Fantastic off the shelf unit, I usually buy and custom PC’s but this time needed a quick solution and this unit was ideal. It’s an absolute beauty of a machine, well spec’d and put together at a great price. Has to be the best value for money buy on Amazon and it rips through gaming titles with ease.

A big problem but solved i
It’s a long story and this pc… When it delivered after Christmas, my boy was really excited but it’s not working!!! Windows keeping crashing again and again. However, their support works great. Help me find out it’s a fault on SSD and they sent me a new SSD to solve the problem! It may not perfect at the first time but it works perfectly now.

Ryzen 2700x and rtx 2070 supe
My first desktop in a long time. I normally use a MacBook Pro which is basically silent. This is not silent but I have no other desktops to compare it to. Noise is not bad though and it stays the same regardless of what I am doing (gaming etc). I didn’t think I would like the led lights but I have grown to like the effect. Overall this is really great value for money, the PC is really fast and delivery was fab – just in time for Christmas. Doesn’t come with Bluetooth but this is a minor issue. Motherboard (I couldn’t really see the specs for this one on Amazon) is better than what I thought I was going to get. Same for sdd drive which is pretty fast (512gbytes). Overall a great buy!
Runs perfectly right out of the box!
I badly needed an upgrade for a long while and after a couple of weeks of fiddling about with the unit, it’s absolutely perfect for what I needed; Games are running seamlessly on the highest settings and outwith that some heavy duty programs are a breeze next to my previous machine.
First time with liquid cooling and it really makes all the difference with both gaming and workload.
For service: Delivery was incredibly speedy and everything was ready to roll right out of the box. Added an extra hard drive to double the space (though there is plenty in the base TB), plugged in and good to go. No issues, no complaints.
Did a lot of research into various offers before I purchased and very happy to have picked this up.

The Cyberpower gaming pc with the i7 9900k and rtx 2080ti, was really good value for money and runs really well. (now that I have changed the Kingston defective ram).
After ordering I noticed a number of poor reviews and was suddenly concerned that I had made a mistake buying a gaming PC via Amazon. After receiving the PC the next day via Prime delivery, my fears were instantly eased. Well packaged with professional looking branded bags and basic but clear setup instructions. The specification received is exactly as advertised and the machine feels solidly put together with neat cabling and a quality feel. I have only installed a few games and the system has been rock steady and works as, if not better than expected. Very happy with a quality build, using branded components and a price which I could not match…..even on Cyberpower’s own website.
Late on delivery - Well packed - works great - easy to set up - value for money.
Besides the fact that the package was late by 3 days on the weekend so that I anxiously waited to use it- arrived very well packed and assembled, works as intended, looks amazing! Instructions were very clear on how to assemble and get it working.
Only thing to mention is the poor looking quality they provider with the board but it seems to make little difference.

We have been using this for a few weeks now and so far we have been able to run every game on ultra settings! It looks fantastic and is pretty quiet as it’s liquid cooled. I have been in touch with the Cyberpower on Discord a couple of times and they have replied promptly each time to answer my queries.

Big-bubble wrap inside to ensure components are kept secure and safe during transport and protective film on the glass panels to protect from scratches.
After initially turning on and setting up, i restarted the machine and it was less than 3 seconds after the bios screen before i was back on the desktop! Have played ARK, BF V, GTA V, CRYSIS 3, AS Odyssey all on ultra settings with mouthwatering FPS rate. Needless to say I am ver satisfied with my purchase so far…. just need to pursuade my partner to dump her rubbish ISP to one that will compliment this beast! Thank you CYBERPOWER PC! 🙂

hello wonderful Cyber-power company!! i’m concerned for the short 2 years warranty! plus it would have been better if it was a guarantee. I’m planning to buy the i7 500gb version of this product in the near very close future…as i’m writing this from my mothers amazon, i would really want this to last me years and years with high excellent performance, in heavy fps games mainly. I hope you really feel me from my view as i’m gonna study and and within weeks; from today i will finish my GCSE’s. My parents have always been on my bad side when it comes to games, and spending this much is a dream come true and an unexpected miracle of a occasion. Maybe because its been due to my extreme pressure and stress i am coping with…!
In fact this will be my first time spending so much at once when family reasons, we’re lacking money in ways, eg, a lot of expenses or investments in my math and English tutors; and fortunately my dads cured, small tumor in his bladder made him retire work for 6 months and expenses and money was shorter and harder to pay rent in London(north-west).
honestly that’s the most i can go in depth with in my family…
having said this the worst thing that could happen to me one day is see my favorite thing in the world as a hobby, entertainment, or competition since as a kid; was simply gaming.
if you could and i’m not going to ask for the amount, but a little % off would make a very significant help to me and my family, and move that 70-80% up by 10%.
I’m already going to give a 5 star simply, by reading the previews and your kind responses i can tell (hopefully) it will come in great quality and expectations.

