Perfec
I’ve had this cooker for 3 years now. Couldn’t be without it. This has been used for cooking in a damp polytunnel, a bell tent and a caravan (due to COVID we were made homeless unfortunately). I’ve done whole chicken in it, beautiful steaks, soups, stews, pasta and rice etc. . Everything you would normally cook. This was the only thing I had to cook in. I’m very happy with it.
It has started to show a fault indication now and sometimes won’t start straight away, but I think that is because all the places where it was used were damp. I just bang it a few times and it works again. If this one does eventually give up the ghost, I will definitely buy another one.

great little machine let down by a poor set of touch buttons hence only 4 stars – other than that the results using the cooking instructions app have been pretty good which given my normal cooking skills (poor minus) are a vast improveme
Easy and versitile to use
I have had a multi cooker for several years and it has given good service but I thought it was time for a change. The CleverChef is a great replacement. It has more options than my old machine and is light and easy to use. It is easier to clean too. Only started to use today but so far so good.

Didnt like the App much i found had to guess temperatures and times. And methods not very good
Great to make curry and chilli
Easy to use with simple programmes. Downloaded drew and Cole app for recipes. Made chilli con carne and lamb madras and will make own yoghurt as it’s 2 ingredient recipe.
Getting to learn each program and saving money via making home cooked recipes. Will do a roast chicken soon.
Great piece of kit and I got one in chrome. Best money I spent . Clean it and look after it.

So versatile and easy to use. Turned a non chef into someone who can produce very good meals.
Have only used the rice function so far...
But as an Asian, I approve. Would’ve achieved 5 stars if a rice spatula and measuring cup was included, like with other rice cookers that I have used in my life
Lifesave
Bought this machine when staying in an hotel. Saved a fortune cooking from scratch. Every function I would ever need. Despite poor recipe book I found internet recipes including bread and cake baking. Cooked full meals, curries, stews, and great for reheating as well. Made rice dishes and pasta dishes. Looking forward to new house and taking it with me. Love that you can preset and leave, keep warm function. Might use just this one item to replace many.
Easy to use
Used for the first time yesterday for 8hr slow cook pork shoulder for pulled pork. The device is so easy to use and program, and cooked the meat beautifully. Looking forward to trying other food from this. Throughly recommend so far.
Very versatile
So far I have made rice perfectly every time, a very good brisket, chicken curries and even banana bread – which would probably be easier in a normal oven – but it does work in the multicooke

An easy method of cooking in a confined space. Easy to operate with many set programs which can be easily adjusted to suite your tweeks

Great result every time (rice-wise)
Still going strong after solid use for more than a year. Very easy to use, and forgiving on amounts of water added – would always come out great. Ok for sous vide cooking, but tricky to cook the soft boiled ramen egg.
Ok, not impressive but convenient for a good quality price
Have been having this multi functions cooker for a month. Love the multi functions settings as i am not good with timing as i am busy with other things. 4 stars for the easy way to use most functions and the DIY function.
Few things to know:
-brown/saut function, okish, don’t put too much, it won’t get brown in 15mns.
-I tried to roast few pieces of chicken, not great for roasting pieces of meat (they covered the bottom so heat) But i had an enjoyable chicken with its lovely jus. ItDon’t forget it heats up from under only so same for baking, one side gets brown, you would need to take your bread or cake out and turn it around to have both side brown.
-Rice function is the disappointing option unfortunately. It apparently works by weighting your rice and cooks accordingly. Each rice requires different quantity of water and time to cook. So If you buy this cooker for a particular type of rice, don’t count on the rice option. My Thai/jasmine rice comes out a touch dryer (this is a matter of taste, some might prefer) but it takes much longer to cook (about 45-50mns for 4 portions of rice) compare with my previous Tefal 8 in 1, quick rice option (20mns cooking and you get a beautiful fluffy, fragranced and slightly sticky jasmine rice, that was for up to 4 portions, i believe it would perform the same for 6 at least). Today my rice even got a bit overcooked under.
My advice, if you are a rice fan, you might be very disappointed with this cooker.
Tefal 8 in 1 is much much better for thai rice and also have long rice cooking and brown rice functions.

The future cooker everyone needs to own!
I’ve tried cooking numerous times and it always turned out wrong by it being burnt and overcooked so I always bought ready cooked microwave meals because it’s easier to follow. However one night an idea came into my head, would it possible to have an all in one cook pot that I could just throw all the ingredients into a pot, press the thing I want to make and wham! Everything gets cooked? I surfed the net and this machine popped up. It’s actually magical! I’ve never cooked anything this good before in my life.
Love it! Bought for my son, in the army as their facilities for cooking are meagre. We tried it out before it took it back to barracks. Fantastic! Roasted chicken, slow cooked pork and baked a pudding. All in one day. So quick, simple and very little mess. Lack of written cooking instructions and recipes- all online. Would buy it again- for me!

Good machine
So far so good, on a number of recipes. The app recipe guide should be more specific to ‘this machine only’, not mixed up with other machines capabilities and a larger recipe book should be made available for the ‘older generation’ who don’t have or don’t want modern day technology. Printed in a larger book with larger writing, giving a ‘step by step basis’. What is it with printers printing small and grey on white pages?? Large black print on white paper please and not wasting so much area on pretty photos of the item.
Follow the recipes, till you get used to the machines functions, then look out Jamie Oliver.
It’s an amazing machine, cooking and baking made easy.I use it virtually every day , with the Drew And Cole recipe app guiding me through the processes,and a Brucie bonus, no piles of washing up.

I’ve had this for a week and I love it. So easy to use and versatile. So far I’ve used the slow cooker, saut, rice cooker and bread rise functions. Having a go at roasting a chicken in it this weekend. Watch this space!

I think the clever chef is the most versatile and brilliant piece of kitchen equipment I have ever bought,the recipe book that comes wither clever chef could hold a few more recipes and variety of dishes.
Limited recipes
I really like this cooker. Already tried a few recipes and they all have been excellent. Have only two little moans —- no pressure cooker function and not enough recipes. The only books I have seen are for the one pot but overall it’s a good quality produc
Good Food at a touch
No dislikes as yet As soon as it was delivered I put it to work made a beef stew as soon as the ingredients were in it took no time to cook so easy and quick to use a lot better than my old one I used to have

Everyone has already said all there is to say about this. It’s amazing, and can cook almost anything. And cook it really well. If you’re looking for a multi-cooker, stop looking, you’ve found the one.

Takes a bit of getting used tobut once you have used it a couple of times you learn to choose your own settings, it excellent !
This is a very good buy
I really like this appliance. It’s very easy to clean and very easy to use. Cakes turn out well especially the one in the recipe that’s provided. Bread is good but you do have to turn it over halfway through and it’s a round flat shape rather than the standard loaf shape. The DIY programme is great because you can adjust the temperature and time to suit your recipe and the results are really good. I I love it.

Not really used my cooker since I purchased this! It’s been the best thing ever for our busy madhouse. My only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner.
