We’ve had a few dolce gusto coffee machine over a few years. This one I’ve got to say is the best. Coffee comes out really hot. It is also a small neat machine that doesn’t take up too much room on the kitchen side.
Perfect for 2 cups of coffee. Easier to clean than our previous machine. Love dulce gusto coffee pods too. Great for a 2 people.

Because my 10 year old coffee machine gave up the ghost , I had to buy the same brand again. Not disappointed. Easy to use and clean and serves up excellent coffee including my favourites double expresso and latte . Good buy
Very happy with the Genio S Plus machine. Easy to use and maintain. It takes a range of pods, other than Dulce Gusto’s own, and there are also pods available for tea. An adaptor makes it compatible with Nespresso type capsules (which works well). Being able to adjust the drink volume is great, but the key feature for me is being able to adjust the temperature. Dulce Gusto also offers a pod recycling service.
Nice little coffee machine. It’s easy to use, and it shuts off and stops automatically. It’s also nice and neat so it doesn’t take up an awful lot of room.
Dulce Gusto do a good selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolates so there’s plenty of different drinks to choose from.
I have always found DG machines quick and easy to use and clean.

When I got this. It was replacing a broken Nespresso. Now, coffee pods are cheaper, available everywhere and machine is easy to use. Coffee is a good temperature, the flavour, actually. Is really good. I’m not a coffee expert, but I like decent coffee. I line being able to choose the cup size and also being able to get Starbucks pods. In fact, as I’m writing this. I’m getting more impressed. 🙂
Es una cafetera compacta y muy fcil de usar. La pantalla se ralla con pasar un trapo. Si te gusta el caf no te la recomiendo. Es muy prctico el tema de las cpsulas, pero el sabor deja bastante que desear y muy artificial, sobretodo la leche. Tienes que dar menos de la cantidad de agua que recomiendan, por que sino las bebidas saben aguadas.
The machine is great, chosen as it is a ‘Which’ best buy. We love the variety of pod options and look out for supermarket deals such as 3 boxes for 9. The machine is small and therefore tucks away nicely in a corner of the worktop taking up very little room. Easy to clean too. Shame the pods aren’t recyclable, had a crisis of conscience about that one!

As per title the mrs is all about this machine, does a decent milky coffee and likes the idea we have a machine. But. It takes waaaay longer than a kettle and a milk frother, you need to choose a pod to suit you (pods without milk are a bit sheet) its pretty complex to use vs some of the 1 touch machines out there, and its a bit difficult to clean / dispose of pods
All in all, its a bit of a faff. Juice isnt worth squeeze.
I found it difficult at first but once you get the hang of it it makes awesome coffee. No idea what I would do if they stopped selling these
I think I’m made to have paid what I did for this only reason was it turns its self of and the variety as the boost one we wanted doesn’t have much other than coffee my partner Is a coffee drinker I’m not I like my sweet drinks but the hole that the drinks comes out of is so small it keeps jamming if it carries on I’m sending it bk should do that with what it cost and u have to keep putting it on as the levels it says and for midgets it’s not even half a cup apart from this it’s good

Cheap and cheerful and makes great coffee! It’s automatic so you dont have to babysit the coffee and it’s small and compact for any kitchen unit. Easy to clean, looks great and makes fabulous coffee. What’s not to love?
I was upgrading from a dolce gusto Jovia machine, I was uncertain about paying so much for a coffee machine, but in short this machine is awesome & with the touch screen it feels sci fi & futuristic, now the water container is a bit small you may only get 2-3 cups of coffee before needing to refill & the drip tray not only comes away but the top comes off for easy cleaning wich the jovia did not. Now for those wandering about how to set the setting its quite simple the moment you open it up to put the pod in the touch screen activates & is already sitting at 2 bars you then touch the screen to how many bars you’d like all the way from one bar to XL you can touch the thermometer picture to change the temperature for cold warm or hot you then just tap the cup picture & it will start pouring when ready honestly this would not look out of place in star trek all its missing is voice activation, I would fully recommend i

Got this to replace our previous model that started playing up. Like the water tank design. Very easy to fill and attach and clean after use. No worries about difficult to clean algae build up like on older models. Also like the different temperature options, from drink straight away temperatures to nice and hot, sip slowly drinks. Only downside is I can’t use my regular latte glasses so had to get something not so tall but with the same capacity. Would still recommend though.
I wasn’t sure if it is what I actually wanted, but I gave this machine a try. Absolutely satisfied. All Dolce Gusto pods fits in. I can use all sorts and there are a lot of them.

I bought this coffee machine because it had all of the requirements I was looking for and I noticed that it was a fair bit cheaper than some of the others on the market. It has lived up to all of my expectations. The coffee pods themselves are quite expensive per cup of coffee, but you can quite easily source cheaper unbranded ones from leading UK supermarkets. The machine itself has never presented me with any problems, is quick to heat up for usage, and is easy to clean. All in all a great purchase!