I am really happy with the purchase and really satisfied. It was my second computer from long time ago which I was using a laptop in the meantime. The box came well packaged. Once I opened the box, the case was clean and in good condition. I would recommend buying this product.
After having this pc for about a month now I am still continuing to be astounded by it’s performance. No matter what game I run and on what settings this monster is as quiet as anything with only a faint hum noticeable. It’s beautifully crafted and the rgb lighting is phenomenal to look at and only emchances what is already a beautiful pc.
I’ve been gaming for a long long time now, however I’ve been gaming on a gaming laptop for the past few years. The laptop was getting too old and started dying so I knew it was time to switch. I did a lot of research online about buying prebuilt PCs etc. and found that this one was the best value for my budget. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now and it runs like a monster. I run everything on ultra settings (Overwatch I get 140+ FPS, apex legends 90+ FPS) without any spikes or stuttering. I’m currently running it on a 1080p 60Hz monitor so to get the best out of the PC I would need to get a 1440p one.
It’s also quiet considering how heavy of a machine it is and the ability to change the LED settings with a remote is also really cool.
It has good ventilation too to prevent overheating (there is actually a dust cover ontop of the PC which can be taken on or off really easily) and the cooling system works really well. Overall, I highly recommend buying this and am very pleased with it.
Edit after over a year: PC still running amazingly like it was on the first day I got it. I have had no issues at all with it except for one tiny issue which the support team helped me resolve instantly. Still very pleased!

I am extremely pleased with the computer. Solid build by CyberpowerPC. I’ve been rendering and playing hardcore games and it is behaving perfectly.
Everything set, it was just a plug and play with Windows installed and drivers up to date.
After my last awful PC experience, I am surely going to trust this guys from now on. They know how to build PCs for sure. And the price was very reasonable compared to other options.

Very reasonably priced for the specifications as I bought the Ryzen 7 2700x and the RTX 2070, it was a nice upgrade from my last build which had a gtx 1050 and an i5 4460s. Now I can play all my games in my library at max settings, even ark survival evolved which was very impressive.
It comes with a controller to controll the RBG lighting and the computer even under stress stays very cool with the fans and the breathable case.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a PC that can perform well under stress

when you get the computer you will have to open the case and remove all the protective packaging it tells you this in the instructions anyways. i had windows 10 installed on mine so i did not have to mess around.. and the cable management is really well done as well. very clean…..would buy agai

Its been playing everything on ultra on 4k seamlessly hooked it up to my 4k tv and everything looks stunning.
set up was easy and everything was well packaged.
Side note: If you have a partner give them a fair warning that you will no longer need their love as you have now found vr porn…and the vr porn never moans about you lasting 4 minutes.
As the specs describe this PC is powerful. Fast boot, unbelievable performance even at 4K. Very well built, tidy cables and this is easily the most securely packaged pc I’ve ever bought. Windows ready to go out of the box. I would use Cyberpower agai

Incredible PC, the LED lights are easy to control and have a variety of appealing modes. PC itself is very quick and was very quick to setup. Would recommend as both a gaming and work PC.

Great build and superb performance.
Firstly, the build quality is amazing. I used to use overclockers and their pcs were nice but this has to be the tidiest build I’ve seen yet. They package it very cautiously which lead to me having no problems, it was plug and play. Most of the drivers seem up to date too. Getting solid 144fps on forttnite for my 144hz monitors and with the gtx 1080 and im pretty sure it would go much further if i had a gsync monitor and needed the higher fps. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending cyberpower in the future.
My order arrived perfectly on time. Had a small issue at first with starting the pc which was caused by a loose RAM stick that was dislodged during shipping (can be expected as it was international) which was easily fixed by myself. Support were very quick to get back to me with solutions and were very helpful. The PC itself is functioning perfectly so far and everything runs astonishingly well and looks amazing. Hopefully all will stay so but so far has been an excellent buy.

Arrived a day later than expected, but seller immediately emailed first about it and issued a postage and packing refund. They then followed up with support and contact messages to ensure I had someone to talk to if needed. Was in excellent condition regardless. The system works flawlessly off the bat and I’ve yet to have any troubles with it. A much needed upgrade from my older computer, especially with the new 8GB 1080 graphics card. The whole setup runs virtually every game on high/ultra with nary a sweat.
Only issue people should be concerned about is the sound, some might not like the quiet humming, though really that’s a moot point considering its a large and well-ventilated box with three auxiliary fans, two CPU fans and one power fan. For its price it is much cheaper and perhaps better to get than a custom-made computer or when ordering parts from other sites.
Amazing PC runs super fast super quiet. Everything already installed, literally plug and play less the obvious download of your preffered search engines if not an explorer fan.
Responds swiftly to all quires with appropriate answers and not robotic answers like we get from the likes of Sky and BT. I did a lot of research and these guys are the best for the combination of price and quality, delivery was swift and well packaged.
Runs all my games COD WW2 and PUBG on ultra with ease.
