The PC had all the specs from the description and worked right out of the box. The cable management was impressive, really professional. I had no issues since purchase. I seperately upgraded the RAM with no issues.
I was quite circumspect in buying a built PC and the reviews I read about CyberpowerPC were not stellar.
But for me everything was top notch. This is my second pc from them, very pleased with both purchases.

Very very good pc for the money. I911900k with a z590 plus board and a 3060ti for 1400 is good for value. Only thing has annoyed me is the on button on pc gets stuck in and have to tap it to pop back out. But that’s nothing down to cyber power. Just one of them things.

General overview
Great computer all in, very fast and reliable when working on larger projects. Very fast and can deal with multiple difficult requests simultaneously. Only slight drawdown is power button is temperamental. With due care and attention everything works fine.

All components are branded ( msi, wd ) very quiet my ps4 is much more noisy than this even in ultra settings on game.

Boot failure
Turns on fine but gets a boot failure at startup. Still waiting for mouse and keyboard before I attempt profile change in the bios. Everything seems connected though. Will re-review if I get it working.
Edit – Had to boot in legacy mode from bios and everything starts up as normal now. It will run Cyberpunk in 1440p ultra settings with ray tracing on smooth as butter as well as The Medium. Some games such as Microsoft flight simulator have to be set for 1080p because it will dip to around 40fps if resolution is any higher. No big loss and seems to guarantee that any game will run max settings at 1080p anyway. Had to drop a star as PC came with a massive polystyrene ‘pillow’ jammed into the case to protect the innards but seems no care was taken when doing so. The power button on top of the case sticks sometimes so have to flick it to get it to unstick otherwise the PC gets stuck in an on/off loop. The case itself is impressive with plenty of ventilation all around. I did panic when I couldn’t see the SSD too but it is a Western Digital Blue that hides behind the graphics card so flatter than most and not instantly noticeable. All in all I’m very happy with this PC performance wise but the experience of unboxing, connecting and using it could have given me less anxiety.

My son love this computer!
He wanted to update his gaming computer because it couldn’t handle alot of games or vr that he wanted to play. This computer is fast, smooth and doesn’t glitch whilst playing xbox games and vr is enjoyable for him.
It satisfies all requirements.
Setting up was easy to understand with the instructions that was provided and the communication with the company was great as they send updates on what stages of processing the order, also we had a quick delivery compared to the estimated time that was given.

Excellent build, and at present with some graphic cards costing as much as a new build pc with them, this purchase was a no brainer. New graphics abilities, faster cpu and it looks good too. No complaints here.

Definately know their game
Very well put together, cable management was well done, performance out of the box was 100. Comes with Windows 10 which I wasn’t expecting, was going to use my own win 10 pro key on it but saving that for a rainy day.
for streaming the 2070Super is a good choice,

his pc turned up very well packaged inside and out and was delivered on time.the actual pc is easy enough to set up but it would a good idea to supply some setup/startup paperwork with it as there was nothing i personally didnt have a problem as its more or less plug it in and turn it on.
the actual gaming side of this pc is brilliant i have used it on msfs2020 on ultra settings and it never missed a beat so well impressed with it and even on vr it was on ultra and no stuttering or lagging and it was the same on battlefield 5 all settings maxed out and it was very smooth.
so far i’m well impressed with it and i would highly recommend this pc

Bought this for my son, with all the problems trying to get a ps5. I played cod warzone on full setting and was blown away. My wife no i dont wanna give it up at xmas and told me to get myself one! I known next to nothing about pc gaming but i was impressed when i hooked up the quest 2 over the broadband to the pc and played half lifealyx. I would recommemd this product for gaming and low level stuff he will be using it for.

I’ve read some equally good and bad reviews about Cyberpower, but I’ll be honest and say I’m overjoyed at this pc, it’s just perfect for me. I chose AMD graphics card and processor for the very first time and my god they are seriously fast, none of the parts on the motherboard were cheap quality and work in harmony, like a charm. Cyberpower kept me informed on all levels and I cannot fault them, I’d say ignore the backlash and treat yourself to the future of PC’s!

Top quality spec pc
Bought this for my son’s birthday. Was looking into building a pc for him but can’t complain about the spec and price of this pc. Top quality brands used, great cable management, needed a bit of advice during setting up and customer service top notch. No complaints from my lad. He’s a big gamer.Absolutely loves it.

