This us the 4th air fryer that I have bought so not just in the current trend. Really pleased with the Cosori which I bought because my daughter in.law recommended it. It holds a full chicken. It’s easy to use and understand. Recipe book is good for the basics.

 

Lovely design and useful beeps to let you remember to stir your food. Great size too!

 

This air fryer is easy to use. Easy to clean. Only minor criticism. No separate Shake option. Solution. Set up desired temperature and time on any of the presets on Right hand buttons. Eg fries.

 

Very easy to use food tastes lovely and i like that I have an app on my phone to control it loads of easy recipes too

 

This is a review of the Cosori 5.5 litre air fryer. Although I’m still learning to adjust cooking times and temps it really is so easy. You check on food, put the drawer back in and it carries on its programme, or you can change time or temperature. I use ordinary bowls and tins, have to find the right size (about 7.5-8 inches max) and protect the drawer’s surface with baking paper underneath whatever you’re using. Only put it under something do not have it in the drawer on its own while preheating because the fan will draw it up into the heating element. Likewise use a weight such as a rack to hold down lightweight food items. When using the basket drawer itself oil the food not the drawer I find works best, haven’t got an oil sprayer. Frozen fish and chips cooked better in this than the oven. Washing up is quick and easy because the drawer is so light weight and separates very easily. It fits in an ordinary washing up bowl well enough too. I use a piece of kitchen roll to dry the slits in the side but you can just use the preheat setting to dry it in a hurry. I got the white one because I thought it would be less of a black lump sitting on the side and it was a good idea, looks nice. The only thing I could do with is one of those silicon bowl inserts but they seem quite expensive at the moment. I might get the square silicon replacement for parchment paper to protect the basket..
The recipe book is ‘translated’ from American and is very useful if you are a dedicated meat eater, not so much for veggie or vegan but I am gradually adapting some things using the programmes for root or green veg. All in all a really good machine that will save on time and money on electricity as its so quick. Pretty much anything you’d cook in an oven can be cooked in this, more quickly and at a lower temperature, it tells you in the accompanying literature the exact proportion of reduction in these. There is a “shake” reminder too.

I love my air fryer! so quick and easy to use and clean. I love the notifications I get on my phone. Good size basket, can fit a whole chicken in and cook in 50 minutes.
It is bulky and you need space on your counter (or cupboard if you put it away) but I think it’s a great buy! Would recommend

 

Might take a while to get around the whole “air frying” concept and need to play around with the settings as the presets aren’t always accurate for everyone and their portions required.

 

Great air fryer. We do love it with my family, using every days. WIFI connection to ap helps, there is thousands receipts on this app.

 

Replaces a deep fat fryer, steamer, stove or oven. Can be used to cook anything properly and without any smell. Really good piece of kit. I wish I’d bought it sooner!

Awesome machine. Simple to use. Clear instructions. Great recipe book and it cooks food amazingly! Steaks are perfect! Even boiled eggs brilliant. Versatile, do much easier to clean. Can’t recommend this machine enough.

 

After a lot of research I decided to invest in an air fryer & chose Cosori. So incredibly easy to use. Easy to clean. And most importantly cooking is so easy and quick and the flavour of food is fantastic.
The size is perfect as can cook a few things together.

I’ve been putting off buying an air fryer as they never seemed big enough for my needs and then there the counter space they use up… I just didn’t think I’d get the use out of one .. boy was I wrong.. This model is a great size, it sits on a slate on my oven on the back hob ring that is never used. I don’t think there has been a day where it hasn’t been used… From the expected deep fried foods, to baked goods and desserts, it has even reduced my waste, I now peel root vegetables straight into the airfryer basket, sprinkle with oil and spices for home made crisps. Highly recommended.

I bought this Air Fryer for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They have used it everyday since. They don’t know how they ever cooked without it. It saves time, electricity and oil. Therefore it’s healthier and so quick. A great produc

 

My Wife absolutely loves this Air Fryer and I must admit the food is lovely from it.
Still trying to get chips right, it will come I am sure.

Only real issue is I cannot get it connected to WiFi as it only uses 2.4Ghz and with the newest BT Smart Hub you cannot split the channels and my iPhone will always connect via 5Ghz os the two cannot not pair.
Other devices I have have an AP mode which will allow you to perform the setup and once set it all works fine.

Other than the above it is a great Air Fryer, I just wish it had been made clear about the WiFi in the description and I could have saved a few pounds. That is the reason for 4 stars overall.

 

This is now the best accessory in our kitchen. Everything, that can be, is cooked with our new Air Fryer.
You do have to use your common sense/ cooking knowledge to use it for cooking as timings are a hit and miss at the beginning.
We’ve also tried some of the recipes provided with the fryer and they to are excellent.
The Wi-Fi I thought would be a gimmick but has been useful.

 

Fantastic appliance. Read reviews and listened to friends praising this air fryer so I had high hopes but having used it myself, I cannot recommend it enough. Every aspect of cooking with #iCookCosori. The food is cooked to perfection, its healthier and the cleaning is so easy either nby dish washer or by hand… so quick. Heats up in a fraction of the time that my oven takes. I LOVE this air fryer and bought one for my mum and mum-in-law!

 

Love it and it adds a fun. Kids love it too.

 

Absolutely love my air fryer WiFi enables me to start my cooking as I leave work, easiest fryer to clean that I have ever owned highly recommended

 

It’s good overall in comparison to my old Philips, both are equal in cooking. Can’t fault either.

The Cosori is much easier to clean as the basket is solid rather than wire, however, the Cosori doesn’t allow as much fat drip away. If they drilled twice as many smaller holes it would be so much better, there’s just too much flat surface and the fat/oil stays on the food far more than the Philips.

For example, hashbrowns, they’re oily and soggy in the casori, same ones are crispy on the outside in the Philips. Also a home made burger in the cosori ends up grey looking on the bottom because it’s boiling in its own juice, in the philips it’s browned equally all over.

Also I bought the wifi as it was on special offer cheaper than the regular and I haven’t used it once. I just wouldn’t leave food in it and then turn it on when I’m leaving work, I’ve yet to figure out when if ever I’d use it. So don’t bother.

Overal it’s a great machine especially for the price, I’d definitely buy one again but only if they changed the basket. Why airfry if it ends up covered in fat.

 

I can’t believe we took so long to purchase one. It’s so easy to clean which is something I always expect..the flavour of the chicken,meat and vegetables are out of this world..chicken is crispy without using oil and so are the chips which are so yummy..its my husband favourite.

 

Bought this to replace an early edition acti fryer. Much better machine, less smell, much less noise and lively cooking. Great to connect to apps, phones/watches if you go wandering off and need a gentle reminder of time too.

 

It looks modern and has a good capacity. Easy to clean.

I only eat plant based so I spend a lot of time chopping veg and coming up with yummy plant recipes. I like to limit any oil I use & this is perfect for all kings of foods. Happy to recommend, you won’t regret it. I love the wifi feature too.

 

Only just got it so can’t say much now but can say its easy to set up and easy to set up the smart features from phone to fryer to Google hub. All the booklets you get with it are really good. Only cooked some southern fried chicken. And used the recommended settings from the app and the quick user guide and it cooked perfect. Not bad for a 1st time user. Only more time will tell how good it really is but so for I’m really happy with it. And the cook book you get with it and the Recipes on the app look really good. So to sum up I’m really happy with it and all features it has.
