YOU NEED TO SWITCH STEAM BUTTON OFF AFTER USING
I love this machine, it looks beautiful, makes great coffee and is easy to use once you get used to it BUT this sounds basic but you need to switch the steam button off after use. The light comes on, you use your steam, the light is off, So you assume it is off, you switch off the machine and next time you go to use it, it doesn’t work. Power button keeps switching off and it appears to be broken. All you need to do is push the steam button back off. I don’t think this is that clear. Anyhoo, once this dawned on me all good, love it.
Impressed
Having owned a Francis Francis X1 for 20+ years that has finally given up the ghost (but is potentially still repairable) I was somewhat reluctant to go down the De’Longhi route however I am impressed so far; especially regarding the price.
I always use Caffe Illy or Monmouth Coffee Co. pre ground coffee. The Scultura produces an excellent espresso with a really decent crema. The milk frother is also pretty effective, much more so with full fat milk rather than semi-skimmed. Things have definitely moved on since the late 90’s but it will be interesting to see whether the De’Longhi does 20 years service.
Positives:
1. Produces a great espresso and cappucino
2. Relatively inexpensive
3. Lived up to the Which? review
4. Seems quite well made and sturdy
Negatives:
1. Quite difficult to tap the coffee out of the holder
2. The auto switch off is a bit annoying as it cuts out too quickly as I would like to warm cups on top.
3. Not enough room on top to store 4 Italian style cappucino cups which there was on the X1
4. Drips from the steamer however I think most machines do.
Really good optio
As a former barista I’ve really been missing being able to make my own coffee the way I like it, so decided to treat myself! Got it for 100 and it was definitely worth it, you do have to get the right type of barista style milk jug to get a good microfoam to make latte art or more complicated milk based drinks like a flat white or macchiato. But the steam wand has some good power, not as great as a professional machine but definitely excellent for the money.
The espresso runs really well and smooth, I’ve had no issues with my drinks tasting like plastic I’ve noticed some people complain about.
It’s really straight forward to use and although I haven’t needed to properly descale it yet, it cleans pretty easily. Definitely a good addition to the kitchen and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality coffee in their own house. The only issue I had was it turning off immediately when I first opened it, but that issue seems to have resolved itself so no more complaints.
Had this for a couple of weeks now it’s great! It’s my first coffee machine I’ve bought and it really easy to use
Ignore the reviews saying It turns off immediately, that only happens if the steam button is still pressed from the last time you use it.

Great coffee
. The coffee is fantastic and that is the only thing that matters. We paid 130 for this so it was definitely worth our. This is the second machine I have had we got 6 years out of the last one so that is the only criticism not long lasting but a great buy overall