Great quality pc. Amazing for gaming and other projects
Likes: the pc has a full motherboard allowing you to plug in another gpu with another stick of ram meaning you can upgrade it to 24gb of ram at any point of your life if you need to.
The CPU and the gpu are the perfect for gaming in the very high quality and rendering in 3d. ( my blender animations can be rendered in 10 seconds per frame instead of 1 minute per frame with 100 samples and denoising)
The RTX and CPU allows you to do different things at the same time. For example i can render an animation by using the rtx feature and still play league of legends at 300 fps
It is a perfect price for the pc and i couldn’t find it anywhere else for cheaper.
Cons: There is only one issue with it and its kind of a big one. The internet card seems to be pretty weak meaning that the internet connection can be weaker. I don’t mean the actual download speed as it is perfect. what i mean is that the internet connection isn’t stable enough to play an online game. For example you can be getting a range of 20 to 300 ping at certain times. However I also believe that it can be fixed by investing into a better internet card since if you buy a pc for such price, you might as well spend on additional 30 or 50 to get a better internet card to have a perfect experience ( in that case its just pocket change)
Anyways. Perfect performance, great pc. definitely recommend it. I feel like i feel in love with it 😀

They do mass produce this equipment, which is why it’s almost 800 cheaper than buying from amore reputable supplier.
I think whichever way you look at it, when a machine as potent as this is build to a generic spec, there will always be flaws.
My biggest hate is the wifi card, only 2ghz compatibility. Such a shame but nothing a good old ethernet cable can’t fix, it’s not like I take the machine for a wonder around the house after all.
I have also noticed when playing a game in beta that occasionally there is a grinding sound, it last for around 3 seconds and stops. Usually when the game is loading new textures.
Aside from that, all other games I have been able to play in ultra. The ssd boots the pc in seconds. Load screens even for the most notorious games also takes seconds if that at all.
I plan to throw a beefy hard drive in on top of the 1tb ssd(nice touch by the way as OS is installed on here so they didn’t cheap out on this like they did on the wifi card).
Mine came with 2 sticks of 8gb ram. 2 slots are still free so I can throw more ram in there and give it even more teeth.
Rgb is lovely too, has a remote. The machine is visually pleasing and came very well packed. They even included a pre boot up warning booklet to ensure I remove all packaging from isnide and double check that all cables are plugged in. Nice touch for newbies like myself.
There was a zip lock bag full of trinkets there also, the power lead, the remote for rgb, 2 cables which I assume are for hard drive, some zip ties for cable management and funnily enough, a cd rom for I think the graphics card drivers… Even if the machine doesn’t have a cd rom itself.
After all, I felt it was a worthy risk to take especially via Amazon as a return and refund would not be out of the question if things were devestatingly bad. So far I am quite happy with it. It’s only day 2 though. I may come back to correct myself yet I like to stay optimistic.
Removing 1 star for wifi card and funny chirpy noise every so often.

I am absolutely blown away by the speed and quality of this computer. The the company were extremely helpful with all my queries and even got it to me a day early which was amazing. Fans are a little bit on the loud side, but then, when you have 3 of them it is to be expected. This thing is so incredibly quick sometimes it feels like it’s loaded before I’ve even clicked anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

SUPERB GAMING MACHINE
This is excellent. No noise and runs very cool. With a new 4K/UHD monitor this is the dogs nuts. Best PC I have ever had. More than fits the bill for what I need.

I love this gaming pc, its the best thing I’ve had in a long time and it absolutely burns through games at ultra/maximum settings, for this computer its no big problem. Its a world away from my old computer and its very tidely been assembled. Alongside my 144hz monitor this gaming pc offers impeccable performance and smooth gameplay for most highcends games out there from what I’ve tested it on , GTA V , Black Ops 3 etc..
Delivery
The delivery was on the day that it stated which was a bonus , however, the delivery man left this 1,700 pound gaming pc sitting at the game of my address which would have been fine if wasnt lightly raining and for the fact that people could see what the package was… but it came well packed and was a simple case of checking any loose wires , removing the bubble packaging from inside and plugging in and playing.
THE RATTLE.
In one of the attached images you can see that the fan and radiator have been relocated due to a noise that i will talk about just now, … the rattle. So this pc uses a 140mm cooler master cpu aio liquid cooler. I had read somewhere that the pump can sometimes get air trapped in it which would, after a while, clear its self and would return to normal… did it? …. no….
The cpu cooler about 3 days of silent gaming began to make a bubbling rattle sound? And has not stopped doing so since. I’ve tried to tilt the computer and tried moving the radiator and it goes away for a few seconds only to come back straight away. On the video uou can hear what I’m talking about, I’ve also tried tapping g it to move the bubbles and ive tried most things I can think of or what Google suggests. But to no avail and its still making the noise as I type this review. This really is the only downside , even though its a seriously frustrating downside, but that’s it as far as downsides go, its still a magnificent gaming pc.
9/10 gaming experience, its just that rattle.

