Good PC great for gaming, can be a little loud, but is to be expected when fans are up high to keep components inside cool.
Only complaint is that the price had increased 2 days before I bought it due to waiting for wages to hit my account, and the company wouldn’t honor the price it was originally at.

literally so quiet and runs extremely smooth, perfect for the price no issues at all! fans can be changed with a remote to change colours

This pc is a monster I have been usung it for 1 year now and I have to say its the best out there for a budget pc, amazing pc.
Good for gaming and stable
First one didn’t work software not loading so sent back, but if a faff to get my refund from Amazon but a couple of calls later all processed. Ordered this as the replacement and worked fantastic from the off. Son happy!

Fantastic value for money, great spec / build, robust and does what it needs to do.
We always judge a product on its performance and value, but most important we all know that things may go wrong one day …. the question is, for us as customers, how does a supplier steps up and deal with the inevitable event.
After about 6 weeks of use we had the ‘dreaded black screen with cursor’… and I could not sort out the issue (I get IT basics, but I am not a guru …).
I reached out to Cyberpower, talked to an analyst whom took his time to ask the questions and diagnose what was wrong (Windows needed re-installing, and I never created a backup disk or a copy-disk …. my fault). He sent me an email with instructions as what to do…. worked perfectly (and yes, I took his advice and created the b-up in case a window update freezes the start up system again!). and this level is support is available Free of Charge for the life of the PC!!! WOW!
Professional support + excellent product + value for money = in my book this is a good product from a good supplier.

Nice pc. Super fast. Does everything I want and more. Sad gives bootup time of less than 15 seconds. Awesome
Loud BUT Powerful
Overall a very good gaming pc which can play pretty much any game at ultra 1080p.
You can control the fans but for good cooling you’re gonna want to leave them as is. The only bad thing is that they are quite loud, I would recommend getting a good headset like the Corsair Void Elite.

The biggest issue with this product is lack of specs, you kinda buying a surprise pack. I won’t complain cause I bought it just for the GPU, its one display port gpu btw which also should be stated. Motherboard is crap, its Asrock H310CM-DVS, 2 ram slots **AND NO M2 SLOT**. Packing was good but part of the big tape pointing where to plug in your display (wow) is attached to top air intake cover, first thing u do is wash the glue after you take the tape off.
cable management.. it is what it is, at least all the mess is hidden. I believe pre-built pcs are for gaming casuals who just want to get all already assembled and in one pack and this product does the job in my opinion.

Basically plug in and play, seriously fast! I’ll happily run three monitors, twitch, chat and a game, she’s mega powerful can’t fault it.

Came very well packaged. Everything was perfect no scratches, had to reseat a memory stick as was not showing correct memory capacity, once I did that all was well.

I purchased this p.c to play American Truck Simulator, as the game is continuing to grow I needed a p.c that could handle it for some time to come . It runs the game brilliantly, graphics are turned up full and it runs it with no issues. Very pleased, would recomend.

very pleased with this pc. coming from an apple mac background i wasn’t sure about rgb lights at first but now i think they’re pretty good, especially when listening to music. the internals are securely put together and the operating system on ssd was super fast. it came with a preinstalled copy of windows 10 home v1903 and since a driver i installed afterwards messed up the audio i decided to make a fresh install of the latest windows v2004. it automatically recognised the product key from v1903 and everything went smoothly (my advice is to keep the preinstalled windows because it’s noticeably faster than the may edition of v2004). there were reviews about cyberpower’s lack of customer service, personally i find them very helpful. a redeem code for a free app they advertised was missing in the package so sent a message to them via amazon. they responded the next day and quickly emailed the code to me. i’m very please with the purchase and the service.

Strong performance
Performance is excellent and was easy to set up and connect. Comes with free virus protection for a year. Sturdy and looks great.

I have had this pc for 2 weeks now and it works exceptionally well, the seller is very very responsive when you message him/her about anything concerning the pc or if you have any questions at all. The power supply for my pc was faulty, so i contacted them and they sent me a new one the next day. The only downside of this pc is that noise isn’t that quiet as i imagined it but it isn’t an issue at all. Perfect Starting Gaming Pc for Young Lad or Noob Game
When this Pc arrived it was Perfectly Packaged, everything worked 100% out of box and all cables were included. No bloat software was installed at all only essentials, hasn’t given one issue at all and looks beautiful. Can play any Game near Max settings no issues

Brilliant gaming PC, a massive upgrade from my 8 year old laptop! Plays most modern games I’ve tried at highest or near highest settings using QHD 75Hz without a hint of a problem.
I did have an issue with a faulty power supply, but this was quickly diagnosed and replaced by CyberpowerPC whose support was fantastic.

Flashy lights performs well.
Does what its supposed to. No issues. Run every day for well over 6hrs of game play.

Up and running within 5 minutes of unpacking. Powerful machine which runs 4k video with no lag at all. Runs fallout 4 at max resolution with ease. Very pleased with this pc.

when setting the PC up I was unable to find my internet on the list of available routers but after a while it and two others showed up, after entering my password I was still not connected, is this an issue with my router? would moving it closer to the pc help? or do I need to buy additional hardware for the PC?

Looks great, well built, easy to get set up. Its fast enough to run any current game. Fast service and great packaging.
Totally blown away with this PC! Arrived very early, boxing and packing was very good and pc was kept very safe. Set up was a breeze, just switch on and set up profile. It games like a dream, all games I have played so far run in ultra! Will never buy another brand again. 10/10

I normally build my own PCs but on this occasion I thought I would risk buying a pre-built machine and with with one exception I am happy with what arrived at my door very quickly .
The machine was very well packaged and there were no issues whatsoever with getting the PC up and running.
Specification are good for the money and I am running all my games at high setting and 1440P resolution.
The PC is quiet and the RGB lighting is a nice feature.
My one issue is that the motherboard appears to be a very cheap model which has no M2 SSD capability so be wary if thats something you are looking to upgrade.
Other than that am a very happy bunny.