Good
it has been almost a year since i bought this machine. It is still working perfectly.
Really happy with it.
Although some ground coffee brands i buy from coffee shops, blocks the machine. I guess they grind it too thin for the machine. But when i asked them they said that this is the standard isze for espresso machines.
Anyway, all the brands buying from the supermarket work fine. illy, lavazza etc
All good in the end!
First one didn’t work and had to be returned. However, the replacement was received quickly and it produces lovely drinks!
Couldn’t live without i
Great coffee machine. The only thing I would improve is being able to extend the milk foamier further out.
Love i
fort one was faulty – but amamzon were super helpful and even directly contacted delonghi for me to try and resolve – once realsied it was fauly they had a new item snet out and arrive dnext day – cant complain new item works perfect – as a newbie took a few practises to get right but now im cooking on gas! love it!
Brillia
I never write reviews but this is absolutely brilliant, only flaw is the instructions are pretty rubbish but it’s easy to operate
Some people commented that it keeps auto switching off. That happens when the steam button is depressed and you’re trying to pour coffee. Just make sure the steam button is off and problem solved.
Excellent espresso coffee machine
The first one had to go back with a faulty switch, but Amazon were brilliant. I had a new one the following day. This one has worked brilliantly. We can make superb coffees now with this machine. Once I get the hang of the frother it will be even better. It’s me that’s the problem with frothing, not the machine, but I’m getting there and my Coffee Art is improving. But the taste of the coffee is wonderful. There is a minor niggle with the wand dripping for 5 minutes after I have used it but that’s not a problem. You can just swing it inwards & anything that drips out is caught in the tray. To sum up. this is a fantastic machine that produces barista quality coffee at an extremely reasonable price through Amazon. We absolutely love it.
Easy to use
Not a professional machine, but for a cheap ish (look for the great warehouse deals) this is not a bad little coffee machine. Do not grind your coffee too fine – it blocks it and the handle will break.
Good Value Machine
Cant fault it so far, easy to use, easy to clean, lovely coffee. Only slight downside is the the height between the drip tray and where the coffee comes out, and getting glasses under it. We use it without the drip tray.
Grea
Great. Champagne colour is gorgeous & looks chic. Very easy to use. Instructions are clear. A small mug will fit under the dispenser but a standard size will not. I am pleased with this purchase.
Good coffee but slow to use!
Coffee produced is very good but slow to heat up & does not maintain temperature for long.
A good all-rounde
This is a good all-round coffee maker. The design is nice but it could do with being a bit heavier as when you attach the dispensing arm the machine has a tendency to shift a little but it’s no big deal.
One downside to this machine is the space underneath the dispensing arm once it’s attached only allows for an espresso sized cup to be placed beneath the arm. This means to make e.g. a latte you’ll need to either dispense the coffee into a smaller cup and transfer to a bigger one or remove the drainage grill to fit the bigger cup underneath. For the price though, it’s a small inconvenience…
One thing to note is the water tank is quite large so if you’re only having one cup of coffee a day there’s no point filling the tank to the max. Only mention this cause water is a foodstuff and shouldn’t be left standing for too long.
Overall quite impressed so far with two months use.
I’ve had this machine for a little over 4 weeks, using it 4-6 times a day and I am delighted with it. Some reviewers have said it drips, yes it does but this is a machine costing approx 150, not 1k. You also have to turn off the flow rather than it being automatic but that isn’t a problem. Removing the drip tray to fit a mug underneath is no issue either, I just place a small cup under the dispenser to catch the drips afterwards. I mostly make Americanos and know that the water goes into the cup before the coffee, this helps to create a very smooth coffee with a nice bit of froth, or crema. Making a latte or cappuccino is easy enough, it would be nice if the frothing wand was a little bit longer, but that is the only minor point for me. If you use the frother, you do need to remember to turn off the bottom button otherwise you can’t turn it on later to make another drink. I also use the textured milk to make a hot chocolate, which is great. Cleaning the 2 parts of the wand is a bit fiddly but still not enough to knock a star off. I don’t use capsules so can’t comment on that. This is my first barista machine and for the price, it’s great.
After nearly a year of use, I have been quite impressed with this coffee maker. It produces espresso coffee close to the standards of a good commercial espresso maker (though obviously it can’t match it in terms of repeat delivery), and is fairly easy to clean. Using filtered water reduces rescaling needs too. Admittedly I don’t make cappuccinos often, but when I do it can produce very frothy milk too.
The unit is sometimes a bit prone to the handle unit occasionally getting blocked, so regularly using a pin to ensure the base is free of blockage is a good idea. Beyond that, I really can’t fault it thus far.
Great coffee, machine looks great but a few minor issues
Makes great coffee… would be 5stars but it’s a bit tricky to clean the water container, the steamer drips when not being used and I need to hold the espresso cup to catch the coffee or the vibrations make the cup slide off the base… looks great and seems well made
Does the job, but you get what you pay for.
It does the job, but a bit of a rickety sound when dispensing. Tends to run out of steam, but if you run the water again and press for steam it gets pressure back.
The distance between tray and dispenser isnt high enough… So you can only get a short cup under and not a mug. That’s the only annoying factor really.
This is my first home espresso machine, and will definitely be upgrading eventually. I consider this very entry level device.
Great coffee machine
I don’t know what I every did before I got this machine! It’s easy to use, takes a little practice the first few times but after that – perfect coffee every time. You’ll soon get used to cleaning and using the different parts to get the best out of this machine. Well worth the money.
Very happy with my espresso machine !
Looks great and doesn’t take up too much room , and more importantly it makes a good espresso and steams well , good value for money !
Love i
Great little machine. I love it.
I wanted a machine to get away from those awful pod machines that have so much package waste and are never quite hot enough.
I know this machine takes pods too but just to use the exact amount of loose coffee each time is great and the results are consistently good.
I wish I’d got a couple more of these for family members in the sale – hopefully next time!
Not as good as previous Delonghi, but o.k.
Nice looking machine. Easy to use. Milk froth disappears quickly when added to the coffee. Previous Delonghi was much better.
Very pleased - lovely cup of cappuccino
For many years, I had previously owned a more basic DeLonghi coffee maker and this time decided to upgrade. I was not disappointed. I love the styling. The machine makes a hotter and richer flavoured cappucino than my previous model so I am using a smaller amount of ground coffee. The milk frother is very effective. Criticisms are that I like to use the steamer to warm my cup and get rid of the water that issues from the nozzle initially – otherwise it dilutes the milk. The steamer nozzle spits a bit at first and even when using a deep cup, can splatter steam on your hand. The ground coffee container is difficult to dismantle and wash. I have to use pliers to grip the rubber tab that you need to tug to pull it apart. But all in all, a good buy and I’ve found ways of getting round the slight disadvantages.
Only had this a fortnight, but so far it’s excellent. The coffee is excellent, good crema, excellent steam milk frother. The only downside is the instructions are poor. Took us a few goes to realise if you leave the steam button pressed in, the machine won’t turn back on, it simply cuts out after a few seconds. Once we got this figured out it was fine. I didn’t expect to get such good results since it’s at the lower end of coffee machine prices.
Good but a few hiccups.
Easy to use. Does what you want it to. Easy to clean.
Water reservoir in the back prone to mould build up and the strainer often pops off the game due. Can’t fit large cups in.

