers! This was different looking to what we normally have but so far I’m please with it and it seems very good quality. My only criticism is that the ‘aerator’ that is inbuilt, doesn’t seem to aerate so we get much more splashing and end up wet, especially with the angle the water comes out at – sideways angle rather than straight into the bowl. I suppose we’ll get used to it, but it is more like a solid column of water rather than the bubbly ‘champagne’ effect of previous taps.

I bought this tap on the recommendation of the plumber. I wanted a mixer tap that had a better trajectory that the one I had, this is perfect. The plumber took 30mins to install with no issues. The tap was delivered on time and with all the necessary bits. Amazon price was very good against the competition.