This is my third De’Longhi machine was a bit taken aback by its small size and weight .. it certainly isn’t as robust as the others but it does deliver a fine cup of coffee and am very pleased with it
My only gripe is that the water container is a bit fiddly to take on and off and would be easier if it had a handle
This coffee machine has been a godsend to our household of coffee-lovers. It makes rich,smooth coffee in an instant. It keeps it’s heat and is easy to fill with water and is very low maintenance.
Very, very pleased with my new De’longhi coffee maker. Can’t really comment on ‘flavour’ as requested, as it’s very much down to the brand of capsules you use and the strength or weakness you choose & instigate. It is easy to fill and clean though.
Easy to use. It is a small model so taller mugs will be a bit awkward to fill but apart from that it is a lovely machine and the coffee stays hot. Haven’t tried the cold drink function yet.
This is very easy to use and has been a pleasure after having had a manual dolce gusto coffee machine. It is easy to set and switches itself off after completion. Don’t have to worry about exact amounts of water as long as you fill the water tank. It can do two cups easily from this. Highly recommended.

Excellent coffee machine. I don’t drink coffee but it is nice when having family and friends in, I can offer various types of coffee. It also has a temperature button as some people like their coffee really hot. Variety of pods available really good, Nescafe, Starbucks and Costa.

Doesn’t take up much room at all on worktop.
I like that the temperature can be changed, I like my coffee hot but I can make the kids hot chocolate warm and drinking temperature.

Very good and resonably priced product. This is my third Dolce Gusto machine and for its price its very good. Slightly noisy in use but that is only for a few moments as it dispenses the coffee. Automatic shut off is good. I find the water resevoir much easier to use than earlier models. Comes with a handy funnel for use when using cleaner/limescale remover which directs the flow into a cup below.
Have used Dolce Gusto machines for a while now and this was to replace a previous model which had worn out (after many years of use). This machine is smaller than previous model, looks very neat on the side. The water tank is a much better design, easy to fill and clean. The facility to have different temperature coffee is excellent with the hot being very hot – perfect. And most importantly the coffee tastes amazing. Excellent product would definitely recommend.

Tried other machines, this is far the best machine for making the hottest drinks and you can also vary the temperature. Neat machine and easy to clean. Pity this model didn’t come with a used pod container, but had from previous Dolce Gusto machine

Recently bought this model to replace a previous manual Dolce Gusto and can safely say that It’s money well spent.
The bonus of the automatic machines is that it puts the correct amount of coffee in per pod grades, just turn the dial to the correct grade and press the button and leave it to pour.
No more multitasking keeping an eye on the coffee pouring as you make a sandwich, just let it go safe knowing that it will cut off when it’s reached the level required.
Nice wee machine to have in the kitchen and quieter than my previous model.
Also benefitted from the additional offer of 6 free boxes of pods.

This is the best dolce gusto machine I have had – and I’ve had a few over the last 15 years or so! The water can be topped up whilst the machine is in use, the start button can be activated whilst it is still pre-heating, the cut off is automatic. All this allows you to freedom to do other things whilst your coffee is brewing. Of course the flavour is as good as ever, the selection of pods is ever increasing and there is now a free pod recycling service. I won’t be changing coffee machine brand anytime soon.

Water tank has enough water to make two cups.
If there was one niggle it would be the lid on the water container is not very secure and could easily be knocked off.

I discovered this coffee machine when I was researching for a pod coffee machine on my WHICH app. WHICH gave it a Best Buy rating. The machine has lived up to its Best Buy rating. The quality and taste of the coffee is excellent across the range of coffees I’ve tried. I particularly like the au lait and the au lait intenso for my first coffee of the day. The machine works extremely well and is easy to clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

This is my third Dolce Gusto machine, the first I gave away as it was very tall and the second started leaking and sounding like a train after many years but this little one is just perfect. The tank at 0.8 litres is quite small and I might have preferred a bigger tank but it makes great coffee . The instructions though are pretty poor but being an old timer was able to work out how to operate it, its quiet and looks great on the counter top.
The coffee machine is fine,but after sales service stinks. Dolce Gusto had a promotion running at the time of purchase which was six boxes of coffee pods if you purchased within a time frame it had to be done through Whatsap,I am a 73 year old pensioner! so I asked a neighbour to help me to get my free coffee,but they kept putting obstacles in the way,so if you’re a pensioner you’ve got no chance unless you’re computer literate.They did contact me but said they couldn’t help.
I am a coffee connoisseur and have always felt that this range offers what machines worth hundreds produce for a fraction of the price in double quick time. The finished product is just the right temperature and discharges just the right amount of water to blend with the product. The drip tray is more stable than some models and I can’t manage without one. I find the whole range of pods appeals to all tastes and I like to keep a variety in stock for visiting coffaholics.

