Definitely worth the extra money to go fully modular. Being able to choose which cables are necessary leaves a lot of extra room in the case for airflow.

Does the job for a good price, cables aren’t braided so not the most attractive but can’t argue for the price, fully modular and 80+ Gold.

When you buy Corsair you expect quality. They dont skimp on that with this. The 650 watt is enough power for most builds with room for upgrades in your system. It’s quiet to the point of your unsure if it’s running even under heavy load you can hear a small whirl. But thats it.
It’s worth spending a bit more on a modular design PSU. For many reasons, but for me it helps to keep your cable management clean and tidy.
I’ve installed this into a mid size ATX case. Which it fits with easy with plenty of room. It’s not a big unit this so I’m sure it could fit easily into smaller case, but always check the dimensions first.
Comes with a set of cables which is great. However, I felt the quality of the connectors seemed a little cheap, not to bad but not what I expected. But thats me just being a bit picky.
Overall. Not a cheap unit but not expensive either. So a good PSU for your money.

Easy install just some of the cables where not long enough for powing the PSie and the graphics card with a single cable

I like the modular system, not used it before. Much tidier. The cooling fan is nice and quiet.

Really good psu.

I don’t like the “flat” cables makes management a nightmare when you above to twist and turn.

After the last power supply died after 7 months this one is perfect. Easy to install, plenty of leads and to be honest everything you need.

I didn’t realise I ordered the RM850 and not the RM850X.

If I could go back I’d go for the latter, that’s not to take anything away from the RM850 as it does exactly what it says on the tin.

No issues thus far, but I read that the components in the RM850X are slightly better and it comes better packaged with braided sleeves on all cables as opposed to just the ATX 24 pin.

Very good power supply. Has many cables for sli or CrossFire setup. Is silent at low power consumption. 10 years of warranty is nice.

Very well made power supply shuts down the fan if needed, not audible in my build my GPU is louder (much) when I play a game. Powers a AMD 3900, 570, 2 M2 drives, 1080, but soon a 3080.

This item is absolutely fabulous and i recommend it.

It would be even better if it was a bit cheaper.

One of the underestimated parts from a pc build so glad I went for this one works Brill and have the confidence that it’s not going to blow anything up

I’m powering a beast of a PC with this and it works well and provides stable power. Installation was painful though as it has extremely stiff wires and once inserted into the slots, they’re difficult to take out, so only 4 stars instead of 5. It thankfully came with a bunch of cable ties which was nice.

This was recommended by a local PC store, and it provides enough connectors for what I need. I like the fact that the fan doesn’t spin when it doesn’t need to produce as much power. Sadly it is shut away inside the case, but it does the job.

It slipped into the new case from corsair like a glove, as it should and looks the part and I always wanted a corsair power supply and yay I have one. Smiley face.

Je veut bien que ce soit le confinement mais alors la, a aurait tait un GPU, a aurait t un retour direct.
Pas encore test mais vous pouvez y allez les yeux ferms, quand le prix de la 850 est en-dessous des 115.

This is by far the beat PSU I’ve had hands down, that is all…..

Everything great so far. This was my 3rd PSU attempt in the Phanteks Enthoo Shift X case. Regret not going Corsair from the start and this was only 5 more than its Gold rated equivalent.

Very happy with item. In a new rig so time well tell. Does all it said it can so far.

Due to in being modular it makes installing it an absolute breeze! Also means connecting everything to the mobo is a lot easier instead of having to stretch a specific wire to that hard to reach spot.
Can’t hear it running, it runs silently (either that or my other fans drown it out).
at 750w I have plenty of room for overclocking/upgrading for the next few years.
All in all, a top drawer psu.

it’s a very good power supply, was easy to install, good cable length, low noise, and good price.

Very nice and quiet, the included cables could be nicer, but it doesn’t really matter since you can just change them out.

It’s great, although it has to pass enough time to really tell. But it looks like it will be a reliable product.

Big boi gives big band for OK buck, 850W watt and Nice connection options.

Everything you expect from Corsair, pure quality, never once had an issue with any of my Corsair components. My only issue is that all psu’s Should come with sleeved cables or the rubber cables so you can choose which ever you prefer.