This cyberpower pc is fantastic! I bought the pc with a Ryzen 9 processor and a RTX 2070 SUPER EDITION gpu and the liquid cooled option. The unit was double boxed with styrofoam and packaged well and put together with care. It booted up straight away and i got straight to downloading steam and my games! The tempered glass face showing the internal rgb and liquid cooler made me feel like one of the fancy pc “master race” people you see on the internet. Fast, reliable and easy! Just a heads up though; if your pc comes with a free game because of the components. You will need to contact cyberpowers customer support with a photo of the pcs serial number to prove purchase and recieve the game download key.

Very happy with my purchase
It is always a worry buying a new computer, they can be awkward to say the least. but i am very happy with the one I bought. I was a bit dissapointed in the 10 day wait as my desktop computer had failed, but non of the Next Day Computers suited my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Cyberpower as long as you do not want it in a hurry.

Great value. My 16 year old who is an avid gamer has been looking for a pc within his budget for months. This has everything he wanted “for a pre built it’s amazing” apparently and he’s more than happy with it.

If you want a 4K gaming machine that will run Star Citizen beyond 20FPS, this ain’t it chief.
Needs more RAM and a better GPU.
HOWEVER
it still is a dreamboat of a gaming PC otherwise. Just don’t expect it to go beyond the graphical and memory capabilities.
The CPU does choke from time to time, and i put it through its paces as I’m always developing software with high GPU and CPU usage as well as memory, and for the most part it is absolutely perfect.
I left a lot of questions over the time it took to get built and the seller even sent it next day delivery 9AM, I was desparate for a PC to work on so it was a god send.
I found I could play most games at 4K with everything on Ultra but for the more challenging games like Star Citizen it can run 1080P at 40-60FPS which is great.
I will be looking to upgrade this soon! Also i dont know how to turn off the red LED lights, the remote doesnt do anything.
Brilliant for gaming and streaming
It was a long wait for delivery due to the pandemic but well worth every penny.
It looks great and runs every high end flight sim I’ve got maxed out perfectly. My VR rig also works perfectly with it. Also a great machine to stream with.

PC performs very well however there were some issues. The USB-C on the back did not work. Some parts such as the SSD and graphics card model were not the best they could be for the price point.

Arrived on time but graphics card had come loose
Once graphics card had been refitted switched on all worked o.k. Speed difference immediately apparent as soon as switched on. Although sold as gaming machine I bought it for photo editing, slightly disappointed to find out graphics card not fully compatible with photo editing software (Capture 1) now turned off hardware acceleration all is well. Slightly noisier than expected but does run cooler than old machine.

Hello I have to say this computer is fantastic I am very happy with it I have to be honest I have no had a computer for serval years I have had my iPad lol so as u can guess having a computer as good as this is awesome I have no issues with it at all
I almost cancelled my order after reading horror stories of CyberpowerPC skimping on parts (especially the motherboard and PSU) and installing fans wrong etc. But after examining the components after I received it, my concerns were gone. Here is a list of parts that came with the build:

ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 2×8 GB DDR4-2400

As you can see, all parts are name brand stuff, and they didn’t skimp on the GPU either. IF YOU WERE TO BUY THESE EXACT PARTS SEPARATELY IN THE UK AND BUILD YOUR OWN, YOU WOULDN’T HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY, IF AT ALL. Granted for a build with these headline specs, I would’ve supported it with faster RAM and a less entry-level motherboard, and maybe opt for a CPU air cooler instead, but the machine runs fine for my needs. I have been hitting 144fps in Forza Horizon 4 on a 1440p screen with ultra settings on.
My only complain (-1 star) is that for some reason they chose not to use the stock fans that came with the case but fit it with their own propriety 6-pin RGB fans. There is absolutely no way of dialling down the fan speed and your machine will sound like a wind tunnel. I had to order my own case fans which are able to interface with the motherboard for speed control. This will cost you around 25-40 extra (for non-RGB ones).
All in all I think this is a pretty good buy if you are lucky to get the same components that I have. However there is no guarantee that you will receive the same in the future unless their Amazon listing becomes more transparent about which components they use.
Absolutely Pleased
A painful wait because of the corona situation but when the delivery time came, it was fast and DPD were really good with their service. A friend has the same build and their reviews are what made me buy it. It’s fast, cooling system is optimised for the specs that are in that build. AMD processor has surpassesed intel so I cant wait to fire this beast up.

Best customer service in the world even during lockdow
Unfortunately, I have a faulty power supply unit. The technical supported me through it with very very high efficiency. Technical support diagnosised the issue and responsed within minutes literally, next day DPD came with replacement and took the faulty part away. It is the best customer service I have ever had. Great product and built quality, and it is what it says in the descriptions. I recommended this for everyone. Well done.

We received the beast on time and my girlfriend who has no Idea how to turn on the PC 😀 However, she managed to plug everything in but cable seemed to be faulty as it made strage crackling sounds. I contacted the seller and seller kindly send a replacement free of charge. This is what I expect for a premium item – a premium service. Great beast, great service.