Excellent. Never drink coffee at home as a rule as I like milky coffee and just can’t be bothered basically to make it. This on the other hand is magic makes it just how I like it.
I love coffee but i never really knew howe much i loved it until we bought the Dolche gusto machine. i’m not really a gadgety person so our daughter used it first well how difficult could it really be ? Turns out it’s probably the least complicated machine i’ve ever used. To put it simply there is no point looking anywhere else for a coffee machine, it’s very simple to use, makes gorgeous coffee and also looks very smart in any kitchen. What are you waiting for???
Arrived on time. Very nice machine, easy to use, much better than the manual machine, have had no problems with it at all and it is used constantly. Would recommend.
Purchased as a gift for my mother, she loves it! Last one she had did have bigger water tank but had no auto-off feature, which this one does (pours the right amount and stops automatically). Water tank size really isn’t an issue as you can refill it while it’s making a drink.
The only thing I’d change is increasing the vertical space where the cup goes as large latte cups are a bit of a squeeze.
Also, highly recommend trying the Starbucks and Costa coffee pods!

The water tank doesn’t empty too quick. Very happy and saves us a fortune as no more expensive coffee shop runs.
Cons the hot choc options is more of a shot than a mug full and need better shaped mugs to fit the tray. I will try getting ones like in the pics.

Bought this machine to replace an older model because it started to leak from underneath. The new machine does not take the tall glasses.
I like that you can quickly choose from an extensive range of great coffees at any time of the day or night and don’t have to go to a coffee shop unless you want to socialise. I wish it did the same for teas.
This is another example of a machine that compliments dolce gusto pods. Easy to fill, auto settings and as an espresso lover I love the espresso boost button for an even stronger shot. It’s like being in Italy or Turkey. Tidy little machine to compliment your kitchen. Flavour beats nespresso hands down and a lot less fading about. JF
I bought this machine for my wife. I am actually not a big fan of coffee machines. We got 6 free boxes on purchase. I can smell nice aroma when the drink is being prepared so decided to try once. I had Cortado and it was unbelievably good. I tried 4 flavours so far and each one is very distinctive and fantastic. I already stopped drinking home made coffee and ordered more flavours to try. Another good thing is pods are environmentally sustainable. Dolce sends us pod recycling bag and we can send used pods for free of cost. Every penny with and this machine is must have in kitchen.
Just have the problem getting used to set up the bars need to look at the manual again since don’t use it too often to make coffee.

I’m really enjoying this machine. It’s easy to use, the coffee is great and all in all it’s very affordable. I had a Nesspresso Vertuo which makes the most amazing coffee but the running cost was prohibitive to me plus the fact it’s broken 6 months in. This machine feels like it will keep going and going though!!
I like the easy way to control the heat (it does make a nice hot coffee if you want one), mug size and the speed it warms up. I had heard it was noisy but it’s no more noisy than my old machine and I like the red cable it’s just a bit different from all the others, which to me is good.
All in all very pleased, it would be nice to have a bigger water tank when friends come around but hey I can manage fine with it on my 3 mugs a day.
It’s smaller than I thought you only get two full cups from a full tank of water , but I still love I had the old model , if had to buy a new one I would buy the old model

My favourite feature is the temperature control, as I like my coffee very hot, and previous coffee machine I was using, wasn’t making the coffee hot enough. It has also additional espresso option. The water container is easy to remove.

The 1st dolce gusto automatic machine I’ve had. This is my 3rd in total over the years and the taste is so much better as made to specifics rather than my guesswork. The varied heat settings are a bonus as when in a rush I can have at a more immediate drink temperature and still enjoy. The touch version is so much easier to operate too.

I used to have another brand name coffee maker I got rid and changes to this 1. Biy am I satisfied with the results. It makes a lush cuppa whatever you make. Great flavour. It is very easy to use and to clean. If you fancy buying a coffee machine then this is the 1 to get.
Use it daily. It’s really easy to use, easy to clean. The coffee is great and the machine looks great.
It’s also not as loud as yhe cheaper models.
The only downside to this device is the cost of coffee if you only drink one now an then it’s good but trust me when I say it can easily burn a hole in your pocket an my guess is that it was cleverly engineered for that purpose great machine works great nothing wrong good price but my second guess is because they know you will be paying through the nose
Was deciding between this and the mini version. I’m glad I got this one. Allows for a normal size cup/mug to be used. Reservoir big enough for a couple of cups and just fits in perfectly . Not big or clunky. Easy to use and clean.
Got this for my mother for Xmas to replace her old tammisco which have stopped doing English tea but these have and the chocolate
Only thing which lets it dine she has a full cup and the tank drains empty but otherwise