Top class coffee at home
I got this for my wife for Christmas, she’s not used her bialetti since, I got a separate grinder as a perfect companion. It’s easy to use, quick to heat and I now use the frother for anything I put milk into. Would definitely recommend
I love it but....
We use this machine at least 3 times per day. It’s great but I don’t believe with this amount of use that I’ll get a year out of it. The buttons are completely faded already and some mornings it’s doesn’t want to work meaning I waste a lot of coffee.
For the money it’s fanatic but I would consider buying a top of the range due to the amount we use it.
Also when setting it up for the first time it’s really confusing to get it started.
I think if your new to coffee machines you’ll love.

Makes good coffee
This is my third unit in 3 years. two previous units failed. Still impressed though as the coffee is so good.
Great machine
Machine is easy to use and easy to clean – bearing in mind that we have only used the pods with it, not the loose coffee. The champagne is a lovely colour. The milk spout is a bit short, so a 500ml jug does not easily reach a smaller amount of milk.
I’ve had 2 of these and highly recommend them. The first lasted 4 years of constant use, but it had seen a good hammering and a few bits had come loose etc, and the pump had been worked to death. Quite impressed with the quality and value though, so I’ve bought another exactly the same and it’s every bit as good. You won’t get better for the money and once you get the hang of it it couldn’t be easier.
Just fill the water tank, put the coffee in the holder and secure it to the machine. Turn the top switch on so the light comes on. Then turn the bottom switch on to steam the milk and wait for the light to come on. Open the tap with the nozzle in the milk, froth it up, turn the tap off, turn the frother switch off and the middle light comes on. Then you can press the middle switch and it pumps the coffee out.
Coffee machine
Replaced the same model I have had for some years, much improved machine!
When the machine won't stay switched on - ie the cut out is activated....
Just a brief point – when you switch on the machine, if the cut out keeps switching the machine off – MAKE SURE THAT THE OTHER BUTTONS ARE NOT DEPRESSED. It sounds obvious but it’s not always easy to see this. It’s mentioned on the deLonghi site but would be helpful in the instruction booklet.
Great coffee machine would recommend
Bought this for my husband for Christmas and the first one we had went back as the milk frother was constantly dripping however the second one has been great and it makes really good coffee! Customer service through Amazon was excellent also. My husband says it’s the best Christmas present he’s had!
Great buy - simple and effective!
I got this for my parents for Christmas, they hate pods but wanted an espresso machine, and they were really pleased with it. The look of it is great, unassuming and can go in just about any colour scheme, it also had very good levels of crema on the coffee. Overally very good!
Makes a great consistent flat white! Good value for money
As someone addicted to flat whites I wanted a machine capable of making one. Having read all the reviews here and elsewhere I went for this one. A year later I am still pleased with it. In use twice a day, consistent results. My only recommendation to other users is to make them one at a time, there is not enough power in the steamer to froth enough milk for two coffees but perfectly adequate for one. I tell my guests each coffee is handcrafted, it takes a few minutes to make each one but it’s worth it.
Perfect for a coffee beginne
I bought this for my partner after he got very in to coffee. We started with a pod machine and I decided to invest in this as we had the matching toaster and kettle. He absolutely loves it, it is simple to use although slightly annoying removing the tray to use a bigger cup and saves fortune by not using pods.
Can be slightly loud but to be expected really.
Very good coffee machine!
Takes a little while to use for the first few times but you get used to it. Makes a really good cup of joe and the milk frother works very well too.
Not an expert but I think at this price point you would struggle to find a better machine.
Nice little machine
Bought this for my husband. Initially we thought it was broken as we were unable to complete the cleaning cycle… that was until I realised two of the buttons have been attached the wrong way round. Works fine ever since but I’ve removed a star as a result.
Makes great coffee and has a good safety feature that prevents the machine from heating to steaming temperature if you forget to switch the steamer off between uses.

