A great washer.
It’s a great washer. The temperature and spin speed can be adjusted even when a shirt program is selected, using the highest spin to save time in drying. The drum is big enough to wash plenty of stuff. It’s quiet, there are plenty of programs to select, can be connected to a smart device, and looks nice. It’s my third Candy product in the house (dishwasher and a tumble dryer), and I’m really pleased with this washer.

This washing machine is not only beautiful, but it’s super economical and is a dream to run. Also super quiet as well, so I am SUPER happy, as I like to do washes in the evening when the babies are asleep, so this is a huge plus for us.
The service was incredible as well. The two men who brought our machine could not have been more helpful, there was another massive lorry in our close in front of another house so their van couldn’t get to our house, but my partner explained this to them and they worked with the other lorry driver and his colleague to get out of each others way, so they could both do their jobs, they then brought our machine in, unwrapped everything and took the wrapping away. They were really happy and pleasant and friendly. Definitely the best appliance delivery people we have ever had! Thank you so much!

seems very good build quality, VERY QUIET, allows easy mid wash change program and restarts
you can change programs if you make a mistake or want to change something, you can adjust the HEAT of wash spin etc easily, which is great for those washes you only want a quick 30 degree wash? Incredibly quiet sounding can hardly hear it in the next room and dont actually for most washes! wish therewere more wash selctions but dont really need them to be honest, i use rapid 14,30 or 44 minutes for everything and simply adjust the heat of the wash if i want a more thorowash (but wot do i know i am only a man unfortunately!) great product imho 5 sta
Excellent service
Arrived quick and was phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival. All unpacked and installed ready to go in about 15 minutes. Old one taken away. Very satisfied with both the service and the product. Washes lovely. Don’t use Wi-Fi as turn off at plug after use. Does the job. Lots of programmed cycles to choose from. Very happy with the price.
Damaged product but works grea
The packaging was damaged and I could see a small scratch but after removing the rest of the packaging I saw that the damage on the front was more significant than I thought and there is also a dent in the side which is difficult to show in photos. I am disappointed in the condition that it arrived but after installing the machine works fine. Happy with the washing results and the app for controlling it.

Minimal noise, big load. Only issue is the beeping to eventually allow to use. But overall very happy with item and glad paid for the removal of the old one and install

Installed myself so easy and it does the same job as a 1000 washing machine slightly noisier than my usual but use to it now
Very economical and value for money
Love this washing machine it calculates the amount of water for the amount of washing you put in it. Great fir woollens, silks and everyday clothing. It has multiple programs and even quick and pre washing. Great value for money.

First new washing machine since 2012… heard alot of great reviews of washing machines from ‘candy’ and i gotta say… im NOT disappointed
Have to admit, as its been so long since having a new washer, i was confused to how to work this one , it was more my nerves getting better of me, cause its new….as its so simple, that even my 15 year old son can work this!
Ive not used the wifi settings yet.
I live in a 2bed flat and this is Very quiet, compared to my old washer.. like sometimes have to go check that its actually on!
i have to say, i love the weighing of the wash load at start which then adjusts the timer… so far ive not reached the timer setting, even tho i have filled the drum, like… FULL.. makes me nervous how much i can fit in i

It will send you a message to say it’s finished. And the most important thing is. It washes very clean. I couldn’t believe one message which asked me if I wanted to delay the wash, as rain was forecast. Honestly!

I disliked the fact I paid for installation for the fitters to leave the transit bolts on the machine plus didn’t switch the water back on…