Needed to update my old coffee machine to a better model with a few more functions. Great little coffee machine well made and no problems so far with being touch screen.
This is a lot smaller than my previous machine so took some getting used to. The features are great with how hot you want your drink to be and how strong you want it. My only criticism is if you put a normal size latte glass you do not have much room to lift the lid of the machine without having to move the glass out of the way. causing drips sometimes.
Bought for my husband, he enjoys a cup of nice coffee and this delivers, easy to use and keep clean, nice small footprint so doesn’t take up a lot of room in kitchen worktop.
Was fed up with my Nespresso machine. Wanted more of a combination coffe /milk machine. Researched and this one came up tops. Simple to use. Limited mess, only when changing pods. Great variety of drinks available.
Only negative is the water tank size. At 0.8ltr have been caught out a couple of time with water running out in the middle of making multiple coffee’s but no great problem.
This is just the most fabulous machine. We have actually replaced our significantly more expensive Vertuo machine and find this superior. More choice available and just a joy to use. Bravo!!
Love this coffee machine, pods are cheapest from Tesco, can’t drink coffee now unless it’s from a machine, just doesn’t taste the same. The hot chocolate is delicious and my favourite coffee is the Machiato. Only downside is I don’t know where you can get replacements from for the future
So far so good easy to use though was half the size of my old it still made same amount of coffees and it was nice to not have to sit and watch it ,I was always forgetting and it would spill over ,this one s automatic so perfect smaller lighter but does same job ,only prob trying to do the warrenty email one wouldn’t respond but other wise great value too
Comes with a wordless illustrated user guide which is about as much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot. Demonstrations on YouTube are not much better. If you fill the water tank from the tap and use a single capsule, you’ll get one SMALL (teeny) cup of lukewarm coffee. Fill the water tank with HOT (really hot, from the kettle) water and use two capsules, not one, and your day will be transformed.
Rather like a 300 super-duper mixer, it’s a bit of a gimmick. It can be made to work, but it’s a device designed primarily to sell hugely profitable coffee by the teaspoon. Personally, if I drank coffee (I don’t; my wife does), I’d just use Instant and a teaspoon. No machine to clean, no clutter, no faffing around, genuinely instant and nothing to go wrong.
So far I have found the dolce gusto pods are best? Although the ones from lidl are nice too.
My only annoyance with this machine so far is that it doesn’t seem to make particularly large coffees. I wouldn’t waste your money on the galaxy hot chocolate pods they are very watery.
The machine itself is tidy and quite simple to use, but I have experienced it drip a little after use? But fine if you just remove the pod quickly afterwards.
Good machine for a quick coffee, not tried a cold brew yet although it does have the option to create a cold coffee. Overall okay machine, but I do still have a milk frother in my cupboard in case!
Exactly as described, easy to use & clean. Only tried an espresso so far but lovely taste. Only downside is the bright red electric lead to the plug! Looks great apart from that. It’s the first thing you can see when you walk into the kitchen 🙁
I found this very hard to use. The user manual is in French and although it is also in picture it is not very clear. It certainly has plenty of details but as usual there is nothing in English and most of the wording is so small it requires a magnifying glass to read. I have phoned the help line twice but they seem rather vague and not really helpful. The coffee is nice once you can get one but I wish I had looked around before buying this one.
This item was delivered promptly and well packaged it is easy to use and easy to clean. The capsules I bought separately from the machine are a good range of flavours and good tasting.
Did a lot of research as I just wanted a coffee machine that made a selection of coffees at the perfect temperature, without much effort, mess or expense. This one is perfect every time. Love the extra large option for your choice of coffee.
Bought one of these to replace an old Dolce Gusto machine. More techy as you do not have a lever and took me a little bit of time to get used to it. It’s quite dainty looking and not chunky, the only downside is that means I have to fill it up more often with water but it’s hardly worth losing a star over. It also fits store own Dolce Gusto pods. Would recommend.
Great machine. Bought this when my old one started leaking. Only problem is the hot chocolate/latte glass cups are too tall for the machine which is a bit of a pain. If it wasn’t for this it would have full marks.
When my old Krupps machine gave up I got this impeccable coffee machine. The manual is easy to use and I got great coffee after a few tries. It is also easy to clean. One improvement I want to propose is to abandon plastic pods and use environmentally friendly paper bags as one competitor has recently done successfully.
Produces great coffee using the pods, better than my previous model. Only drawback is the usability. I have the fully touch sensor model and when opening the clamp to put pods in it is easy to touch the settings bar and have to reset the settings. Instructions are poor and the clamp for inserting the pods is far from user friendly. I would think that anyone with poor dexterity in their thumbs might find it a problem.