make fabulious crema, really good espresso
basic on/off switch, no pre-selected cup size so you have to watch it filling. slight rattle of the drip tray when making coffee, but these are minor when compare against the excellent machine. Lavazza coffee works well.
Sturdy and good quality, compact and easy to use.
Have been using this for little over a week and can say I’ve figured it completely out now and am loving it. Bought it on offer and am so pleased!
Nice coffee
Nice coffee! For better results pay attention to the preheating stage. Operate it without coffee and then add coffee.
Easy to use, quiet and makes great coffee.
I like the design of the machine as it sits out all the time it’s important it looks good. I find it easy to clean, the drip tray is large so only gets emtied every couple of weeks. The coffee is among the best I have made at home and certainly easier than an airopress. The tamper included is rubbish and got replaced aftet the first use. To make milky coffee I recommend buying a steel jug and thermometer.
Love this machine-so easy to use and takes either ese coffee pods or ground coffee with a simple change of adaptors-very easy to keep clean as no milk flows through it (separate frother) you do have to buy a small jug or similar but they are cheap enough.you can see why this machine gets good ratings and is so popular and at a reasonable price . if you are looking for a coffee machine and do not want to pay silly money then look no further.

I am fussy about espresso coffee and often disappointed by the quality of some espresso coffee sold in some high street coffee shops. I bought this model because it did very well in the ‘Which?’ survey. I am pleased to say that it makes very good espresso. I have this four stars because of one slight fault. There is a wire collar that sits inside the handle that holds the small bowl of ground espresso. The wire is there to provide a bit of tension, so that it can clip in and out. The problem is that after a few Montalbanos (the unit of measure for a number of espressos, based on the average number of espressos Inspector Montalbano drinks in a single episode. Don’t try it as an espresso drinking game – you may very well kill yourself) the wire starts to play up and you have to fiddle with it. I ended up just taking it out and putting it away – the system can work without it. Whoever designed that part might need to rethink it. But don’t let that minor point deter you. After all, Italian design can sometimes be a combination of the sublime and the questionable: look at their cars. This machine is a great price and the espressos are very good.
Bought this product after researching the market and found it to be the cheapest on Amazon. What I loved about the machine is that you can use both ground coffee and capsules. The handle (for the coffee) is very sturdy and excellent quality. The milk frother is a bit loud, but this is supposed to settle after use. Item was well packaged and the DeLonghi branch is very trusted in my household. Overall an excellent machine for a great price, I’m very happy.
Good macine
Excellent product and quiet to use. There is a knack to taking apart the metal cup that holds the coffee but it doesn’t have to be taken apart each time
Very beautiful design. Seems smaller than it is and looks beautiful on the counter. The coffee is very good and resembles coffee you would get from nice coffee shops that use a professional machine. The cup warmer is very useful but it does take a quite a bit of time to get warm enough to heat up a cold cup. I love the design and im definitely thinking about other machines from the Scultura range but i think i would have loved it more if it had temperature gage like my old machine. The group handle has a heavy feel to it. Seems high quality. If it lasts the test of time il be very happy with it.
Great coffee
Replaced an older de Longhi. makes very good coffee but is more expensive on Amazon than some other vendors – we needed it quickly. Also compared to previous model there is no built in “tamper” for packing down the coffee, it is a separate bit of plastic which is less convenient. However, much quieter than previous model.
Had this coffee machine for several months now and it’s brilliant. This was our first machine, I did a fair amount of research prior to this purchase and it hasn’t disappointed. It was really easy to set up and we now use it daily. We make mostly lattes and cappuccinos. As it’s espesso machine the space under is limited for a normal sized mug but I just use a ramekin and pour the coffee into desired cup then add the steamed milk. I use illy ground coffee and this gives a really nice taste. I think it looks really nice as well, it’s not too big and the colour is lovely.

