The item is really quite nice but there are a few irritating issues!
It took a few days to work out how to programs the remote to change the light colours and finance settings as this is not written into the instructions at all and for 2 days I couldn’t get those features to work thinking the device was faulty and because I needed to wait for a builder to move my light fitting and redecorate, by the time it was installed I had gone past the send back maximum period. But thank fullynit works fine now. The remote is made of flimsy cheap looking plastic like a cheap child’s toy and could be much better. The lights always come on in full bright white light mode and I would have preferred if the lights came back on in the setting I had left them on as I prefer a lowered glare warm white light
The fan feature has been extremely useful in the last few hotter days we have had this month and the reverse airflow has allowed us to have air circulation in the room which has been more comfortable for sleeping as we don’t want direct air blowing on us even on the lowest setting.
Overall it’s good for what we need and works