Great buy
I bought this machine as I dislike using a pod machine from the amount of plastic waste they produce. It also allows you to pick the brand of coffee you like.
The machine is simple to use, quick to heat up and easy to clean. It also has the benefit of looking great on a worktop.
Highly recommended
Never written a review before but seen as I always check reviews I may as well give something back. Great product! I read complaints about it dripping after use… well yeah it does but into a removable tray, that “you guessed it” you can remove and empty into the sink and if it still drips just remove coffee filter, rinse it and dry. Job done!
If I had 1 tip, I find that using the milk frother after I’ve made an americano helps to bring up the temperature and keep it hotter for longer.

Hubby Christmas pressie. He loves it and uses it all the time. He practically fetches people in off the streets to make coffee for. Good functions for both coffee making and frothing I read dome articles that said other machines struggled with dome areas but this is brilliant. Loves hot coffee and steaming frothy milk. One tip I would give use a warm cup if possible or it take the heat from the coffee quite quickly.
Four Stars
Worked reliably once I had mastered the mysteries of espresso and cappuccino coffees.
If you do your research as we did, Which etc., the Scultura will consistently emerge as a highly rated machine in the 150-250 category. It’s now ruined Starbucks, Costa, etc in fact most coffee outdoors, as with this seductivly small machine you will be able to find and produce your perfect; macchiato, flat white, or espresso derivative and not want to settle for less again. Make sure to use espresso ground!
Makes great coffee. For those who complain it won’t switch on I noticed if you leave the button to produce steam on and then turn the machine off, it won’t switch on again until that steam button is depressed.
I took out the extra cover for 12 too which makes me feel happy to own it in the long term knowing any issues highlighted here are covered.
I bought this machine having done some homework and seen it as a Which? Best Buy. It surprised me that this got better reviews than classic Italian makes etc but I took the recommendation and I’m glad I did. I lived in Italy as a student and developed a taste for really good coffee. For me there’ll be no pods or even fancy machines that think and make decisions for you. I WANT to MAKE coffee how I like it and this is the best domestic coffee machine I’ve seen. It’s intuitive to use and produces coffee with an intense crema and really extracts the flavour from your grinds. Happy!
Stylish Perfect Coffee Machine!
Stylish looking and super easy to use. Still yet to master how to make the perfect coffee, but the machine itself is superb! It was noisy for the first cup of coffee as stated in the instructions; but thereafter it’s been smoothly running. The coffee was hot with beautiful crema, taste wonderful! I feel like a barista at home 🙂
Really nice little machine for the money
Really nice little machine for the money. Solid and functional. Great coffee brewer with powerful steamer. So far so good but would certainly recommend it against some of the other junk out there !
So there were many mixed reviews about this machine, which made me weary. I wanted to use it for atleast a few weeks before I left a review. Set up was easy, first time the coffee wasn’t that hot, turns out I wasn’t frothing it for long enough. But now after practice I can get the strength of the coffee right as well as the temperature and milk ratio. (You see I’m a really fussy coffee drinker.
Overall would rate it 8/10 great value for money and can make coffee just like from cafes. So I would recommend it.
Few more things, it is designed to be used with small espresso cups, so you just pour the coffee shots into whatever mug you want later (depending on what drink your making).

Few more things, it is designed to be used with small espresso cups, so you just pour the coffee shots into whatever mug you want later (depending on what drink your making).

Nearly Excellent. It heats up very quickly. Makes excellent coffee. Steam nozzle is a dream, a lot better than the Kitchen Aid I used to own. Nice easy to detach water tank. Auto switch off is good. The only minor niggle it is difficult to use a normal mug due to the height restriction – and inch higher would be great. Great Value for Money
Espresso is delicious no burnt flavor with excellent crema. 3 filter trays with one dedicated to ese pods. Milk frother makes perfect micro foam. Cannot praise this machine enough.
Machine feels sturdy and well made. No leaks or chafing which some other brands have had. Drip tray is excellent with no excess eaping underneath.

We have had it only a short while, but it is easy to use and good value for money. It was despatched promptly and well wrapped for a fragile item.
A good coffee machine overall
A good coffee machine overall, but the white ink on the buttons has faded in a few weeks of usage.
Good, easy to use espresso maker that uses ground coffee and ese pods with attached milk steamer, this was bought to replace our previous machine which was a different make that we had had about 8 years and today would be just over 4 times the price of this machine. The De’Longhi works just as well as the expensive one and providing it lasts more than 2 years I will be extremely happy with the result.
The main point here is that this maching makes great coffee. We have had a couple of sem-manual machines and a couple of bean-to-cup machines and this is the best of the lot – and the cheapest!
There is a flaw that many reviewers have picked up on – water drips from the milk heater – but I am so pleased with the coffee that I am happy to spend 5 seconds wiping up a minor puddle of water each day.
Nice machine that makes good coffee. However, like others I’ve had trouble with the ‘auto-off’ feature cutting in after 20 seconds. Also, *really* annoying poor clips for the coffee-holder means that a good bang to get the used coffee out means the whole metal holder drops into the grounds. Only way round this I’ve found is to scrape out the grounds with a spoon – not very barista!
Top tip which is not in the manual: if the on button/green lights cuts out repeatedly then check the other two buttons below are not pushed in by mistake.
3 months later – still working fine. Symbol on the buttons have worn off with light use..
This machine makes great coffee. It’s now at least a year old and I do have a complaint – I’ve had to replace the bit where the coffee goes twice. Each time de’longhi have been great and replaced it free of charge but still – it means I have had to go for a week each time without my coffee. I’d still buy it again though.
Fantastic coffee machine. Makes great coffee, easy to setup, easy to clean and does the job very well.
Most people can use it, but I can'
I can’t use it, but otehrs in the family make delicious coffees. I can only get lukewarm milky stuff out of it..
Lovely machine, makes a good cappuccino. But not happy with DeLunghi customer service. I have emailed twice, and they have not addressed my request for help. I cannot take the steam nozzle off for cleaning and am reluctant to use excessive force, any ideas?
A great machine. Like any good machine it is as consistent as you are in your preparation. If you use the same grind and pack it down using the tamper the same way you get the same result. I did find out after ringing De’Longhi that there is a safety cut off if you try to turn on the machine with the steamer button pressed in. It makes sense to have the safety feature but I couldn’t find it written in the documentation.
I’ve had coffee makers for years but this one is a triumph. I’ve learnt not to be too precious about them otherwise you never use them. This one makes good coffee and really good frothy milk. Milk spout is a bit troublesome to keep clean and hygienic but you’ll find you’re own way with it.
This was a replacement for a previous delonghi coffee machine that has had a lot of use as I only drink coffee and cappuccinos are my drink of choice. I am glad to say this one is working well and if it lasts as long as the old one it will be very good value. I have had other more expensive coffee machines in the past and the delonghi has out performed them all hence choosing the same machine again.
Coffee tastes great.
A really good coffee maker. It lives up to people’s high rating of it. My only criticism is that there is no way to increase the size of the shots, but I guess that is true of all similar machines.
Very effective provided you are fastidious by following sequences; how much time to allow coffee to enter cup; to froth milk at the right temperature; keeping cups hot and combining coffee and milk. The solution was easy I asked an italian barista. Now no problem. Don’t be fooled by the Maker’s Name…it’s made in China (like many items superficially purporting to be European.
Delonghi scultura coffee machine
Does what it says on the tin, makes good coffee, heats milk up well and does it fairly quickly.
You need to try different coffees to find what you like best.My partner likes the espresso this
machine makes while I think the cappuccino is pretty good.
Have now used this for a few weeks, and it does make an excellent expresso. The steamer warms milk up superbly – though i have bought a 300ml metal jug plus thermometer that has a mark for the perfect temperature. Easy to froth the milk too – follow instructions in comes with. Also comes with a platic measuring coffee scoop. It has two spouts so can dispense two shots at once. Height from tray to spout is just under 7cms, if you are looking at cup heights. Tray warmer is a bit weak though.
Bought this in march so owned it for about 6 months, if you follow the instructions it makes a very nice barista style coffee with a good milk frother. Very stylish looks good, chose the black one as i thought it looked the better colour to me.As the previous reviewer said it comes with a European, plug not a problem it works.my main issue with it is the noise, it has got to be the noisiest coffee machine i have owned.
